本申请要求于2018年2月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810156138.9、发明名称为“即时通讯与邮件的交互方法、装置、设备和存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及即时通讯领域,尤其涉及即时通讯与邮件的交互方法、装置、设备和存储介质。
背景技术
现有的即时通讯软件被越来越多的企业和个人运用于交互信息,即时通讯软件在现实信息交互时通常附带有其他的功能,以方便用户在即时通讯软件的执行关联响应。
以腾讯QQ为例,腾讯QQ对应设置有消息、邮件、通讯录等等,腾讯QQ用户可以在聊天界面上进行聊天,还可以在退出聊天界面,在主界面上触发邮件功能进行邮件的发送,但是由于腾讯QQ邮件并没有和用户的相关账户进行绑定,只有用户需要聊天人发送邮件时,用户需要进入腾讯QQ邮箱的界面,并在腾讯QQ邮箱的界面重新选择收件人,并进行其他一系列的编辑操作,这样的邮件发送操作方式较为麻烦,用户需要进行复杂的操作才可以将邮件信息发送至对应的收件人,如何才可以实现即时通讯与邮件便捷的信息交互,成为了亟待解决的技术问题。

发明内容
本申请的提供一种即时通讯与邮件的交互方法、装置、设备和存储介质,其可通过即时通讯与邮件的交互,使得用户的操作更加便捷。
本申请提供一种由计算机设备执行的即时通讯与邮件的交互方法,所述即时通讯与邮件的交互方法包括以下步骤:
接收交互指令,获取显示屏上的当前显示界面;
将当前显示界面与预置交互界面进行比对;
若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则基于即时通讯界面触发预置邮件功能,以进行邮件发送;
若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面匹配,则基于邮件功能页面触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
可选地,所述接收交互指令,获取显示屏上的当前显示界面的步骤之前,包括:
将邮箱账户的邮箱登录信息与IM账户的IM登录信息进行关联,并生成互通认证表;
接收邮箱账户的邮箱登录指令,获取邮箱登录指令中的邮箱登录信息,以根据邮箱登录信息和互通认证表,登录IM账户;
接收IM账户的IM登录指令,获取IM登录指令中的IM登录信息,以根据IM登录信息和互通认证表,登录邮箱账户。

接收获取模块,设置为接收交互指令,获取显示屏上的当前显示界面;
比对模块,设置为将当前显示界面与预置交互界面进行比对;
邮件交互模块,设置为若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则基于即时通讯界面触发预置邮件功能,以进行邮件发送;
即时通讯交互模块,设置为若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面匹配,则基于邮件功能页面触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种即时通讯与邮件的交互设备;
所述即时通讯与邮件的交互设备包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的即时通讯与邮件的交互程序,其中:

本申请实施例提出的一种即时通讯与邮件的交互方法、装置、设备和存储介质,用户在终端上触发即时通讯与邮件的交互指令,终端接收交互指令,获取终端显示屏上的当前显示界面;终端将当前显示界面与预置交互界面进行比对;判断当前显示界面是即时通讯界面还是邮件功能页面,以进行交互响应,具体地,若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则基于即时通讯界面触发预置邮件功能,并显示邮件功能页面,以进行邮件发送;若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能匹配,则基于邮件功能页面触发预置即时通讯功能,并显示即时通讯界面,以进行即时通讯信息发送,在本申请中无需用户手动执行即时通讯功能或者邮件功能的开启,终端可根据用户的交互指令进行即时通讯和邮件的交互,实现即时通讯和邮件页面的切换,实现了即时通讯与邮件发送之间的无缝切换,有助于简化用户操作、提升用户体验。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请实施例的主要解决方案是:将用户注册的即时通讯软件的IM账户信息与用户注册的邮箱账户信息进行互通,实现即时通讯与邮件的交互,用户可以基于即时通信软件与邮箱进行交互,或者用户可以在邮件功能页面上与即时通讯软件进行交互,使得用户即时通讯与邮件的交互更加便捷高效。
