信息记录方法和信息记录装置 技术领域
本公开涉及通信技术领域,具体而言,涉及信息记录方法、信息记录装置、电子设备和计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
在用户设备工作过程中,用户设备可以进行最小化路测(Minimized Driving Test,简称MDT),并记录最小化路测信息,进而将最小化路测信息传输至基站,以便基站排查故障。
对于处于空闲态的用户设备,用户设备可以请求与基站建立通信连接,也可以请求与基站恢复通信连接,还可以向基站请求***消息。但是目前针对处于空闲态的用户设备记录最小化路测信息,仅仅是针对请求与基站建立连接失败和请求与基站恢复连接失败两种情况,并没有针对向基站请求***消息失败的情况记录最小化路测信息。
这导致基站在接收到最小化路测信息后,无法准确地确定用户设备请求***消息失败的原因,不便于故障的排查。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开的目的之一是提供信息记录方法、信息记录装置、电子设备和计算机可读存储介质。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提出一种信息记录方法,适用于用户设备,所述方法包括:
向基站传输请求,其中,所述请求用于获取一个或多个***消息;
若基于所述请求未获取到至少一个所述***消息,记录与请求失败相关的信息。
可选地,所述向基站传输请求包括:
通过随机接入的第一条消息和/或第三条消息向所述基站传输请求;
其中,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述请求的类型信息,所述类型类信息用于指示所述请求包含于所述第一条消息和/或包含于所述第三条消息。

