步骤25、另一预存的求救电话号码的手机内的信息识别拦截模块接收该信息,同时,所述信息识别拦截模块判断该请求是否为正常信息,如果是,则进入正常显示,如果否,则进入步骤26;
步骤26、判断是否对该信息进行确认,如果确认,则将位置信息发送至位置查询请求发送方,如果不确认,则返回步骤24。
在一些实施例中,所述显示模块在显示屏上显示为黑屏,在黑屏状态下进行求救操作,在求救操作完成后,自动删除求救信息发送记录。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明相较于现有技术,有如下优点:本发明采用指纹识别的方式启动SOS功能,手机待机状态时,用户通过触摸手机上的指纹传感器即可启动SOS功能,报警或救援,手机将自动发送短信、发送定位信息、拨打求救电话号码等,整个操作过程均处于待机模式(即黑屏);紧急情 况下,用户无需大动作的进行相关报警操作,直接触摸手机上的指纹感应器即可启动SOS功能,可以在十分自然的动作下完成启动操作,不容易被不法分子察觉,能隐蔽地迅速有效地发出求救信息,预防人生安全受到伤害。报警装置启动后,即便是强行关机(伪关闭,其实只关闭了显示屏电源,麻痹强行操作者),报警装置仍然处于工作状态,定位信息间断发送给预定号码。直到手动解除或电池无电,且指纹识别触发方式很好的适用于智能手机,能够满足智能手机用户群的需求。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
参照图1所示,本发明提供了一种隐蔽式手机指纹识别报警***,所述***包括:
信息设置模块,用于设置指纹信息、多组求救电话号码和求救信息;
指纹识别模块,用于采集用户的指纹信息并与所述信息设置模块内预存的指纹信息进行比对,做出是否一致的判断;
显示模块,当指纹识别通过后,在显示屏上显示设定的文字、图案或视频;
号码查询模块,当指纹识别通过后,用于自动查找与指纹信息匹配的求救电话号码;
号码求救模块,当指纹识别通过后,向所述号码查询模块查询到的求救电话号码求救;以及
记录删除模块,当向求救电话号码发出求救后,用于自动删除求救记录。
在一些实施例中,所述显示模块在显示屏上显示为黑屏,在黑屏状态下进行求救操作。
在一些实施例中,所述号码求救模块包括:
自动拨号模块,当指纹识别通过后,用于按存储顺序自动拨打求救电话号码;以及
信息发送接收模块,当指纹识别通过后,用于向所有查询到的求救电话号码发送短信求救信息。
在一些实施例中,所述***还包括:
定位模块,当指纹识别通过后,用于标记用户的地理位置,并生成实时的地理位置信息。
具体的,在使用时,首先需要在手机内的信息设置模块内录入使用者的指纹,指纹可以通过设置手机上的指纹识别传感器进行采集,采集成功后存储到信息设置模块内。需要说明的是,在录入时,为了避免使用者发生意外等情 况一般可以录入多个指纹。较佳的方式是,左右手都录入相应的指纹,这种方式在后期使用时,可以灵活的进行报警,无论手机拿在哪个手中,都可以非常隐蔽的进行报警操作,动作自然。
同时,还需要在信息设置模块内录入求救电话号码,以及求救的信息。求救电话号码一般为家人,或者同事等,一般情况下,录入的数量大于等于二,方便后期出现危险时,获得更大的获救机会。求救信息的话一般包括文字信息和语音信息两种,文字信息一般设置两种,一种为已身受到他人攻击,另外一种为己身病危,例如“您好,我已受到人身伤害,请紧急救援”,或者“您好,我已发病,请急救援”。这种文字信息会在指纹识别匹配后,通过信息发送接收模块向预存的求救电话号码发送。
还需要说明的是,在信息设置模块内还需要录入相应的语音信息,因为可能在一些危险情况下,即使打通了电话,求救者也没有机会说话,所以,这个时候的语音信息就相当重要。在电话接通的第一时间,一般都会进行预存的语音自动播放。还设置喇叭听筒的屏蔽模块,当报警电话接通后屏蔽喇叭,听筒的声音,如需通话,按一下电源键,恢复正常通话状态。