例如,用户在腾讯QQ(即时通讯软件)上触发交互指令,终端开启与腾讯QQ互通的预置邮件功能页面(需要说明的是,与腾讯QQ互通的预置邮件功能页面可以是QQ邮箱界面,还可以是139邮箱界面,即,用户设置139邮箱账户和QQ账户相关,终端将139邮箱账户的邮箱登录信息与QQ账户的QQ登录信息进行关联,并生成互通认证表,实现即时通讯账户与邮箱账户的关联),邮件功能页面上显示即时通讯软件聊天对象作为收件人,并在邮件功能页面收件人文本框中显示接收人邮箱信息 (需要说明的是,收件人可以是多个,例如,收件人有3个时,3个收件人的邮箱账户可以是的是不同类型,例如一个是139邮箱、一个是163邮箱、一个是企业邮箱等),并根据用户在邮件功能页面上的操作,进行邮件的发送。
由于现有技术中即时通讯软件通常设置有邮件功能,用户可以通过QQ触发QQ邮件功能,并进行邮件发送,但是这样的方法存在不足之处,首先,用户在开启邮件功能时需要用户多次操作,用户的操作较为繁杂;其次,用户只能按照设置的流程,在即时通讯界面上开启邮件功能页面,而并不能反向地在邮件功能页面上开启即时通讯界面;此外,即时通讯与邮件是预先设置好的,例如,用户只能基于腾讯QQ开启QQ邮箱;最后,现有的即时通讯软件并不能真正的与邮件功能进行高度融合,即时通讯软件上即时通讯消息与邮件内容并不能进行互通等。
如图1所示,图1是本申请实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的终端(终端又叫即时通讯与邮件的交互设备)结构示意图。
本申请实施例终端可以固定终端,也可以是移动终端,其中,固定终端如“物联网设备”、带联网功能的智能空调、智能电灯、智能电源等等;移动终端,如带联网功能的AR/VR设备,智能音箱、自动驾驶汽车、PC,智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、便携计算机等具有显示功能的终端设备。
如图1所示,该终端可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1004,用户接口1003,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地,终端还可以包括摄像头、RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块;输入单元,比显示屏,触摸屏;网络接口可选除无线接口中除WiFi外,蓝牙、探针、3G/4G/5G联网基站设备等等。当然,移动终端还可配置陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的终端结构并不构成对终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(存储介质:又叫计算机存储介质、计算机介质、可读介质、可读存储介质、计算机可读存储介质或者直接叫介质等,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作***、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及即时通讯与邮件的交互应用程序。
在图1所示的终端中,网络接口1004主要用于连接后台服务器,与后台服务器进行数据通信;用户接口1003主要用于连接客户端(用户端),与客户端进行数据通信;而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1005中存储的即时通讯与邮件的交互应用程序,并执行本申请以下实施例提供的即时通讯与邮件的交互方法中的步骤。
本申请即时通讯与邮件的交互方法的第一实施例中,所述即时通讯与邮件的交互方法包括:
接收交互指令,获取显示屏上的当前显示界面;
将当前显示界面与预置交互界面进行比对;
若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则基于即时通讯界面触发预置邮件功能,以进行邮件发送;
若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面匹配,则基于邮件功能页面触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
进一步地,在本实施例之前,包括将邮件账户与即时通讯账户进行关联,实现邮箱转账户与即时通讯账户的互通。
具体地,参照图2,在本实施例中将邮箱账户与即时通讯账户之间进行关联包括以下步骤:
步骤S01,将邮箱账户的邮箱登录信息与IM账户的IM登录信息进行关联,并生成互通认证表。
终端将邮箱账户与即时通讯账户之间的数据接口进行对接,即,终端根据用户操作的将邮箱账户与即时通讯账户之间相互授予权限,例如,用户的微信账户与139手机邮箱账户互相授权,以使用户在微信的界面可开启139手机邮箱的界面。
