在一个实施例中,箱体100的第二部分20上的第二边框21的多个第二凸起24的宽度与第二部分20上的第二边框21的多个第二凹槽25的宽度相等。
在一个实施例中,箱体100的第一部分10上的第一边框11的多个第一凸起14、箱体100的第一部分10上的第一边框11的多个第一凹槽15、箱体100的第二部分20上的第二边框21的多个第二凸起24、以及箱体100的第二部分20上的第二边框21的多个第二凹槽25的宽度相等。
继续参见图4,第一边框11的内表面上与第一凸起14对应的位置形成凹槽16,以及第一边框11的内表面上第一凹槽15对应的位置形成凸起17。类似地,第二边框21的内表面上与第二凸起24对应的位置形成凹槽26,以及第二边框的内表面上与第二凹槽25对应的位置形成凸起27。
参见图4-5,第一边框11的下周部设置第一凸起14,第一咬合部13设置于第一凸起14的内侧,第二边框21的上周部设置第二凹槽25,第二咬合部23设置于第二凹槽25的内侧,当第一咬合部13与第二咬合部23相互咬合时,第一边框11的下周部的第一凸起14与第二边框21的上周部的第二凹槽25配合,使得第一部分与第二部分的结合处形成一体化的效果,在视觉箱体的第一部分10和第二部分20是一体形成的,参见图3是处的箱体的结合处B。通过此种设置,不仅能够增强箱体的强度,增加其防水防尘的效果,还能够增加箱体的美观度。
继续参照图4-5,在本实施例中,第一咬合部13为从第一边框11的下周部一体向下伸出的环形凸环,第二咬合部23为从所述第二边框的上周部一体向内凹陷形成的环形凹坑,当箱体的第一部分10与第二部分20相互闭合时,环形凸环13卡入环形凹坑23内,使得箱体100的第一部分10与第二部分20紧密连接。
在另一个实施例中,也可以设置成第一咬合部为从第一边框11的下周部一体向内凹陷形成的环形凹坑,而第二咬合部为从第二边框21的上周部一体向上伸出的环形凸环,当箱体第一部分与第二部分相互闭合时,环形凸环卡入环形凹坑内,使得箱体的第一部分与第二部分紧密连接。
继续参照图5,在第一边框11的环形凸环13的底部设置有第一加强肋18,在第二边框21的环形凹坑的后部设置有第二加强肋18第三加强肋19,从而起到加强第一咬合部和第二咬合部的强度的作用。
在本实施例中,如图5所示,环形凸环13的横截面呈三角形,对应地,环 形凹坑23的横截面也呈三角形。本领域的技术人员可以理解,环形凸环13也可以设计成其横截面呈其他形状,例如梯形、半圆形等,对应地,环形凹坑23的横截面也可以设计成其他形状,例如梯形、半圆形等。
在一个实施例中,环形凹坑23的底部还设有第二凹坑23A,当第一部分10与第二部分20相互闭合时,环形凸环13的头部嵌入第二凹坑23A内,从而保证了连接的强度,箱体的第一部分与第二部分不容易意外开启,并进一步增强防水、防尘效果。
本发明的箱体可以是旅行箱,旅行箱的底部可以设置滚轮,侧部和顶部可以分别设置提手,以及在顶部还可以设置拉杆。此外,箱体的第一部分与箱体的第二部分之间可以通过设置铰链来连接。需要开启箱体时,只需要向上旋转第二部分,即可打开箱体。
此外,本发明中的第一咬合部和第二咬合部可以称为咬合结构,也可以称为连接结构。
本发明利用型材工艺折弯出上下两个边框,通过搭接、合扣方式,使得结合处形成一体化的效果,更能加强主箱体的刚度和强度。使得箱体整体的刚度、强度得到提升,同时提升箱体加工效率。
以上已详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例,但应理解到,在阅读了本发明的上述讲授内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改。这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种箱体,包括相互独立的第一部分和第二部分,其特征在于,所述第一部分的下周部设有沿整个下周部一体形成的第一咬合部,所述第二部分的上周部设有沿整个上周部一体形成的第二咬合部,所述第一咬合部与所述第二咬合部相互配合从而将所述第一部分与第二部分相互扣合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的箱体,其特征在于,所述第一部分包括第一面板和从所述第一面板一体折弯形成的第一边框,所述第一咬合部从所述第一边框的下周部一体向下伸出形成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的箱体,其特征在于,所述第二部分包括第二面板和从所述第二面板一体折弯形成的第二边框,所述第二咬合部从所述第二边框的上周部一体向上伸出形成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的箱体,其特征在于,所述第一边框的外表面设有沿整个所述第一边框的整个外周壁延伸的多个第一凸起和第一凹槽,所述第一凸起和第二凹槽间隔布置,所述第二边框的外表面设有沿整个所述第二边框的外周壁延伸的多个第二凸起和第二凹槽,所述第二凸起和第二凹槽间隔布置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的箱体,其特征在于,所述第一边框的下周部设置第一凸起,所述第一咬合部设置于所述第一凸起的内侧,所述第二边框的上周部设置第二凹槽,所述第二咬合部设置于所述第二凹槽内侧,当所述第一咬合部与所述第二咬合部相互咬合时,所述第一边框下周部的第一凸起与所述第二边框的上周部的第二凹槽配合,使得所述第一部分与第二部分的结合处形成一体化的效果,在视觉所述箱体的第一部分和所述第二部分是一体形成的。