发明内容
基于上述现状,本申请的主要目的在于提供一种烤架,其能够简单而便捷地在蒸烤设备内实现限位固定,无需采用螺钉等固定结构,并且还不影响烤架的快速取放。
为实现上述目的,本申请采用的技术方案如下:
一种烤架,用于放置在蒸烤设备中的搁架上,其包括位于左端部和/或右端部的限位结构,其中,所述限位结构包括第一限位部和第二限位部,所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部在左右方向上存在间隔距离,使得在安装状态下,所述搁架的一部分位于所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部之间,以便在左右方向上相对于所述搁架进行限位。
优选地,所述第一限位部包括向下突出的第一限位凸起,和/或,所述第二限位部包括向下突出的第二限位凸起。
优选地,所述烤架包括沿前后方向延伸的第一纵梁和第二纵梁,所述第一纵梁位于所 述第二纵梁的外侧,所述第一限位凸起设置在所述第一纵梁上,所述第二限位凸起设置在所述第二纵梁上。
优选地,所述第一限位凸起为一体形成在所述第一纵梁上的第一折弯结构,和/或,所述第二限位凸起为一体形成在所述第二纵梁上的第二折弯结构。
优选地,所述第一纵梁位于所述第二纵梁的外侧,所述第二纵梁的直径为D2,其中,D1≥D2。
优选地,所述烤架的左右两端均设置有所述限位结构,每一端的限位结构中,所述第二限位部包括互相间隔开的至少两个第二限位凸起,使得多个第二限位凸起能够用作所述烤架的支腿。
优选地,所述限位结构还包括第三限位部,用于在安装状态下与所述搁架相配合,以便在前后方向上相对于所述搁架进行限位。
优选地,所述第三限位部包括向下凸起的两个第三限位凸起,用于抵靠所述搁架的端部进行限位。
优选地,所述烤架包括沿前后方向延伸的第一纵梁,其中:
所述第三限位凸起为一体形成在所述第一纵梁上的第三折弯结构;和/或,
两个第三限位凸起分别位于所述第一纵梁的前后两端附近,分别用于抵靠所述搁架的前端部和后端部。
优选地,还包括拉手部,所述拉手部设置在所述烤架的前侧和/或后侧边缘,用作取放所述烤架时的受力部位。
优选地,所述烤架包括位于前侧和/或后侧边缘的边横梁,所述拉手部为所述边横梁的一部分向上折弯变形而形成的凸起部。
优选地,所述烤架包括位于左右两侧边缘的边纵梁,所述边横梁和所述边纵梁为一体形成。
本申请的另一目的在于提供一种蒸烤设备,技术方案如下:
一种蒸烤设备,包括搁架和烤架,所述搁架固定在所述蒸烤设备内胆的侧壁上,所述烤架可动地放置在所述搁架上,其中,所述烤架为前面所述的烤架。
本申请通过设置第一限位部和第二限位部使得烤架和搁架之间在左右双方向上的相对运动被阻止,由此使得烤架在蒸烤设备中不会发生左右晃动,有效实现了准确限位的目的。特别地,第一限位部或者第二限位部还能够用作烤架的支腿,以避免食物与台面接触,从而提高烤架的散热效率并保证食物的卫生安全。
优选地,本申请还通过设置第三限位部使得烤架和搁架之间在前后双方向上的相对运 动被阻止,由此使得烤架在蒸烤设备中不会发生前后晃动,进一步实现了准确限位的目的。
优选地,本申请还通过设置拉手部使得烤架的取放更为容易。

具体实施方式
针对现有技术的烤架缺少有效限位措施的现状,本申请的第一方面提供了一种烤架100,用于放置在蒸烤设备200(如烤箱等)中的搁架300上,以便承载食物,该烤架100的结构如图1至图6所示,该烤架100在蒸烤设备200中的使用情况如图7至图11所示。
在开始详细描述之前,首先说明本申请中有关上、下、左、右、前、后等方位词的定义。在使用状态下,也即,当烤架放在蒸烤设备中时,上、下方向按照此时的自然状态定义,烤架的上方为上、下方为下,例如,食物是放在烤架的上面的;而左、右、前、后方向则是以面对蒸烤设备的用户的状态进行定义的,对用户而言的左右方向即为烤架的左右方向,前后方向则定义为离用户远近的水平方向,即,靠近用户的一侧为前,远离用户的一侧为后,换言之,将烤架放入蒸烤设备中时需向后移动烤架,从蒸烤设备中取出烤架时则需向前移动烤架。按照上述定义,烤架是通过左右两端部架设在蒸烤设备内部的固定结构(如搁架)上的,并且可在用户的操作下沿前后方向运动,以便取出烤架或将其放入蒸烤设备。上述方向示于图2与图3中。
首先参见图1至图6,该烤架100包括位于左端部或者右端部(优选左端部和右端部) 的限位结构,其中,所述限位结构包括第一限位部110和第二限位部120,所述第一限位部110和所述第二限位部120在左右方向上存在间隔距离,使得在安装状态下,所述搁架300的一部分位于所述第一限位部110和所述第二限位部120之间(参见图8和图11),以便在左右方向上相对于所述搁架300进行限位。
