本发明的一种洗衣干衣一体机的冷凝水排出水路和冲洗排出水路均连通至排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路,因此可将换热元件的冷凝水和换热元件过滤装置的冲洗水经由洗衣装置的排水水路上的排水过滤装置进行过滤后排出,防止冷凝水和冲洗水中的线屑对排水水路造成堵塞,实现了干衣装置和洗衣装置更高的集成化程度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一种衣物洗干一体机进行详细描述:
如图1所示,一种衣物洗干一体机,包括:
壳体1;
设置在壳体1内,可分别独立运行的洗衣装置和干衣装置;
所述的干衣装置包括换热元件7、换热元件过滤装置15、用于将换热元件的冷凝水排出的冷凝水排出水路17及用于将冲洗换热元件过滤装置15的冲洗水排出的冲洗排出水路8;
所述的洗衣装置包括排水水路,所述的排水水路上设置排水过滤装置,所述冷凝水排出水路17和冲洗排出水路8均连通至排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路。
本实施例的衣物洗干一体机将用于干衣的干衣装置和用于洗衣的洗衣装置安装在同一壳体1内,实现了用户的洗衣、干衣需求,节省了分别单独制造的成本,节省了放置空间,另外,用户还可单独选择进行洗衣或者干衣,可选择性更多,提高了效率。
本实施例通过进水到换热元件过滤装置15处进行线屑冲刷,实现了换热元件过滤装置17的冲洗,确保烘干风流经换热元件7之前能进行很好的过滤和足够的流通风量。
本实施例的一种洗衣干衣一体机的冷凝水排出水路17和冲洗排出水路8均连通至排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路,因此可将换热元件7的冷凝水和换热元件过滤装置17的冲洗水经由洗衣装置的排水水路上的排水过滤装置进行过滤后排出,防止冷凝水和冲洗水中的线屑对排水水路造成堵塞,实现了干衣装置和洗衣装置更高的集成化程度。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述的冷凝水排出水路17和冲洗排出水路8分别与排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路相连通。这样,可在各自的连通管路上设置控制阀实现冷凝水和冲洗水各自的排放控制,更为灵活方便。
或者,所述的冷凝水排出水路17和冲洗排出水路8均连通至同一共用排水水路,所述共用排水水路与排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路相连通。这样,简化了与洗衣装置排水水路的连接。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述的洗衣装置包括洗涤筒组件,所述的排水水路包括排水泵10,所述的排水过滤装置为排水泵过滤器11:
所述的洗涤筒组件、冷凝水排出水路17及冲洗排出水路8的出水端均连通排水泵过滤器。这样,冲洗排出水路8中的冲洗水和冷凝水排出水路17的冷凝水先由排水泵过滤器11过滤后再经由排水管排出,防止冲洗水中和冷凝水中的线屑对于排水泵或者排水管造成堵塞,确保洗衣装置排水水路的正常工作。
进一步地,所述的排水泵10包括泵壳,泵壳上设置进水口和出水口,所述的排水水路 包括连通洗涤筒组件的出水口与排水泵的进水口的第一排水管12和连接在排水泵的出水口上的第二排水管6,所述冷凝水排出水路17、冲洗排出水路8均连通排水泵的进水口,所述的排水泵过滤器11设置在泵壳内进水口与出水口之间。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述排水泵10的进水口包括与冷凝水排出水路17相连通的第一进水口、与冲洗排出水路8相连通的第二进水口和与第一排水管12相连通的第三进水口,所述的排水泵过滤器11设置在泵壳内第一进水口、第二进水口、第三进水口与出水口之间。
作为本实施例的另一种实施方式,所述排水泵10的进水口包括与共用排水水路相连通的第四进水口和与第一排水管12相连通的第五进水口,所述的排水泵过滤器11设置在泵壳内第四进水口、第五进水口与出水口之间。
作为本实施例的另一种实施方式,所述的共用排水水路的出水端连通第一排水管12,或者所述的第一排水管12的出水端连通共用排水水路,所述的泵壳上具有一个与第一排水管12/共用排水水路相连通的进水口,所述的排水泵过滤器设置在泵壳内进水口与出水口之间。
具体地,所述的排水泵过滤器11可拆卸的安装在排水泵10的泵壳内,所述壳体1的前板上对应排水泵10处开设开口,开口上安装有可开启/关闭的过滤器门。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述的干衣装置包括底座,底座上设置对应换热元件过滤装置的冲洗水集水槽,冲洗水集水槽开设排出口,所述冲洗排出水路的进水端连接该排出口;
所述的底座上设置对应换热元件的冷凝水集水槽,冷凝水集水槽开设排出口,所述冷凝水排出水路的进水端连接该排出口。
本实施例所述的干衣装置采用冷凝式模块,所述换热元件为冷凝器,所述换热元件过滤装置为冷凝器过滤装置,或者,所述的干衣装置采用热泵式干衣模块,所述换热元件为蒸发器,所述换热元件过滤装置为蒸发器过滤装置;
所述洗衣装置的洗涤筒组件包括用于盛水的外筒14,外筒14通过排水水路连通至排水过滤装置的进水端。
