目前,电子设备普遍使用的散热装置,在散热过程中通常容易由于尘埃杂质等进入而影响产品的可靠性,而需要经常进行拆卸和清洗;散热性能通常作为各个领域中产品性能的限制条件,例如,投影技术最大的突破是激光光源的应用,相比传统光源,激光光源优势明显。
技术问题
在激光投影装置中,电源模块为激光光源提供能量来源,电源模块在工作是会产生热量,一般通过风冷方式散热。通常在电源模块的壳体上设置风扇,风扇工作将气流吸入到电源模块的内部给元器件散热。然而气流中通常带有尘埃等杂质,这些杂质进入到电源模块内部后会附着在元器件上,经过一段时间后可能会影响元器件的正常工作,因此需要在气流进入电源模块前将气流进行过滤,故有必要设计电源防尘罩对气流进行过滤。在实际应用中,防尘罩的防尘海绵要定期清洗或更换,现有技术中的防尘罩拆卸不便,不利于后期的维护。

优选的,所述防尘罩还包括带有螺柱的磁铁,所述螺柱与所述压铆螺母相连接,所述磁铁用于将所述防尘罩与散热风扇相连。
优选的,所述中心部上设置有与所述导向杆相连动的旋钮,所述旋钮带动所述导向杆以中心部为转轴沿周向转动。
优选的,所述导向杆为十字形结构,包括沿中心向四周辐射的导向臂,所述从动杆上设置有与所述导向臂相匹配的滑轨,所述导向杆通过所述滑轨推动所述从动杆绕铰链向所述罩体周缘伸展并压紧所述防尘网。
优选的,所述从动杆包括分别与固定杆的两侧相连的第一从动杆和第二从动杆,所述第一从动杆和所述第二从动杆的一端分别与所述相邻固定部相连,所述第一从动杆和所述第二从动杆的另一端分别通过铰链相连接,所述第一从动杆和第二从动杆之间通过铰链实现相对运动。
优选的,所述压杆组件包括所述从动杆向内收缩的第一状态和所述从动杆向外扩张的第二状态,所述导向臂包括在第二状态时与所述固定部重合的第一导向臂和自所述第一导向臂弯折延伸的第二导向臂,所述第二导向臂通过所述滑轨推动所述从动杆。
优选的,所述第一导向臂上设置有锁定孔,所述固定杆上设置有与所述锁定孔对应的螺纹孔,当所述压杆组件处于第二状态时,通过穿过锁定孔的锁定螺钉实现压杆组件的锁定。
优选的,所述罩体的四角处设置有紧贴所述罩体内表面的密封条。
本发明还提供了一种散热装置,包括散热风扇以及如上述的防尘罩。
优选的,所述防尘罩包括磁铁,所述散热风扇的框架设有与磁铁相吸的金属或磁性部件。
 
有益效果
本发明的防尘罩及散热装置,包括罩体、设置在所述罩体中的防尘网以及用于将所述防尘网可拆卸地安装到所述罩体中的可伸缩的压杆组件。本发明的防尘罩能够实现对散热装置的散热气流的防尘作用,并且便于拆卸和更换,方便维护。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述,但不作为对本发明的限定。
本发明提供一种应用于散热装置的防尘罩以及应用该防尘罩的散热装置。尤其是一种应用于激光光源中的电源模块的散热装置及其防尘罩。本发明提供的散热装置内部设置有风扇,通过风扇工作将气流吸入到电源模块的内部,可以降低电源模块在工作状态下产生的热量,实现电源模块的散热。在散热装置工作过程中,本发明提供的防尘罩可以避免气流中夹带的尘埃杂质等进入电源模块内部而影响产品的性能。
如图1和图2所示,本发明中的防尘罩包括罩体1、设置在罩体1上的防尘网2以及用于将防尘网2装配到罩体1上的压杆组件3。
如图3和图4所示,罩体1是由铝合金钣金折弯制成,包括本体部和自本体部弯折延伸围城内部空间的弯折部13,罩体1的本体部呈正方形,其上设置有若干同心环形的通风口,外界气流通过通风口进入散热装置内部,同时散热装置内的风扇产生的带有热量气流通过通风口排出。罩体1上直径最大的环形通风口的外径大于风扇旋转的形成的圆面直径,这样,可以保证气流的通常。
罩体1的弯折部13处设置有四个密封条5,密封条5自带背胶,可以粘贴在罩体的弯折部13处,材质为海绵,具有一定的压缩量,密封条的厚度略大于罩体1弯折部13的内表面与电源壳体的间隙。
防尘网2为防尘海绵,设置在罩体1朝向风扇的内侧表面,防尘网2的边缘直径大于最大环形的通风口,即防尘海绵完全覆盖通风口。这样,可以避免异物或灰尘进入散热装置内部。
如图5到图9所示,压杆组件3为一个连杆机构, 罩体1四边的折弯部13所包围的矩形区域可以覆盖风扇的防护网,矩形区域的面积小于防尘网2的面积,压杆组件3从罩体1弯折部13所包围的矩形区域安装到罩体1上,防尘网2的边缘则不会被压到。