也即,由于限位结构的第一限位部110和第二限位部120分别位于搁架300的相应部分的左右两侧,使得烤架100和搁架300之间在左右双方向上的相对运动被阻止,由此使得烤架100在蒸烤设备200中不会发生左右晃动,有效实现了准确限位的目的。
容易理解,在烤架100的左右两端部中的任意一端部设置上述限位结构,就能实现该限位目的,然而,在左右两个端部同时设置上述限位结构,则限位效果更好。
第一限位部110和第二限位部120在左右方式上的间隔距离最好等于或大于搁架300的相应部位的径向尺寸,以便提高限位准确性。例如,当仅在一个端部设置前述限位结构时,也即,烤架100仅通过一个端部进行双向限位,此时,第一限位部110和第二限位部120在左右方式上的间隔距离优选等于或略大于搁架300的相应部位的径向尺寸,这样,当烤架100因工作过程中的高温而热涨变形时,可以允许另一个端部自由伸长,而不会影响限位准确性。当同时在左端部和右端部设置前述限位结构时,也即,烤架100通过两端同时进行双向限位,此时,第一限位部110和第二限位部120在左右方式上的间隔距离最好大于搁架300的相应部位的径向尺寸,这样,可以为烤架100在两端预留出一定的变形余量,当烤架100因工作过程中的高温而热涨变形时,不至于导致烤架100和搁架300卡死。
上述限位结构可以采用多种不同的结构,只要包括在左右方向上相互间隔开的第一限位部110和第二限位部120以便能分别位于搁架300相应部位的左右两侧即可。
例如,可以在烤架100的一个或两个端部设置沿前后方向延伸且槽口向下的槽状结构,则该槽状结构的左右两槽壁即可充当第一限位部110和第二限位部120,在具体使用时,只需要将该槽状结构扣在搁架300的相应部位即可。再例如,还可以在烤架100的端部设置例如两个以上“∩”形或“Π”形的构件,其向下延伸的两个腿部可分别充当第一限位部110和第二限位部120,同样,在具体使用时,只需要将该“∩”形或“Π”形的构件扣在搁架300的相应部位即可。上述各种形式的限位结构例如可单独成型后焊接到烤架100的左端部和/或右端部。
优选地,为简化烤架100的制造工艺,所述第一限位部110可以包括向下突出的第一限位凸起111,所述第二限位部120可以包括向下突出的第二限位凸起121,如图1至图6所示。以限位凸起的方式设置相应的限位部,可以简化限位部的结构,从而降低烤架100 的制造成本。这些相应的限位凸起可以直接设置在烤架100的已有结构上,例如相应的横梁(沿左右方向延伸)和/或纵梁(沿前后方向延伸)上。
优选地,如图1所示,所述烤架100包括沿前后方向延伸的第一纵梁101和第二纵梁102,所述第一纵梁101位于所述第二纵梁102的外侧,例如第一纵梁101为最外侧的边纵梁,所述第一限位凸起111设置在所述第一纵梁101上,所述第二限位凸起121设置在所述第二纵梁102上。通过设定第一纵梁101和第二纵梁102之间的左右间距,便可以方便地限定第一限位凸起111和第二限位凸起121在左右方向上的间隔距离,进一步简化烤架100的制造工艺。
优选地,在未示出的实施方式中,所述第一限位凸起111、所述第二限位凸起121可以是焊接在相应结构上的凸包或凸柱。
优选地,如图1至图5所示,所述第一限位凸起111为一体形成在所述第一纵梁101上的第一折弯结构,所述第二限位凸起121为一体形成在所述第二纵梁102上的第二折弯结构。
通常,烤架为利用金属线材焊接而成,因此,在第一纵梁101、第二纵梁102上直接通过折弯而形成相应的限位凸起,能够进一步简化制造工艺,降低成本,同时还使烤架100更为美观大方,使用也更为舒适。
如图1所示,优选地,所述烤架100的左右两端均设置有所述限位结构,每一端的限位结构中,所述第二限位部120包括在前后方向上互相间隔开的至少两个第二限位凸起121,从而,多个第二限位凸起121可以用作所述烤架100的支腿,以便在烤架100放在台面上(如图6所示)时,能够使烤架100的主体部分(也即承载食物的网架部分150)能够与台面之间保持一定的间隙,一方面便于给蒸烤后的食物散热,另一方面还能避免食物与台面之间接触,从而防止食物被污染。容易理解,用作烤架100的支腿的限位凸起应具有更大的凸起高度,使得当烤架100放置在台面上时,仅相应支腿的顶点接触台面,不用作支腿的限位凸起则最好不接触台面。例如,在图示的实施方式中,左右两端共计四个第二限位凸起121用作烤架100的支腿,因此第二限位凸起121的凸起高度大于第一限位凸起111,于是,图6中,仅第二限位凸起121接触台面。
优选地,如图1和图4所示,所述限位结构还包括第三限位部130,用于在安装状态下与所述搁架300(例如搁架300的前后端部)相配合,以便在前后方向上相对于所述搁架300进行限位。所述第三限位部130优选设置在第一纵梁101上。至此,本申请的烤架100还实现了沿前后方向的限位,避免了其在蒸烤设备内部在前后方向上发生移动。
