Description

Watch system and event list display method
The present invention relates to a monitoring system and an event list display method.
In Japan, the life expectancy has been remarkable due to the improvement of living standards, the improvement of sanitary environment, and the improvement of medical standards accompanying high economic growth after the war. For this reason, coupled with the decline in the birth rate, the aging society has a high aging rate. In such an aging society, an increase in the number of care recipients who need care is expected due to illness, injury, and aging.
Caregivers may fall while walking in a facility such as a hospital or a welfare facility for the elderly, or may fall from a bed and be injured. Therefore, a system for detecting the status of the care recipient, etc., so that the nurse or caregiver can rush immediately when the person requiring care such as a care recipient or patient enters such a state. Development is underway.
In the nurse call system disclosed in Patent Document 1 as such a system, it is determined whether or not the patient is in the state of getting up or getting out of bed from the captured image of the camera installed on the patient's bed. When the user wakes up or leaves, the captured video of the camera is displayed on the nurse call master unit provided in the nurse station.
However, in the nurse call system disclosed in Patent Document 1, it is not possible to know how to deal with when getting up or getting out of bed.
(overall structure)
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an overall configuration of a monitoring system according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of a detection unit installed around a bed in a room of a care target person.
As shown in FIG. 1, the watching system 1 includes a plurality of detection units 10, a management server 20, a fixed terminal 30, and one or more portable terminals 40. These are connected so as to be able to communicate with each other via a network 50 such as a LAN (Local Area Network), a telephone network, or a data communication network by wired or wireless. The network 50 may include a repeater such as a repeater, bridge, router, or cross-connect that relays communication signals. In the example illustrated in FIG. 1, the mobile terminal 40 includes a detection unit 10, a management server 20, a fixed terminal 30, and a network 50 such as a wireless LAN (for example, a LAN according to the IEEE 802.11 standard) including an access point 51. They are connected so that they can communicate with each other.
The watching system 1 is disposed at an appropriate place in accordance with the care target person 80. The care target person 80 (monitoring person) is, for example, a patient who needs nursing due to illness or injury, a cared person who needs care due to a decline in physical ability due to aging, or a single person living alone. . In particular, from the viewpoint of enabling early detection and early treatment, the care target person 80 may be a person who needs the detection when a predetermined adverse event such as an abnormal state occurs in the person. For this reason, the watching system 1 is suitably arranged in a building such as a hospital, a welfare facility for the elderly, and a dwelling unit, according to the type of the care target person 80. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the monitoring system 1 is arranged in a building of a facility including a plurality of rooms including a plurality of rooms (living rooms) and a care station (also referred to as a nurse station) in which a plurality of care target persons 80 move. Yes.
The detection unit 10 is disposed in each room that is an observation area of the care target person 80. In the example illustrated in FIG. 1, the four detection units 10 are arranged in the rooms of Mr. A, Mr. B, Mr. C, and Mr. D, who are the care target 80. The observation area of the detection unit 10 includes a bed 90. Users u001 and u002, who are care staffs who provide nursing or care for the care target person 80, carry the portable terminal 40 with them. However, the position, the number, and the like of each component included in the watching system 1 are not limited to the example illustrated in FIG. For example, the management server 20 may not be arranged in the care station but may be an external server unit connected to the network 50. Further, the fixed terminal 30 may be omitted, and the management server 20 or the portable terminal 40 may perform the function.
(Detector 10)
FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing a schematic configuration of the detection unit. As shown in the figure, the detection unit 10 includes a control unit 11, a communication unit 12, a camera 13, and a care call unit 14, which are connected to each other by a bus.
制御部11は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、およびRAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、等のメモリにより構成され、プログラムにしたがって検出部10の各部の制御および演算処理を行う。なお、制御部11は、メモリとして、さらにHDD(Hard Disk Drive)を備えてもよい。 The control unit 11 includes a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a RAM (Random Access Memory), a ROM (Read Only Memory), and the like, and performs control and arithmetic processing of each unit of the detection unit 10 according to a program. The control unit 11 may further include an HDD (Hard Disk Drive) as a memory.
The communication unit 12 is an interface circuit (for example, a LAN card) for communicating with other devices such as the management server 20, the fixed terminal 30, or the mobile terminal 40 via the network 50.
