Le procédé spécifique est le suivant : un terminal reçoit une première entrée d'un abonné, la première entrée étant utilisée pour demander la configuration d'un service supplémentaire d'une carte de module d'identité d'abonné ; et en réponse à la première entrée, le terminal acquiert l'état d'ouverture stocké localement d'un service VoLTE de la carte de module d'identité d'abonné, et affiche une interface de configuration correspondant à l'état d'ouverture du service VoLTE de la carte de module d'identité d'abonné, l'interface de configuration étant utilisée pour configurer le service supplémentaire de la carte de module d'identité d'abonné, et l'état d'ouverture comprenant un état ouvert et un état non ouvert.
