背景技术
岸边集装箱起重机(简称岸桥或吊桥)是专门用于集装箱码头对集装箱船进行装卸作业的专业设备,一般安装在港口码头岸边。相关技术中的集装箱岸桥起重机将集装箱从货船上取出再转运至场站内的AGV转运小车(或集卡运输车)上,转运小车再将集装箱运输至扫描检查***内完成集装箱的扫描检查。
发明内容
在本公开的一个方面,提供了一种集装箱检查***,包括:
岸桥,被配置为将集装箱吊起并从第一场地转运至第二场地;
检查装置,设置在岸桥上,被配置为在集装箱的转运过程中对集装箱进行扫描检查。
在一些实施例中,第一场地和第二场地分别为货船和场站转运车中的之一和另一。
在一些实施例中,检查装置被配置为在集装箱的转运过程中相对于集装箱运动,以实现对集装箱的扫描检查。

发明人经研究发现,相关技术中的场站内集装箱检查不但检测效率低,而且扫描检查***在场站内的占用空间较大,还有可能造成危险违禁品进入场站,安全性不高。
有鉴于此,本公开提供一种集装箱检查***、检测方法和港口设施,能够提高检查效率。
在本公开集装箱检查***一个示意性的实施例中,如图1~图6所示,集装箱检查***,包括:岸桥1和检查装置2。岸桥1,用于将集装箱3吊起并从第一场地转运至第二场地。检查装置2设置在岸桥1上,用于在集装箱3的转运过程中对集装箱3进行扫描检查。
在该示意性的实施例中,通过将检查装置2设置在岸桥1上并用于在集装箱3的转运过程中对集装箱进行扫描检查,在转运的过程中实现了对集装箱的扫描检查,提高了检查效率,并且,还能避免危险违禁品进入场站,提高安全性。另外,检查装置设置在岸桥上,能够减少检查装置在场站内的占用空间。
其中,本文中的转运过程是指将集装箱3从第一场地转运至第二场地的转运过程。在一些实施例中,第一场地可以是岸桥1一侧的货船,相应地,第二场地则为岸桥1另一侧的场站内的场站转运车。此时转运过程为岸桥1将集装箱3从场站外的货船转运至场站内的转运车。在另一些实施例中,第一场地可以是场站转运车,相应地,第二场地则为货船。此时转运过程为岸桥1将集装箱3从场站内的转运车转运至场站外的货船。
在一些实施例中,检查装置2用于在集装箱3的转运过程中相对于集装箱3运动,以实现对集装箱3的扫描检查,提高检查效率。例如检查装置2在集装箱3的转运过程中与集装箱3之间的相对运动可以通过集装箱3悬停、检查装置2相对于岸桥1运动来实现。
在一些实施例中,如图1~图3所示,检查装置2可移动地设置在岸桥1上,用于在岸桥1将集装箱3悬停至待检查位置时相对于集装箱3运动,以实现对集装箱3的扫描检查。在一些实施例中,如图1所示,检查装置2可以设置在岸桥1的支撑架上。进一步地,如图2、图3、图5和图6所示,检查装置2在集装箱3的长度方向上与集装箱3发生相对运动,方便扫描检查,扫描可靠性较高。
为了使检查装置2在岸桥1上移动,在一些实施例中,集装箱检查***还包括驱动装置,用于驱动检查装置2在岸桥1上相对于集装箱3运动。驱动装置可以包括轮组,也可以包括运输带,这些结构的驱动装置易于实现检查装置2在岸桥1上的移动。当然,驱动装置还可以是其他常规驱动机构,在此不一一列举。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,检查装置2包括射线源21、舱体23以及L型臂架。L型臂架上设有多个探测器,能够接收射线源21发出并穿过被检物体(例如集装箱)的X射线或γ射线。L型臂架具体地由底臂25和竖臂26构成,L型臂架通过舱体23与射线源21的安装结构22连接,以形成上方开口的检测框架。上方开口的检测框架有利于集装箱3悬停至待检查位置和检查装置2相对于集装箱3运动,开口部位不会对悬挂的集装箱的运行造成干涉,因此具有较高的可实施性。
在另一些实施例中,检查装置2在集装箱3的转运过程中与集装箱3之间的相对 运动还可以通过集装箱3相对于岸桥1运动、检查装置2相对于岸桥1固定来实现。在一些实施例中,检查装置2固定设置在岸桥1上,岸桥1用于在集装箱3的转运过程中,使集装箱3穿过检查装置2的检查区域以实现扫描检查。集装箱3不悬停,在转运的过程中一并实现了对集装箱的扫描检查,具有较高的可实施性。
下面以图1~图6所示的实施例为例来说明本公开集装箱检查***的工作过程如下:
岸桥1将集装箱3从货船上吊起,在转运至AGV转运小车(或集卡运输车)的过程中,将集装箱3悬停至某一固定位置(该位置为检查装置2设计设定的检查区域)。在集装箱悬停后,如图2、图3、图5和图6所示,检查装置2检测到相应信号,则开始在集装箱3的长度方向上相对于集装箱3运动,来进行集装箱及内部货物扫描。扫描完成后,如图1所示,岸桥1将悬停的集装箱3吊运至AGV转运小车(或集卡运输车),该集装箱的扫描流程结束。
由此可见,本公开集装箱检查***至少具有一些有益的技术效果:
(1)装载在集装箱内的货物能够在岸桥装卸集装箱的过程中实现检测,避免危险违禁品进入场站;
(2)检查装置和岸桥形成整体结构,从而实现集装箱的快速检查,并可省去场站内检测,减少检查装置的场地空间占用;
(3)可直接在集装箱转运工程中检测,无需二次检测,提高了整个流程的效率和安全性。
本公开相应地提供了一种基于上述集装箱检查***的检查方法,其包括:
在将集装箱3从第一场地转运至第二场地的转运过程中,对集装箱3进行扫描检查。
本公开检查方法在集装箱3的转运过程中对集装箱3实现了扫描检查,提高了检查效率,并且,还能避免危险违禁品进入场站,提高安全性。
在集装箱3从第一场地转运至第二场地的转运过程中,通过检查装置2与集装箱3之间的相对运动来实现检查装置2对集装箱3的扫描检查,提高检查效率和可靠性。具体地,在集装箱3从第一场地转运至第二场地的转运过程中,如图1~图3所示,将集装箱3悬停至待检查位置,驱动检查装置2相对于集装箱3运动,以实现对集装箱3的扫描检查。这种方式经实践证明具有较好的可实施性。
本公开还提供了一种港口设施,其包括上述的集装箱检查***。港口设施例如可 以是智能港口设施。由于本公开集装箱检查***能够提高检查效率和安全性,减少占用空间。相应地,本公开港口设施也具有上述的有益技术效果,在此不再赘述。

    检查装置(2),设置在所述岸桥(1)上,被配置为在所述集装箱(3)的转运过程中对所述集装箱(3)进行扫描检查。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的集装箱检查***,其中,所述第一场地和所述第二场地分别为货船和场站转运车中的之一和另一。

  11. 根据权利要求10所述的检查方法,其中,在集装箱(3)从第一场地转运至第二 场地的转运过程中,通过所述检查装置(2)与所述集装箱(3)之间的相对运动来实现所述检查装置(2)对所述集装箱(3)的扫描检查。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的检查方法,其中,在集装箱(3)从第一场地转运至第二场地的转运过程中,将所述集装箱(3)悬停至待检查位置,驱动所述检查装置(2)相对于所述集装箱(3)运动,以实现对所述集装箱(3)的扫描检查。
  13. 一种港口设施,包括权利要求1~9任一项所述的集装箱检查***。
