护理床的省力型传动装置 技术领域
本发明是有关一种护理床的省力型传动装置,尤指一种以杠杆操作原理,具有使用省力特性的装置。
背景技术
随着中国台湾人口逐渐高龄化,许多老人疾病亦随之增加,而许多行动不便、中风、脑部病变、中枢神经受损及瘫痪或长期卧病在床的人,都缺乏行动能力,必须长期躺在护理床,因此病患的移动,需仰赖家属、看护以较大力量来进行辅助,亦造成家属、看护及病患的不便,此外,病患于家属或看护人辅助解决***物或洗澡的问题,使病患感觉失去尊严,并给予病患极大的心理负担。
图1A及图1B所示,是CN101912332A所揭露的一种『自动护理床』,其包括:床体1,设于该床体上的一背部活动板131、中间床板132、腿部活动板133,及一设于中间床板132的护理孔132a;为了要可供病人直接在病床上进行排便的动作,该背部活动板131及腿部活动板133的底部必须分别装设一驱动件131a、133a,将其顶升成图1B所示的状态。但查,现有护理床所使用的驱动件131a、133a大都是气压缸直接驱动的方式,但这种驱动件131a、133a设在床体1下方,以直接驱动的方式来推顶背部活动板131及腿部活动板133,非常费力,所以制动能力不能太小,如此一来,不仅耗电,且驱动件133a设在腿部活动板133的底部,致使腿部活动板133只能向上顶升而无法向下沉降,因此,图1B所示的使用型态,病人以该护理孔132a进行***时,腿部须举高,事实上这种姿势并不是很适当及舒适,尚有改善空间。
本发明人有鉴于现有病床的缺失,期能提供病人一实用的护理床省力型传动装置,为本发明所欲解决的课题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题在于,克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,而提供一种护理床的省力型传动装置,其是背部活动架及腿部活动架的传动装置,以杠杆操作原理,具有使用省力的特性,以达到使用方便及舒适;其具有手动及电动皆可操作使用的双重功效。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种护理床的省力型传动装置,包括:一护理床的床架体,该床架体由一外框及连接在该外框之间的数个支架所组成的矩形体,并界定较长的方向为横向,较短的方向为纵向;一背部活动架,包括一背架,该背架的底部连接在一第一纵向轴杆上,该第一纵向轴杆上设有一第一驱柄,二侧以一第一轴座枢设在该床架体的外框间;一腿部活动架,包括二支平行的横向连杆,该横向连杆的底部连接在一第二纵向轴杆上,该第二纵向轴杆上设有一第二驱柄,二侧以一第二轴座枢设在该床架体的支架上,且该横向连杆的中间位置设成可枢转的枢接体,再者,该横向连杆于该枢接体的外侧上设有数个直向支撑杆;一控制机构,设在该床架体的外框上,其包括:a).一第一动力输出轴,该动力输出杆其一端穿伸一第三轴座,并设有一第一被动轮;b).一第一手摇驱柄,设在一管体上且可做度转动,并带动一设于一第四轴座上的一第一主动轮,该第一主动轮与该第一被动轮相啮合,借由该手摇柄的转动,进而带动该动力输出轴转动;c).一马达,以一板件固定在该外框上,该马达的转轴上设有一第二主动轮;d).一第二动力输出轴,设在该外框上,其上设有一第二被动轮,与该第二主动轮441相啮合,且该第二动力输出轴对应于该第一动力输出轴而位于同一轴线上;e).