一种绝缘型高压钢丝胶管总成,包括胶管接头(1)、金属外套管(2)、绝缘套管和高压钢丝胶管(6),该胶管接头(1)包括外接口端和内芯管端(5),内芯管端(5)用于***高压钢丝胶管(6)端部;该金属外套管(2)可活动地设置在胶管接头(1)的内芯管端(5)外周,用于在外力作用下紧密扣压在高压钢丝胶管(6)端部的外周;该绝缘套管设置在高压钢丝胶管(6)的端部,用于避免胶管接头的内芯管端(5)外侧和金属外套管(2)内侧与高压钢丝胶管(6)的直接接触。该绝缘套管包括内绝缘管(4)和外绝缘管(3),内绝缘管(4)为一端带有外翻边的套管,外绝缘管(3)的内径等于内绝缘管(4)外翻边圆周的外径。该胶管总成通过设置内绝缘管和外绝缘管,使该胶管总成具有良好的绝缘特性,大大提高耐用性,该胶管总成结构简单、成本低,利于推广。

Description

一种绝缘型高压钢丝胶管总成 技术领域
本发明涉及高压钢丝胶管总成技术领域,特别是涉及一种绝缘型高压钢丝胶管总成。
背景技术
现有液压转辙机的胶管总成为非绝缘型,在潮湿环境中尤其使用于地铁时,胶管总成连接的液压转辙机会接受一定的回流电。由于胶管通常会铺设与地面上,这样如果胶管总成不绝缘,就会使胶管成为带电体与大地形成一定的电位差,从而导致胶管内的编织钢丝电腐蚀,导致胶管总成破损。同时现有的胶管总成在扣压时,由于金属外套管与高压钢丝编织胶管的钢丝编织物直接接触,易导致钢丝编织层的破损,影响胶管的性能和寿命。
由此可见,上述现有的非绝缘型高压钢丝胶管总成在结构与使用上,显然仍存在有不便与缺陷,而亟待加以进一步改进。本发明就是要创设一种新的绝缘型高压钢丝胶管总成,使其能实现高压钢丝编织胶管与金属外套管和内芯管的绝缘,延长使用寿命,提高耐用性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种绝缘型高压钢丝胶管总成,使其能实现高压钢丝编织胶管与金属外套管和内芯管的绝缘,延长寿命,提高耐用性,从而克服现有的高压钢丝胶管总成的不足。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种绝缘型高压钢丝胶管总成,包 括胶管接头、金属外套管、绝缘套管和高压钢丝胶管,
所述胶管接头包括外接口端和内芯管端,所述内芯管端用于***所述高压钢丝胶管端部;
所述金属外套管,可活动地设置在所述胶管接头的内芯管端外周,用于在外力作用下紧密扣压在所述高压钢丝胶管端部的外周;
所述绝缘套管设置在所述高压钢丝胶管的端部,用于避免所述胶管接头的内芯管端外侧和所述金属外套管内侧与所述高压钢丝胶管的直接接触。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述绝缘套管包括内绝缘管和外绝缘管,所述内绝缘管为一端带有外翻边的套管,所述外绝缘管的内径等于所述内绝缘管外翻边圆周的外径。
进一步改进,所述内绝缘管和外绝缘管为一体成型的U型环管结构。
进一步改进,所述绝缘套管采用橡胶、尼龙、聚四氟乙烯或硅胶材质。
采用这样的设计后,本发明至少具有以下优点:
1、本发明通过在高压钢丝编织胶管的端面及端部内外侧均设置由绝缘材料形成的套管,使胶管接头和金属外套管与高压钢丝胶管达到绝对的绝缘,使该胶管总成具有良好的绝缘特性,同时又能保证耐高压等原有功能不变,提高胶管总成的可靠性和耐用性,适用于各种铁路道岔用液压转换设备。
2、还通过将绝缘套管设置为内绝缘管和外绝缘管,降低绝缘套管的加工难度,该绝缘型高压钢丝胶管总成结构简单、成本低,利于推广。

具体实施方式
本实施例以液压转辙机用高压钢丝胶管总成为例,对本发明技术方案进行具体说明,不应理解为是对本发明的任何限制。本实施例详细说明如下。
参照附图1所示,本实施例绝缘型高压钢丝胶管总成,包括胶管接头1、金属外套管2、绝缘套管和高压钢丝胶管6。
该胶管接头1包括外接口端和内芯管端5,该内芯管端5用于***该高压钢丝胶管6的端部。
该金属外套管2,可活动地设置在该胶管接头的内芯管端5外周,用于在外力作用下紧密扣压在该高压钢丝胶管6端部的外周,实现与胶管接头内芯管的配合,达到胶管接头1与高压钢丝胶管6的固定连接。
该绝缘套管设置在该高压钢丝胶管6的端部,用于避免该胶管接头1的内芯管端5外侧和该金属外套管2内侧与该高压钢丝胶管6的直接接触,起到该金属外套管和内芯管与高压钢丝编织胶管的钢丝编织物的直接接触,达到真正绝缘的目的。
较优实施例为,参照附图2至5所示,该绝缘套管包括内绝缘管4和外绝缘管3。该内绝缘管4为一端带有外翻边7的套管,该外绝缘管3的内径等于该内绝缘管外翻边7圆周的外径,这样内绝缘管4和外绝缘管3相配合正好实现完全隔离该金属外套管和内芯管与高压钢丝编织胶管的钢丝 编织物的直接接触,简单方便的实现绝缘目的。当然,该内绝缘管4和外绝缘管3也可以为一体成型的U型环管结构,使组装更简便。
本实施例中绝缘套管采用橡胶材质,当然也可以采用现有的各种绝缘材料,如尼龙、聚四氟乙烯或硅胶等。
本发明绝缘型高压钢丝胶管总成的组装步骤为:先将绝缘套管套装在该高压钢丝胶管6的端部,然后将胶管接头的内芯管5***套装有该绝缘套管的高压钢丝胶管6内部,最后通过向金属外套管2施加外力,实现金属外套管2与胶管接头1配合完成对高压钢丝胶管6的固定连接。
本发明绝缘型高压钢丝胶管总成通过在金属外套管与高压钢丝编织胶管之间增设柔性的绝缘材料,使该胶管总成具有良好的绝缘特性,还可以对该高压钢丝编织胶管的钢丝编织层形成保护,有效防止对其压伤,提高胶管总成的可靠性,同时又能保证耐高压等原有功能不变,适用于各种铁路道岔用液压转换设备中。

  1. 一种绝缘型高压钢丝胶管总成,其特征在于,包括胶管接头、金属外套管、绝缘套管和高压钢丝胶管,
    所述胶管接头包括外接口端和内芯管端,所述内芯管端用于***所述高压钢丝胶管端部;
    所述金属外套管,可活动地设置在所述胶管接头的内芯管端外周,用于在外力作用下紧密扣压在所述高压钢丝胶管端部的外周;
    所述绝缘套管设置在所述高压钢丝胶管的端部,用于避免所述胶管接头的内芯管端外侧和所述金属外套管内侧与所述高压钢丝胶管的直接接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的绝缘型高压钢丝胶管总成,其特征在于,所述绝缘套管包括内绝缘管和外绝缘管,所述内绝缘管为一端带有外翻边的套管,所述外绝缘管的内径等于所述内绝缘管外翻边圆周的外径。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的绝缘型高压钢丝胶管总成,其特征在于,所述内绝缘管和外绝缘管为一体成型的U型环管结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的绝缘型高压钢丝胶管总成,其特征在于,所述绝缘套管采用橡胶、尼龙、聚四氟乙烯或硅胶材质。
