一种单立柱提升混合机 技术领域
本发明粉未或颗粒混合技术领域,尤其涉及一种单立柱提升混合机。
背景技术
现有技术中单立柱提升料斗混合机通常采用液压提升,液压提升结构的主要缺点包括:液压油泄漏给现场带来的环境污染,给设备的清洁卫生带来了困难;因液压油的泄漏带来的沉降现象,特别是液压管路破裂带来的急坠现象;需另设防坠装置(且不能全程设定)。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种单立柱提升混合机,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明提供了一种单立柱提升混合机,包括提升机构、滑块及用于夹持混合容器的回转叉架,提升机构与滑块连接,用于带动滑块沿竖直方向滑动,回转叉架与滑块连接,用于在滑块的带动下运动至预设位置;
提升机构包括电动推杆,电动推杆内设有螺杆副,螺杆副具有可自锁的螺纹,并可通过螺纹传动进行伸缩,螺杆副的自由端连接有滑轮,滑轮套有提升带,提升带的一端固定,另一端与滑块连接。
进一步地该混合机,还包括立柱,立柱上设有由平行导轨形成的滑槽,滑块设有滚轮,滚轮设于滑槽中,并可在滑槽内滚动。
进一步地,提升机构还包括与电动推杆连接的电机,该电机配有减速器。
进一步地,提升带为链条。
进一步地,滑块的行程范围设有与回转叉架的预设位置相对应的限位开关。
进一步地,滑块通过传动机构与回转叉架连接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示的各实施方式对本发明进行详细说明,但应当说明的是,这些实施方式并非对本发明的限制,本领域普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所作的功能、方法、或者结构上的等效变换或替代,均属于本发明的保护范围之内。
参图1所示,本实施例提供了一种单立柱提升混合机,包括提升机构、滑块13及用于夹持混合容器16的回转叉架15,提升机构与滑块13连接,用于带动滑块13沿竖直方向滑动,回转叉架15与滑块13连接,用于在滑块13的带动下运动至预设位置;提升机构包括电动推杆5,电动推杆5内设 有螺杆副19,螺杆副19具有可自锁的螺纹,并可通过螺纹传动进行伸缩,螺杆副19的自由端连接有滑轮9,滑轮9套有提升带(提升带可以是链条10,也可以是其它提升带),提升带的一端固定,另一端与滑块13连接。
本实施例提供的单立柱提升混合机,通过具有自锁功能的电动推杆进行提升,无需另设防坠装置,运行过程中不会对环境造成污染,且结构简单,提升方便,升程易于控制。
在本实施例中,立柱上设有由平行导轨18形成的滑槽,滑块13设有滚轮20,两组滚轮20设于滑槽中,并可在滑槽内滚动。通过滚轮及滑槽的设计,可以使滑块更加稳定地进行升降。
立柱2通过螺钉或焊接与底座1装配在一起,立柱2前侧是导轨部分,滑块13在导轨内能上下滑动,立柱2后侧是电动推杆安装部分,电动推杆5与铰轴支座3相连,支座3用螺钉安装在立柱2后侧的安装板上。
电动推杆5的动力侧与电机21(配有减速器)连接,另一端与滑轮9相连接,滑轮9是双滑轮结构;立柱2后侧装有链条连接板8,两条链条10对称分布在与电动推杆上5两滑轮上,一端通过连接件固定在链条连接板8上,另一端固定在滑块13上,滑块13与传动箱14螺钉固定连接,传动箱14内装有电机减速器,通过连接法兰与回转叉架15连接,回转叉架15上装有两叉杆,用来夹持混合容器16,11为顶部固定装置。
参图1及图2所示,回转叉架15使混合容器16与其对称轴线成一夹角30度。另外,该混合机配有电器控制台。工作时,叉杆位于基位,将混合容器16推入回转叉架15内,混合容器16的两叉管分别与回转叉架15的两叉杆套合,直到叉管壁内锥与叉杆外锥相接触。在两叉杆上加上带外锥的垫圈,并用锁紧螺母17锁紧混合容器16,开动控制台,控制电动推杆5上的电机按规定方向转动,通过减速器的变速,电动推杆5内的螺杆副19带动滑轮9上升的同时链条也带动滑块13上升,电动推杆5的行程为滑块行程的1/2,使夹持有混合容器16的回转叉架15上升到达混合位,限位开关7给PLC(控 制台)信号设备停止上升,启动混合程序,按程序设定的混合参数混合,达到混合时间,设备停止混合,并完成定位(使混合容器16的脚轮向下),再次提升至设备的分料位,此时可用其它容器分装混合容器内的物料,亦可以不上升到分料位,直接下降到基位。随后,松开锁紧螺母17,取出垫圈,往外拉出混合容器16。
本实施例提供的单立柱提升混合机具有如下技术效果:
1、电动推杆通过螺纹传动,根据实际速度要求最佳提升速度在20-30m/s,电动推杆的速度约在12.5m/s,螺杆副采用具有自锁性能的Tr螺纹(梯形螺纹),不需要另设防坠装置,具有全程防坠性能,可靠性高。
2、通过采用电动推杆进行提升,彻底解决了液压油的环境污染问题。
3、电动推杆的提升速度可按实际需求设定,可替代液压油泵用节流阀来调整速度的方案。
4、通过滑轮机构,使螺杆行程仅为滑块行程的一半,降低了设备的加工难度,有利于缩小产品的结构尺寸。

  1. 一种单立柱提升混合机,其特征在于,包括提升机构、滑块(13)及用于夹持混合容器(16)的回转叉架(15),所述提升机构与所述滑块(13)连接,用于带动所述滑块(13)沿竖直方向滑动,所述回转叉架(15)与所述滑块(13)连接,用于在所述滑块(13)的带动下运动至预设位置;
    所述提升机构包括电动推杆(5),所述电动推杆(5)内设有螺杆副(19),所述螺杆副(19)具有可自锁的螺纹,并可通过螺纹传动进行伸缩,所述螺杆副(19)的自由端连接有滑轮(9),所述滑轮(9)套有提升带,所述提升带的一端固定,另一端与所述滑块(13)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种单立柱提升混合机,其特征在于,还包括立柱(2),所述立柱(2)上设有由平行导轨(18)形成的滑槽,所述滑块(13)设有滚轮(20),所述滚轮(20)设于所述滑槽中,并可在所述滑槽内滚动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种单立柱提升混合机,其特征在于,所述提升机构还包括与所述电动推杆(5)连接的电机(21),所述电机(21)配有减速器。
