Abstract
본 발명은 가시광선 영역의 광에 대한 투과율 및 점착성은 저해하지 않으면서 자외선 영역의 광을 효과적으로 차단하는 점착 시트와, 바인더 수지 및 바인더 수지에 분산된 광흡수 염료를 포함하는 점착 조성물을 개시하며, 410 nm 이하 파장 영역의 광을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있으며, 다양한 종류의 디스플레이 장치에 적용 가능하다.
Description
본 발명은 자외선 차단 기능이 우수한 점착 시트, 점착 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에 관한 것이다.
최근 디스플레이 소자로 평판표시장치(Flat Panel Display)가 각광받고 있다. 이러한 평판표시장치에는 액정표시장치(Liquid Crystal Display), 플라즈마표시장치(Plasma Display Panel) 및 유기 발광 표시 장치(Organic Light Emitting Device) 등과 같은 디스플레이 장치가 있다.
그 중에서 유기 발광 표시 장치는 시야각이 넓고, 빠른 응답속도를 가지고 있어, 고화질의 디스플레이 구현이 가능하다. 특히, 마이크로캐비티(microcavity) 구조를 가지는 유기 발광 표시 장치는 상하 전극 사이의 광의 공진 효과를 이용하여 출력 효율을 높일 수 있고, 광의 색순도를 향상시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다. 이러한 유기 발광 표시 장치는 기판, 기판상에 형성된 투광성의 제 1 전극, 제 1 전극 상에 형성된 유기물 레이어 및 유기물 레이어 상에 형성되며 반사율이 높은 제 2 전극을 포함한다. 통상적으로 기판은 유리 기판 또는 플라스틱 기판을 사용한다. 그리고 유기물층으로는 정공 주입층, 정공 수송층, 광 생성층, 정공 저지층 및 전자 수송층을 포함한다. 즉 제 1 전극과 제2 전극 사이에 복수의 유기물층이 적층됨에 따라, 다층 구조의 유기 발광 표시 장치가 제작된다.
그러나, 이러한 디스플레이 장치들은 자외선 영역의 광을 효과적으로 차단하지 못하는 문제가 있고, 이는 해당 장치의 시인성을 저하시키며, 특히 태양광이 조사되는 야외 사용 환경에서 장치의 내구성을 떨어뜨리는 원인으로 작용한다.
본 발명의 목적은 가시광선 영역의 광에 대한 투과율 및 점착성은 저해하지 않으면서 자외선 영역의 광을 효과적으로 차단하는 점착 시트와 점착 조성물을 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 상기 점착 시트 또는 점착 조성물을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치를 제공하는데 있다.

점착성 바인더 수지 내에 제1 및 제2 광흡수 염료가 분산된 구조이며,

본 발명에 따른 점착 조성물 및/또는 점착 시트는, 가시광선 영역의 광에 대한 광투과도 및 점착성능을 저하하지 않으면서, 자외선 파장 영역의 광을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있으며, 다양한 종류의 디스플레이 장치에 적용 가능하다.

본 발명은 점착성 바인더 수지 내에 광흡수 염료가 분산된 구조의 점착 시트를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 점착 시트는 광흡수 염료를 포함하는 구조이다. 하나의 예에서, 본 발명에 따른 점착 시트는, 수지 매트릭스 및 상기 수지 매트릭스에 분산된 광흡수 염료를 포함하는 구조이다. 구체적으로, 상기 광흡수 염료는 제1 및 제2 광흡수 염료 중 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하며, 예를 들어, 상기 제1 광흡수 염료는 트리아진계 염료이고, 제2 광흡수 염료는 이중 결합을 포함하는 염료이다.
하나의 예에서, 본 발명에 따른 점착 시트는,

