本申请中通过部署“VTM机-服务器-坐席设备”的网络架构,使得用户可在坐席人员的协助下灵活地进行***的申请,由于由用户在VTM侧输入卡种申请信息,而坐席人员在坐席设备侧实时审核该卡种申请信息,从而简化了办理流程并保证了办理流程的高效性,所以,克服了现有的***申请方式存在的业务处理能力较低的技术问题。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。参照图1,图1为本申请自助式***申请方法第一实施例的流程示意图。在第一实施例中,所述自助式***申请方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S10:VTM响应于用户输入的业务办理指令,向服务器发送所述业务办理指令;
可以理解的是,为了简化***的申请流程,可将银行员工手动录入客户资料进业务***的方式转化为客户手动输入自身信息,但是,需要注意的是,现有的银行员工手动录入资料的流程是考虑到业务***可以很好地判断录入信息是否出现明显错误,以及银行员工经过较好的培训可以在输入信息时降低出现录入错误的情况,所以,为了既保证让客户手动输入自身信息以降低银行员工的工作量,也能保证客户手动输入的正确率,本实施例将使用远程视频柜员机(Video Teller Machine,VTM),以部署为“VTM机-服务器-坐席设备”的网络架构来实现上述技术效果,可参见图2,图2为网络部署方式的示意图。在具体实现中,用户可在VTM机的屏幕上点击“***办理”的选项,以进入***申请的办理流程。
步骤S20:所述服务器响应于所述业务办理指令,从预设坐席列表中选取处于空闲状态的坐席设备,生成业务开始指令,并向所述VTM发送所述业务开始指令,所述坐席设备由坐席人员操作以协助办理用户的业务;
应当理解的是,用户在VTM机上点击“***办理”的选项后,将生成业务办理指令,以告知服务器将进行***申请。为了实现如图2所示的“VTM机-服务器-坐席设备”的网络架构,在服务器获悉VTM侧的用户将进行***的申请后,将主动选取坐席设备以介入银行部门的坐席人员,通过坐席人员的协助完成***的申请。
在具体实现中,同时将存在多个操作各自的坐席设备的坐席人员可提供***申请的协助,其中,所述坐席设备可为个人电脑或其他电子设备。为了确定服务当前用户的具体坐席人员,可预先设置预设坐席列表,所述预设坐席列表用于记录各坐席设备的网络地址以及各坐席设备的当前运行状态,坐席设备可能处于忙碌状态或者空闲状态。当服务器接收到VTM发送的业务办理指令后,将从预设坐席列表中记录的处于空闲状态的坐席设备中选取出一台坐席设备作为接收用户输入的卡种申请信息的机器,并对卡种申请信息进行审核,以完成对于***申请流程的办理。由于可通过用户自身输入申请信息,且坐席人员实时对申请信息进行审核,从而实现了既保证让客户手动输入自身信息以降低银行员工的工作量,也能保证客户手动输入的正确率,因为,坐席人员可实时审核申请信息,若申请信息出现错误,可及时在VTM机上提示用户进行修改。由于通过坐席人员实时对用户输入的信息进行反馈,从而保证了客户手动输入的正确率。
步骤S30:所述VTM在接收到所述业务开始指令时,获取用户输入的卡种选取指令,从所述卡种选取指令中提取卡种类型,根据所述卡种类型查找对应的卡种申请界面,展示所述卡种申请界面;
可以理解的是,在服务器查询到当前可提供服务的坐席设备后,将向VTM发送业务开始指令,以正式进入***申请的流程。当未找到可提供服务的坐席设备,进入排队模式,周期性查询当前是否存在空闲状态的坐席设备。
在具体实现中,考虑同一银行可同时提供多种不同的***类型以供用户选择,不同的***在申请时用户需要输入的审核信息将存在区别,所以,为了便于用户输入信息及坐席人员审核信息,可为不同类型的***提供不同的卡种申请界面,不同的卡种申请界面所需输入的用户信息存在区别。
可以理解的是,VTM侧将显示多种***以供用户选择,比如,国际***以及车主***等。若用户在VTM的屏幕上选取车主***,将展示与车主***对应的卡种申请界面,比如,由于车主***可提供与汽车相关的用户福利,所以,在与车主***对应的卡种申请界面中用户需要输入所拥有的汽车的车牌、汽车型号以及汽车使用年限等信息。若用户在VTM的屏幕上选取国际***,将展示与国际***对应的卡种申请界面,在该卡种申请界面种用户需输入护照信息以及外国身份信息等。明显地,不同的***类型在申请时用户所需提供的信息将存在区别,所以,可预先为各卡种类型差异化地设置对应的卡种申请界面,以便于统计不同***的用户信息。
