又如,公开号为“CN106016127A”、上海小糸车灯有限公司的“一种具有不同功能的车灯照明装置”的发明专利,采用两种不同光色的LED光源,配置在厚壁透明导光体的一侧,最终通过厚壁透明导光体的共同出光面出光,实现两种不同功能;并且LED光源分别单独安装不同的线路板,配置在导光体一侧,以将所述两种不同光色的LED光源的入射光线从不同方向引入厚壁透明导光体。
US8764257的美国专利涉及一种车辆照明装置,该装置包括实现两种光功能的两个光源,以及将两个光源的光传输到出光面的主导光体,这两个光源,一个可以是执行 车辆前照灯功能的白光,另一个可以是执行车辆转向灯功能的黄光。
该专利的权利要求8进一步揭示了采用主导光体和两个辅助导光体的技术方案,使主导光体有两个辅助分叉,这样两个光源的光分别从辅助分叉进入主导光体,在权利要求10中将这种导光体结构进一步限定为Y型结构,即将主导光体和辅助分叉整体设计成Y型,入光口设计在Y的上部,出光口设计为Y的足部。
然而,上述现有的技术方案分别程度不同地存在下述问题:
用于不同照明功能的照明用具需设置不同的单色光源以实现不同的照明功能;
将两套点灯设备拼装在一个车灯装置的空间中,这就需要一个较大的车灯装置空间来设计安装这些照明用具;或
分开排列的点灯设备难以均匀分布在同一发光面,为此因无法满足新型车灯的设计要求;或
因用于不同照明功能的照明用具在设计布置时需彼此相邻,这样在照明设备中须考虑设计相当大的车灯照明装置空间来安装这些照明用具。例如,在各个照明用具的排列需要较大空间的场合,须对照明灯具整体结构作加长设计,以满足不同的照明功能要求;或
因各个照明用具常作为单个灯光源使用,但各种新型车灯照明装置的发光体具有不同结构、形状及发光位置的发光面,例如,所述发光面常形成矩阵式排列,往往导致在以往的照明装置内无法实现一个基本上均匀同质的光射出面;
除具有下述光学功能:白色的DRL或PL第一功能,黄色的转向灯第二功能之外,无法实现包括其他颜色的车用灯第三种功能。
发明内容
为克服上述问题,本发明目的在于:提供一种通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置及其方法,所述一种通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置及其方法通过安装单色光源就能够实现不同的照明功能,且只需很小的安装空间,可以提高灯具空间利用率。
根据本发明,将不同光色的光源分别布置在一个光传播介质的两端,以共用发光介质实现发光面的均匀效果,节省空间的同时也能满足良好的共用发光面的点灯效果。
根据本发明,可以满足新型车灯的设计要求,不影响造型外观,提高车辆照明装置设计的灵活性。
根据本发明,可以在一个导光体上实现多种功能,包括具有至少两种不同色度要求的光学功能,典型的是,第一功能为白色光学的DRL或者PL,第二功能为黄色光线的转向灯。
根据本发明,除具有下述光学功能:白色的DRL或PL第一功能,黄色的转向灯第二功能之外,实现包括其他颜色的车用灯第三种功能。
所述车用第三种功能包括:雾灯,制动灯,曲线照明及多色的车用氛围灯及装饰灯功能。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,所述车灯照明装置包括光源、光源载体、导光体(3)及内配光镜(4),导光体为透明,其特征在于,
所述光源包括具有至少两种以上不同光色的光源,安装在一或多个光源载体上,
光源分别置于导光体的两入射端,
内配光镜置于所述车灯照明装置外周,
光源可控地分别从导光体的两端入射至少两种不同光色的光,通过内配光镜的出射面射出,以共用的发光区域实现不同的光学功能。
根据本发明所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,其特征在于:
在导光体(3)的出射面设置有衍化形式光幕(5);
光源可控地分别从导光体的两端入射至少两种不同光色的光,在导光体(3)变色或混色后,经衍化形式光幕,通过内配光镜的出射面射出,以共用的发光区域实现不同的光学功能。
衍化形式光幕就是一种出光体,可以由透明PC或者PMMA注塑而成,形状根据造型定义,以满足不同造型的出光需求。
根据本发明所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,其特征在于:
光源包括第一光源(1a)和第二光源(1b),光源载体包括分别对应第一光源(1a)的第一光源载体(2a)和对应第二光源(1b)的第二光源载体(2b)。
根据本发明所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,其特征在于:
在导光体(3)的出射面外周设置导光板。
导光板具有一定纵深的导光板(内透镜),面向车灯配光的光轴方向的那一面上作花纹表面处理,使导光体灯具从视觉上看整体发光更加均匀,获得不同的正面点灯效果。
根据本发明所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,其特征在于:
所述光源、导光体和出光面及内配光镜集成封装在一壳体内。
根据本发明所述的通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,其特征在于:
光源为固态封装有一个以上芯片的发光二极管(LED),安装在同一或不同的两块以上的光源载体(2a,2b)上。
所述芯片同色或不同色。
根据本发明所述的通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,其特征在于:
所述导光体为透明导光体。
根据本发明所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,其特征在于,
来自导光体二端光源的不同光色在导光体变色或混色后,形成不同于导光体二端光源的第三种光色,以实现其他颜色的车用灯第三种功能。
根据本发明所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,其特征在于,
导光体的光源受光侧一端或二端分叉出Y形端部,光源的出射光可控地进入透明导光体(3)二端的分叉端。
根据本发明所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,其特征在于,
至少一个Y形分叉端设置有通过双色注塑方式与导光体(3)本体连接的辅助导光体(3a),辅助导光体(3a)与导光体(3)的颜色不同,用来实现至少两种不同光色的转换。
根据本发明所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,其特征在于,
辅助导光体(3a)设置具有不同于白光颜色的第一辅助导光体(3a-1)和不同于白光颜色的第二辅助导光体(3a-2),光源的出射光可控地选择进入第一辅助导光体(3a-1)和第二辅助导光体(3a-2)之一后,可控地变色或混色为与第一辅助导光体(3a-1)和第二辅助导光体(3a-2)相应的二种不同颜色之一。
根据本发明所述多功能复用的汽车照明装置,其特征在于,
辅助导光体(3a)具有前后分隔设置具有二种不同于白光颜色的第一辅助导光体(3a-1)和不同于白光颜色的第二辅助导光体(3a-2),光源的出射光先后进入第一辅助导光体(3a-1)和第二辅助导光体(3a-2)后,可控地变色或混色为不同于第一辅助导光体(3a-1)及第二辅助导光体(3a-2)的第三种颜色,以实现其他颜色的车用灯第三种功能。
所述车用第三种功能包括:雾灯,制动灯,曲线照明及多色的车用氛围灯及装饰灯功能。
根据本发明所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的汽车照明装置,其特征在于,所述衍化形式光幕包括设置于光幕二侧边的导光体(3)。
根据本发明所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的汽车照明装置,其特征在于,光源的出射光可动态地改变出射状态(例如,渐变,闪烁等)。
本发明的通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明方法技术方案如下:
一种通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明方法,使用所述车灯照明装置,其特征在于,
所述光源包括具有至少两种以上不同光色的光源,安装在一或多个光源载体上,
光源分别置于导光体的两入射端,
内配光镜置于所述车灯照明装置外周,
光源可控地分别从导光体的两端入射至少两种不同光色的光,通过内配光镜的出射面射出,以共用的发光区域实现不同的光学功能。
根据本发明所述的通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明方法,其特征在于:
光源为固态封装有一个或一个以上芯片的发光二极管(LED),安装在同一或不同的两块以上的光源载体(2a,2b)上。
进入透明导光体(3)的光源的出射光强度(如波长,亮度等)通过什么手段、方法可控调节。
根据本发明所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的汽车照明方法,其特征在于,所述出光区域包括导光体(3)的端部、周边侧部。