图1是根据本发明的实施例示出的一种信息记录方法的示意流程图。本实施例所示的信息记录方法可以应用于用户设备,例如手机、平板电脑等。所述用户可以应用LTE通信,也可以应用NR通信。
如图1所示,所述信息记录方法可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤S1中,向基站传输请求,其中,所述请求用于获取一个或多个***消息。
在一个实施例中,所述基站可以与所述用户设备应用LTE通信,也可以与所述用户设备应用NR通信。
在一个实施例中,用户设备可以在处于空闲态时向基站传输请求,也可以在处于非激活态时向基站传输请求。
在一个实施例中,每个***消息可以包括一个或多个***消息块(SIB)。所述请求可以包含一个子请求,也可以包含多个子请求,其中,若所述请求包含一个子请求,那么可以通过一个子请求来获取一个***消息,也可以通过一个子请求来获取多个***消息;若所述请求包含多个子请求,那么可以通过多个子请求来获取多个***消息,且每个子请求与***消息一一对应。
在步骤S2中,若基于所述请求未获取到至少一个所述***消息,记录与请求失败相关的信息。
在一个实施例中,所述请求可以通过随机接入请求的第一条消息向基站发送,也可以通过随机接入请求的第三条消息向基站发送,也可以根据需要通过其他方式向基站发送。例如以用户设备通过随机接入的第一条消息携带所述请求向基站发送为例,若用户设备向基站发送随机接入的第一条消息达到了预设次数,而未收到基站反馈,则可以确定基于所述请求未获取到所述***消息。
在一个实施例中,所述请求可以用于获取一个或多个***消息。例如所述请求仅用于获取一个***消息A,那么当基于所述请求未获取到***消息A时,可以记录与请求失败相关的信息。例如所述请求用于获取***消息B、***消息C和***消息D,那么当基于所述请求未获取到***消息B、***消息C和***消息D中的任意一条***消息时,可以记录与请求失败相关的信息。
在一个实施例中,可以在记录最小化路测信息中记录与请求失败相关的信息。需要说明的是,与请求失败相关的信息,是指用户设备在确定基于所述请求未获取到至少一个所述***消息时记录的信息,例如用户设备所在小区的信息,用户设备所在小区的邻小区的信息,用户设备的位置信息,用户设备所请求的***消息的相关信息等。
用户设备在请求***消息失败时,通过记录与请求失败相关的信息,可以在与基站建立通信连接或者恢复与基站的通信连接时,将记录的与请求失败相关的信息发送至基站,以便基站能够确定用户设备请求***消息失败的原因,进而进行故障排查。
例如用户设备在基站***消息失败时,记录的与请求失败相关的信息可以包含用户设备所在小区的信息,用户设备所在的小区的信号质量,用户设备所在的小区的邻小区的信号质量等内容,基站根据与请求失败相关的信息,可以方便地确定用户请求***消息失败的原因(例如用户设备所处的小区的信号质量较低),便于基站进行准确的故障排查。
图2是根据本发明的实施例示出的另一种信息记录方法的示意流程图。如图2所示,在图1所示实施例的基础上,所述向基站传输请求包括:
在步骤S11中,通过随机接入的第一条消息和/或第三条消息向所述基站传输请求;
其中,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述请求的类型信息,所述类型类信息用于指示所述请求包含于所述第一条消息和/或包含于所述第三条消息。
在一个实施例中,基站可以通过随机接入请求的第一条消息携带所述请求向基站发送,也可以通过随机接入请求的第三条消息携带所述请求向基站发送,也可以根据需要通过其他方式向基站发送。
其中,若基站通过随机接入请求的第一条消息携带所述请求向基站发送,那么可以通过随机接入请求的第一条消息中的前导码(preamble)来携带所述请求,例如 可以通过设置前导码中预设比特位的数值,以使基站在接收到所述前导码后,能够根据所述预设比特位的数值确定用户设备所请求的***消息。若基站通过随机接入请求的第三条消息携带所述请求向基站发送,那么可以通过随机接入请求的第三条消息中的位图(bitmap)来携带所述请求,例如可以通过设置位图中预设位置的数值,以使基站在接收到所述位图后,能够根据所述预设位置的数值确定用户设备所请求的***消息。
在一个实施例中,通过类型信息来指示所述请求包含于所述第一条消息和/或包含于所述第三条消息,便于基站在接收到与请求失败相关的信息后,可以根据其中的类型信息确定用户设备是通过随机接入的第一条消息请求获取***消息失败,还是通过随机接入的第三条消息请求获取***消息失败,以便基站可以准确地确定用户设备请求***消息失败的原因,进而排查故障。
可选地,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述***消息的相关信息。
在一个实施例中,所述***消息的相关信息,可以用于指示用户设备所要请求的***消息,例如用户设备可以向基站请求***消息A、***消息B、***消息C和***消息D,那么所述***消息的相关信息可以是上述四条***消息的标识。基于此,基站在接收到与请求失败相关的信息后,可以根据所述***消息的相关信息确定用户设备具体是请求获取哪条***消息而失败的,便于基站准确地排查故障。
可选地,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述请求的目的信息,所述目的信息用于指示所述请求用于请求所述***消息,和/或用于请求与所述基站建立通信连接,和/或用于请求与所述基站恢复通信连接。
在一个实施例中,用户设备向基站发起的请求操作可以有多种,基于每种请求都有可能失败,例如向基站请求***消息可能失败,例如请求与基站建立通信连接也可能失败,例如请求与基站恢复通信连接也可能失败,因此,通过在与请求失败相关的信息中设置所述请求的目的信息,使得基站在接收到与请求失败相关的信息后,可以根据所述请求的目的信息确定用户设备是在进行什么请求操作时失败的,有利于基站准确地确定用户设备请求失败的原因。
可选地,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述用户设备的位置信息。
在一个实施例中,由于所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述用户设备的位置信息,因此基站在接收到所述与请求失败相关的信息后,可以获悉用户设备在确定基于 所述请求未获取到至少一个所述***消息时,用户设备所在的位置,使得基站可以根据用户设备所在的位置分析用户设备请求***消息失败的原因(例如可以根据用户设备的位置信息判断用户设备是否在服务区内),以便进行故障排查。
可选地,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述用户设备的速度信息。
在一个实施例中,由于所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述用户设备的速度信息,因此基站在接收到所述与请求失败相关的信息后,可以获悉用户设备在确定基于所述请求未获取到至少一个所述***消息时,用户设备运动运动的速度,使得基站可以根据用户设备运动的速度分析用户设备请求***消息失败的原因(例如可以根据用户设备的速度信息判断用户设备是否在高速移动中,例如是否处于高铁内),以便进行故障排查。
可选地,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述用户设备的时间信息。
在一个实施例中,由于所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述用户设备的时间信息,因此基站在接收到所述与请求失败相关的信息后,可以获悉用户设备在确定基于所述请求未获取到至少一个所述***消息时,用户设备上的时间,使得基站可以根据用户设备上的时间分析用户设备请求***消息失败的原因(例如可以根据用户设备的时间信息判断用户设备发送请求时基站是否处于工作时间段),以便进行故障排查。

在一个实施例中,由于所述与请求失败相关的信息包含用于指示用户设备是否达到最大发射功率的功率信息,因此基站在接收到所述与请求失败相关的信息后,可以获悉用户设备在确定基于所述请求未获取到至少一个所述***消息时,用户设备是否达到最大发射功率,使得基站可以根据功率信息分析用户设备请求***消息失败的原因(例如可以根据功率信息判断用户设备是否达到最大发射功率,若未达到最大发射功率,可以确定发射功率过小),以便进行故障排查。
可选地,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含竞争信息,其中,所述竞争信息用于指示是否存在与所述用户设备竞争接入所述基站的其他用户设备。
在一个实施例中,由于所述与请求失败相关的信息包含用于指示是否存在与所述用户设备竞争接入所述基站的其他用户设备的竞争信息,因此基站在接收到所述与请求失败相关的信息后,可以获悉用户设备在确定基于所述请求未获取到至少一个所述***消息时,是否存在与所述用户设备竞争接入所述基站的其他用户设备,使得基站可以根据竞争信息分析用户设备请求***消息失败的原因(例如可以根据竞争信息 判断用户设备是否因为与其他用户设备竞争接入所述基站失败而导致请求失败),以便进行故障排查。

