Description

空调的中间风道支撑件以及空调 技术领域
本发明涉及空调技术领域,尤其涉及一种空调的中间风道支撑件以及具有该中间风道支撑件的空调。
背景技术
相关技术中,一些空调的中间会设置中间风道支撑件,中间风道支撑件的内部风道用于供气体流动,外部设置有支撑件,但是支撑件一般为单层结构,这样支撑件的结构可靠性差,密封性较低,用户使用体验不佳。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种空调的中间风道支撑件,该中间风道支撑件结构可靠,密封效果好。
本发明进一步地提出了一种空调。
根据本发明的空调的中间风道支撑件,包括:风道本体;透明罩,所述透明罩罩设于所述风道本体的外侧,所述透明罩包括外层透明板和至少一层内层透明板,至少一层所述内层透明板设置于所述外层透明板的内侧且靠近所述风道本体。
根据本发明的空调的中间风道支撑件,通过在外层透明板的内侧设置至少一层内层透明板,可以更好地将风道本体与室内环境间隔开,从而可以提高中间风道支撑件的密封性,可以减弱风道本体处的噪音向外传递,可以提升用户的使用体验。
在本发明的一些示例中,所述内层透明板为一层且与所述外层透明板之间设置有连接板。
在本发明的一些示例中,所述连接板连接在所述外层透明板和所述内层透明板的一端,所述连接板、所述内层透明板和所述外层透明板为一体成型件。
在本发明的一些示例中,所述透明罩的与所述连接板相对的另一端为敞开端,所述中间风道支撑件还包括:装饰板,所述装饰板密封在所述透明罩的敞开端。
在本发明的一些示例中,所述装饰板设置有凹槽和凸起中的一种,所述内层透明板和所述外层透明板中的至少一个设置有凹槽和凸起中的另一种,所述凸起和所述凹槽配合。
在本发明的一些示例中,所述内层透明板为圆环形或锥形。