The camera 13 is arranged, for example, on the ceiling of the living room or on the upper part of the wall, images the bed 90 of the care target 80 as an observation area, and outputs a captured image (image data). This captured image includes a still image and a moving image. Although the camera 13 is a visible light camera, a near-infrared camera may be used instead, and these may be used together.
The control unit 11 recognizes the action of the care target person 80 from the captured image captured by the camera 13. This action to be recognized includes “getting up” getting up from the bed 90, “getting out” getting away from the bed 90, and “falling” falling over to the floor or the like.
The control unit 11 detects an image silhouette (hereinafter referred to as “human silhouette”) from a plurality of captured images (moving images). The human silhouette can be detected by, for example, extracting a pixel range having a relatively large difference based on a time difference in which images having different shooting times are added. The person silhouette may be detected by a background subtraction method that subtracts the background image from the captured image. The recognition of getting up, getting out of bed, and falling is performed from the detected person silhouette based on the posture of the care target person 80 (for example, standing, sitting and lying down) and the relative position with the installation in the room such as the bed 90, Recognize the difference between getting out of bed and falling (falling). These recognitions may be performed by a program processed by the CPU of the control unit 11 or may be performed by a built-in processing circuit. Further, the present invention is not limited to this, and all or most of these recognition processes may be performed on the management server 20 side, and the control unit 11 may only transmit a captured image to the management server 20. When recognizing any action, the control unit 11 transmits a notification that the action has occurred to the management server 20 or the like.
The care call unit 14 includes a push button type switch, and detects a care call (nurse call) when the switch is pressed by a care target person. Instead of a push button switch, a care call may be detected by a voice microphone. When the switch of the care call unit 14 is pressed, that is, when a care call is detected, the control unit 11 transmits a notification that there is a care call to the management server 20 or the like via the communication unit 12 and the network 50. The care call unit 14 may include a microphone and a speaker for voice calls.
In addition, the detection unit 10 transmits and receives microwaves to and from the bed 90 to detect a Doppler shift type body motion sensor that detects a microwave Doppler shift caused by body motion (for example, respiratory motion) of the care target person 80, Further, it may be provided. By this body motion sensor, the body motion of the chest (vertical motion of the chest) associated with the breathing motion of the care subject 80 is detected, and the period of the body motion of the chest is disturbed or less than a preset threshold value. When the amplitude in the body movement is detected, it is recognized that the body movement is abnormal.
In the present embodiment, an event that is a change in the state recognized by the detection unit related to the care target person 80 and should be reported (notified) to the care staff, such as getting up, getting out of bed, falling, abnormal movement of the minute body, etc. Called. This event includes a care call by the care call unit 14. The detection unit 10 transmits information about the event that has occurred to the management server 20.
(Management server 20)
FIG. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a schematic configuration of the management server 20. The management server 20 includes a control unit 21, a communication unit 22, and a database 23. Each component is communicably connected to each other via a bus. The database 23 functions as a storage unit, and stores various information on an event list, a care target person, and a care staff. Since the other control part 21 and the communication part 22 have the same function as each structure of the detection part 10, detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.
The management server 20 functions as a management unit alone or by cooperating with the detection unit 10, and events such as getting up, getting out of bed, falling, care call, etc. recognized by the detection unit 10 relate to the care target person. Determine (identify) whether it exists. In this determination, the care target person 80 (that is, the resident of the room) associated with the room number in which the detection unit 10 that has recognized the event is installed is determined. Then, the determined event type and the care target person 80 are associated and added to the event list of the database 23. In the present embodiment, the care target person may be determined by reading the IC tag with an RFID reader provided in each room when the care target person carries the IC tag. . In addition, when there are a plurality of care target persons in one room such as a shared room, the care target person may be determined by arranging the detection unit 10 for each bed 90.

In addition, an administrator such as a representative care staff or technical staff associates the room number with the detection unit 10 when the detection unit 10 is attached to each room (living room) through the fixed terminal 30, or the bed 90 For example, the position information of the installed object in the living room, that is, the outline information of the upper view by the ceiling camera 13 is calibrated and designated. In addition, identification information such as the name and ID number of the person to be hospitalized or resident is associated with each room number.