在一个实施例中,基站可以向用户设备发送与预设***消息相关联的描述信息,其中,预设***消息可以根据需要选择,描述信息可以是预设***消息的标识,也可以是以其他方式描述预设***消息的描述信息。
在一个实施例中,用户设备在接收到预设描述信息后,可以向基站请求的一个或多个***消息的描述信息,是否包含于预设描述信息中,并在预设***消息包含与所述至少一个所述***消息相关联的描述信息时,记录与请求失败相关的信息。
据此,基站可以通过向用户设备发送预设描述信息,来指示用户设备在请求的***消息中包含预设***消息时,才记录与请求失败相关的信息,从而保证记录操作的可控性和针对性。

在步骤S4中,删除前一次基于所述请求未获取到***消息时,记录的与请求失败相关的信息;

在一个实施例中,用户设备在每次记录与请求失败相关的信息时,可以删除前 一次基于所述请求未获取到***消息时,记录的与请求失败相关的信息,从而保证存储最新的与请求失败相关的信息,并减少存储空间的占用。
图5是根据本发明的实施例示出的又一种信息记录方法的示意流程图。如图5所示,在图1所示实施例的基础上,所述信息记录方法还包括:
在步骤S6中,保存每次基于所述请求未获取到***消息时,记录的与请求失败相关的信息。
在一个实施例中,用户设备可以将每次基于所述请求未获取到***消息时,记录的与请求失败相关的信息都予以保存,以便根据保存的信息进行统计分析(此处统计分析操作可以由用户设备进行,也可以由用户设备将保存的信息发送至基站并由基站进行),从而更加准确地确定用户设备请求失败的原因(例如统计分析操作由用户设备执行,那么用户设备在根据统计分析结果确定请求失败的原因后,可以将该原因发送至基站)。
图6是根据本发明的实施例示出的又一种信息记录方法的示意流程图。如图6所示,在图1所示实施例的基础上,所述信息记录方法还包括:
在步骤S7中,在与所述基站建立通信连接,或恢复与所述基站的通信连接时,向所述基站传输有可用的与请求失败相关的信息的通知;
在步骤S8中,接收所述基站获取所述与请求失败相关的信息的请求;
在步骤S9中,将所述与请求失败相关的信息传输至所述基站。
在一个实施例中,用户设备在记录与请求失败相关的信息后(例如用户设备记录与请求失败相关的信息的次数达到预设次数),可以在与所述基站建立通信连接,或恢复与所述基站的通信连接时,向基站发送通知,以通知基站用户设备记录了与请求失败相关的信息。
基站在需要获取用户设备所记录的与请求失败相关的信息时,可以向用户设备发送获取所述与请求失败相关的信息的请求,进而用户设备可以将记录的与请求失败相关的信息传输至所述基站,使得基站可以根据与请求失败相关的信息分析用户设备请求***消息失败的原因,以便基站进行故障排查。
可选地,所述通知用于指示所述与请求失败相关的信息包含基于所述请求未获取到***消息的相关信息。
在一个实施例中,在用户设备向基站发送的通知中,用户设备可以通过通知明确指示与请求失败相关的信息包含基于所述请求未获取到***消息的相关信息,从而使得基站可以快速地根据与请求失败相关的信息对用户设备请求***消息失败的原因进行分析。
可选地,所述通知用于指示所述与请求失败相关的信息包含基于所述请求未获取到消息的相关信息。
在一个实施例中,在用户设备向基站发送的通知中,用户设备可以仅通过通知指示与请求失败相关的信息包含基于所述请求未获取到消息的相关信息,而并不指明具体是在进行何种请求操作时失败的,基站在接收到该通知后,可以根据用户设备历史上的请求记录确定用户设备在进行何种请求操作时失败,基于此,可以减少用户向基站发送通知的数据量。
可选地,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含于最小化路测信息。
在一个实施例中,用户设备在确定基于所述请求未获取到至少一个所述***消息时,可以进行最小化路测,并记录最小化路测信息,而在记录的最小化路测信息中,则可以包含与请求失败相关的信息。
与前述的信息记录方法的实施例相对应得,本公开还提供了信息记录装置的实施例。

多媒体组件1208包括在所述装置1200和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1208包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置1200处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜***或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1210被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1210包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置1200处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1204或经由通信组件1216发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1210还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。

通信组件1216被配置为便于装置1200和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置1200可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件1216经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理***的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件1216还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置1200可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。