具体地,终端将邮箱账户的邮箱登录信息与IM账户的IM登录信息进行关联,并生成互通认证表,例如,终端将微信的登录信息(微信的登录信息包括:微信账户名称、微信登录密码等信息)的和139手机邮箱的邮箱登录信息(邮箱登录信息包括:邮箱账户名称、邮箱登录密码等信息)进行关联,在终端接收到用户的授权时,终端生成互通认证表(互通认证表中包含邮箱登录信息、即时通讯软件的登录信息以及用户的授权信息),以使终端基于邮箱登录信息和互通认证表登录即时通讯软件;或者终端基于即时通讯账户登录信息和互通认证表登录邮箱。
步骤S02,接收邮箱账户的邮箱登录指令,获取邮箱登录指令中的邮箱登录信息,以根据邮箱登录信息和互通认证表,登录IM账户。
终端接收邮箱账户的邮箱登录指令,终端获取邮箱登录指令中的邮箱登录信息,以使终端接收到邮件功能页面上的交互指令时,则终端根据邮箱登录信息和互通认证表,登录IM账户,以触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
步骤S03,接收IM账户的IM登录指令,获取IM登录指令中的IM登录信息,以根据IM登录信息和互通认证表,登录邮箱账户。
终端接收IM账户的IM登录指令,终端获取IM登录指令中的IM登录信息,以使终端接收到通讯聊天界面上的交互指令时,则终端根据IM登录信息和互通认证表,登录邮箱账户,以触发预置邮件功能,以进行邮件发送。
在本实施例中,终端通过将邮箱登录信息与IM账户的IM登录信息进行关联,并生成互通认证表,实现邮箱账户和IM账户的互通,实现不同的类型的邮箱账户和IM账户之间在用户授权时可以相互验证登录,相比现有技术中即时通讯软件只能和对应的邮箱进行交互相比,本实施例中根据用户的操作习惯将不同的邮箱账户和IM账户进行账户互通,使得用户的即时通讯与邮件的交互更加灵活。
进一步地,参照图3,在本申请的第一实施例中,根据用户的操作进行即时通讯与邮件的交互方法的步骤包括:
步骤S10,接收交互指令,获取显示屏上的当前显示界面。
用户在终端即时通讯界面上点击邮箱标识的图标,或者用户在邮件功能页面时上点击带有即时通讯标识的图标,以触发即时通讯与邮件的交互指令,终端接收用户在终端显示界面上触发的交互指令,终端获取当前界面显示信息,终端根据当前显示界面上的显示信息确定对应的交互响应步骤,以进行对应的交互响应,具体地:
步骤S20,将当前显示界面与预置交互界面进行比对。
终端将获取的当前显示界面的显示信息,终端将当前显示界面上的显示信息与预置交互界面(预置交互界面是预先设置的即时通讯界面或者邮箱界面,例如,即时通讯软件的聊天窗口界面框架和主界面框架,或者邮件功能页面中的主界面框架,邮件内容输入界面框架)进行比对,具体地,终端将当前显示界面的显示信息与预置交互界面显示信息进行比对,确定当前显示界面的类型。
步骤S30,若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则基于即时通讯界面触发预置邮件功能,以进行邮件发送。
若终端判定当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,这里的匹配是指当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面的相似度大于预设值(预设值根据具体情况设置,例如,设置为80%),即,当前显示界面中的显示信息与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面的相似度大于85,终端确定当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,终端确定用户是在即时通讯软件界面上触发邮件功能的交互指令,终端根据用户基于即时通讯界面触发预置邮件功能,终端开启对应的邮件功能页面,并进行邮件发送。
步骤S40,若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面匹配,则基于邮件功能页面触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
若终端当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面,这里的匹配是指当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面的相似的大于预设值(预设值根据具体情况设置,例如设置为80%)即,当前显示界面中的显示信息与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面匹配,终端确定用户是在邮件功能页面上触发即时通讯的交互指令,则终端接收用户基于邮件功能页面触发预置即时通讯功能交互指令,终端显示屏显示界面上显示即时通信应用的界面,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
