本实用新型公开了一种耳撑,耳撑的外周缘包含第一弯曲段、第二弯曲段及第三弯曲段,第一弯曲段、第二弯曲段及第三弯曲段依次连接,第一弯曲段贴合于对耳屏,第三弯曲段贴合于耳轮脚;第二弯曲段向内凹向设置有若干个凹槽,两凹槽之间设有一凸出件,凸出件根据对耳轮的形状自由弯曲贴合于对耳轮内侧。本实用新型的耳撑的稳定性及舒适度更好。

Description

一种耳撑及耳挂结构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及耳机的领域,特别涉及一种更贴合耳朵内部形状的耳撑及耳挂结构。
背景技术
目前,耳机的使用较为普遍,但随着耳机的广泛应用,人们对耳机的舒适度要求也越来越高,虽然有些技术已经对耳机的耳挂部分进行了改进,但是仍然不能满足更高要求的舒适度。
如CN206517569U专利,耳撑部的部分外周缘与耳朵的对耳轮对应且沿循对耳轮的内侧设置,从而使得该耳挂结构与耳朵的贴合度更好。但该专利中耳挂结构是通过对耳轮内侧对凸起部进行挤压,从而将耳挂结构稳定于耳朵内,耳朵在凸起部与空腔部受力不均,耳机佩戴时间较长时会产生不适感。
因此,本实用新型提供了更贴合耳朵内部形状的耳撑。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种耳撑,耳撑根据对耳轮的形状自由弯曲贴合于所述对耳轮内侧,具有自然贴合耳朵的优点。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:
一种耳撑,用于将耳机稳定地佩戴于耳朵内,所述耳朵包括对耳屏、耳轮脚及对耳轮,所述耳撑的外周缘包含第一弯曲段、第二弯曲段及第三弯曲段,所述第一弯曲段、所述第二弯曲段及所述第三弯曲段依次连接,所述第一弯曲段贴合于所述对耳屏,所述第三 弯曲段贴合于耳轮脚;所述第二弯曲段向内凹向设置有若干个凹槽,两所述凹槽之间设有一凸出件,所述凸出件根据所述对耳轮的形状自由弯曲贴合于所述对耳轮内侧。
优选的,所述凸出件顺势顺时针或逆时针弯曲贴合于所述对耳轮内侧。
优选的,所述凸出件以中间凹槽为界两侧弯曲贴合于所述对耳轮内侧。
优选的,所述凸出件沿靠近耳甲腔方向弯曲贴合于所述对耳轮内侧。
优选的,所述凸出件沿远离耳甲腔方向弯曲贴合于所述对耳轮内侧。
优选的,所述凸出件任意方向自由弯曲贴合于所述对耳轮内侧。
优选的,所述凹槽的高度为相邻两所述凸出件顶部连线的中点到所述凹槽底部的距离,所述凹槽的高度由中间向两侧逐渐减小;所述凸出件的宽度小于中间所述凹槽的高度。
优选的,所述耳撑的外周缘设有一通道,所述通道设于所述第二弯曲段对侧。
优选的,所述耳撑为软性材料。
一种耳挂结构,所述耳挂结构由如上述的耳撑单独构成;或所述耳挂结构包括耳套及如上述的耳撑,耳撑与耳套一体成型,或耳套及耳撑单独成型配套使用。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型耳撑的外周缘的第一弯曲段、第二弯曲段及第三弯曲段分别贴合于对耳屏、耳轮脚及对耳轮,使得戴入耳朵的耳撑稳定性更好;且凸出件能根据对耳轮的形状自由弯曲贴合于对耳轮的内侧,根据用户佩戴情况自由弯曲,可适应不同形状的耳朵。