(Portable terminal 40)
The portable terminal 40 includes a control unit 41, a wireless communication unit 42, a display unit 43, an input unit 44, and a voice input / output unit 45, which are connected to each other via a bus. The control unit 41 has the same configuration as that of the detection unit 10 and includes a CPU, a RAM, a ROM, and the like. The wireless communication unit 42 can perform wireless communication using a standard such as Wi-Fi or Bluetooth (registered trademark), and performs wireless communication with each device via the access point 51 or directly. The display unit 43 and the input unit 44 are touch panels, in which a touch sensor as the input unit 44 is superimposed on the display surface of the display unit 43 configured by liquid crystal or the like. The display unit 43 and the input unit 44 display various operation screens that list a plurality of events included in the event list to the care staff, and accept various operations through the operation screens. The voice input / output unit 45 is, for example, a speaker and a microphone, and enables a voice call by a care staff to communicate with another portable terminal 40 via the wireless communication unit 42. The mobile terminal 40 is a device that functions as a user interface of the watching system 1 and can be configured by a portable communication terminal device such as a tablet computer, a smartphone, or a mobile phone.
(Adding events to the event list)
FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing a procedure for adding an event to the event list executed by the watching system 1. The process of FIG. 6 is executed mainly by the control unit 21 of the management server 20 and in cooperation with the control unit 11 of the detection unit 10. Programs related to these are stored in the memory of each control unit.
(Step S101)
The detection unit 10 monitors the care subject 80 in the observation area, that is, on or around the bed 90. When the detection unit 10 recognizes a new event (hereinafter also referred to as “new arrival event”), the detection unit 10 transmits information on the recognized event to the management server.
(Step S102)
The management server 20 waits for reception of event information from the detection unit 10, and if there is reception (YES), the process proceeds to step S103.
(Step S103)
The management server 20 updates the event list stored in the database 23. FIG. 7 is an example of an event list. As shown in the figure, the event list includes a plurality of events. Each event includes an event ID, a room number, a care target, an event type, an occurrence date and time (event recognition time), a captured image at the time of occurrence (for example, a still image), and a care support status. The event ID functions as a primary key, and a unique number is automatically assigned to each event. The care response status is data indicating the response status of the care staff, and includes progress information, a staff ID, and response date / time. The staff ID is unique identification information for identifying the care staff, and is a name, an employee number, or the like. Immediately after the event is recognized, the care staff does not take any action, so the progress information becomes “unsupported”. The change and update of the care support status including the progress information will be described later. Although a still image is recorded as a captured image, a moving image of several tens of seconds before and after the occurrence time may be stored in the database 23 for a fall event.
Thus, every time an event occurs, an event assigned with predetermined data is added to the event list.
(Event list display processing)
Next, event list display processing will be described. FIG. 8 is a flowchart showing a procedure of an event list display process executed by the watching system 1. The process of FIG. 8 is executed mainly by the control unit 21 of the management server 20, and is executed by cooperating with the control unit 41 of the portable terminal 40 and the control unit 11 of the detection unit 10, and these programs are executed by each control unit. Stored in the memory. In FIG. 8, the process on the management server 20 side is shown on the left side, and the process on the mobile terminal 40 side is shown on the right side.
(Steps S201 and S301)
First, login authentication processing is performed. The care staff inputs the staff ID and password through the touch panel (display unit 43, input unit 44) of the mobile terminal 40, and transmits this to the management server 20. The management server 20 matches the authentication information stored in the database 23 and transmits an authentication result corresponding to the authority of the care staff to the portable terminal 40.
(Steps S202 and S302)
The portable terminal 40 sends an event list transmission request command to the management server 20 automatically in response to the successful authentication or in response to an input operation on the touch panel of the care staff.
The management server 20 transmits an event list to the mobile terminal 40 in response to a transmission request from the mobile terminal 40. As this event list, a part of the event list stored in the database 23 may be transmitted. For example, an event list in which only events that have occurred (recognized) within a predetermined period (for example, the past 24 hours) may be transmitted based on the login date and time. The extraction condition is not limited to the predetermined period and may be the maximum number of transmissions. Further, the event list extraction condition to be transmitted at the time of login may be set in advance by an administrator or the like, or may be set by the care staff at the time of login.
(Step S303)
The portable terminal 40 displays a list of event lists received from the management server 20 on the display unit 43. Here, a specific example of the list display will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 9 is an example of an event list, and FIG. 10 is an example of an operation screen displayed on the display unit 43.