优选地,所述第三限位部130包括向下凸起的两个第三限位凸起131,用于抵靠所述 搁架300的端部进行限位。
优选地,所述第三限位凸起131为一体形成在所述第一纵梁101上的第三折弯结构,从而可简化制造工艺,降低成本。当然,第三限位凸起131也可以是例如焊接在第一纵梁101上的凸包或凸柱。
两个第三限位凸起131可以位于第一纵梁101的前端附近或者后端附近,二者例如间隔开较小的距离,以便能够分别从前后两侧抵靠搁架300的同一部位,以实现前后方向的限位。然而,优选地,两个第三限位凸起131分别位于第一纵梁101的前端附近和后端附近,从而分别用于抵靠所述搁架300的前端部和后端部,参见图9及图10,实现更为可靠的限位。
优选地,如图1至图3和图6所示,所述烤架100还包括向上和/或向下凸起的拉手部140,所述拉手部140设置在所述烤架100的前侧和/或后侧边缘,用作取放所述烤架100时的受力部位。由于拉手部向上和/或向下凸起,用户在向蒸烤设备中放置烤架100或从中取出烤架100时可以方便地施力,例如抓握住拉手部140即可。
拉手部140可以是焊接固定在前侧边缘或者后侧边缘的结构,以尽量不占用烤架100的有效承载面积为宜。
优选地,如图1至图3和图6所示,所述烤架100包括位于前侧和/或后侧边缘的边横梁104,所述拉手部140为所述边横梁104的一部分向上折弯变形而形成的凸起部。利用边横梁104的折弯变形而直接形成相应的凸起部以作为拉手部140,能够简化制造工艺,降低成本,同时还使烤架100更为美观大方,使用也更为舒适。
优选地,所述第一纵梁101为位于左右两端的最外侧的边纵梁,其中,所述第一纵梁101的直径为D1,所述第二纵梁102的直径为D2,其中,D1≥D2。
优选地,所述边横梁104和所述边纵梁(也即第一纵梁101)为一体形成,即,二者可采用一根线材折弯形成,其直径均为D1。
除了第一纵梁101、第二纵梁102和边横梁104外,如图1所示,烤架100还包括多个内横梁105和内纵梁106,这些内横梁105和内纵梁106彼此交错,形成烤架100的网架部分150,具体起到承载食物的功能。其中,内横梁105和内纵梁106的直径为D3,并且,D3<D2。
通过上述设置,烤架的最***部分(第一纵梁101和边横梁104)的直径最大,因为其作为与搁架300进行配合时的受力部位以及用户取放烤架时的受力部位,采用较大的直径有利于增加结构强度;第二纵梁102的直径次之,因其承担支腿作用和安装状态下的左右限位作用,故直径也应大些以保证强度;而内横梁105和内纵梁106一则互相交错构成 网架结构105、二则主要用于承载食物,因此单根梁的受力都不大,故直径应小些。
优选地,相邻的内横梁105之间的距离小于相邻的内纵梁106之间的距离,使得该烤架100的网架部分150呈现沿横向延伸的网格间隙,这种结构能够更可靠地承载食物。原因在于,以烧烤为例,用户普遍习惯于纵向摆放食物,即对于肉肠、肉卷等长条形食材,用户习惯于使食物的长度方向与烤架的前后方向一致,而由于本申请的烤架100的网格间隙为沿横向延伸,纵向间隙很小,因此,再小的食材,在烘烤后即使再缩小尺寸,也不会从网格间隙中掉下去,从而保证了食材的承载和蒸烤效果。
优选地,如图1所示,所述网架部分150的左右两端固定至所述第二纵梁102,具体地,除了恰好对准第二折弯结构的个别内横梁105以外,其余各个内横梁105的左端与左侧的第二纵梁102搭接固定,右端与右侧的第二纵梁102搭接固定,各个内纵梁106则分别与所有的内横梁105搭接固定;相应的第二纵梁102的前后两端则分别与对应的边横梁104搭接固定,边横梁104则与第一纵梁101彼此固定构成封闭的外框架,由此使得该烤架形成一个坚固的整体。
以下再结合图7至图11说明本申请的烤架100在蒸烤设备200中的使用情况。
如图7所示,蒸烤设备200的内部设有搁架300,搁架300例如固定在蒸烤设备200内胆210的侧壁上。本申请的烤架100可动地放置在所述搁架300上。
在安装状态下,如图8和图11所示,第一限位部110和第二限位部120分别位于搁架300的对应部位的左右两侧,从而完成左右方向的限位;同时,如图9和图10所示,第三限位部130的两个第三限位凸起131则分别抵靠搁架300的前后端部,从而完成前后方向的限位。于是,本申请的优选实施方式的烤架100能够在蒸烤设备200内部实现可靠限位,无法自由滑动,保证了食物的摆放位置,同时也保证了蒸烤设备200内的温度场。
当用户需要取放烤架100时,只需要抓握烤架100的拉手部140,轻轻推拉,即可使第三限位凸起131轻松越过搁架300的端部,从而消除前后方向上的运动限制,完成取放操作;并且,在取放过程中,第一限位凸起111(优选两个以上)和第二限位凸起121(优选两个以上)还能持续地与搁架300的左右侧面配合,以便对烤架100的滑动进行导向,使取放过程更为顺畅。