하나의 예에서, 상기 점착 시트는, 바인더 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로, 상기 바인더 수지에 분산된 광흡수 염료의 함량은 90 중량부 이하일 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로는, 상기 광흡수 염료의 함량은 3 내지 90 중량부, 4 내지 87 중량부, 5 내지 75 중량부, 50 내지 90 중량부, 또는 55 내지 87 중량부 범위일 수 있다. 광흡수 염료의 함량을 상기 범위로 제어함으로써, 가시광선 영역의 광에 대한 투과율은 저해하지 않으면서, 자외선 영역의 광을 선택적이고 효과적으로 차단할 수 있다. 한편, 바인더 수지에 분산된 광흡수 염료의 함량이 너무 높은 경우에는 점착 시트의 점착력이 저하될 수 있으며, 광흡수 염료의 함량이 지나치게 낮은 경우에는 400~430nm 범위의 투과율이 상승하여 자외선 영역의 광을 효과적으로 차단하지 못하는 문제가 있다.
하나의 실시예에서, 본원에 따른 제1 광흡수 염료 및 제2 광흡수 염료의 혼합 비율은, 1:99 내지 99:1 중량비 범위일 수 있다. 구체적으로, 제1 광흡수 염료 및 제2 광흡수 염료의 혼합 비율은 1:3 내지 99:1 중량비, 1:2 내지 99:1 중량비, 1:1 내지 99:1 중량비, 1:10 내지 20:1, 또는 1:5 내지 15:1 중량비 범위일 수 있다. 본 발명은 상기 2종의 광흡수 염료의 함량을 앞서 언급한 범위로 혼합함으로써, 가시광선 영역의 광에 대한 투과율은 저해하지 않으면서, 자외선 영역의 광을 선택적이고 효과적으로 차단할 수 있다.
하나의 예에서, 상기 점착 시트는, 하기 조건 1 및 2를 만족한다.

본 발명에 따른 점착 시트는 위 조건 3을 통해 405 내지 430 nm 파장 영역에서 광흡수 스펙트럼의 기울기가 매우 가파른 것을 알 수 있다. 이를 통해, 405 nm 이하 파장 영역의 광은 효과적으로 차단하면서, 동시에 430 nm 이상의 파장 영역의 광에 대한 투과는 저해하지 않음을 알 수 있다.
특히, 본 발명에 따른 점착 시트는, 410nm 이하 파장 영역의 광을 효과적으로 차단하게 된다. 이를 통해, 상기 점착 시트를 디스플레이 장치에 적용함으로써, 태양광 노출시 자외선 조사에 따른 변색 내지 색좌표 시프트(shift)에 따른 색온도의 변화를 방지 혹은 저감할 수 있다.
구체적으로는, 상기 점착 시트는 하기 조건 4 및 5를 만족할 수 있다.

405 nm 이하 파장에 대한 광투과도는 평균 0.5% 이하;
410 nm 파장에 대한 광투과도는 5% 이하; 및
420 nm 파장에 대한 광투과도는 52% 이하

상기 점착 시트의 두께는 디스플레이 장치에 적용 가능한 범위라면 특별히 제한되지 않으나, 평균 5 내지 350㎛ 범위일 수 있다. 구체적으로, 상기 점착 시트의 두께는 평균 100 내지 300 ㎛ 범위 혹은 10 내지 30 ㎛ 일 수 있다. 한편, 점착 시트의 두께가 평균 10 내지 30 ㎛ 범위일 경우, 점착력이 적절하게 유지될 수 있다.
한편, 점착 시트의 두께가 평균 10 내지 30㎛의 범위일 때, 상기 점착 시트는 유리(glass)에 대한 점착력이 360 gf/inch 이상일 수 있으며, 구체적으로, 점착 시트는 360 내지 500 gf/inch 범위 혹은 370 내지 450 gf/inch 범위일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 본 발명에 따른 점착 시트는, 평균 두께 18㎛인 경우, 유리에 대한 점착력은 360 내지 500 gf/inch 혹은 370 내지 450 gf/inch 범위일 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 점착 시트는 점착력을 상기 범위로 제어함으로써, 공정 과정에서의 충분한 비산방지 효과를 얻을 수 있고, 나아가 공정 불량시 유리의 재할용을 위한 리워크 공정이 용이한 장점이 있다.
본 발명에 따른 점착 시트는, 점착 조성물을 필름 형태로 제조하거나, 혹은 대상 기판 상에 도포하여 제조한 경우를 모두 포함한다. 점착 조성물을 이용하여 필름을 제조하는 과정은 공지의 사항이므로, 구체적인 설명은 생략한다.
필요에 따라 본 발명에 따른 점착 시트는 입자상 성분을 더 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 점착층은, 평균 굴절률이 1.3 내지 2.1 범위인 입자상 성분을 더 포함한다.
또한, 상기 점착 시트는, 점착 시트의 일면 또는 양면에 형성된 이형 필름을 더 포함할 수 있다. 이는 운반의 용이성, 공정 단계별로 이동의 용이성을 위한 것이다.
상기 점착 시트는 광학 필름을 더 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 광학 필름으로는 편광 필름인 경우를 포함한다. 예를 들어, 이러한 점착 시트는 다양한 형태의 디스플레이 장치에 적용할 수 있다. 상기 편광 필름은, 편광자 및 위상차 필름을 포함하는 적층구조일 수 있다. 하나의 예로서, 상기 편광 필름은 편광자 및 위상차 필름 사이에 앞서 설명한 점착층 혹은 점착 시트를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 편광자는 예를 들어, TAC/PVA/TAC 구조일 수 있다. 또한, 상기 위상차 필름은 PC 또는 COP 또는 별도의 코팅층으로 형성된 구조일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 위상차 필름은 λ/4 위상차 필름 또는 λ/2 위상차 필름일 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 점착 시트는, 광흡수 염료를 혼합 사용함으로써, 자외선 영역의 광을 선택적으로 차단할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 발명에 따른 점착 시트는, 태양광 노출에 따른 분광 투과율 변화를 최소화함으로써, 우수한 내광성을 구현할 수 있어 디스플레이 장치상에서의 색변화 즉 색온도 변화를 최소화 할 수 있다. 구체적으로는, 상기 점착 시트를 온도 85℃ 조건하에, 태양광 조사 조건에서 8 시간 노출후 태양광 차단 조건에서 8시간 노출하는 과정을 45회 반복하는 실험을 실시하고, 상기 실험 전 405nm 파장의 광에 대한 분광 투과율(To, %)과 실험 후 동일 파장의 광에 대한 분광 투과율(T1, %)의 차이를 산출하게 된다. 태양광 조사는 조도 700~900W/㎡ 의 제논램프를 사용하였다.
하나의 예로서, 상기 점착 시트는, 태양광 조사 실험시, 하기 조건 6을 만족한다.