根据本发明所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的汽车照明方法,其特征在于,光源的出射光可动态地改变出射状态(例如,渐变,闪烁等)。
根据本发明所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的汽车照明方法,其特征在于,
所述具有至少两种不同颜色要求的光学功能包括:白色的DRL或PL第一功能,黄色的转向灯第二功能之外,还包括:其他颜色的车用灯第三种功能。
所述车用第三种功能包括:雾灯,制动灯,曲线照明及多色的车用氛围灯及装饰灯功能。

图中:(1a)为第一光源,同一光色的一颗单芯片LED、一颗多芯片LED或多颗LED光源,(1b)为第二光源,另一不同光色的一颗单芯片LED、一颗多芯片LED或多颗LED光源,(2a)为对应第一光源(1a)的第一光源载体,(2b)为对应第二光源(1b)的第二光源载体,所述光源载体选自FR4板,FPC板,铝基板,铜基板。(3)为导光体,(3a)为辅助导光体,包括具有二种不同于白光颜色的第一辅助导光体(3a-1)和第二辅助导光体(3a-2)(4)为内配光镜,(5)为衍化形式光幕。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例的一种多功能复用的汽车照明装置,光源包括对置于导光体(3)二端的第一光源(1a)和第二光源(1b),光源载体包括对应第一光源(1a)的第一光源载体(2a)和对应第二光源(1b)的第二光源载体(2b),设置于导光体(3)外周的作为出光区域的内配光镜(4)。导光体(3)为透明色,光源(1)使用发光二级光(LED),为单色光源的白色。所述光源、导光体和出光面及内配光镜集成封装在一壳体内。
置于导光体二端的光源分别为不同光色,例如第一光源(1a)的出射光为黄色,第二光源(1b)的出射光为白色,控制仅仅第二光源(1b)的出射光经过导光体(3)后任为白色,实现需要白色光色的第一功能DRL或者PL;控制仅仅第一光源(1a)的出射光经过导光体(3),通过出光面射出,实现需要黄色光色第二功能的转向灯功能。
另外,进入透明导光体(3)的光源的出射光强度(如波长,亮度等)可控调节,光源出射光的出射状态也可控调节(例如,渐变,闪烁等)。以满足不同需要。
实施例2
如图2所示,在导光体(3)头部或一端分叉出Y形两个端部,第一光源(1a)对应2个第一光源载体(2a)。
第一光源(1a)之一的出射光为黄色,第一光源(1a)之二的出射光为其他颜色,第二光源(1b)的出射光为白色,控制仅仅第二光源(1b)的出射光经过导光体(3)后任为白色,实现需要白色光色的第一功能DRL或者PL;控制仅仅第一光源(1a)之一的出射光经过导光体(3),通过出光面射出,实现需要黄色光色第二功能的转向灯功能。
使来自导光体一端的2个第一光源(1a)的不同光色同时进入导光体(3),并在导光体(3)变色或混色后,可形成不同于导光体二端光源的第三种光色,以实现其他颜色的车用灯第三种功能。
所述车用第三种功能包括:雾灯,制动灯,曲线照明及多色的车用氛围灯及装饰灯功能。

实施例3
如图3所示,在导光体(3)尾部或另一端分叉出Y形两个端部,第二光源(1b)对应2个第二光源载体(2b)。其他如同实施例2。
实施例4
如图4所示,在导光体(3)二端分别分叉出Y形两个端部,第一光源(1a)对应2个第一光源载体(2a)。第二光源(1b)对应2个第二光源载体(2b)。因进入透明导光体(3)的第一光源(1a)及第二光源(1b)的出射光强度(如波长,亮度等)、出射状态可控调节(例如,渐变,闪烁等),可由此扩大本发明使用氛围和场合。

实施例5
如图5所示,将实施例1的一种多功能复用的汽车照明装置单元作间距平行设置,在导光体(3)的出射面设置有滤光作用的衍化形式光幕(5)。
所述光源包括具有至少两种以上不同光色的光源,安装在一或多个光源载体上,光源分别从导光体的两端入射至少两种不同光色的光,在导光体(3)变色或混色后,经 衍化形式光幕,通过内配光镜的出射面射出,以共用的发光区域实现不同的光学功能。
实施例6
如图6所示,一个Y形分叉端设置有通过双色注塑方式与导光体(3)本体连接的辅助导光体(3a),辅助导光体(3a)与导光体(3)的颜色不同,用来实现至少两种不同光色的转换。
实施例7
在实施例6中,在导光体(3)的出射面或具有衍化形式光幕(5)外周设置导光体板。
导光板具有一定纵深的导光板(内透镜),面向车灯配光的光轴方向的那一面上作花纹表面处理,使导光体灯具从视觉上看整体发光更加均匀,获得不同的正面点灯效果。
实施例8