一第一离合器,轴向设在该第一动力输出轴与该第二动力输出轴之间,其包括一第一套管及一第一弹簧套设在该第一动力输出轴的端部上,且该第一套管可在该第一动力输出轴上滑移,再者该第一套管相反于该第一弹簧的另一端,设有一具有凹凸表面的第一结合套,一第二结合套,连接该第二动力输出轴的端部,且与该第一结合套呈相互卡合并可轴向分离的状态;f).一面板,设在该第一离合器上方,其相对于该第一套管上方设有一转钮,借由该转钮的拨转使该第一套管轴向位移,进而可控制该第一结合套与该第二结合套,呈相互卡合或分离状态;g).该第一动力输出轴的另一端穿伸一第四轴座,并设有一第三主动轮,且该第三主动轮为一伞形齿轮,一第三被动轮为一伞形齿轮,其设在一直向轴上端并与该第三主动轮啮合,一第四主动轮为一伞形齿轮,其设在该直向轴底端;一传动机构,设在该床架体的前侧外框上,包括:a).一第一传动杆,该第一传动杆其一端穿伸一第五轴座,并设有一第四被动轮,该第四被动轮为一伞形齿轮,并与该第四主动轮啮合,该第一传动杆其另一端穿伸一第六轴座;b).一第二传动杆,与该第一传动杆同轴向并由其所带动,该第二传动杆其一端穿伸一第七轴座,另一端穿伸一第八轴座;c).一第一驱动部,设在该第一传动杆上,其包括一第一座体可供该第一传动杆穿伸,且该第一传动杆于该第一座体内设有一第五主动 轮,再者该座体内设有一垂直于该第一传动杆的第九轴座;d).一第二离合器,轴向设在该第一传动杆及第二传动杆之间,用以控制该第一传动杆与第二传动杆呈轴向结合连动或呈轴向分离状态,该第二离合器其包括一第三结合套,连接在该第一传动杆的端部,一第二套管套设在该第二传动杆的端部上,且该第二套管可在该第二传动杆上滑移,一第四结合套,连接该第二套管端部,且与该第三结合套呈相互卡合并可轴向分离的状态;一滑块与该第二套管连接,一导索,其一端固定在该第七轴座的侧边,且该导索的线芯伸出该第七轴座连接于该滑块,一第二弹簧套设在该线芯上,并对该滑块与该第二套管具有一轴向推力,进而可控制该第四结合套与该第三结合套,呈相互卡合并可轴向分离的状态;e).一第二驱动部,设在该第二传动杆上,其包括一第二座体可供该第二传动杆穿伸,且该第二传动杆于该第二座体内设有一第六主动轮,再者该第二座体内设有一垂直于该第二传动杆的第十轴座;f).该导索的另一端连接至一定位块,且该线芯连接在一操作杆的底端,由该操作杆拉动该线芯,用以控制该第四结合套与该第三结合套,呈相互卡合并可轴向分离的状态;一第一推升杆,由该第一传动杆所带动,该第一推升杆的尾端枢接于该背部活动架的第一驱柄,其前端内部设有螺纹,一第一螺杆一部分伸入该第一推升杆呈螺合状态,另一部分穿伸该第一驱动部的第一轴座,且端部设有一与该第五主动轮相啮合的一第五被动轮,以该第五主动轮带动第五被动轮,进而驱动该第一螺杆转动,使该第一推升杆呈线性位移,用以带动该背部活动架呈平放状态或掀起一倾斜角度;一第二推升杆,由该第二传动杆所带动,该第二推升杆的尾端枢接于该腿部活动架的第二驱柄,其前端内部设有螺纹,一第二螺杆一部分伸入该第二推升杆呈螺合状态,另一部分穿伸该第二驱动部的第二轴座,且端部设有一与该第六主动轮相啮合的一第六被动轮,以该第六主动轮带动第六被动轮,进而驱动该第二螺杆转动,使该第二推升杆呈线性位移,用以带动该腿部活动架平放状态或向下沉降。
借此,由该控制机构的第一离合器,选择手动或电动方式,令该动力输出杆转动进而带动该第一传动杆转动,再进而驱动该第一推升杆线性位移,带动该背部活动架呈平放状态或掀起一倾斜角度;再者,以该第二离合器控制该第二传动杆与该第一传动杆呈轴向结合连动,或呈轴向分离状态,控制该腿部活动架平放状态或向下沉降,达到以一个该动力输出杆即可同步带动背部活动架与该腿部活动架运作。