在本实施例中无需用户手动执行即时通讯功能或者邮件功能的开启,终端可根据用户的交互指令进行即时通讯和邮件的交互,实现即时通讯和邮件页面的切换,实现了即时通讯与邮件发送之间的无缝切换,有助于简化用户操作、提升用户体验。

本实施例是第一实施例中步骤S30的细化,本实施例与本申请第一实施例的区别在于,本实施例中具体说明了在即时通讯界面上实现邮件交互的步骤和原理;所述即时通讯与邮件的交互方法包括:
步骤S31,若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则获取当前显示界面的显示信息,并判断当前显示界面是否为即时通讯聊天界面。
若终端当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则终端获取即时通讯界面的显示信息,并判断当前显示界面是否为即时通讯软件的聊天界。
步骤S32,若当前显示界面是即时通讯软件的聊天界面,则获取聊天界面的聊天对象。

终端将将聊天对象作为收件人,并开启邮件功能页面,以使用户进行邮件发送,具体地,终端将即时通讯软件中聊天对象作为邮件的收件人的步骤,之前,还包括:终端获取即时通讯软件中的通讯账户信息,并获取通讯账户信息中的IM账户标识(IM账户标识是指:用户注册即时通讯软件时的信息,可以确定用户的信息,例如,用户账户或用户名称)和邮箱标识(邮箱标识是指邮件的账户信息),终端建立IM账户标识和邮箱标识之间的关联关系,以使终端获取到IM账户标识,可根据预设关联关系确定IM账户标识对应的邮箱标识。

终端获取聊天界面中IM账户标识,并根据预设关联关系(预设关联关系是指根据用户的备注信息预先建立的IM账户标识和邮箱标识之间的关系)确定对应的邮箱标识,需要补充说明的是聊天界面中IM账户标识包括:收件人的IM账户标识和发件人的IM账户标识,若聊天界面为群组聊天时还可以存在多个收件人的IM账户标识。
步骤S332,判断邮箱标识对应的邮箱账户是否登陆。
终端判断邮箱标识对应的邮箱账户是否登陆,即,终端获取本机IM账户的IM账户标识对应的邮箱标识,并判断该邮箱标识对应的邮箱账户是否处于登陆状态。
步骤S333,若没有登陆,则基于IM登录信息和互通认证表,触发邮箱账户的登陆指令。
若没有登陆,则终端基于IM登录信息和互通认证表,触发邮箱账户的登陆指令,即,终端根据IM登录信息和互通认证表得到邮件登录信息,并触发邮箱登录指令。
步骤S334,接收邮箱账户的登陆指令,开启邮件功能页面,并将聊天对象的作为邮件功能页面中的收件人,以使用户进行邮件发送。

例如,终端即时通讯界面上微信账号为1xxx4567(IM账户标识),终端根据微信账号为1xxx4567和预设关联关系获取微信账号为1xxx4567中用户备注的[email protected]的139邮箱标识,并判断终端上是否已登录[email protected]邮箱,若终端判定[email protected]没有登录,则终端基于IM登录信息和互通认证表触发[email protected]邮箱账户的登陆指令;终端获取微信账号为1xxx4567的登录信息和互通认证表,登录[email protected]邮箱,终端获取即时通讯界面上的聊天对象的邮件标识,并将聊天对象的邮件标识显示在邮件功能页面上收件人对应的文本框,以使用户进行邮件发送。
在本实施例中终端根据当前显示信息确定开启的邮件功能界面,并在邮件功能界面上显示收件人信息,本实施例中实现了不同邮箱账户与IM账户的交互,终端在即时通讯界面上直接开启邮箱界面,使得即时通讯与邮件的交互更加便捷高效。
进一步的,参照图6,在本申请第一实施例的基础上,进一步提出了本申请的第二实施例。本申请第二实施例与本申请第一实施例的区别在于,本实施例中具体说明了邮件功能页面上添加邮件内容的步骤;所述即时通讯与邮件的交互方法包括:
步骤S50,接收基于邮件功能页面触发的邮件内容添加请求,获取邮件内容添加请求中包含的聊天标识。
终端接收邮件功能页面上触发的邮件内容添加请求,获取邮件内容添加请求中包含的聊天标识,其中,聊天标识是指即时通讯界面上的用户聊天信息对应的标识信息,终端可根据聊天标识确定聊天信息。
步骤S60,获取即时通讯软件中聊天标识对应的即时通讯信息,将即时通讯信息作为邮件内容添加邮件功能页面上,以进行邮件发送。
终端获取即时通讯软件聊天界面中聊天标识对应的即时通讯信息,将即时通讯信息作为邮件内容添加邮件功能页面上,并终端将邮件信息对应显示在邮件内容对应的文本框,以将聊天记录作为邮件信息进行发送。
在本实施例中可以将即时通讯软件中发送的即时消息作为邮件内容进行发送,使得用户的操作更加快捷,方便,用户不用手动进行信息内容的再次输入,提高了用户的操作效率,使得邮箱内容与即时通讯信息实现同步,避免了用户由于查看即时通讯软件不及时导致的信息遗漏。