As shown in FIG. 9, among the event IDs 010 to 0015, the events corresponding to the event IDs 010 to 0011 have already been handled with respect to the progress information of the care handling status, and the event IDs 012 to 0015 are not yet supported.
FIG. 10A is a diagram showing a state in which a plurality of events included in the event list of the correspondence status as shown in FIG. 9 are displayed as a list. The display area of the operation screen 411 shown in FIG. 10A includes areas a1 to a4 in order from the top. An area a1 is a tab area and can be scrolled in the horizontal direction. Areas a2 and a4 are fixed areas. An area a3 is a scroll area and can be scrolled in the vertical direction. A list of events in the event list is displayed in the scroll area a3, and various icons and keys for operations are arranged in the other areas a1, a2, and a4.
In the scroll area a3, events are displayed on each of a plurality of lines. In the example of the figure, information of event IDs 010 and 011 is displayed in rows r1 and r2, respectively. In line r3, a plurality of event IDs 012 to 015 satisfying a predetermined condition are collectively displayed in one line. The predetermined condition is an event that is not supported and is common to the care recipients. Note that the present invention is not limited to this, and each may be displayed separately without being displayed together.
A part of the event list is displayed in the scroll area a3, and the care staff scrolls in the scroll area in the scroll area (flick to slide the finger in a predetermined direction), and scrolls and displays in the scrolled direction. You can change the events that are displayed. For example, events past the event ID 010 are scrolled out upward and are out of the screen. The care staff can confirm these events by scrolling downward. Further, in the example of the figure, a plurality of events are displayed in ascending order in time series (occurrence date and time) in the scroll area a3. In the default setting, the latest event is displayed at the lower end of the scroll area a3, and events before that are displayed in order upward. In addition, a scroll bar indicating the display position for all received event lists may be displayed at the side edge of the scroll area.
The display content will be described taking line r1 of the operation screen 411 as an example. In this row r1, each information of the room number (room 101), the care target person (Mr. A (Ichiro Yamashita)), the care staff ID (user 0003), the date and time of occurrence, and progress information (corresponding) is associated with the corresponding event ID001. Is shown. Further, in this row r1, an icon i1 (nurse cap) is also displayed so as to intuitively recognize that the event type is a care call. By displaying the icon i1, the type of event can be easily grasped.
Next, the display contents of the unsupported event will be described by taking the line r3 of the operation screen 411 as an example. As described above, since the unsupported event IDs 012 to 015 are all unsupported events for the same care target or room number, these events are collectively displayed in one row r3. For unsupported events, in addition to the room number, the person to be treated, and the time of occurrence, the unsupported, unsupported time, and thumbnail images of the captured images are displayed together. This unsupported time is the elapsed time from the occurrence of the first event. By displaying the elapsed time, the care staff can grasp the situation. In addition, by displaying thumbnail images, it is possible to intuitively understand that the event is not supported. The thumbnail image to be displayed is the latest (lastly occurring) event among the plurality of events displayed in the same row r3, that is, the thumbnail image corresponding to the image i015 with the event ID 0015. It should be noted that the thumbnail images to be displayed are prioritized for each type among a plurality of events displayed in the same row r3, and the highest priority (most important event), for example, a thumbnail image of a fall event is displayed. Also good.
Also, when displaying multiple events on the same line, icons corresponding to each event are displayed in one line. In FIG. 10 (a), in addition to the above-mentioned icon i1 related to the care call, the respective icons i2 to i4 related to getting up, leaving the floor, and falling are displayed in the row r3.
(Step S304)
The control unit 41 of the mobile terminal 40 receives an event update based on an input from the care staff. If there is an update event, that is, if the response status is changed, the care staff performs input through the operation screen displayed on the display unit 43 of the mobile terminal 40. Specifically, the care staff taps any location in the row r3 of the operation screen 411 in FIG. In the figure, the tap position is indicated by a finger mark (and so on).