本发明是以杠杆操作原理所构成的传动装置,将其使用在护理床上,具有省力的特性,达到使用上的方便性、节省能源及舒适性,进而可供病人直接在病床上进行排 便的动作,以减低病人的负担,增进病人排便的方便性,具有无需他人协助,达到病人自理的功效。
本发明的有益效果是,其是背部活动架及腿部活动架的传动装置,以杠杆操作原理,具有使用省力的特性,以达到使用方便及舒适;其具有手动及电动皆可操作使用的双重功效。

首先,请参阅图2A~图7所示,本发明护理床的省力型传动装置90其较佳实施例,包括:一护理床的床架体10,该床架体10由一外框11及连接在该外框11之间的数个支架12所组成的矩形体,以下实施例中界定较长的方向为「横向」,较短的方向为「纵向」。
一背部活动架20,包括一背架21,该背架21的底部连接在一第一纵向轴杆22上,该第一纵向轴杆22上设有一第一驱柄23,而二侧以一第一轴座24枢设在该床架体10的外框11间。
一腿部活动架30,包括二支平行的横向连杆31,该横向连杆31的底部连接在一第二纵向轴杆32上,该第二纵向轴杆32上设有一第二驱柄33,二侧以一第二轴座34枢设在该床架体10的支架12上,且该横向连杆31的中间位置设成可枢转的枢接体311,再者,该横向连杆31于该枢接体311的外侧上设有数个直向支撑杆312。该枢接体311的功能在使该横向连杆31下沉时,如图4所示,呈现弯折型态,而该直向支撑杆312上供一垫体装设(图4未示,可参考图11及图12中,30A所示)。
一控制机构40,设在该床架体10的外框11上,请同时配合图8B及图9B所示,其包括:一第一动力输出轴41,该动力输出杆41其一端穿伸一第三轴座42a,并设有一第一被动轮411。一第一手摇驱柄43,设在一管体431上且可做360度转动,并带动一设于一第四轴座433上的一第一主动轮432,该第一主动轮432与该第一被动轮411相啮合,借由该手摇柄43的转动,进而带动该动力输出轴41转动。一马达44,以一板件442固定在该外框11上,该马达44的转轴上设有一第二主动轮441。一第二动力输出轴45,设在该外框11上,其上设有一第二被动轮451,与该第二主动轮441相啮合,且该第二动力输出轴45对应于该第一动力输出轴41而位于同一轴线上。一第一离合器46,轴向设在该第一动力输出轴41与该第二动力输出轴45之间,其包括一第一套管461及一第一弹簧462套设在该第一动力输出轴41的端部上,且该第一套管461可在该第一动力输出轴41上滑移,再者该第一套管461相反于该第一弹簧462的另一端,设有一具有凹凸 表面的第一结合套463,一第二结合套464,连接该第二动力输出轴45的端部,且与该第一结合套463呈相互卡合并可轴向分离的状态。一面板47,设在该第一离合器46上方,其相对于该第一套管461上方设有一转钮471,借由该转钮471的拨转使该第一套管461轴向位移,进而可控制该第一结合套463与该第二结合套464,呈相互卡合或分离状态。请同时配合图8C及图9C所示,该第一动力输出轴41的另一端穿伸一第四轴座42b,并设有一第三主动轮412,且该第三主动轮412为一伞形齿轮,一第三被动轮481亦为一伞形齿轮,其设在一直向轴48上端并与该第三主动轮412啮合,一第四主动轮482为一伞形齿轮,其设在该直向轴48底端。
一传动机构50,设在该床架体10的前侧外框11上,其包括:
一第一传动杆51a,该第一传动杆51a其一端穿伸一第五轴座52a,并设有一第四被动轮511,该第四被动轮511为一伞形齿轮,并与该第四主动轮482啮合,该第一传动杆51a其另一端穿伸一第六轴座52b。请同时配合图8D及图9D所示,一第二传动杆51b,与该第一传动杆51a同轴向并由其所带动,该第二传动杆51b其一端穿伸一第七轴座56a,另一端穿伸一第八轴座56b;一第一驱动部53(图8C及图9C所示),设在该第一传动杆51a上,其包括一第一座体531可供该第一传动杆51a穿伸,且该第一传动杆51a于该第一座体531内设有一第五主动轮512,再者该一座体531内设有一垂直于该第一传动杆51a的第九轴座532。一第二离合器54,轴向设在该第一传动杆51a及第二传动杆51b之间,用以控制该第一传动杆51a与第二传动杆51b呈轴向结合连动或呈轴向分离状态,请同时配合图10B及图10C所示,该第二离合器54其包括一第三结合套541,连接在该第一传动杆51a的端部,一第二套管543套设在该第二传动杆51b的端部上,且该第二套管543可在该第二传动杆51b上滑移,一第四结合套542,连接该第二套管543端部,且与该第三结合套541呈相互卡合并可轴向分离的状态;一滑块544与该第二套管543连接,一导索57,其一端固定在该第七轴座56a的侧边561,且其线芯571伸出该第七轴座56a连接于该滑块544,一第二弹簧545套设在该线芯571上,并对该滑块544与该第二套管543具有一轴向推力,进而可控制该第四结合套542与该第三结合套541,呈相互卡合并可轴向分离的状态。如图8D及图9D所示,一第二驱动部55,设在该第二传动杆51b上,其包括一第二座体551可供该第二传动杆51b穿伸,且该第二传动杆51b于该第二座体551内设有一第六主动轮513,再者该第二座体551内设有一垂直于该第二传动杆51b的第十轴座552;如图8E所示,该导索57的另一端连接至一定位块572,且线芯571连接在一操作杆58的底端,由该操作杆58拉动该线芯571,用以控 制该第四结合套542与该第三结合套541,呈相互卡合并可轴向分离的状态;本实施例中,该操作杆58的中间位置,以一轴栓581纵向穿伸,使该操作杆58以该轴栓581为轴心而可前后偏摆,以拉动该线芯571,进而控制该第二离合装置54,呈卡合或轴向分离状态,以及一定位板59,固定在该床架体10的外框11表面,该定位板59上设有一L形槽591,可供该操作杆58的上端部凸伸出来,并可在该L形槽591内移动或卡制定位。
一第一推升杆60,请同时配合图8C及图9C所示,由该第一传动杆51a所带动,该第一推升杆60的尾端64枢接于该背部活动架20的第一驱柄23,其前端内部设有螺纹63,一第一螺杆61一部分伸入该第一推升杆60呈螺合状态,另一部分穿伸该第一驱动部53的第一轴座532,且端部设有一与该第五主动轮512相啮合的一第五被动轮62,以该第五主动轮512带动第五被动轮62,进而驱动该第一螺杆61转动,使该第一推升杆60呈线性位移,用以带动该背部活动架20呈平放状态(如图2A所示),或掀起一倾斜角度(如图4所示)。
一第二推升杆70,请同时配合图8D及图9D所示,由该第二传动杆51b所带动,该第二推升杆70的尾端74枢接于该腿部活动架30的第二驱柄33,其前端内部设有螺纹73,一第二螺杆71一部分伸入该第二推升杆70呈螺合状态,另一部分穿伸该第二驱动部55的第二轴座552,且端部设有一与该第六主动轮513相啮合的一第六被动轮72,以该第六主动轮513带动第六被动轮72,进而驱动该第二螺杆71转动,使该第二推升杆70呈线性位移,用以带动该腿部活动架30平放状态(如图2A所示),或向下沉降(如图4所示)。