压杆组件3包括向内收缩的第一状态和向外扩张的第二状态,当压杆组件3处于扩张的第二状态时,压杆组件3的边缘扩大,极限位置可以覆盖到防尘网2的边缘,通过对第二状态的紧固,压紧防尘海绵的边缘,实现充分过滤气流的作用。
具体的,压杆组件3包括与罩体1相连接的固定杆31、与固定杆31可转动连接的导向杆34以及与固定杆31通过铰链37连接,在导向杆34的驱动下可绕铰链转动的从动杆(35、36)。
固定杆31为十字形结构,包括位于中央的中心部和自中心部向四周辐射延伸的固定部,固定杆31通过固定部与罩体1相连。具体的,固定部上设置有圆周均布的压铆螺母32,罩体1上设置有与压铆螺母32对应设置的通孔11,固定杆31通过穿过通孔11的螺丝61固定在罩体1上。在本实施方式中,压铆螺母32共有四个,等间距且沿中心对称设置在罩体的四周。
参照图10所示,防尘罩还包括与压铆螺母32相匹配的带有螺柱41的强力磁铁4,罩体1靠近压杆组件3的一侧表面也设置有固定螺母12,磁铁4通过压铆螺母32和固定螺母12完成固定。进一步的,强力磁铁4的螺柱41上设置有橡胶垫片42以防止螺柱的螺纹松脱,强力磁铁4的位置对应于电源模块上风扇的四个钢制固定螺钉的位置。防尘罩通过该强力磁铁与散热装置以磁力吸附的方式连接在一起,可以方便的实现防尘罩的拆卸与安装。具体的,强力磁铁4的位置对应于电源模块上风扇的四个钢制固定螺钉的位置,即强力磁铁4吸附在四个钢制螺钉的螺帽平面上。
导向杆34可旋转地连接到所述中心部上。进一步的,中心部上设置有与导向杆34相连动的旋钮33,旋钮33带动导向杆34以中心部为转轴沿防尘网2所在平面沿周向转动。导向杆34也为十字形结构,包括沿中心向四周辐射的导向臂,从动杆上设置有与导向臂相匹配的滑轨,导向杆34通过所述滑轨推动从动杆绕铰链37向罩体1周缘伸展并压紧防尘网。
导向臂包括在第二状态时与固定部重合的第一导向臂和自第一导向臂弯折延伸的第二导向臂,第二导向臂通过所述滑轨推动从动杆(35、36)。从动杆包括分别与固定杆31的两侧相连的第一从动杆35和第二从动杆36,第一从动杆35和第二从动杆36分别通过铰链37连接到相应固定部上。此外,第一从动杆35和第二从动杆36之间设置有第二铰链38,第一从动杆35和第二从动杆36可通过第二铰链38实现相对运动。在本实施方式中,固定杆31为十字形结构,共具有四个固定部和相应的四个铰链37,每个铰链37上分别连接有一个第一从动杆35和一个第二从动杆36。在导向杆34的推动或拉动下,使得从动杆绕铰链37向外侧扩展转动或收缩。
在实际使用过程中,顺时针旋转压杆组件3的旋钮33,旋钮33带动导向杆34顺时针转动,则导向杆34推动第一从动杆35、第二从动杆36绕铰接37向外侧转动,绕第二铰接38向外侧移动,压杆组件3的边缘扩大,极限位置覆盖到防尘海绵的边缘,实现防尘海绵的固定。
进一步的,在本实施方式中,第一导向臂上设置有锁定孔341,固定杆上设置有与锁定孔341对应的螺纹孔311,当压杆组件3通过旋转处于第二状态将防尘网2压紧时,可通过穿过锁定孔的锁紧螺钉39实现压杆组件的固定。此时的状态,一来可以压紧防尘网,充分过滤气流;二来可以减少从动杆阻挡气流的截面积,尽可能多通过气流,避免影响散热效果。
当防尘罩需要维护时,将防尘罩从电源模块上取下后,旋松压杆组件的锁紧螺钉39,逆时针旋转旋钮33,第一从动杆35、第二从动杆36绕铰接37向内侧转动,绕第二铰接38向内侧移动,海绵压杆3所形成的边缘缩小至极限位置,旋松压杆组件的四个固定螺丝61,将压杆组件3从罩体1上取下,将防尘网2从罩体1内取出进行更换或清洗,完毕后将清洁后的或替换的防尘网2放入到罩体1中,并安装海绵压杆3且调整从动杆位置后,安装在电源模块风扇的外侧。
本发明还提供了一种散热装置,包括上述的防尘罩。其中,防尘罩包括带有螺柱的磁铁,散热风扇的框架上设有与磁铁相吸的金属或磁性部件,通过磁铁的吸附力完成防尘罩与散热风扇的连接。其具有方便拆卸和维护,可靠性能高的有益效果。
本发明的防尘罩及散热装置,包括罩体、设置在所述罩体中的防尘网以及用于将所述防尘网可拆卸地安装到所述罩体中的可伸缩的压杆组件。本发明的防尘罩能够实现对散热装置的散热气流的防尘作用,并且便于拆卸和更换,方便维护。