步骤S40:所述VTM获取用户在所述卡种申请界面中输入的卡种申请信息,向所述坐席设备发送所述卡种申请信息,以根据所述卡种申请信息办理***申请业务。
可以理解的是,用户在卡种申请界面输入卡种申请信息后,可将该卡种申请信息发送至服务器选取的坐席设备,以供坐席设备侧的坐席人员对卡种申请信息进行审核,以协助办理***申请的流程。
本实施例中通过部署“VTM机-服务器-坐席设备”的网络架构,使得用户可在坐席人员的协助下灵活地进行***的申请,由于由用户在VTM侧输入卡种申请信息,而坐席人员在坐席设备侧实时审核该卡种申请信息,从而简化了办理流程并保证了办理流程的高效性,所以,克服了现有的***申请方式存在的业务处理能力较低的技术问题。
参照图3,图3为本申请自助式***申请方法第二实施例的流程示意图,基于上述图1所示的第一实施例。在第二实施例中,所述步骤S20,包括:
步骤S201:所述服务器响应于所述业务办理指令,从预设坐席列表中选取处于空闲状态的坐席设备,生成业务开始指令,向所述坐席设备发送所述业务开始指令;
可以理解的是,当用户在VTM机的屏幕上点击“***办理”的选项后,将进入***申请的办理流程,但是,为了保证用户输入信息的正确性并且可及时地对用户输入的信息进行审核,将提供坐席设备以协助用户办理业务。
步骤S202:所述坐席设备响应于所述业务开始指令,建立所述VTM与所述坐席设备的视频传输通道,并将所述VTM的屏幕画面共享至所述坐席设备的屏幕,并生成连接完成信息,向所述服务器发送所述连接完成信息;
可以理解的是,在服务器成功选取为VTM提供服务的坐席设备后,将自动建立坐席设备与VTM的视频连接,用户可在VTM的屏幕中观看到坐席设备侧坐席人员的实时图像。在完成上述视频连接后,即可正式进入***办理的流程。
步骤S203:所述服务器响应于所述连接完成信息,向所述VTM发送所述业务开始指令;
相应地,所述步骤S40,包括:
步骤S401:所述VTM获取用户在所述卡种申请界面中输入的卡种申请信息,并基于所述视频传输通道将用户输入的卡种申请信息共享至所述坐席设备的屏幕;
在具体实现中,用户不仅可以实时与坐席人员进行视频交流,也可将用户实时输入的卡种申请信息的界面共享给坐席人员,使得坐席人员可实时查看用户当前输入的具体信息。
步骤S402:所述VTM响应于用户输入的信息完成指令,向所述坐席设备发送所述卡种申请信息,以供所述坐席设备根据所述卡种申请信息办理***申请业务。
进一步地,所述步骤S401之后,所述自助式***申请方法还可以包括:
步骤S4021:所述坐席设备在接收到所述VTM共享的卡种申请信息时,展示所述卡种申请信息,并响应于坐席人员输入的信息更正指令,向所述VTM发送所述信息更正指令;
可以理解的是,由于坐席人员操作的坐席设备侧可通过视频查看到用户在VTM上手动输入的卡种申请信息,可及时地提醒用户信息输入错误,比如,用户输入的信息可能发生漏添、信息格式不正确以及其他信息输入问题。
步骤S4022:所述VTM在接收到所述信息更正指令时,基于所述信息更正指令确定待更正信息,在所述卡种申请界面中对所述待更正信息进行标注,以提醒用户进行信息更正。
在具体实现中,为了更加有效地进行沟通,并且便于用户理解坐席人员指出的填写错误,由于之前已将VTM侧用户填写卡种申请信息的界面共享至坐席设备侧,坐席人员可直接在被共享的界面上直接标注错误信息。比如,用户在卡种申请界面中的“身份证号码”选项中填写的数据错误,坐席人员可直接在该“身份证号码”选项附近进行标注,比如,标注“号码填写错误”。用户通过屏幕共享,可以在VTM侧看到在该“身份证号码”选项附近出现“号码填写错误”的标注,从而使得用户可及时地知晓自身的填写错误。
本实施例中通过建立VTM与坐席设备的视频连接,用户不仅可以实时地向坐席人员进行问题咨询,也可借助屏幕的共享查看到用户实时输入的卡种申请信息,便于坐席人员及时地进行卡种申请信息的审核。
参照图4,图4为本申请自助式***申请方法第三实施例的流程示意图,基于上述图1所示的第一实施例。在第三实施例中,所述步骤S30,包括:
步骤S301:所述VTM在接收到所述业务开始指令时,获取用户标识,向所述服务器发送所述用户标识;
可以理解的是,所述用户标识可为身份证号或者用于标记用户的唯一编码。若用户标识为身份证号,在***申请的流程中,用户可在VTM机侧输入身份证号。