또 다른 하나의 실시예에서, 본 발명에 따른 점착 조성물은, 바인더 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로, 상기 바인더 수지에 분산된 광흡수 염료의 함량은 90 중량부 이하일 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로는, 상기 광흡수 염료의 함량은 3 내지 90 중량부, 4 내지 87 중량부, 혹은 5 내지 75 중량부 범위일 수 있다. 광흡수 염료의 함량을 상기 범위로 제어함으로써, 가시광선 영역의 광에 대한 투과율은 저해하지 않으면서, 자외선 영역의 광을 선택적이고 효과적으로 차단할 수 있다. 한편, 바인더 수지에 분산된 광흡수 염료의 함량이 너무 높은 경우에는 점착 시트의 점착력이 저하될 수 있으며, 광흡수 염료의 함량이 지나치게 낮은 경우에는 400~430nm 범위의 투과율이 상승하여 자외선 영역의 광을 효과적으로 차단하지 못하는 문제가 있다.
하나의 실시예에서, 본원에 따른 제1 광흡수 염료 및 제2 광흡수 염료의 혼합 비율은, 1:99 내지 99:1 중량비 범위일 수 있다. 구체적으로, 제1 광흡수 염료 및 제2 광흡수 염료의 혼합 비율은 1:3 내지 99:1 중량비, 1:2 내지 99:1 중량비 또는 1:2 내지 99:1 중량부 범위일 수 있다. 상기 2종의 광흡수 염료의 함량을 상기 범위로 혼합함으로써, 가시광선 영역의 광에 대한 투과율은 저해하지 않으면서, 자외선 영역의 광을 선택적이고 효과적으로 차단할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 점착 조성물은 바인더 수지 내에 분산된 입자상 성분을 더 포함할 수 있다. 구체적으로 상기 입자상 성분은 평균 굴절률이 1.3 내지 2.1 범위, 또는 1.4 내지 1.6 범위일 수 있다. 상기 입자상 성분은 상기 굴절률을 갖는 경우라면 특별히 제한되지 않으며, 예를 들어, 금속 산화물, 금속 질화물 및 금속 산질화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속 입자; 실리콘 및 아크릴 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 유기 입자; 및 상기 금속 입자를 구성하는 성분 및 유기 입자를 구성하는 성분을 함유하는 유-무기 입자 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 상기 금속 입자는 Zr, Al, Fe, Cu, Ti, Au, Ag, Mg 및 Zn 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합이나 합금상일 수 있으며, 해당 금속의 산화물, 질화물 및/또는 산질화물을 포함한다. 예를 들어, 상기 유기 입자는 실리콘 입자 혹은 비드 형태의 아크릴 수지 입자일 수 있다. 또한, 상기 금속 입자를 구성하는 성분 및 유기 입자를 구성하는 성분을 함유하는 유-무기 입자를 배제하는 것은 아니다. 예를 들어, 상기 입자상 성분은 ZrO2, TiO2, Al2O3, MgO, 및 SiO2 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상일 수 있고, 입자의 형상은 구형 또는 다양한 다각형의 형상일 수 있다.
상기 입자상 성분은, 예를 들어, 입자상 성분의 평균 입경이 0.1 내지 5 ㎛, 0.5 내지 3 ㎛, 3 내지 5 ㎛, 또는 2 내지 4 ㎛ 범위일 수 있다. 상기 입자상 성분의 평균 입경은, 굴절률 수치 내지 가시광선 영역의 투과도 저해 여부를 고려한 것이다.
상기 범위의 평균 입경을 갖는 입자상 성분을 포함하면, 미산란(Mie Scattering) 효과를 극대화하여 전방 산란시킬 수 있고, 이에 따라 특정 파장의 광 직진성을 감소시킬 수 있어 디스플레이 장치를 바라보는 각도에 따라 색상이 왜곡되어 보이게 되는 컬러 시프트 현상을 감소시킬 수 있다.
또한, 상기 입자상 성분과 바인더 수지의 굴절률 차이는 0.05 이상일 수 있다. 상기 입자상 성분과 바인더 수지의 굴절률 차이는, 구체적으로 0.05 내지 0.4, 0.07 내지 0.3, 또는 0.08 내지 0.15 범위일 수 있다. 상기 입자상 성분과 바인더 수지의 굴절률을 일정 수준 이상 차이가 나도록 설계함으로써, 가시광선 영역의 광투과도를 높이는 효과가 있다.
본 발명에 따른 점착 조성물에 포함된 바인더 수지는 점착성 수지라면 특별히 제한되지 않으며, 이들의 예로는 아크릴 수지, 고무 수지, 비닐 수지, 실리콘 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 우레탄 수지, 불소 수지, 에폭시 수지, 또는 상기 수지를 2종 이상 혼합하여 사용할 수 있다. 그 중에서, 내후성, 비용 및 점착제의 형태 자유도 측면에서, 아크릴 수지를 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 앞서 설명한 점착 조성물로 형성된 점착층이나 점착 시트를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치를 제공한다. 이하에서는, 디스플레이 장치의 적층구조와 연관하여 설명하되, 앞서 설명한 점착 조성물로 형성된 점착층이나 점착 시트를 총괄하여 편의상 '점착층'으로 표기한다.