综上,本申请的烤架100具有限位可靠、结构简单、稳定性好、散热效率高、承载食物稳定、卫生安全、使用方便等优点。
在上述工作的基础上,本申请的第二方面提供了一种蒸烤设备,优选为烤箱,如家用电烤箱等,该蒸烤设备包括本申请前面所述的烤架100。
本领域的技术人员容易理解的是,在不冲突的前提下,上述各优选方案可以自由地组 合、叠加。
应当理解,上述的实施方式仅是示例性的,而非限制性的,在不偏离本申请的基本原理的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以针对上述细节做出的各种明显的或等同的修改或替换,都将包含于本申请的权利要求范围内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种烤架,用于放置在蒸烤设备中的搁架上,其特征在于,包括位于左端部和/或右端部的限位结构,其中,所述限位结构包括第一限位部和第二限位部,所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部在左右方向上存在间隔距离,使得在安装状态下,所述搁架的一部分位于所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部之间,以便在左右方向上相对于所述搁架进行限位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烤架,其特征在于,所述第一限位部包括向下突出的第一限位凸起,和/或,所述第二限位部包括向下突出的第二限位凸起。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烤架,其特征在于,所述烤架包括沿前后方向延伸的第一纵梁和第二纵梁,所述第一纵梁位于所述第二纵梁的外侧,所述第一限位凸起设置在所述第一纵梁上,所述第二限位凸起设置在所述第二纵梁上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的烤架,其特征在于,所述第一限位凸起为一体形成在所述第一纵梁上的第一折弯结构,和/或,所述第二限位凸起为一体形成在所述第二纵梁上的第二折弯结构。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的烤架,其特征在于,所述第一纵梁的直径为D1,所述第二纵梁的直径为D2,其中,D1≥D2。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的烤架,其特征在于,所述烤架的左右两端均设置有所述限位结构,每一端的限位结构中,所述第二限位部包括互相间隔开的至少两个第二限位凸起,使得多个第二限位凸起能够用作所述烤架的支腿。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的烤架,其特征在于,所述限位结构还包括第三限位部,用于在安装状态下与所述搁架相配合,以便在前后方向上相对于所述搁架进行限位。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烤架,其特征在于,所述第三限位部包括向下凸起的两个第三限位凸起,用于抵靠所述搁架的端部进行限位。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烤架,其特征在于,所述烤架包括沿前后方向延伸的第一纵梁,其中:
    所述第三限位凸起为一体形成在所述第一纵梁上的第三折弯结构;和/或,
    两个第三限位凸起分别位于所述第一纵梁的前后两端附近,分别用于抵靠所述搁架的前端部和后端部。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9之一所述的烤架,其特征在于,还包括拉手部,所述拉手部设置在所述烤架的前侧和/或后侧边缘,用作取放所述烤架时的受力部位。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的烤架,其特征在于,所述烤架包括位于前侧和/或后侧边缘的边横梁,所述拉手部为所述边横梁的一部分向上折弯变形而形成的凸起部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的烤架,其特征在于,所述烤架包括位于左右两侧边缘的边纵梁,所述边横梁和所述边纵梁为一体形成。
  13. 一种蒸烤设备,包括搁架和烤架,所述搁架固定在所述蒸烤设备内胆的侧壁上,所述烤架可动地放置在所述搁架上,其特征在于,所述烤架为根据权利要求1-12之一所述的烤架。