借此,由该控制机构40的第一离合器46,选择手动或电动方式,令该动力输出杆41转动进而带动该第一传动杆51a转动,再进而驱动该第一推升杆60线性位移,带动该背部活动架20呈平放状态或掀起一倾斜角度;再者,以该第二离合器54控制该第二传动杆51b与该第一传动杆51a呈轴向结合连动,或呈轴向分离状态,控制该腿部活动架30平放状态或向下沉降,达到以一个该动力输出杆41即可同步带动背部活动架20与该腿部活动架30运作。
如图8A、图9A所示,本发明还包括一翻身顶撑机构80,呈纵向设在该床架体10上,且靠近该背部活动架20的位置,该翻身顶撑机构包括:一第三推升杆81,其内部设有螺纹;一第三螺杆82,伸入该第三推升杆81呈螺合状态,且一部分伸出该第三推升杆81;一横向杆83,二侧以一第十一轴座89枢设在该床架体10的支架12上;一纵向杆84,呈垂直的设在该横向杆83上并由其所带动,可成向左或向右偏摆,且该纵向杆 84上设有数个导轮;一第二手摇驱柄87,设在一管体86上且可做360度转动,并带动设于第三推升杆81内的第三螺杆82转动,并相对于该第三推升杆81线性位移;一第三驱柄88,其上端固定于该横向杆83,底端枢接于该第三螺杆82的外端部并受其所制动,用以控制该横向杆83转动,进而控制该纵向杆84偏摆。本实施例中,该纵向杆84二端上设有导轮85,当该纵向杆84偏摆时。是要利用设在二端上的导轮85推升床板或床垫所构成的背部垫体20A(图11所示),帮助病人翻身,其具有省力的功效。
图11、图12是本发明的一使用状态参考立体图及侧视图,其是本发明的省力型传动装置90运用于一护理床100的使用态样。其在该床架体10的底部装设数个脚架10A,在该背部活动架20上装设背部垫体20A,在腿部活动架30上装设活动垫体30A,如此一来,就如图12所示,构成一可供病人直接在病床上成坐姿,进行排便的动作,以减低病人的负担,增进病人排便的方便性,具有无需他人协助,达到病人自理的功效。至于设在床架体10底部的排便装置(图未示),非本发明的专利目的,发明已另案申请专利,因此容不赘述。
本发明主要诉求在于该省力型传动装置90的技术特征,借由上述构成,其使用上具有如下的功效,兹说明如后:
首先,本发明屏除传统病床或护理床是以气压缸直接驱动的方式,因为以直接驱动的方式来推顶背部活动板131及腿部活动板133,非常费力且耗电,且驱动件133a设在腿部活动板133的底部,致使腿部活动板133只能向上顶升而无法向下沉降,因此,图1B所示的使用型态,病人以该护理孔132a进行***时,腿部须举高,事实上这种姿势并不是很适当及舒适。反观本发明是利用杠杆(lever)操作原理,能够将输入力放大,给出较大的输出力,杠杆的机械利益是输出力与输入力的比率,因此具有「杠杆作用」功能。是以,本发明仅需用手转动该第一手摇驱柄43,即可以该第一动力输出轴41来带动该传动机构50,再由该传动机构50分别驱动该第一推升杆60及该第二推升杆70,该第一推升杆60,可以带动该背部活动架20呈平放状态或掀起一倾斜角度;该第二推升杆70,可以同步带动该腿部活动架30平放状态或向下沉降,这种杠杆原理的传动方式,具有使用省力的特性,以达到使用方便及节省能源的功效。
再者,本发明可以利用该控制机构40的第一离合器46,选择是要以手动操作该第一手摇驱柄43,或是以该马达44来驱动该第一动力输出轴41来带动该传动机构50。是以,本发明具有手动及电动皆可操作使用的双重功效。
又,本发明可以利用该传动机构50的第二离合装置54,得以控制该第一传动杆51a与第二传动杆51b呈轴向结合连动,或是呈轴向分离状态。亦即,当该第一动力输出轴41带动该传动机构50时,本发明可以选择第二传动杆51b是否要与该第一传动杆51a同步作动,也就是该腿部活动架30是否要与该背部活动架20一起连动。是以,本发明可依病人的需求来控制该传动机构50的作动位置。