상기 편광 필름은 편광자 및 위상차 필름 등을 포함하는 다층 구조일 수 있다. 또한, 상기 점착층은, 편광자와 디스플레이 패널 사이에 위치함으로써, 디스플레이 장치의 성능에는 영향을 미치지 않으면서, 자외선 영역의 광을 효율적으로 차단 가능하다. 상기 점착층은, 디스플레이 패널과 편광자 사이에 위치하며, 구체적으로는, 디스플레이 패널과 편광자 사이에 여러 광학층이 존재하는 경우에는, 각 층들 사이의 계면 중 어느 하나 이상에 위치할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 디스플레이 장치는, 디스플레이 패널; 편광 필름; 터치 필름, 및 광투과성 윈도우층을 포함하며,
상기 편광 필름은 편광자를 포함하는 다층 구조이고,

여기서, 상기 디스플레이 장치는, 디스플레이 패널, 편광 필름, 터치 필름, 및 광투과성 윈도우층이 순차 적층된 구조이거나; 디스플레이 패널, 터치 필름, 편광 필름, 및 광투과성 윈도우층이 순차 적층된 구조인 경우를 포함한다.
또한, 상기 디스플레이 장치는, 예를 들어, OLED 장치일 수 있다. 최근 OLED 장치를 채용한 모바일 장치에 대한 수요가 증가하는 경향에 부합한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 디스플레이 장치는 자외선 영역의 광에 대한 선택적인 차단이 가능하고, 태양광 노출에 따른 변색 내지 색온도 변화를 효과적으로 방지할 수 있다.
상기 디스플레이 장치는, 다양한 형태의 디스플레이 장치에 적용 가능하며, 예를 들어, TV, 모니터, 핸드폰, 네비게이션, 노트북 또는 테블릿 PC 등에 적용 가능하며, 구체적으로는 모바일 장치에 적용 가능하다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 디스플레이 장치는, 앞서 설명한 점착 조성물로 형성된 점착층, 점착 시트 혹은 적층 구조 등을 포함하는 경우들을 모두 포괄한다.
이하, 본 발명을 도면을 통해 보다 상세히 설명한다. 단, 하기 도면에 대한 설명은 본 발명을 예시하는 것일 뿐, 본 발명의 내용이 그에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
도 1은 본 발명의 하나의 실시예에 따른 점착 시트(10)는 바인더 수지(11) 내에 광흡수 염료(12)가 분산된 구조이다. 도 2는 본 발명의 또 다른 하나의 실시예에 따른 점착 시트(20)로, 바인더 수지(21) 내에 광흡수 염료(22)와 입자상 성분(23)이 함께 분산된 구조이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 하나의 실시예에 따른 점착 시트(10)의 적층구조를 도시한 것으로, 광흡수 염료가 분산된 점착 시트(10)의 일면에 이형 필름(30)이 적층된 구조이다. 혹은 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 점착 시트(10)의 양면에 이형 필름(31, 32)이 적층된 구조도 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 점착 시트를 적용하여 디스플레이 장치를 제조하는 과정에서, 공정 단계에 따라 점착 시트(10)의 일면 또는 양면에 형성된 이형 필름(30, 31, 32)을 제거할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 하나의 실시예에 따른 디스플레이 장치(100)의 단면 구조를 나타낸 모식도이다. 