发明内容

可以理解,第一弹性件126连接卡块110,当第二抵持部120受力带动卡块110缩进时;第一弹性件126被压缩;当第一弹性件126恢复原长时,受第一弹性件126的回复力的作用,卡块110伸出。具体地,卡块110开设有盲孔,第一弹性件126的一端设置在盲孔中。较佳地,第一弹性件126的一端固定连接盲孔。第一弹性件126可以是弹簧。
在某些实施方式中,按钮组件106包括第二弹性件128,第二弹性件128连接按钮108,第二弹性件128用于提供按钮108复位的驱动力。
可以理解,当按下按钮108时,第二弹性件128被压缩,当撤去按下按钮108的力,第二弹性件128恢复原长,受第二弹性件128的回复力的作用,按钮108复位。进一步地,卡块110的数量是两个,按钮组件106包括连接两个卡块110的连接部136。第二弹性件128的一端可连接按钮108,另一端抵接连接部136。如此,第二弹性件128可以被压缩。第二弹性件128可以是弹簧。
在某些实施方式中,卡块110的端部形成有第三斜面130,集尘盒104设置有凸块132,在集尘盒104安装在盖体102的过程中,凸块132抵持第三斜面130以驱动卡块110缩进,并当凸块132与第三斜面130分离时,卡块110伸出并卡设在卡槽112。
可以理解,在集尘盒104安装在盖体102的过程中,凸块132与卡块110的第三斜面130抵触,凸块132与卡块110产生相互作用力,卡块110受力缩进。当凸块132与第三斜面130分离时,凸块132与卡块110之间的相互作用力消失,卡块110伸出卡设在卡槽112,集尘盒104安装完成。
在某些实施方式中,按钮组件106包括背板134,按钮108和卡块110可活动地连接背板134,背板134固定在盖体102。
可以理解,按钮108和卡块110可活动地连接背板134,背板134用于抵接第一弹性件126,使得第一弹性件126可以被压缩。具体地,背板134可以用螺丝固定在盖体102。
在某些实施方式中,卡块110的数量是两个,按钮组件106包括连接两个卡块110的连接部136。
如此,两个卡块110与两个卡槽112互相配合,可以较好地将集尘盒104安装在盖体102,使得集尘盒104的安装更牢固。
具体地,卡槽112的数量可与卡块110的数量一致,例如,在图5中,卡槽112的数量为两个,每个卡块110卡设在对应的一个卡槽112中。当然,卡槽112的数量可为一个,一个卡槽可做得较大,使两个卡块110均可以卡在卡槽112中。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可 以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种扫地机器人,其特征在于,包括盖体、集尘盒和按钮组件,所述按钮组件设置于所述盖体或所述集尘盒中的其中一个,所述按钮组件包括按钮和可伸缩的卡块,所述按钮连接所述卡块,所述盖体或所述集尘盒的另外一个设置有卡槽,所述卡块卡设在所述卡槽以将所述集尘盒安装在所述盖体上,所述按钮***作时驱动所述卡块缩进以使所述卡块脱离所述卡槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述按钮组件设置于所述盖体,所述集尘盒设置有所述卡槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述盖体开设有容置孔,所述集尘盒安装在所述盖体时,所述集尘盒至少部分地位于所述容置孔中,所述按钮组件设置在所述容置孔的侧壁。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述按钮组件设置在所述盖体的侧壁,所述集尘盒安装在所述盖体的侧壁。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述按钮包括按压部和第一抵持部,所述第一抵持部设置在所述按压部的下侧,所述按钮组件包括连接所述卡块的第二抵持部,在所述按钮被按下时,所述第一抵持部与所述第二抵持部抵接并驱动所述第二抵持部带动所述卡块缩进以使所述卡块脱离所述卡槽。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述第一抵持部包括第一斜面,所述第二抵持部包括第二斜面,在所述按钮被按下时,所述第一斜面与所述第二斜面抵触以提供所述卡块缩进的驱动力。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述第一斜面和所述第二斜面互相平行。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述按钮组件包括第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件连接所述卡块并用于提供所述卡块伸出的驱动力,在所述卡块缩进时,所述第一弹性件被压缩。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述卡块开设有盲孔,所述第一弹性件的一端设置在所述盲孔中。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述按钮组件包括第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件连接所述按钮,所述第二弹性件用于提供所述按钮复位的驱动力。
  11. 如权利要求2所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述卡块的端部形成有第三斜面,所述集尘盒设置有凸块,在所述集尘盒安装在所述盖体的过程中,所述凸块抵持所述第三斜面以驱动所述卡块缩进,并当所述凸块与所述第三斜面分离时,所述卡块伸出并卡设在所述卡槽。
  12. 如权利要求2所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述按钮组件包括背板,所述按钮和所述卡块可活动地连接所述背板,所述背板固定在所述盖体。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述卡块的数量是两个,所述按钮组件包括连接两个所述卡块的连接部。
