L'invention concerne un agencement de levage pour un engin de chantier, éventuellement un chargeur, comprenant un agencement de cadre muni d'une partie de cadre avant (30) et d'une partie de cadre arrière (20), ledit agencement de levage pouvant être monté sur ladite partie de cadre avant (30), comprenant un bras principal (3), comportant un connecteur à pivot (4) à une extrémité proximale de celui-ci et un connecteur d'équipement (5) à une extrémité distale de celui-ci, un moyen de support de bras principal (6) pour pivot supportant ledit connecteur de pivot (4) dudit bras principal (3), ledit moyen de support de bras principal (6) étant mobile dans une direction qui comprend au moins un composant dans la direction avant-arrière par rapport audit agencement de cadre, l'agencement de levage étant conçu de telle sorte que le connecteur d'équipement (5), lors du pivotement dudit bras principal (3) entre une position abaissée et une position levée, suit un trajet sensiblement vertical, l'agencement de levage comprenant en outre un agencement d'inclinaison (400) pour incliner un équipement (15) monté sur le connecteur d'équipement (5) du bras principal (3), l'agencement d'inclinaison (400) comprenant une chaîne cinématique (406) pour la fixation à un connecteur d'inclinaison (151) de l'équipement (15) monté sur le connecteur d'équipement (5) du bras principal (3).