进一步的,参照图7,在本申请第一实施例的基础上,进一步提出了本实施例。
本实施例是第一实施例中步骤S40的细化,本实施例与本申请第一实施例的区别在于,本实施例中具体说明了在邮件功能页面上实现即时通讯软件交互的步骤和原理。所述即时通讯与邮件的交互方法包括:
步骤S41,若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面匹配,则获取当前显示界面中的发件账户的邮箱标识和收件账户的邮箱标识;
若当前显示界面是预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面,则终端获取邮件功能页面上收件人和发件人的邮箱账户信息,需要说明的是,若用户接收到邮件,则邮件界面上终端本机上的邮件账户是邮件功能页面上收件人,若用户进行邮件发送,则邮件界面上终端本机上的邮件账户是邮件功能页面上发件人。
步骤S42,根据预设关联关系确定发件账户的IM账户标识和收件账户的IM账户标识。
终端根据预设关联关系确定发件账户的IM账户标识和收件账户的IM账户标识,终端判断收件人是否为至少两个,若收件人是至少两个,则显示提示信息,以供用户确定即时通讯聊天窗口的聊天对象,根据收件人和发件人的邮箱账户信息和关联关系,开启即时通讯界面,并基于用户确定的聊天对象创建的群组聊天窗口,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
步骤S43,判断发件账户的IM账户标识和收件账户的IM账户标识是否属于相同类型的即时通讯软件。
终端判断发件账户的IM账户标识和收件账户的IM账户标识是否属于相同类型的即时通讯软件,例如,终端确定发件账户的IM账户标识和收件账户的IM账户标识是否同时为微信或者同时为QQ。
步骤S44,若属于相同类型的即时通讯软件,则触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
若属于相同类型的即时通讯软件,则触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送,若不属于相同类型的即时通讯软件,则选择登录邮箱账户的即时通讯软件;例如,用户在139邮箱上触发交互指令,即用户先在139邮箱进行邮件信息发送完成后,用户需要再进行保证信息的实时性,用户触发即时通讯交互指令,终端获取139邮箱对应的IM账户标识微信号和收件人邮箱(收件人邮箱可以是163邮箱或者其他)对应的QQ号,则属于不相同类型的即时通讯软件,则需要用户选择即时通讯软件。
进一步地,参照图8,步骤S44包括:
步骤S441,若属于相同类型的即时通讯软件,则判断IM账户是否登陆;
终端属于相同类型的即时通讯软件,则判断IM账户是否登陆。
步骤S442,若IM账户没有登陆,则基于IM登录信息和互通认证表,触发IM账户的登陆指令;
若IM账户没有登陆,则终端基于IM登录信息和互通认证表,终端触发IM账户的登陆指令;若IM账户登陆,则终端创建对应的聊天窗口,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
步骤S443,接收IM账户的登陆指令,并创建对应的聊天窗口,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
终端接收IM账户的登陆指令,并创建对应的聊天窗口,以进行即时通讯信息发送,即,根据将邮箱界面上的收件人和发件人创建为一个聊天窗口,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
在本实施例中终端根据收件人和发件人的邮箱账户信息和关联关系,开启即时通讯界面,并基于用户确定的聊天对象创建的群组聊天窗口,以进行即时通讯信息发送,实现了终端邮件界面上开启即时通讯软件的快速交互,终端快速地开启即时通讯软件,并创建聊天窗口,提高了用户操作效率。
此外,参照图9,本申请实施例还提出了即时通讯与邮件的交互装置,所述即时通讯与邮件的交互装置包括:
接收获取模块10,设置为接收交互指令,获取显示屏上的当前显示界面;
比对模块20,设置为将当前显示界面与预置交互界面进行比对;
邮件交互模块30,设置为若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则基于即时通讯界面触发预置邮件功能,以进行邮件发送;
即时通讯交互模块40,设置为若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面匹配,则基于邮件功能页面触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