是以,将本发明上揭省力型传动装置,使用在护理床上,具有省力的特性,达到使用上的方便性、节省能源及舒适性,进而可供病人直接在病床上进行排便的动作,以减低病人的负担,增进病人排便的方便性,具有无需他人协助,达到病人自理的功效。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种护理床的省力型传动装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一护理床的床架体,该床架体由一外框及连接在该外框之间的数个支架所组成的矩形体,并界定较长的方向为横向,较短的方向为纵向;
    一背部活动架,包括一背架,该背架的底部连接在一第一纵向轴杆上,该第一纵向轴杆上设有一第一驱柄,二侧以一第一轴座枢设在该床架体的外框间;
    一腿部活动架,包括二支平行的横向连杆,该横向连杆的底部连接在一第二纵向轴杆上,该第二纵向轴杆上设有一第二驱柄,二侧以一第二轴座枢设在该床架体的支架上,且该横向连杆的中间位置设成可枢转的枢接体,再者,该横向连杆于该枢接体的外侧上设有数个直向支撑杆;
    一控制机构,设在该床架体的外框上,其包括:
    a).一第一动力输出轴,该动力输出杆其一端穿伸一第三轴座,并设有一第一被动轮;
    b).一第一手摇驱柄,设在一管体上且可做度转动,并带动一设于一第四轴座上的一第一主动轮,该第一主动轮与该第一被动轮相啮合,借由该手摇柄的转动,进而带动该动力输出轴转动;
    c).一马达,以一板件固定在该外框上,该马达的转轴上设有一第二主动轮;
    d).一第二动力输出轴,设在该外框上,其上设有一第二被动轮,与该第二主动轮441相啮合,且该第二动力输出轴对应于该第一动力输出轴而位于同一轴线上;
    e).一第一离合器,轴向设在该第一动力输出轴与该第二动力输出轴之间,其包括一第一套管及一第一弹簧套设在该第一动力输出轴的端部上,且该第一套管可在该第一动力输出轴上滑移,再者该第一套管相反于该第一弹簧的另一端,设有一具有凹凸表面的第一结合套,一第二结合套,连接该第二动力输出轴的端部,且与该第一结合套呈相互卡合并可轴向分离的状态;
    f).一面板,设在该第一离合器上方,其相对于该第一套管上方设有一转钮,借由该转钮的拨转使该第一套管轴向位移,进而可控制该第一结合套与该第二结合套,呈相互卡合或分离状态;
    g).该第一动力输出轴的另一端穿伸一第四轴座,并设有一第三主动轮,且该第 三主动轮为一伞形齿轮,一第三被动轮为一伞形齿轮,其设在一直向轴上端并与该第三主动轮啮合,一第四主动轮为一伞形齿轮,其设在该直向轴底端;
    一传动机构,设在该床架体的前侧外框上,包括:
    a).一第一传动杆,该第一传动杆其一端穿伸一第五轴座,并设有一第四被动轮,该第四被动轮为一伞形齿轮,并与该第四主动轮啮合,该第一传动杆其另一端穿伸一第六轴座;
    b).一第二传动杆,与该第一传动杆同轴向并由其所带动,该第二传动杆其一端穿伸一第七轴座,另一端穿伸一第八轴座;
    c).一第一驱动部,设在该第一传动杆上,其包括一第一座体可供该第一传动杆穿伸,且该第一传动杆于该第一座体内设有一第五主动轮,再者该座体内设有一垂直于该第一传动杆的第九轴座;