本实施例所述的干衣装置还包括与换热元件过滤装置15相连通的冲洗水路4,冲洗水路4的进水端3外接水源,出水端连通至换热元件过滤装置15的上方;
优选地,所述洗衣装置包括进水管路,进水管路包括进水阀和进水管,进水管的一端连接进水阀,另一端连接外筒;所述的冲洗水路的进水端连接进水阀。本实施例通过将洗 衣装置的进水分支引入到换热元件过滤装置15处进行线屑冲刷,实现了换热元件过滤装置15的冲洗。这样,本实施例的衣物洗干一体机只需要与水龙头通过一个进水水管连接,同时实现洗衣装置的进水及干衣装置的冷凝器过滤装置15的进水冲洗,简化了整体结构,更加便于用户使用。
本实施例的干衣装置包括设置的壳体1内的干衣滚筒2和与干衣滚筒相连通的循环烘干风道16,设置在烘干风道内用于驱动烘干风循环的风扇5。
为了实现换热元件过滤装置15的冲洗水的排水控制,所述的冲洗排出水路上分别设置控制其通断的控制阀。
本实施例同时提供一种衣物洗干一体机的控制方法,衣物洗干一体机包括用于控制干衣装置及洗衣装置运行的控制装置,干衣装置需要对冷凝器过滤装置进行冲刷时,自来水由冲洗水路进入到换热元件过滤装置进行冲刷,控制装置控制换热元件过滤装置、换热元件与排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路导通,将冲刷后的自来水经排水过滤装置过滤后排出。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体;
    设置在壳体内,可分别独立运行的洗衣装置和干衣装置;
    所述的干衣装置包括换热元件、换热元件过滤装置、用于将换热元件的冷凝水排出的冷凝水排出水路及用于将冲洗换热元件过滤装置的冲洗水排出的冲洗排出水路;
    所述的洗衣装置包括排水水路,所述的排水水路上设置排水过滤装置,所述冷凝水排出水路和冲洗排出水路均连通至排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的冷凝水排出水路和冲洗排出水路分别与排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路相连通;
    或者,所述的冷凝水排出水路和冲洗排出水路均连通至同一共用排水水路,所述共用排水水路与排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路相连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的洗衣装置包括洗涤筒组件,所述的排水水路包括排水泵,所述的排水过滤装置为排水泵过滤器:
    所述的洗涤筒组件、冷凝水排出水路及冲洗排出水路的出水端均连通排水泵过滤器。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的排水泵包括泵壳,泵壳上设置进水口和出水口,所述的排水水路包括连通洗涤筒组件的出水口与排水泵的进水口的第一排水管和连接在排水泵的出水口上的第二排水管,所述冷凝水排出水路、冲洗排出水路均连通排水泵的进水口,所述的排水泵过滤器设置在泵壳内进水口与出水口之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述排水泵的进水口包括与冷凝水排出水路相连通的第一进水口、与冲洗排出水路相连通的第二进水口和与第一排水管相连通的第三进水口,所述的排水泵过滤器设置在泵壳内第一进水口、第二进水口、第三进水口与出水口之间。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述排水泵的进水口包括与共用排水水路相连通的第四进水口和与第一排水管相连通的第五进水口,所述的排水泵过滤器设置在泵壳内第四进水口、第五进水口与出水口之间。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的共用排水水路的出水端连通第一排水管,或者所述的第一排水管的出水端连通共用排水水路,所述的泵壳上具有一个与第一排水管/共用排水水路相连通的进水口,所述的排水泵过滤器设置在泵壳内进水口与出水口之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的干衣装置包括底座,底座上设置对应换热元件过滤装置的冲洗水集水槽,冲洗水集水槽开设排出口,所述冲洗排出水路的进水端连接该排出口;
    所述的底座上设置对应换热元件的冷凝水集水槽,冷凝水集水槽开设排出口,所述冷凝水排出水路的进水端连接该排出口。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的干衣装置采用冷凝式模块,所述换热元件为冷凝器,所述换热元件过滤装置为冷凝器过滤装置,或者,所述的干衣装置采用热泵式干衣模块,所述换热元件为蒸发器,所述换热元件过滤装置为蒸发器过滤装置;
    所述洗衣装置的洗涤筒组件包括用于盛水的外筒,外筒的排水口连通排水水路。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的干衣装置还包括与换热元件过滤装置相连通的冲洗水路,冲洗水路的进水端外接水源,出水端连通至换热元件过滤装置的上方;
    优选地,所述洗衣装置包括进水管路,进水管路包括进水阀和进水管,进水管的一端连接进水阀,另一端连接外筒;所述的冲洗水路的进水端连接进水阀。