When the row r3 indicating an unsupported event in FIG. 10A is tapped, the screen transitions to the operation screen 412 in FIG. On the operation screen 412, as information for determining the situation of the care target person 80, the thumbnail image is enlarged and displayed, or the original captured image is displayed. When the care staff responds to the event, the care staff can change the response status of the displayed event to “completed” by tapping the key k1 (“corresponding”). By tapping the key k2 (“speak”), it is possible to talk (speak) to the care target 80. This call can be performed by the care call unit 14 and the voice input / output unit 45 in each room, for example. By tapping the key k3 (“LIVE”), a live video that captures the current room 101 is displayed on the display unit 43. By tapping the key k4 (“temporary OFF”), the response status of the event can be changed to already handled in the same manner as the key k1, and even if a new event related to the room (detection unit 10) occurs, other care staff The mobile terminal 40 is not notified. The notification by this new arrival event will be described later. It should be noted that by tapping the key k10 in the tab area a1 of the operation screen 412, the previous operation screen 411 is returned.
When the care staff through the keys k2 and k3 requests (selects) a live video viewing or a call with a care target person, the progress information of the care support status is temporarily displayed as “status confirmation”. Set (described later).
For example, when the key k1 is tapped by the care staff (YES), the control unit 41 of the mobile terminal 40 determines that there is an update event, and the process proceeds to step S305. In response to the key k1 being tapped by the care staff, the mobile terminal 40 transmits an update event, that is, a change in the response status of the event, to the management server 20.
(Step S203)
The control unit 21 of the management server 20 determines whether or not the event list needs to be updated. The management server 20 receives the update event from the mobile terminal 40 (YES in step S304), determines that the event list needs to be updated (YES), updates the event list, and then proceeds to the next process. In addition, even when a new arrival event occurs by the process of FIG. 6 (YES in S102), it is determined that the event list needs to be updated (YES), and after the event list is updated, the process proceeds.
When the new arrival event occurs, the management server 20 adds the new arrival event to the event list of the database 23 (the same processing as step S103 in FIG. 6). In addition, when receiving an update event from any of the mobile terminals 40, the management server 20 changes the care support status and updates the event list as described below.
FIG. 11 is a diagram showing the event list after the correspondence status of the event IDs 12 to 15 is changed to corresponding to the event list in the state shown in FIG. The management server 20 receives the fact that the key k1 has been tapped from the mobile terminal 40, thereby simultaneously changing the care handling status regarding the event IDs 12 to 15. Specifically, the progress information of the care response status is changed to “Compatible”, and the staff ID and reception time of the user (logged care staff) of the received portable terminal 40 are recorded in the event list. This reception time is recorded as the corresponding date and time in the event list.
(Steps S204 and S305)
The management server 20 distributes the updated event list to all the mobile terminals 40 that have logged in. Each portable terminal 40 returns a receipt confirmation command in response to receiving the event list from the management server 20. In response to receiving the event list, each mobile terminal 40 updates the display shown below. Note that the event list may be transmitted from the management server 20 by transmitting only difference data. For example, only a part that has changed with respect to the event list transmitted immediately before, that is, an event that has been added or updated is transmitted as an event list to all the mobile terminals 40.
FIG. 10C is a diagram showing a state in which events in the updated event list are displayed as a list. FIG. 10C is also an operation screen 413 in a state where the key k1 (“corresponding”) in FIG. 10B is tapped to return to the original list display screen. Compared to the operation screen 411, the operation screen 413 does not display the displayed thumbnail image in the unsupported event. In FIG. 10A, four unsupported events are collectively displayed in one row r3. However, in the display example of FIG. It is displayed at r4. Note that the present invention is not limited to this, and a plurality of events whose care support status has been changed at the same time may be displayed together as in row r3 in FIG. 10 (in this case, thumbnail images are not displayed). . In FIG. 10C, a plurality of event IDs 012 to 015 are displayed in order of occurrence time. Note that the event ID 0012 displayed at the top (row r1) with the earliest occurrence time is partially out of display. As described above, the care staff can display other events that are not displayed by scrolling.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the management unit records the response status of the event related to the care target person in the event list in response to the input by the care staff through the mobile terminal, and the event list of the event list is stored in the mobile terminal. Send at least a part. On the mobile terminal side, the received event list is displayed as a list on the display unit. By doing in this way, the care staff can grasp | ascertain easily the correspondence condition with respect to a care object person.
(Display of unsupported number)
10A to 10C, the key k10 or the key k11 is displayed in the tab area a1. The keys k10 and 11 function as return keys for returning to the previous screen as described above, and also function as information indicating the presence or absence or number of unsupported events.