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的箱体,其特征在于,所述多个第一凸起的宽度相等,和/或所述述多个第一凹槽的宽度相等,和/或所述多个第一凸起与所述多个第一凹槽的宽度相等,和/或所述多个第二凸起的宽度相等,和/或所述多个第二凹槽的宽度相等,和/或所述多个第二凸起的宽度与所述多个第二凹槽的宽度相等,和/或所述多个第一凸起、多个第一凹槽、多个第二凸起、以及所述多个第二凹槽的宽度相等。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的箱体,其特征在于,所述第一边框的内表面上与所 述第一凸起对应的位置形成凹槽,以及所述第一边框的内表面上所述第一凹槽对应的位置形成的凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的箱体,其特征在于,所述第二边框的内表面上与所述第二凸起对应的位置形成凹槽,以及所述第二边框的内表面上所述第二凹槽对应的位置形成的凸起。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的箱体,其特征在于,所述第一咬合部包括从所述第一边框的下周部一体向下伸出的环形凸环,所述第二咬合部包括从所述第二边框的上周部一体向内凹陷形成的环形凹坑,当所述箱体第一部分与第二部分相互闭合时,所述环形凸环卡入所述环形凹坑内,使得所述第一部分与所述第二部分相互固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的箱体,其特征在于,所述第一边框的环形凸环的底部设置有第一加强肋,所述第二边框的环形凹坑的后部设置有第二加强肋,从而加强所述第一咬合部和所述第二咬合部的强度。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的箱体,其特征在于,所述第一咬合部包括从所述第一边框的下周部一体向内凹陷形成的环形凹坑,所述第二咬合部包括从所述第二边框的上周部一体向下伸出的环形凸环,当所述箱体第一部分与第二部分相互闭合时,所述环形凸环卡入所述环形凹坑内,使得所述第一部分与所述第二部分相互固定连接。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的箱体,其特征在于,所述环形凸环的横截面呈三角形,以及所述环形凹坑的横截面也呈三角形。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的箱体,其特征在于,所述环形凹坑的底部还设有第二凹坑,当所述第一部分与所述第二部分相互闭合时,所述环形凸环的头部嵌入所述第二凹坑内。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体为旅行箱。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体的第一部分与所述箱体的第二部分之间通过铰链连接。
  16. 一种箱包的箱体连接结构,包括箱体边框,所述箱体边框由第一边框和第二边框连接固定,其特征在于:所述第一边框的环形底边和第二边框的环形 底边的连接处设有限位结构;所述限位结构包括设在第一边框的环形凸环和设在第二边框上的第一环形凹槽,所述环形凸环与第一环形凹槽咬合。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的箱包的箱体连接结构,其特征在于:所述环形凸环的横截面呈三角形,相对应的第一环形凹槽的横截面也为三角形。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的箱包的箱体连接结构,其特征在于:所述环形凸环位于第一边框的内侧,所述第一环形凹槽位于第二边框的内侧。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的箱包的箱体连接结构,其特征在于:所述第一环形凹槽的底面设有第二环形凹槽,所述环形凸环的头部嵌入在第二环形凹槽内。
  20. 一种箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体包括权利要求16-19任一项所述的箱体连接结构。