步骤S302:所述服务器对所述用户标识进行合法性验证,在验证成功时,生成验证成功信息,向所述VTM发送所述验证成功信息;
在具体实现中,为了判断该用户标识是否为合法信息,若用户标识为身份证号,可将该身份证号发送至公安部门的服务器以检测该身份证号是否合法,当该身份证号不仅符合身份证号的编排规则且的确为合法身份证号时,将生成验证成功信息,并将该验证成功信息反馈至VTM。
步骤S303:所述VTM响应于所述验证成功信息,获取用户输入的卡种选取指令,从所述卡种选取指令中提取卡种类型,根据所述卡种类型查找对应的卡种申请界面,展示所述卡种申请界面;
相应地,所述步骤S40之后,所述自助式***申请方法还包括:
步骤S50:所述坐席设备响应于所述卡种申请信息,从预设***集中选取目标***标识,将所述用户标识与所述目标***标识进行绑定,以成功办理***。
在具体实现中,在坐席人员完成对于卡种申请信息的审核后,可提供多个信用***以供用户选择。比如,可预先设置预设***集,该预设***集内将存储有VTM机所处网点现有的实体***的***,以供用户选择。并将用户选取的实体******即目标***标识与用户标识进行绑定,使得用户可提前选取***的***。
进一步地,所述步骤S50之后,所述自助式***申请方法还包括:
步骤S60:所述服务器根据所述用户标识基于预设映射关系查找到对应的各***标识,向所述VTM发送所述***标识;
可以理解的是,当出现***欠账时需要对该***进行还款操作,而常见的还款操作需要用户去银行柜台或者网上银行进行还款,为了简化还款操作,可将申请成功的***与该用户的其他银行卡进行绑定,以实现从其他银行卡中进行自动转账。在具体实现中,预设映射关系中将存储有该用户的多个***标识,所述***标识可为用户的借记卡***。
步骤S70:所述VTM在接收到所述***标识时,对所述***标识进行展示;
步骤S80:所述VTM响应于用户输入的***选取指令,从所述***标识中选取目标***标识,向所述服务器发送所述目标***标识;
可以理解的是,用户可从自身的借记卡***中选取一个***。
步骤S90:所述服务器将所述目标***标识与所述目标***标识进行业务绑定,以供用户通过所述目标***标识对应的账户向所述目标***标识对应的账户进行自动还款。
在具体实现中,服务器可将用户成功申请的******与该借记卡***进行绑定,从而当该***出现欠账时,可从绑定的借记卡中自动转账至该***,以实现***账单的自动偿还。
本实施例中通过对用户标识进行验证,并将验证后的用户标识与用户选取的目标***标识进行绑定,从而实现了用户可自主选择用户所处网点可提供的***的***。
参照图5,图5为本申请自助式***申请方法第四实施例的流程示意图,基于上述图1所示的第一实施例。在第四实施例中,所述步骤S40之后,所述自助式***申请方法还包括:
步骤S50':所述坐席设备在接收到所述卡种申请信息时,响应于坐席人员输入的资料审核指令,判断所述卡种申请信息是否满足预设申请条件,在所述卡种申请信息满足所述预设申请条件时,从所述卡种申请信息中提取申请资格信息,展示所述申请资格信息,以供坐席人员对所述申请资格信息进行审核;
可以理解的是,本申请通过部署“VTM机-服务器-坐席设备”的网络架构可以较好地简化办理流程,但是,由于坐席设备的坐席人员可以直接查看到用户全部的卡种申请信息,可能导致用户信息的泄露。考察到降低用户信息的泄露风险,坐席设备在接收到卡种申请信息后,可先不对该卡种申请信息进行展示,以防止坐席人员完整地查看到用户的全部个人信息。
在具体实现中,坐席设备可先依据预设申请条件自动对卡种申请信息进行信息审核。比如,卡种申请信息可包括“月收入”、“是否拥有房产”、“学历”和“车牌号”等信息,若用户欲申请的***的种类具有汽车相关的优惠条件,该预设申请条件可包括“是否拥有汽车”,若用户未输入“车牌号”,可认为该用户不拥有汽车,则用户输入的卡种申请信息不满足预设申请条件。
可以理解的是,当用户输入的卡种申请信息满足预设申请条件,可从该卡种申请信息中提取出申请资格信息,考虑到保护用户的个人信息,坐席设备侧不展示全部的卡种申请信息,可只展示坐席人员需要审核的申请资格信息。其中,所述卡种申请信息为用户输入的用于申请***的全部个人信息;所述申请资格信息为待审核的用户申请资格信息,比如,用户的公司地址、公司规模、收入及不动产等信息。