具体实施方式
为使本实用新型实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本实用新型。
耳撑100为耳机的一部分,用于将耳机稳定地佩戴于耳朵200内,耳撑100的各个部位对应于耳朵200的不同部位,图1为耳朵200的结构示意图,图2为本实用新型实施例耳撑100的立体结构示意图,图3为本实用新型实施例耳撑的侧面结构示意图。如图1所示,针对于本实用新型的耳撑100,耳朵200(图中未示)主要涉及到外耳道(图中未示)、对耳屏201、耳轮脚202、对耳轮203及耳甲腔204。
具体的,耳撑100为软性材料,优选的,耳撑100为硅胶,但并不以此为限,也可为其他类似硅胶的软性材料,提高了耳撑100的舒适度。
如图2、图3所示,本实施例的耳撑100的外周缘包含第一弯曲段11、第二弯曲段12及第三弯曲段13,第一弯曲段11、第二弯曲段12及第三弯曲段13依次连接。其中,第一弯曲段11贴合于对耳屏201,第三弯曲段13贴合于耳轮脚202。再者,第二弯曲段12向内凹向设置有若干个凹槽121,两凹槽121之间设有一凸出件122,凸出件122根据对耳轮203的形状自由弯曲贴合于对耳轮203内侧,根据用户佩戴情况自由弯曲,可适应不同形状的耳朵。
耳撑100还设有一通道14,通道14为声音的传送通道14,用于将喇叭声音从耳机传送到外耳道内,通道14位于耳撑100的外周缘,且通道14设于第二弯曲段12对侧。
当用户佩戴具有上述耳撑100的耳机时,凸出件122的多种状态可以实现自由弯曲,具体的有如下几种情形:凸出件122顺势顺时针或逆时针弯曲贴合于对耳轮203内侧;或凸出件122以中间凹槽121为界两侧弯曲贴合于对耳轮203内侧;或凸出件122沿靠近耳甲腔204方向弯曲贴合于对耳轮203内侧;或凸出件122沿远离耳甲腔204方向弯曲贴合于对耳轮203内侧;或凸出件122任意方向自由弯曲贴合于对耳轮203内侧。上述情况只是举例说明,但并不以此为限,只要是自由弯曲都属于本实用新型的保护范围。其中,整体的顺势顺时针或逆时针弯曲使得在佩戴耳撑100的外周缘始终为一圆弧形,接触到耳撑100外周缘的对耳轮203的受力均匀,进一步地提高了耳撑100的舒适度。优选的,凸出件122的个数及宽度不同,佩戴人员的感受不同,凸出件122的宽度越窄且凸出件122 的个数越多,会感觉更加的舒适。本实施例中通过外耳道、对耳屏201、耳轮脚202、对耳轮203及耳甲腔204等部位对耳撑100进行固定,使得该耳撑100稳定性更好。
进一步的,本实施例的凹槽121的高度为相邻两凸出件122顶部连线的中点到凹槽121底部的距离,凹槽121的高度由中间向两侧逐渐减小。具体的凹槽121的数量根据凸出件122的宽度及凸出件122的个数而确定。再者,凸出件122的宽度小于中间凹槽121的高度,这样使得凸出件122在佩戴过程中更容易产生偏向。
基于上述的耳撑100,本实用新型还公开了一种耳挂结构(图中未示)。该耳挂结构可由上述耳撑100单独构成。耳挂结构也可由上述耳撑100及耳套共同构成:耳撑100与耳套一体成型;或耳套及耳撑100单独成型,两者可活动装配配套使用。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型耳撑100外周缘的第一弯曲段11、第二弯曲段12及第三弯曲段13分别贴合于对耳屏201、耳轮脚202及对耳轮203,使得戴入耳朵的耳撑100稳定性更好;且凸出件122能根据对耳轮203的形状自由弯曲贴合于对耳轮203的内侧,根据用户佩戴情况自由弯曲,可适应不同形状的耳朵。

  1. 一种耳撑,用于将耳机稳定地佩戴于耳朵内,所述耳朵包括对耳屏、耳轮脚及对耳轮,其特征在于,所述耳撑的外周缘包含第一弯曲段、第二弯曲段及第三弯曲段,所述第一弯曲段、所述第二弯曲段及所述第三弯曲段依次连接,所述第一弯曲段贴合于所述对耳屏,所述第三弯曲段贴合于耳轮脚;所述第二弯曲段向内凹向设置有若干个凹槽,两所述凹槽之间设有一凸出件,所述凸出件根据所述对耳轮的形状自由弯曲贴合于所述对耳轮内侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耳撑,其特征在于,所述凸出件顺势顺时针或逆时针弯曲贴合于所述对耳轮内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的耳撑,其特征在于,所述凸出件以中间凹槽为界两侧弯曲贴合于所述对耳轮内侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的耳撑,其特征在于,所述凸出件沿靠近耳甲腔方向弯曲贴合于所述对耳轮内侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的耳撑,其特征在于,所述凸出件沿远离耳甲腔方向弯曲贴合于所述对耳轮内侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的耳撑,其特征在于,所述凸出件任意方向自由弯曲贴合于所述对耳轮内侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的耳撑,其特征在于,所述凹槽的高度为相邻两所述凸出件顶部连线的中点到所述凹槽底部的距离,所述凹槽的高度由中间向两侧逐渐减小;所述凸出件的宽度小于中间所述凹槽的高度。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的耳撑,所述耳撑的外周缘还设有一通 道,所述通道设于所述第二弯曲段对侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的耳撑,其特征在于,所述耳撑为软性材料。
  10. 一种耳挂结构,其特征在于,所述耳挂结构由如权利要求1-9任一项所述的耳撑单独构成;或所述耳挂结构包括耳套及如权利要求1-9任一项所述的耳撑,耳撑与耳套一体成型,或耳套及耳撑单独成型配套使用。
