Claims (10)
- 一种用于冰箱的抽屉组件,其特征在于包括:抽屉,可在一前极限位置和一后极限位置之间前后推拉地设置在冰箱的储物间室内;和左右并排设置的两个支撑组件,每个所述支撑组件包括支架,所述支架固定于所述储物间室内壁,且其内侧形成有前后延伸的第一滑道,其内侧后部设置有弹性舌片;所述抽屉的左侧壁和右侧壁分别可前后滑动地安装在一个所述支撑组件的支架的第一滑道上,所述抽屉组件配置成:在所述抽屉后移临近所述后极限位置时,其后端后推所述弹性舌片使其产生弹性变形,以使所述弹性舌片对所述抽屉施加向前的弹性缓冲力。
- 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述弹性舌片沿前后方向延伸,且其后部固定于所述支架,前部从后向前逐渐向上倾斜翘起;在所述抽屉后移临近所述后极限位置时,其后端与所述弹性舌片前部下表面接触以后推所述弹性舌片,使所述弹性舌片前部上弯,以对所述抽屉施加所述弹性缓冲力。
- 根据权利要求2所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述弹性舌片的后部沿水平面延伸,前部与水平面的夹角为5~10°。
- 根据权利要求2所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述抽屉的左侧壁和右侧壁后端分别安装有第一滑轮;在所述抽屉前后移动时,所述第一滑轮在所述第一滑道上表面上滚动;且在所述抽屉后移临近所述后极限位置时,所述第一滑轮与所述弹性舌片前部下表面接触以后推所述弹性舌片。
- 根据权利要求4所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述抽屉的左侧壁和右侧壁分别形成有前后延伸的第二滑道,所述支架内侧前端具有第二滑轮;在所述抽屉前后移动时,所述第二滑轮沿所述第二滑道下表面滚动以支撑所述第二滑道。
- 根据权利要求5所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述支架内侧后端固定有止挡块;所述抽屉后移至所述后极限位置时,其后端撞击所述止挡块,从而使所述抽屉无法继续后移。
- 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述抽屉的左侧壁和右侧壁各自具有上导条和位于所述上导条下方的下导条,所述上导条和所述下导条均具有从后向前逐渐向下倾斜的底边;所述支架具有上滑槽和下滑槽,所述上滑槽前后延伸,所述下滑槽具有前竖直段、从所述前竖直段底端向后延伸的水平段和从所述水平段后端向下延伸的后竖直段;且所述支撑组件还包括:连接件,其前后两端分别具有轴线左右延伸的前导柱和后导柱,所述前导柱伸入所述下滑槽,所述后导柱伸入所述上滑槽;和弹性元件,其对所述连接件施加向后的弹性预紧力;所述抽屉组件配置成:在所述抽屉处于正常打开状态时,使所述前导柱卡在所述前竖直段内,所述上导条和所述下导条位于所述前导柱前方;在所述抽屉后移过程中,所述上导条后移同时其底边下压所述前导柱,使其脱离所述前竖直段进入所述水平段,并抵在所述下导条前边,以在弹性预紧力作用下推动所述抽屉加速后移;在所述抽屉前移打开过程中,使所述下导条前推所述前导柱,使其重新卡入所述前竖直段后,使所述抽屉继续前移;且在所述抽屉处于所述前导柱卡在所述水平段后端的异常打开状态时,后移所述抽屉,所述下导条后移同时其底边下压所述前导柱,使其进入所述后竖直段以允许所述下导条越过所述前导柱,使所述前导柱重新处于所述下导条前边。
- 根据权利要求7所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于还配置成:在所述抽屉后移过程中,在所述前导柱脱离所述前竖直段时,使所述下导条前端位于所述前导柱前方预设距离处,以使所述前导柱脱离所述前竖直段后,在弹性预紧力作用下后移撞击所述下导条,发出所述抽屉关闭的提示音。
- 根据权利要求7所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述支架具有前后延伸且相互平行的内层板和外层板,所述内层板和所述外层板上各自设置有所述上滑槽,所述内层板上设置有所述下滑槽;所述连接件处于所述内层板和所述外层板之间,其后端具有向左和向右延伸的两个所述后导柱,两个所述后导柱分别进入一个所述上滑槽,其前端具有一个朝所述抽屉延伸的所述前导柱。
- 一种冰箱,其特征在于包括限定有储物间室的箱体和至少一个根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的抽屉组件,其中所述支撑组件的支架固定于所述储物间室内壁;所述抽屉的左右两侧壁分别可前后平移地安装在一个所述支撑组件的支架的第一滑道上。