    d).一第二离合器,轴向设在该第一传动杆及第二传动杆之间,用以控制该第一传动杆与第二传动杆呈轴向结合连动或呈轴向分离状态,该第二离合器其包括一第三结合套,连接在该第一传动杆的端部,一第二套管套设在该第二传动杆的端部上,且该第二套管可在该第二传动杆上滑移,一第四结合套,连接该第二套管端部,且与该第三结合套呈相互卡合并可轴向分离的状态;一滑块与该第二套管连接,一导索,其一端固定在该第七轴座的侧边,且该导索的线芯伸出该第七轴座连接于该滑块,一第二弹簧套设在该线芯上,并对该滑块与该第二套管具有一轴向推力,进而可控制该第四结合套与该第三结合套,呈相互卡合并可轴向分离的状态;
    e).一第二驱动部,设在该第二传动杆上,其包括一第二座体可供该第二传动杆穿伸,且该第二传动杆于该第二座体内设有一第六主动轮,再者该第二座体内设有一垂直于该第二传动杆的第十轴座;
    f).该导索的另一端连接至一定位块,且该线芯连接在一操作杆的底端,由该操作杆拉动该线芯,用以控制该第四结合套与该第三结合套,呈相互卡合并可轴向分离的状态;
    一第一推升杆,由该第一传动杆所带动,该第一推升杆的尾端枢接于该背部活动架的第一驱柄,其前端内部设有螺纹,一第一螺杆一部分伸入该第一推升杆呈螺合状态,另一部分穿伸该第一驱动部的第一轴座,且端部设有一与该第五主动轮相啮合的一第五被动轮,以该第五主动轮带动第五被动轮,进而驱动该第一螺杆转动,使该第一推升杆呈线性位移,用以带动该背部活动架呈平放状态或掀起一倾斜角度;
    一第二推升杆,由该第二传动杆所带动,该第二推升杆的尾端枢接于该腿部活动架的第二驱柄,其前端内部设有螺纹,一第二螺杆一部分伸入该第二推升杆呈螺合状态,另一部分穿伸该第二驱动部的第二轴座,且端部设有一与该第六主动轮相啮合的一第六被动轮,以该第六主动轮带动第六被动轮,进而驱动该第二螺杆转动,使该第二推升杆呈线性位移,用以带动该腿部活动架平放状态或向下沉降;
    借此,由该控制机构的第一离合器,选择手动或电动方式,令该动力输出杆转动进而带动该第一传动杆转动,再进而驱动该第一推升杆线性位移,带动该背部活动架呈平放状态或掀起一倾斜角度;再者,以该第二离合器控制该第二传动杆与该第一传动杆5呈轴向结合连动,或呈轴向分离状态,控制该腿部活动架平放状态或向下沉降,达到以一个该动力输出杆即可同步带动背部活动架与该腿部活动架运作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的护理床的省力型传动装置,其特征在于,还包括一翻身顶撑机构,呈纵向设在该床架体上,且靠近该背部活动架的位置,该翻身顶撑机构包括:
    一第三推升杆,其内部设有螺纹;
    一第三螺杆,伸入该第三推升杆呈螺合状态,且一部分伸出该第三推升杆;
    一横向杆,二侧以一第十一轴座枢设在该床架体的支架上;
    一纵向杆,呈垂直的设在该横向杆上并由其所带动,可成向左或向右偏摆,且该纵向杆上设有数个导轮;
    一第二手摇驱柄,设在一管体上且可做360度转动,并带动设于第三推升杆内的第三螺杆转动,并相对于该第三推升杆线性位移;
    一第三驱柄,其上端固定于该横向杆,底端枢接于该第三螺杆的外端部并受其所制动,用以控制该横向杆转动,进而控制该纵向杆偏摆。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的护理床的省力型传动装置,其特征在于,所述操作杆的中间位置,是以一轴栓纵向穿伸,使该操作杆以该轴栓为轴心而可前后偏摆,以拉动该线芯,进而控制该第二离合装置,呈卡合或轴向分离状态,以及一定位板,固定在该床架体的外框表面,该定位板上设有一L形槽,可供该操作杆的上端部凸伸出来,并可在该L形槽内移动或定位。