    若基于所述请求未获取到至少一个所述***消息,记录与请求失败相关的信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向基站传输请求包括:
    通过随机接入的第一条消息和/或第三条消息向所述基站传输请求;
    其中,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述请求的类型信息,所述类型类信息用于指示所述请求包含于所述第一条消息和/或包含于所述第三条消息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述***消息的相关信息。

    其中,所述若基于所述请求未获取到至少一个所述***消息,记录与请求失败相关的信息包括:
    确定所述预设描述信息是否包含与所述至少一个所述***消息相关联的描述信息;
    若所述预设描述信息包含与所述至少一个所述***消息相关联的描述信息,记录与请求失败相关的信息。

    删除前一次基于所述请求未获取到***消息时,记录的与请求失败相关的信息;
    保存本次基于所述请求未获取到***消息时,记录的与请求失败相关的信息。
  15. 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    保存每次基于所述请求未获取到***消息时,记录的与请求失败相关的信息。
  16. 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在与所述基站建立通信连接,或恢复与所述基站的通信连接时,向所述基站传输有可用的与请求失败相关的信息的通知;
    接收所述基站获取所述与请求失败相关的信息的请求;
    将所述与请求失败相关的信息传输至所述基站。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知用于指示所述与请求失败相关的信息包含基于所述请求未获取到***消息的相关信息。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知用于指示所述与请求失败相关的信息包含基于所述请求未获取到消息的相关信息。
  19. 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含于最小化路测信息。
  20. 一种信息记录装置,其特征在于,适用于用户设备,所述装置包括:
    请求传输模块,被配置为向基站传输请求,其中,所述请求用于获取一个或多个***消息;
    信息记录模块,被配置为在基于所述请求未获取到至少一个所述***消息时,记录与请求失败相关的信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述请求传输模块被配置为通过随机接入的第一条消息和/或第三条消息向所述基站传输请求;
    其中,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述请求的类型信息,所述类型类信息用于指示所述请求包含于所述第一条消息和/或包含于所述第三条消息。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述***消息的相关信息。
  23. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述请求的目的信息,所述目的信息用于指示所述请求用于请求所述***消息,和/或用于请求与所述基站建立通信连接,和/或用于请求与所述基站恢复通信连接。
  24. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述用户设备的位置信息。
  25. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述用户设备的速度信息。
  26. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述用户设备的时间信息。
  27. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述用户设备所在小区的信息。
  28. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述用户设备所在小区的信号质量信息。
  29. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含所述用户设备所在小区的邻小区的信号质量信息。
  30. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含功率信息,其中,所述功率信息用于指示用户设备是否达到最大发射功率。
  31. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含竞争信息,其中,所述竞争信息用于指示是否存在与所述用户设备竞争接入所述基站的其他用户设备。
  32. 根据权利要求20至31中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    信息接收模块,被配置为在所述信息记录模块记录与请求失败相关的信息之前,接收所述基站发送的预设描述信息,其中,所述预设描述信息与预设***消息相关联;
    其中,所述信息记录模块包括:
    确定子模块,被配置为确定所述预设描述信息是否包含与所述至少一个所述***消息相关联的描述信息;
    记录子模块,被配置为若所述预设描述信息包含与所述至少一个所述***消息相 关联的描述信息,记录与请求失败相关的信息。
  33. 根据权利要求20至31中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    删除模块,被配置为删除前一次基于所述请求未获取到***消息时,记录的与请求失败相关的信息;
    第一保存模块,被配置为保存本次基于所述请求未获取到***消息时,记录的与请求失败相关的信息。
  34. 根据权利要求20至31中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二保存模块,被配置为保存每次基于所述请求未获取到***消息时,记录的与请求失败相关的信息。
  35. 根据权利要求20至31中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    通知传输模块,被配置为在与所述基站建立通信连接,或恢复与所述基站的通信连接时,向所述基站传输有可用的与请求失败相关的信息的通知;
    请求接收模块,被配置为接收所述基站获取所述与请求失败相关的信息的请求;
    信息传输模块,被配置为将所述与请求失败相关的信息传输至所述基站。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通知用于指示所述与请求失败相关的信息包含基于所述请求未获取到***消息的相关信息。
  37. 根据权利要求35所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通知用于指示所述与请求失败相关的信息包含基于所述请求未获取到消息的相关信息。
  38. 根据权利要求20至31中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述与请求失败相关的信息包含于最小化路测信息。
  39. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,适用于用户设备,所述电子设备包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    向基站传输请求,其中,所述请求用于获取一个或多个***消息;
    若基于所述请求未获取到至少一个所述***消息,记录与请求失败相关的信息。
  40. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,适用于用户设备,该程序被处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    向基站传输请求,其中,所述请求用于获取一个或多个***消息;
    若基于所述请求未获取到至少一个所述***消息,记录与请求失败相关的信息。