当出现危险时,使用者可以通过指纹识别模块即指纹识别传感器,对指纹进行采集,采集完成后,与预存的指纹信息进行对比,对比匹配后,号码查询模块工作,将预存在信息设置模块内的求救电话号码调出,通过自动拨号模块进行拨号,同时,定位模块启动,将使用者的实时位置进行定位,同时将定位信息通过信息发送接收模块发送至预存求救电话号码的手机上。需要说明的是,一般会至少发两条短信,一条为报警求救消息,还有一条为位置关系的信息,也可以将两条信息打包一起发送。需要说明的是,如果位置关系一直在移 动,那么可以设定其定时更新位置关系,同时,将具***置信息发送至求救电话号码手机上,这个时间可以为半小时,一小时等,根据实际需要进行设置。
最主要的一点,本方案还设有显示模块,显示模块用于控制手机显示屏的状态,即显示屏显示文字、图片还是视频等,当指纹识别匹配后,显示模块即开始工作,一般情况下,其控制显示屏处于待机状态(即黑屏状态),所有的求救信息都是在显示屏待机状态下进行,避免被犯罪分子发现,起到隐蔽的作用;即使是病危发病,也可以在显示屏处于待机状态(即黑屏状态)下进行求救,所以黑屏是显示模块默认的工作状态。
该方案中的信息发送,不单单为短信,还可以设置为QQ、微信在内的一切网络聊天软件,以及聊天软件内的联系人I D等,用户可同时设置多个发送工具以及与某一个发送工具对应的多个联系人,自动发送给所有查询到的求救电话号码或指定名称。
同时,显示屏处于待机状态(黑屏),执行完后,自动清除本条记录,包括清除通话、短信及QQ、微信在内的一切网络聊天软件工具的记录,目的是无法让犯罪份子查询。
在一些实施例中,所述***还包括:
信息识别拦截模块,对信息发送接收模块接收的信息进行识别,判断是否为求救信息。
具体的,为了避免手机在指纹识别匹配后一直处于黑屏状态,引起犯罪分子的怀疑,故设置了信息识别拦截模块,所有的信息首先通过信息发送接收模块进行接收,接收完成后,通过信息识别拦截模块进行识别,识别后,如果是求救信息,那么,手机显示屏还是在黑屏的状态下进行指令操作,同时,在 指令操作完成后,需要删除相应的记录。需要说明的是,在执行求救信息操作时,信息箱无法打开,同时屏幕为黑屏。当信息识别拦截模块进行识别后,如果是普通信息,那么此时,将显示屏处于正常状态,正常显示相应的信息。
需要说明的是,显示模块为用于控制显示屏上的画面,可以为文字、图片或者视频等,一般在报警过程中,都是使用待机的画面,即黑色画面,这个都可以自行设置。
在一些实施例中,所述***还包括:
点对点地理位置查询模块,其内设有多组求救电话号码组成的电话簿,标注被求救号码后,本机自动将电话簿发送到电话簿内号码的手机上,用于被求助人之间翻查打电话,互查地理位置及轨迹。
具体的,为了方便说明,这里将求救人定义为A,被求救人定义为B、C、D,同时,该点对点地理位置查询模块的实现还需要A、B、C、D同时使用具有本申请***的手机。如不是本***手机,则显示地理坐标位置及地图应用坐标链接。
首先,需要A将B、C、D的号码以及110等公众求救的号码设置为紧急求救号码,设置成功后,即B、C、D可以通过该点对点地理位置查询模块查询A的实时位置,但是A不能查看B、C、D的位置。因为A设置了B、C、D为紧急求救号码,那么意味着,A愿意对B、C、D公开自己的位置信息,该操作为主动操作,不存在隐私泄露的问题。同时,A不能查看B、C、D的位置,由于该操作还是A发起的,如果A能查看B、C、D的位置,那么就会出现在B、C、D不知情的情况下,被A知道了具***置,就会造成B、C、D隐私的泄露,故A无法主动得知B、C、D的具***置。
同时,A将A、B、C、D的求救电话号码组成一个电话簿,发送至B、C、D的手机上,B、C、D可以通过设置在手机内的点对点地理位置查询模块进行相互之间的位置查看。
例如,B向C发出查看位置的求救信息,C手机接收该信息,通过信息识别拦截模块进行识别,识别到为查看位置的求救信息,那么通过进入到下一步操作,即需要C进行确认,只要C一确认,那么C手机内的定位模块启动,将当时C的具***置信息通过信息发送接收模块发送至B的手机,此时,B就可以得知C的具***置。
如果C在设定的时间阈值内没有确认,那么就会默认为C选择了拒绝确认,即不对B公开自己的具***置。那么B可以选择继续发送求救信息请求,继续由C进行确认。
需要说明的是,由于B、C、D之间并不一定是认识的,所以,当B、C、D之间需要确认对方的位置关系时,我们设定一个确认的步骤,只有对方进行了确认,B、C、D之间才能进行相互之间的位置关系查看。