步骤S60':所述坐席设备响应于坐席人员输入的审核完成指令时,向所述VTM发送成功办理信息,以提示用户***申请业务办理成功。
应当理解的是,坐席人员在对该申请资格信息进行审核完成后,可在坐席设备侧触发“确认”选项,以成功实现对于***的申请。
进一步地,所述步骤S50',还可以包括:所述坐席设备在接收到所述卡种申请信息时,响应于坐席人员输入的资料审核指令,从所述卡种申请信息中提取用户身份信息;所述坐席设备向所述服务器发送所述用户身份信息,以使所述服务器对所述用户身份信息进行审核,生成并反馈审核成功信息,所述卡种申请信息由所述申请资格信息与所述用户身份信息构成;所述坐席设备在接收到反馈的审核成功信息时,判断所述卡种申请信息是否满足预设申请条件,在所述卡种申请信息满足所述预设申请条件时,从所述卡种申请信息中提取申请资格信息,展示所述申请资格信息,以供坐席人员对所述申请资格信息进行审核。
可以理解的是,卡种申请信息主要由申请资格信息与用户身份信息构成,其中,所述用户身份信息为记录用户的公民身份的身份信息,比如,用户的用户名、身份证号、护照号码以及社保编号等个人信息。由于用户身份信息具有一定的隐私性,易对用户的信息安全造成危害,用户身份信息可不由坐席人员进行审核,可将用户身份信息交由服务器进行人工审核或自动审核。在具体实现中,在从卡种申请信息中提取出用户身份信息后,可将该用户身份信息发送至服务器。而服务器可对该用户身份信息进行自动审核,该自动审核过程包括对于用户身份信息的信息格式校验等审核流程,比如,检查护照号码是否符合护照号码的编排规则。此外,服务器也可从所述预设坐席列表中选取其他坐席设备,将所述用户身份信息发送至其他坐席设备,以使其他坐席设备对该用户身份信息进行审核,并反馈审核成功信息。由于将用户身份信息与申请资格信息交由不同的坐席人员进行审核,可以提高用户信息的安全性。当然,可将该用户身份信息进行进一步地划分,每一个审核用户A的用户身份信息的坐席人员只会接收到一部分的用户身份信息,也可保证用户信息的安全性。
进一步地,所述步骤S30,还可以包括:所述VTM在接收到所述业务开始指令时,获取用户输入的卡种选取指令,从所述卡种选取指令中提取卡种类型;所述VTM获取预设身份信息填写界面,并根据所述卡种类型查找对应的申请资格填写界面,将所述预设身份信息填写界面与所述申请资格填写界面进行组合,将组合后的界面作为卡种申请界面,并展示所述卡种申请界面,所述预设身份信息填写界面用于填写用户的身份信息,所述申请资格填写界面用于填写判定用户是否具有***申请资格的依据信息。
可以理解的是,考虑到不同的***申请的申请资格信息所需填写的内容不同,可为不同类型的***生成不同的卡种申请界面。在具体实现中,比如,当用户从“国际***”以及“车主***”等***类型中选取出“国际***”进行申请时,虽然各种***所需审核的用户信息不同,但是,一部分信息是申请银行卡用户都需填写的,可将用户都需填写的信息选项置入“预设身份信息填写界面”,比如,用户的姓名、身份证号、性别以及手机号码等信息。而申请不同类型的***所需审核的不同方面的个人信息可置于“申请资格填写界面”,比如,用户是否有海外资产以及是否具有海外留学经历等信息。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种自助式***申请设备,其中,所述设备包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的自助式***申请程序,所述自助式***申请程序配置为实现如上文所述的自助式***申请方法的步骤。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质上存储有自助式***申请程序,所述自助式***申请程序被处理器执行时实现如上文所述的自助式***申请方法的步骤。

    所述坐席设备在接收到反馈的审核成功信息时,判断所述卡种申请信息是否满足预设申请条件,在所述卡种申请信息满足所述预设申请条件时,从所述卡种申请信息中提取申请资格信息,展示所述申请资格信息,以供坐席人员对所述申请资格信息进行审核。
  8. 一种自助式***申请***,其中,所述自助式***申请***包括:VTM和服务器;
    所述VTM,用于响应于用户输入的业务办理指令,向所述服务器发送所述业务办理指令;