如图1-图4所示,根据本发明实施例的空调的中间风道支撑件10可以包括:风道本体1和透明罩2,透明罩2罩设于风道本体1的外侧,其中,风道本体1用于在空调内部从下部向上部送风,透明罩2用于连接空调的下部壳体和上部壳体,透明罩2本身带有透明的特性,从而可以使得用户能够看清里面的部件,进而可以提升空调的美观性。
如图1和图4所示,透明罩2包括外层透明板21和至少一层内层透明板22,外层透明板21用于与下部壳体和上部壳体相对应,至少一层内层透明板22设置于外层透明板21的内侧,而且至少一层内层透明板22靠近风道本体1。也就是说,位于外层透明板21内侧的内层透明板22可以为一层,也可以两层以及两层以上的更多层。通过在外层透明板21的内侧设置至少一层内层透明板22,可以更好地将风道本体1与室内环境间隔开,从而可以提高中间风道支撑件10的密封性,可以减弱风道本体1处的噪音向外传递,可以提升用户的使用体验。
具体地,如图1和图4所示,内层透明板22为一层,而且内层透明板22与外层透明板21之间设置有连接板23。采用一层内层透明板22可以使得透明罩2结构简单,而且密封效果好。连接板23可以有效连接内层透明板22和外层透明板21,可以使得透明罩2结构紧凑,易于安装布置。
可选地,如图1和图2所示,连接板23连接在外层透明板21和内层透明板22的一端,连接板23、内层透明板22和外层透明板21为一体成型件。一体成型的透明罩 2制造简单,结构强度好,易于安装。
如图1和图2所示,透明罩2的与连接板23相对的另一端为敞开端,中间风道支撑件10还包括:装饰板3,装饰板3密封在透明罩2的敞开端。也就是说,装饰板3不仅能够起到装饰作用,还可以起到密封作用,这样可以进一步地提升中间风道支撑件10的密封效果,而且可以有效减弱异物进入到透明罩2内影响观感。
进一步地,装饰板3设置有凹槽24和凸起31中的一种,内层透明板22和外层透明板21中的至少一个设置有凹槽24和凸起31中的另一种,凸起31和凹槽24配合。采用凸起31和凹槽24的配合方式,可以起到预定位的作用,可以提高装饰板3和透明罩2的安装效率,还可以提高装饰板3和透明罩2的安装可靠性。
其中,在采用凸起31和凹槽24预定位之后,装饰板3还可以与透明罩2焊接固定,从而可以提高装饰板3与透明罩2的固定可靠性,可以进一步地便于中间风道支撑件10与上部壳体和下部壳体固定连接。
可选地,如图1所示,内层透明板22可以为圆环形或者锥形。圆环形或者锥形的内层透明板22可以有效环绕风道本体1,从而可以更好地保护风道本体1,也可以更好地起到隔音作用。
其中,如图1-图3所示,外层透明板21由多段周向依次连接的圆弧面和/或平面构成。也就是说,外层透明板21可以由多段圆弧面构成,或者,外层透明板21可以由多段平面构成,或者外层透明板21可以由多段圆弧面和平面的组合构成。如此设置的外层透明板21能够有效与上部壳体和下部壳体对接,整体性较好。
还有,如图2和图3所示,外层透明板21的后部设置有线路避让槽25。线路避让槽25用于供空调的线路通过,从而可以使空调的上部和下部元器件正常通电工作,采用线路避让槽25的设置可以使得空调整体性好,而且可以降低透明罩2的设计难度。
根据本发明的一个具体实施例,如图1和图4所示,风道本体1包括多个依次连通的风道件11,至少一个风道件11为横截面积渐变结构。换言之,风道本体1为非整体式部件,其是通过多个风道件11组装所构成,这样可以使得风道本体1易于制造生产,而且横截面积渐变结构可以有利于气体在其内部的流动,可以提升风道本体1的工作性能。
如图4所示,多个风道件11包括相反设置且连通的两个风道件11。如此设置可以有利于气体从进口进入,也可以有利于气体从出口流出,还可以有利于气体在中间部分流动,从而可以进一步地提高气体在风道本体1的流动性。
具体地,如图1所示,风道件11为三个,位于两侧的两个风道件11相反设置。如 此设置可以使得风道本体1结构简单,性能好。
另外,如图1所示,中间风道支撑件10还连接有密封板4,该密封板4可以与连接板23固定连接,连接方式可以为焊接固定,其中,密封板4用于与上部壳体密封,或者,密封板4用于与下部壳体密封。
根据本发明实施例的空调,包括上述实施例的中间风道支撑件10。

    风道本体;
    透明罩,所述透明罩罩设于所述风道本体的外侧,所述透明罩包括外层透明板和至少一层内层透明板,至少一层所述内层透明板设置于所述外层透明板的内侧且靠近所述风道本体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调的中间风道支撑件,其特征在于,所述内层透明板为一层且与所述外层透明板之间设置有连接板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调的中间风道支撑件,其特征在于,所述连接板连接在所述外层透明板和所述内层透明板的一端,所述连接板、所述内层透明板和所述外层透明板为一体成型件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空调的中间风道支撑件,其特征在于,所述透明罩的与所述连接板相对的另一端为敞开端,所述中间风道支撑件还包括:装饰板,所述装饰板密封在所述透明罩的敞开端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空调的中间风道支撑件,其特征在于,所述装饰板设置有凹槽和凸起中的一种,所述内层透明板和所述外层透明板中的至少一个设置有凹槽和凸起中的另一种,所述凸起和所述凹槽配合。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的空调的中间风道支撑件,其特征在于,所述内层透明板为圆环形或锥形。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的空调的中间风道支撑件,其特征在于,所述外层透明板由多段周向依次连接的圆弧面和/或平面构成。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的空调的中间风道支撑件,其特征在于,所述外层透明板的后部设置有线路避让槽。