在一些实施例中,所述自动拨号模块按求救电话号码的存储顺序依次循环拨打,直到接通电话为止。报警电话接通后屏蔽喇叭,听筒的声音,如需通话,按一下电源键,恢复正常通话状态。
本发明还提出了一种隐蔽式手机指纹识别报警方法,所述方法包括:
步骤1、在手机上通过信息设置模块设置指纹信息、多组求救电话号码以及求救信息;
步骤2、进行指纹识别,指纹识别通过后,在手机显示屏上按照设定的文 字、图案或视频进行求救电话号码拨打或求救信息的发送。
如图2所示,所述步骤2具体包括:
步骤21、进行指纹识别,如果匹配,则进入步骤22,如果不匹配,则重复步骤21;
步骤22、显示模块控制显示屏进入设定的文字、图案或视频界面;
步骤23、在设定的文字、图案或视频界面下进行求救电话号码拨打或求救信息的发送。
在一些实施例中,所述步骤22和步骤23之间还包括:
当手机接收到信息时,通过信息识别拦截模块对接收到信息进行识别,如果为求救电话号码发来的信息,则显示屏仍处于设定的文字、图案或视频界面下,如果为普通电话号码发来的信息,则显示屏进行正常显示。
如图3所示,在一些实施例中,所述步骤23具体包括:
步骤231、查询预设的求救电话号码,同时启动定位模块;
步骤232、将所述定位模块生成的实时地理位置信息发送至预设的求救电话号码上,同时对预设的求救电话号码进行拨号,如果应答,则进入步骤六,如果无人应答,则重复步骤232;
步骤233、进行防挂语音播放,同时震动提醒求救者,表示电话已接通;
步骤234、监听或通话,当电话挂机后,间断性向预设的求救电话号码的手机发送实时位置信息。
如图4所示,所述步骤23之后还包括:
步骤24、预存的求救电话号码的手机向另一预存的求救电话号码的手机发出位置查询请求;
步骤25、另一预存的求救电话号码的手机内的信息识别拦截模块接收该信息,同时,所述信息识别拦截模块判断该请求是否为正常信息,如果是,则进入正常显示,如果否,则进入步骤26;
步骤26、判断是否对该信息进行确认,如果确认,则将位置信息发送至位置查询请求发送方,如果不确认,则返回步骤24。
在一些实施例中,所述显示模块在显示屏上显示为黑屏,在黑屏状态下进行求救操作,在求救操作完成后,自动删除求救信息发送记录。
综上所述,本发明包括信息设置模块,用于设置指纹信息、多组求救电话号码和求救信息;指纹识别模块,用于采集用户的指纹信息并与信息设置模块存储的指纹信息进行比对,做出是否一致的判断;号码查询模块,当指纹识别通过时,用于自动查找与指纹匹配的求救电话号码;自动拨号模块,当指纹识别通过时,用于按存储顺序自动拨打求救电话号码;定位模块,当指纹识别通过时,用于标记用户的地理位置,并生成相应的地理位置信息;信息发送接收模块,当指纹识别通过时,用于向所有查询到的求救电话号码发送求救信息及地理位置信息;以及显示模块,根据手机模式的不同,在显示屏上显示设定的文字、图案或视频。本发明采用指纹识别的方式启动SOS功能,手机待机状态时,用户通过触摸手机上的指纹传感器即可启动SOS功能,报警或救援,手机将自动发送短信、发送定位信息、拨打求救电话号码等,整个操作过程均处于待机模式(即黑屏);紧急情况下,用户无需大动作的进行相关报警操作,直接触摸手机上的指纹感应器即可启动SOS功能,可以在十分自然的动作下完成启动操作,不容易被不法分子察觉,能隐蔽地迅速有效地发出求救信息,预防人生安全受到伤害。报警装置启动后,即便是强行关机(伪关闭,其实只关 闭了显示屏电源,麻痹强行操作者),报警装置仍然处于工作状态,定位信息间断发送给预定号码。直到手动解除或电池无电,且指纹识别触发方式很好的适用于智能手机,能够满足智能手机用户群的需求。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种隐蔽式手机指纹识别报警***,其特征在于,所述***包括:
    信息设置模块,用于设置指纹信息、多组求救电话号码和求救信息;
    指纹识别模块,用于采集用户的指纹信息并与所述信息设置模块内预存的指纹信息进行比对,做出是否一致的判断;
    显示模块,当指纹识别通过后,在显示屏上显示设定的文字、图案或视频;
    号码查询模块,当指纹识别通过后,用于自动查找与指纹信息匹配的求救电话号码;
    号码求救模块,当指纹识别通过后,向所述号码查询模块查询到的求救电话号码求救;以及