其中,即时通讯与邮件的交互装置的各个功能模块实现的步骤可参照本申请即时通讯与邮件的交互方法的各个实施例,此处不再赘述。
此外,本申请实施例还提出了计算机存储介质。
所述计算机存储介质上存储有即时通讯与邮件的交互程序,所述即时通讯与邮件的交互程序被处理器执行时实现上述实施例提供的即时通讯与邮件的交互方法中的操作。
需要说明的是,在对于装置实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述得比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,此外,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在如上所述的一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种即时通讯与邮件的交互方法,其中,所述即时通讯与邮件的交互方法包括以下步骤:
    接收交互指令,获取显示屏上的当前显示界面;
    将当前显示界面与预置交互界面进行比对;
    若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则基于即时通讯界面触发预置邮件功能,以进行邮件发送;
    若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面匹配,则基于邮件功能页面触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的即时通讯与邮件的交互方法,其中,所述接收交互指令,获取显示屏上的当前显示界面的步骤之前,包括:
    将邮箱账户的邮箱登录信息与IM账户的IM登录信息进行关联,并生成互通认证表;
    接收邮箱账户的邮箱登录指令,获取邮箱登录指令中的邮箱登录信息,以根据邮箱登录信息和互通认证表,登录IM账户;
    接收IM账户的IM登录指令,获取IM登录指令中的IM登录信息,以根据IM登录信息和互通认证表,登录邮箱账户。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的即时通讯与邮件的交互方法,其中,所述若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则基于即时通讯界面触发预置邮件功能,以进行邮件发送的步骤,包括:
    若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则获取当前显示界面的显示信息,并判断当前显示界面是否为即时通讯聊天界面;
    若当前显示界面是即时通讯聊天界面,则获取聊天界面中包含聊天对象;
    开启邮件功能页面,将聊天对象的作为邮件功能页面中的收件人,以使用户进行邮件发送。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的即时通讯与邮件的交互方法,其中,所述开启邮件功能页面,将聊天对象的作为邮件功能页面中的收件人,以使用户进行邮件发送的步骤,包括:
    获取聊天界面中IM账户标识,并根据预设关联关系确定对应的邮箱标识;
    判断邮箱标识对应的邮箱账户是否登陆;
    若没有登陆,则基于IM登录信息和互通认证表,触发邮箱账户的登陆指令;
    接收邮箱账户的登陆指令,开启邮件功能页面,并将聊天对象的作为邮件功能页面中的收件人,以使用户进行邮件发送。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的即时通讯与邮件的交互方法,其中,所述开启邮件功能页面,将聊天对象的作为邮件功能页面中的收件人,以使用户进行邮件发送的步骤之后,包括:
    接收基于邮件功能页面触发的邮件内容添加请求,获取邮件内容添加请求中包含的聊天标识;
    获取即时通讯软件中聊天标识对应的即时通讯信息,将即时通讯信息作为邮件内容添加邮件功能页面上,以进行邮件发送。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的即时通讯与邮件的交互方法,其中,所述若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面匹配,则基于邮件功能页面触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送的步骤,包括:
    若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面匹配,则获取当前显示界面中的发件账户的邮箱标识和收件账户的邮箱标识;
    根据预设关联关系确定发件账户的IM账户标识和收件账户的IM账户标识;
    判断发件账户的IM账户标识和收件账户的IM账户标识是否属于相同类型的即时通讯软件;