当然,以上是本发明的优选实施方式。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明基本原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
 

Claims (14)

  1. 一种防尘罩,其特征在于,包括罩体、设置在所述罩体中的防尘网以及用于将所述防尘网可拆卸地安装到所述罩体中的可伸缩的压杆组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,所述压杆组件包括与所述罩体相连接的固定杆、与所述固定杆可转动连接的导向杆以及与所述固定杆通过铰链连接并在所述导向杆的驱动下可绕铰链转动的从动杆。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,所述罩体上设置有多个同心环形的通风口,所述防尘网覆盖所述通风口。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,所述固定杆为十字形结构,包括位于中央的中心部和自中心部向四周辐射延伸的十字形的固定部,固定杆通过固定部与罩体相连,导向杆可旋转地连接到所述中心部上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,所述固定部远离所述中心部的端部上均设置有压铆螺母,所述罩体上设置有与所述压铆螺母对应设置的通孔,所述固定杆通过穿过所述通孔的螺丝固定在所述罩体上从而将防尘网压紧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,所述防尘罩还包括带有螺柱的磁铁,所述螺柱与所述压铆螺母相连接,所述磁铁用于将所述防尘罩与散热风扇相连。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,所述中心部上设置有与所述导向杆相连动的旋钮,所述旋钮带动所述导向杆以中心部为转轴沿周向转动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,所述导向杆为十字形结构,包括沿中心向四周辐射的导向臂,所述从动杆上设置有与所述导向臂相匹配的滑轨,所述导向杆通过所述滑轨推动所述从动杆绕铰链向所述罩体周缘伸展并压紧所述防尘网。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,所述从动杆包括分别与固定杆的两侧相连的第一从动杆和第二从动杆,所述第一从动杆和所述第二从动杆的一端分别与相邻所述固定部相连,所述第一从动杆和所述第二从动杆的另一端分别通过铰链相连接,所述第一从动杆和第二从动杆之间通过铰链实现相对运动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,所述压杆组件包括所述从动杆向内收缩的第一状态和所述从动杆向外扩张的第二状态,所述导向臂包括在第二状态时与所述固定部重合的第一导向臂和自所述第一导向臂弯折延伸的第二导向臂,所述第二导向臂通过所述滑轨推动所述从动杆。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,所述第一导向臂上设置有锁定孔,所述固定杆上设置有与所述锁定孔对应的螺纹孔,当所述压杆组件处于第二状态时,通过穿过锁定孔的锁定螺钉实现压杆组件的锁定。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,所述罩体的四角处设置有紧贴所述罩体内表面的密封条。
  13.  一种散热装置,其特征在于,包括散热风扇、以及如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的防尘罩。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的散热装置,其特征在于,所述防尘罩包括磁铁,所述散热风扇的框架设有与所述磁铁相吸的金属或磁性部件。