    记录删除模块,当向求救电话号码发出求救后,用于自动删除求救记录。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的隐蔽式手机指纹识别报警***,其特征在于,所述显示模块在显示屏上显示为黑屏,在黑屏状态下进行求救操作。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的隐蔽式手机指纹识别报警***,其特征在于,所述号码求救模块包括:
    自动拨号模块,当指纹识别通过后,用于按存储顺序自动拨打求救电话号码;以及
    信息发送接收模块,当指纹识别通过后,用于向所有查询到的求救电话号码发送求救信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的隐蔽式手机指纹识别报警***,其特征在于,所述***还包括:
    定位模块,当指纹识别通过后,用于标记用户的地理位置,并生成实时 的地理位置信息;以及
    信息识别拦截模块,对信息发送接收模块接收的信息进行识别,判断是否为求救信息。
  5. 一种隐蔽式手机指纹识别报警方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    步骤1、在手机上通过信息设置模块设置指纹信息、多组求救电话号码以及求救信息;
    步骤2、进行指纹识别,指纹识别通过后,在手机显示屏上按照设定的文字、图案或视频进行求救电话号码拨打或求救信息的发送。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的隐蔽式手机指纹识别报警方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2具体包括:
    步骤21、进行指纹识别,如果匹配,则进入步骤22,如果不匹配,则重复步骤21;
    步骤22、显示模块控制显示屏进入设定的文字、图案或视频界面;
    步骤23、在设定的文字、图案或视频界面下进行求救电话号码拨打或求救信息的发送。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的隐蔽式手机指纹识别报警方法,其特征在于,所述步骤22和步骤23之间还包括:
    当手机接收到信息时,通过信息识别拦截模块对接收到信息进行识别,如果为求救电话号码发来的信息,则显示屏仍处于设定的文字、图案或视频界面下,如果为普通电话号码发来的信息,则显示屏进行正常显示。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的隐蔽式手机指纹识别报警方法,其特征在于,所述步骤23具体包括:
    步骤231、查询预设的求救电话号码,同时启动定位模块;
    步骤232、将所述定位模块生成的实时地理位置信息发送至预设的求救电话号码上,同时对预设的求救电话号码进行拨号,如果应答,则进入步骤六,如果无人应答,则重复步骤232;
    步骤233、进行防挂语音播放,同时震动提醒求救者,表示电话已接通;
    步骤234、监听或通话,当电话挂机后,间断性向预设的求救电话号码的手机发送实时位置信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的隐蔽式手机指纹识别报警方法,其特征在于,所述步骤23之后还包括:
    步骤24、预存的求救电话号码的手机向另一预存的求救电话号码的手机发出位置查询请求;
    步骤25、另一预存的求救电话号码的手机内的信息识别拦截模块接收该信息,同时,所述信息识别拦截模块判断该请求是否为正常信息,如果是,则进入正常显示,如果否,则进入步骤26;
    步骤26、判断是否对该信息进行确认,如果确认,则将位置信息发送至位置查询请求发送方,如果不确认,则返回步骤24。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的隐蔽式手机指纹识别报警方法,其特征在于,所述显示模块在显示屏上显示为黑屏,在黑屏状态下进行求救操作,在求救操作完成后,自动删除求救信息发送记录。