如图7所示,辅助导光体(3a)具有前后分隔设置具有二种不同于白光颜色的第一辅助导光体(3a-1)和第二辅助导光体(3a-2),光源的出射光先后进入第一辅助导光体(3a-1)和第二辅助导光体(3a-2)后,可控地变色或混色为不同于第一辅助导光体(3a-1)及第二辅助导光体(3a-2)的第三种颜色,以实现其他颜色的车用灯第三种功能。例如,实现车内氛围灯功能。
根据本发明,将不同光色的光源分别布置在一个光传播介质的两端,以共用发光介质实现发光面的均匀效果,节省空间的同时也能满足良好的共用发光面的点灯效果。
根据本发明,可以满足新型车灯的设计要求,不影响造型外观,提高车辆照明装置设计的灵活性。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,所述车灯照明装置包括光源、光源载体、导光体(3)及内配光镜(4),导光体为透明,其特征在于,
    所述光源包括具有至少两种以上不同光色的光源,安装在一或多个光源载体上,
    光源分别置于导光体的两入射端,
    内配光镜置于所述车灯照明装置外周,
    光源可控地分别从导光体的两端入射至少两种不同光色的光,通过内配光镜的出射面射出,以共用的发光区域实现不同的光学功能。
  2. 如权利要求1所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,其特征在于:
    在导光体(3)的出射面设置有衍化形式光幕(5);
    光源可控地分别从导光体的两端入射至少两种不同光色的光,在导光体(3)变色或混色后,经衍化形式光幕,通过内配光镜的出射面射出,以共用的发光区域实现不同的光学功能。
  3. 如权利要求1所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,其特征在于:
    光源包括第一光源(1a)和第二光源(1b),光源载体包括分别对应第一光源(1a)的第一光源载体(2a)和对应第二光源(1b)的第二光源载体(2b)。
  4. 如权利要求1所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,其特征在于:
    在导光体(3)的出射面外周设置导光板。
  5. 如权利要求1所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,其特征在于:
    所述光源、导光体和出光面及内配光镜集成封装在一壳体内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,其特征在于:

  10. 根据权利要求9所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,其特征在于,

  11. 根据权利要求10所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明装置,其特征在于,
    辅助导光体(3a)设置具有不同于白光颜色的第一辅助导光体(3a-1)和不同于白光颜色的第二辅助导光体(3a-2),光源的出射光可控地选择进入第一辅助导光体(3a-1)和第二辅助导光体(3a-2)之一后,可控地变色或混色为与第一辅助导光体(3a-1)和 第二辅助导光体(3a-2)相应的二种不同颜色之一。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述多功能复用的汽车照明装置,其特征在于,
    辅助导光体(3a)具有前后分隔设置具有二种不同于白光颜色的第一辅助导光体(3a-1)和不同于白光颜色的第二辅助导光体(3a-2),光源的出射光先后进入第一辅助导光体(3a-1)和第二辅助导光体(3a-2)后,可控地变色或混色为不同于第一辅助导光体(3a-1)及第二辅助导光体(3a-2)的第三种颜色,以实现其他颜色的车用灯第三种功能。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的汽车照明装置,其特征在于,所述衍化形式光幕包括设置于光幕二侧边的导光体(3)。
  14. 一种通过共用发光区域实现不同功能的车灯照明方法,使用权利要求1-13任一项所述车灯照明装置,其特征在于,
    所述光源包括具有至少两种以上不同光色的光源,安装在一或多个光源载体上,
    光源分别置于导光体的两入射端,
    内配光镜置于所述车灯照明装置外周,
    光源可控地分别从导光体的两端入射至少两种不同光色的光,通过内配光镜的出射面射出,以共用的发光区域实现不同的光学功能。