    所述服务器,用于响应于所述业务办理指令,从预设坐席列表中选取处于空闲状态的坐席设备,生成业务开始指令,并向所述VTM发送所述业务开始指令,所述坐席设备由坐席人员操作以协助办理用户的业务;
    所述VTM,还用于在接收到所述业务开始指令时,获取用户输入的卡种选取指令,从所述卡种选取指令中提取卡种类型,根据所述卡种类型查找对应的卡种申请界面,展示所述卡种申请界面;
    所述VTM,还用于获取用户在所述卡种申请界面中输入的卡种申请信息,向所述坐席设备发送所述卡种申请信息,以根据所述卡种申请信息办理***申请业务。
  9. 一种自助式***申请设备,其中,所述自助式***申请设备包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的自助式***申请程序,所述自助式***申请程序配置为实现如下步骤:
    VTM响应于用户输入的业务办理指令,向服务器发送所述业务办理指令;
    所述服务器响应于所述业务办理指令,从预设坐席列表中选取处于空闲状态的坐席设备,生成业务开始指令,并向所述VTM发送所述业务开始指令,所述坐席设备由坐席人员操作以协助办理用户的业务;
    所述VTM在接收到所述业务开始指令时,获取用户输入的卡种选取指令,从所述卡种选取指令中提取卡种类型,根据所述卡种类型查找对应的卡种申请界面,展示所述卡种申请界面;
    所述VTM获取用户在所述卡种申请界面中输入的卡种申请信息,向所述坐席设备发送所述卡种申请信息,以根据所述卡种申请信息办理***申请业务。
  10. 如权利要求9的所述自助式***申请设备,其中,所述自助式***申请程序配置为实现如下步骤:
    所述服务器响应于所述业务办理指令,从预设坐席列表中选取处于空闲状态的坐席设备,生成业务开始指令,向所述坐席设备发送所述业务开始指令;
    所述坐席设备响应于所述业务开始指令,建立所述VTM与所述坐席设备的视频传输通道,并将所述VTM的屏幕画面共享至所述坐席设备的屏幕,并生成连接完成信息,向所述服务器发送所述连接完成信息;
    所述服务器响应于所述连接完成信息,向所述VTM发送所述业务开始指令;
    相应地,所述VTM获取用户在所述卡种申请界面中输入的卡种申请信息,向所述坐席设备发送所述卡种申请信息,以根据所述卡种申请信息办理***申请业务,包括:
    所述VTM获取用户在所述卡种申请界面中输入的卡种申请信息,并基于所述视频传输通道将用户输入的卡种申请信息共享至所述坐席设备的屏幕;
    所述VTM响应于用户输入的信息完成指令,向所述坐席设备发送所述卡种申请信息,以供所述坐席设备根据所述卡种申请信息办理***申请业务。
  11. 如权利要求10的所述自助式***申请设备,其中,所述自助式***申请程序配置为实现如下步骤:
    所述坐席设备在接收到所述VTM共享的卡种申请信息时,展示所述卡种申请信息,并响应于坐席人员输入的信息更正指令,向所述VTM发送所述信息更正指令;
    所述VTM在接收到所述信息更正指令时,基于所述信息更正指令确定待更正信息,在所述卡种申请界面中对所述待更正信息进行标注,以提醒用户进行信息更正。
  12. 如权利要求9的所述自助式***申请设备,其中,所述自助式***申请程序配置为实现如下步骤:
    所述VTM在接收到所述业务开始指令时,获取用户标识,向所述服务器发送所述用户标识;
    所述服务器对所述用户标识进行合法性验证,在验证成功时,生成验证成功信息,向所述VTM发送所述验证成功信息;
    所述VTM响应于所述验证成功信息,获取用户输入的卡种选取指令,从所述卡种选取指令中提取卡种类型,根据所述卡种类型查找对应的卡种申请界面,展示所述卡种申请界面;
    相应地,所述VTM获取用户在所述卡种申请界面中输入的卡种申请信息,向所述坐席设备发送所述卡种申请信息,以根据所述卡种申请信息办理***申请业务之后,所述自助式***申请方法还包括:
    所述坐席设备响应于所述卡种申请信息,从预设***集中选取目标***标识,将所述用户标识与所述目标***标识进行绑定,以成功办理***。
  13. 如权利要求12的所述自助式***申请设备,其中,所述自助式***申请程序配置为实现如下步骤:
    所述服务器根据所述用户标识基于预设映射关系查找到对应的各***标识,向所述VTM发送所述***标识;
    所述VTM在接收到所述***标识时,对所述***标识进行展示;