図12(a)は図10(a)に、図12(b)は図10(c)に対応する。 FIG. 12 is an enlarged view of the tab area a1 at the top of the operation screen. FIG. 12A corresponds to FIG. 10A, and FIG. 12B corresponds to FIG. When there is an unsupported event in the event list due to reception of a new arrival event or the like, as shown in FIG. 12A, icons i5 and 6 indicating the presence or absence of an unsupported event are included in the key k10. (Superimposed). Care calls are high in importance and frequency as types of events, and are individually indicated by an icon i5 whose appearance is similar to the icon i1. Other events are collectively indicated by an icon i6. The icons i5 and 6 each include a number so that the number of unsupported events can be recognized. On the other hand, when there is no unsupported event, the icons i5 and i6 are not displayed as indicated by the key k11 in FIG. In the tab area a1, keys k12 to k14 are arranged in addition to k10 or k11. By tapping the key k12, a transition is made to an operation screen for calling other care staff. By tapping the key k13, a transition is made to an operation screen for confirming a list of residents in each room. By tapping the key k14, transition is made to various settings, for example, an operation screen for logging out and an operation screen for confirming login information (staff identification information, device ID).
The effect of displaying information indicating the presence or absence or number of unsupported events in the tab area a1 is as follows. As described above, when the number of events included in the event list is large and not all events can be displayed at once in the scroll area a3, unsupported events are scrolled out of the screen, It may not be displayed. Even in such a situation, the care staff can easily grasp the existence of an unsupported event by checking whether or not an icon indicating the presence or absence of the unsupported event is displayed in the tab area a1. .
(Operation screen during status confirmation)
FIG. 13 is an operation screen indicating that the state is being confirmed. As described above, by tapping the key k3 or the key k4 on the operation screen 412 of FIG. 10B, the management server 20 temporarily sets the progress information of the event in the event list to “status confirmation”. Set. Then, it is notified and displayed on the portable terminal 40 of another care staff that the state is being confirmed.
For example, as shown in FIG. 13A, in response to receiving the updated event list, “unsupported” in the row r3 of the operation screen 421 of the display unit 43 is changed to “status confirmation”. In addition, the elapsed time from the time changed during the state check at this time is also displayed. In this case, other care staff (for example, user 0002) other than the care staff (user 0001) of the party who is checking the state, By tapping the line r3, the screen transitions to the operation screen 422 indicating that the state is being confirmed as shown in FIG. On this operation screen 422, the fact that the state is being confirmed is displayed together with the identification information of the care staff of the party concerned (“user 0001 is confirming the state”). Thereby, the other care staff can grasp which care staff is dealing with the event whose status is being confirmed.
(Modification)
In the above-described operation screen, the display unit 43 of the mobile terminal 40 shows an example in which all of a plurality of events included in the event list received from the management server 20 are displayed in time series. You may make it extract (filter process).
14 and 15 are examples of operation screens of the display unit 43 according to the modification. In the operation screen 431 shown in FIG. 14, when the care staff taps the key k21, the screen is switched to the operation screen 432 in FIG. By selecting a radio button on the operation screen 432, it is possible to select “display all” to display all factors or “narrowed display” to extract and display by any factor. By selecting the narrowed display, the screen is switched to an operation screen of another level, and the narrowing conditions can be set on the operation screen. The narrowing conditions include, for example, event type, event occurrence time, event progress information, care target person, care staff, and the like. As types of events, for example, care calls and other events may be narrowed down. By selecting the filtering condition, only the corresponding event is displayed in a list.
In addition, the care staff can tap a quick key K22 on the operation screen 431 to perform specific narrowing down with one click. Specifically, the care staff taps the quick key k22 to select whether to display “all events” included in the received event list or “only unsupported events”. Can be selected. On the operation screen 431, the quick key k22 is selected, and only unsupported events are displayed in the scroll area. Furthermore, as another processing, the operation screen for inputting a text message can be changed using the key k23, and a message to other care staff can be transmitted.
Note that the display order of the list display may be sorted and displayed according to the same conditions as the narrowing-down conditions. For example, in the example shown in FIGS. 10A to 10C, events are sorted and displayed in time series in the order of occurrence time. On the other hand, the events in the event list are sorted by the care staff selecting the conditions such as event type, event occurrence time, event progress information, care target person, care staff, etc. through the operation screen. A list may be displayed.
The care staff can easily recognize the situation of the desired event list by displaying the events in the event list by extracting or sorting in this way.