    若属于相同类型的即时通讯软件,则触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的即时通讯与邮件的交互方法,其中,所述若属于相同类型的即时通讯软件,则触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送的步骤,包括:
    若属于相同类型的即时通讯软件,则判断IM账户是否登陆;
    若IM账户没有登陆,则基于IM登录信息和互通认证表,触发IM账户的登陆指令;
    接收IM账户的登陆指令,并创建对应的聊天窗口,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
  8. 一种即时通讯与邮件的交互装置,其中,所述即时通讯与邮件的交互装置包括:
    接收获取模块,设置为接收交互指令,获取显示屏上的当前显示界面;
    比对模块,设置为将当前显示界面与预置交互界面进行比对;
    邮件交互模块,设置为若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则基于即时通讯界面触发预置邮件功能,以进行邮件发送;
    即时通讯交互模块,设置为若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面匹配,则基于邮件功能页面触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的即时通讯与邮件的交互装置,其中,所述邮件交互模块,设置为:
    若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面匹配,则获取当前显示界面中的发件账户的邮箱标识和收件账户的邮箱标识;
    根据预设关联关系确定发件账户的IM账户标识和收件账户的IM账户标识;
    判断发件账户的IM账户标识和收件账户的IM账户标识是否属于相同类型的即时通讯软件;
    若属于相同类型的即时通讯软件,则触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
  10. 一种即时通讯与邮件的交互设备,其中,所述即时通讯与邮件的交互设备包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的即时通讯与邮件的交互程序,其中:
    所述即时通讯与邮件的交互程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    接收交互指令,获取显示屏上的当前显示界面;
    将当前显示界面与预置交互界面进行比对;
    若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则基于即时通讯界面触发预置邮件功能,以进行邮件发送;
    若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面匹配,则基于邮件功能页面触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的即时通讯与邮件的交互设备,其中,所述接收交互指令,获取显示屏上的当前显示界面的步骤之前,包括:
    将邮箱账户的邮箱登录信息与IM账户的IM登录信息进行关联,并生成互通认证表;
    接收邮箱账户的邮箱登录指令,获取邮箱登录指令中的邮箱登录信息,以根据邮箱登录信息和互通认证表,登录IM账户;
    接收IM账户的IM登录指令,获取IM登录指令中的IM登录信息,以根据IM登录信息和互通认证表,登录邮箱账户。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的即时通讯与邮件的交互设备,其中,所述若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则基于即时通讯界面触发预置邮件功能,以进行邮件发送的步骤,包括:
    若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则获取当前显示界面的显示信息,并判断当前显示界面是否为即时通讯聊天界面;
    若当前显示界面是即时通讯聊天界面,则获取聊天界面中包含聊天对象;
    开启邮件功能页面,将聊天对象的作为邮件功能页面中的收件人,以使用户进行邮件发送。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的即时通讯与邮件的交互设备,其中,所述开启邮件功能页面,将聊天对象的作为邮件功能页面中的收件人,以使用户进行邮件发送的步骤,包括:
    获取聊天界面中IM账户标识,并根据预设关联关系确定对应的邮箱标识;
    判断邮箱标识对应的邮箱账户是否登陆;
    若没有登陆,则基于IM登录信息和互通认证表,触发邮箱账户的登陆指令;
    接收邮箱账户的登陆指令,开启邮件功能页面,并将聊天对象的作为邮件功能页面中的收件人,以使用户进行邮件发送。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的即时通讯与邮件的交互设备,其中,所述开启邮件功能页面,将聊天对象的作为邮件功能页面中的收件人,以使用户进行邮件发送的步骤之后,包括:
    接收基于邮件功能页面触发的邮件内容添加请求,获取邮件内容添加请求中包含的聊天标识;
    获取即时通讯软件中聊天标识对应的即时通讯信息,将即时通讯信息作为邮件内容添加邮件功能页面上,以进行邮件发送。
  15. 如权利要求10所述的即时通讯与邮件的交互设备,其中,所述若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面匹配,则基于邮件功能页面触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送的步骤,包括:
    若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面匹配,则获取当前显示界面中的发件账户的邮箱标识和收件账户的邮箱标识;
    根据预设关联关系确定发件账户的IM账户标识和收件账户的IM账户标识;
    判断发件账户的IM账户标识和收件账户的IM账户标识是否属于相同类型的即时通讯软件;
    若属于相同类型的即时通讯软件,则触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的即时通讯与邮件的交互设备,其中,所述若属于相同类型的即时通讯软件,则触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送的步骤,包括:
    若属于相同类型的即时通讯软件,则判断IM账户是否登陆;
    若IM账户没有登陆,则基于IM登录信息和互通认证表,触发IM账户的登陆指令;
    接收IM账户的登陆指令,并创建对应的聊天窗口,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
  17. 一种计算机存储介质,其中,所述计算机存储介质上存储有即时通讯与邮件的交互程序,所述即时通讯与邮件的交互程序被处理器执行时实现如下的步骤:
    接收交互指令,获取显示屏上的当前显示界面;
    将当前显示界面与预置交互界面进行比对;
    若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则基于即时通讯界面触发预置邮件功能,以进行邮件发送;
    若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的邮件功能页面匹配,则基于邮件功能页面触发预置即时通讯功能,以进行即时通讯信息发送。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的计算机存储介质,其中,所述接收交互指令,获取显示屏上的当前显示界面的步骤之前,包括:
    将邮箱账户的邮箱登录信息与IM账户的IM登录信息进行关联,并生成互通认证表;
    接收邮箱账户的邮箱登录指令,获取邮箱登录指令中的邮箱登录信息,以根据邮箱登录信息和互通认证表,登录IM账户;
    接收IM账户的IM登录指令,获取IM登录指令中的IM登录信息,以根据IM登录信息和互通认证表,登录邮箱账户。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的计算机存储介质,其中,所述若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则基于即时通讯界面触发预置邮件功能,以进行邮件发送的步骤,包括:
    若当前显示界面与预置交互界面中的即时通讯界面匹配,则获取当前显示界面的显示信息,并判断当前显示界面是否为即时通讯聊天界面;
    若当前显示界面是即时通讯聊天界面,则获取聊天界面中包含聊天对象;
    开启邮件功能页面,将聊天对象的作为邮件功能页面中的收件人,以使用户进行邮件发送。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的计算机存储介质,其中,所述开启邮件功能页面,将聊天对象的作为邮件功能页面中的收件人,以使用户进行邮件发送的步骤,包括:
    获取聊天界面中IM账户标识,并根据预设关联关系确定对应的邮箱标识;
    判断邮箱标识对应的邮箱账户是否登陆;