    所述VTM响应于用户输入的***选取指令,从所述***标识中选取目标***标识,向所述服务器发送所述目标***标识;
    所述服务器将所述目标***标识与所述目标***标识进行业务绑定,以供用户通过所述目标***标识对应的账户向所述目标***标识对应的账户进行自动还款。
  14. 如权利要求9的所述自助式***申请设备,其中,所述自助式***申请程序配置为实现如下步骤:
    所述坐席设备在接收到所述卡种申请信息时,响应于坐席人员输入的资料审核指令,判断所述卡种申请信息是否满足预设申请条件,在所述卡种申请信息满足所述预设申请条件时,从所述卡种申请信息中提取申请资格信息,展示所述申请资格信息,以供坐席人员对所述申请资格信息进行审核;
    所述坐席设备响应于坐席人员输入的审核完成指令时,向所述VTM发送成功办理信息,以提示用户***申请业务办理成功。
  15. 一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质上存储有自助式***申请程序,所述自助式***申请程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    VTM响应于用户输入的业务办理指令,向服务器发送所述业务办理指令;
    所述服务器响应于所述业务办理指令,从预设坐席列表中选取处于空闲状态的坐席设备,生成业务开始指令,并向所述VTM发送所述业务开始指令,所述坐席设备由坐席人员操作以协助办理用户的业务;
    所述VTM在接收到所述业务开始指令时,获取用户输入的卡种选取指令,从所述卡种选取指令中提取卡种类型,根据所述卡种类型查找对应的卡种申请界面,展示所述卡种申请界面;
    所述VTM获取用户在所述卡种申请界面中输入的卡种申请信息,向所述坐席设备发送所述卡种申请信息,以根据所述卡种申请信息办理***申请业务。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的存储介质,其中,所述自助式***申请程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    所述服务器响应于所述业务办理指令,从预设坐席列表中选取处于空闲状态的坐席设备,生成业务开始指令,向所述坐席设备发送所述业务开始指令;
    所述坐席设备响应于所述业务开始指令,建立所述VTM与所述坐席设备的视频传输通道,并将所述VTM的屏幕画面共享至所述坐席设备的屏幕,并生成连接完成信息,向所述服务器发送所述连接完成信息;
    所述服务器响应于所述连接完成信息,向所述VTM发送所述业务开始指令;
    相应地,所述VTM获取用户在所述卡种申请界面中输入的卡种申请信息,向所述坐席设备发送所述卡种申请信息,以根据所述卡种申请信息办理***申请业务,包括:
    所述VTM获取用户在所述卡种申请界面中输入的卡种申请信息,并基于所述视频传输通道将用户输入的卡种申请信息共享至所述坐席设备的屏幕;
    所述VTM响应于用户输入的信息完成指令,向所述坐席设备发送所述卡种申请信息,以供所述坐席设备根据所述卡种申请信息办理***申请业务。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的存储介质,其中,所述自助式***申请程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    所述坐席设备在接收到所述VTM共享的卡种申请信息时,展示所述卡种申请信息,并响应于坐席人员输入的信息更正指令,向所述VTM发送所述信息更正指令;
    所述VTM在接收到所述信息更正指令时,基于所述信息更正指令确定待更正信息,在所述卡种申请界面中对所述待更正信息进行标注,以提醒用户进行信息更正。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的存储介质,其中,所述自助式***申请程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    所述VTM在接收到所述业务开始指令时,获取用户标识,向所述服务器发送所述用户标识;

    所述坐席设备响应于坐席人员输入的审核完成指令时,向所述VTM发送成功办理信息,以提示用户***申请业务办理成功。