도 5에서, 상기 디스플레이 장치(100)는 OLED 패널(110) 상에 편광 필름(120), 터치 필름(150), 점착층(130) 및 윈도우층(140)이 순차 적층된 구조이다. 상기 점착층(130)은 내부에 광흡수 염료가 분산된 구조이며, 별도로 표시하지 않았으나 입자상 성분이 함께 분산된 구조일 수 있다. 아울러, 터치 필름은(150)은 물체가 터치 필름에(150)에 접근하거나, 터치 필름(150)에 접촉하면 터치를 감지할 수 있다. 여기서, 접촉이란 사용자의 손과 같은 외부 물체가 터치 필름(150)에 직접적으로 닿는 경우뿐만 아니라 외부 물체가 터치 필름(150)에 접근하거나 접근한 상태에서 움직이는 경우도 포함한다.
도 6은 본 발명의 또 다른 하나의 실시예에 따른 디스플레이 장치(200)의 단면 구조를 나타낸 모식도이다. 도 6에서, 상기 디스플레이 장치(200)는 OLED 패널(210) 상에 제1 점착층(221), 편광 필름, 터치 필름(250), 제3 점착층(230) 및 윈도우층(240)이 순차 적층된 구조이다. 상기 윈도우층(240)은 광투과성의 플라스틱 혹은 유리 기판을 이용할 수 있다. 상기 편광 필름은 위상차 필름(222), 제2 점착층(223) 및 편광자(224)가 순차 적층된 구조이다. 정리하면, 도 6에 도시된 디스플레이 장치(200)는 OLED 패널(210)과 위상차 필름(222) 사이에 형성된 제1 점착층(221); 위상차 필름(222)과 편광자(224) 사이에 형성된 제2 점착층(223); 및 편광자(224)와 윈도우층(240) 사이에 형성된 제3 점착층(230)을 포함하며, 상기 제1 내지 제3 점착층(221, 223, 230) 중 어느 하나 이상은 내부에 분산된 광흡수 염료를 포함한다. 경우에 따라서는, 상기 제1 내지 제3 점착층(221, 223, 230) 중 어느 하나의 층이 광흡수 염료를 포함할 수 있고, 혹은 2개의 층이나 3개의 층 모두 광흡수 염료를 포함할 수 있다.

250ml 3구 둥근 바닥 플라스크에 속슬렛(soxhlet)을 장치한 후, 톨루엔(toluene, 30ml)을 주입하고, 화학식 A6(22.0g, 0.094mol) 및 화학식 B4(55.3g, 0.424mol)을 투입한다. 40℃로 가열 후, 황산(H2SO4, 1.8g)을 첨가하고 120℃로 승온하여 10시간 동안 환류시킨다. 반응혼합물에 에테르(ether, 51ml)와 소듐바이카보네이트 수용액(58ml)을 넣어 유기층을 분리를 한다. 유기층은 증류수로 세척하고 용매를 제거하여 목적화합물(화학식 C6, 27.1g, 수율: 83%)을 얻었다.

실시예
1 내지 5: 점착 시트의 제조
광흡수 염료 제조예 1-1에 따른 제1 광흡수 염료와 제조예 2-2에 따른 제2광흡수 염료를 바인더 수지에 분산시켜 점착 조성물을 제조하였다.
하기 표 3에 나타낸 조성으로 각각의 광흡수 염료 함량을 변화시키면서 실시예 1 내지 5의 점착제 조성물을 제조하였다. 균일하게 혼합된 상기 조성물을 투명 기판상에 도포하여 두께 18 ㎛의 점착 시트를 제조하였다.
비교예
1 내지 3: 점착 시트의 제조
제1 광흡수 염료를 단독으로 사용하여 실시예 1과 동일한 과정으로 점착 시트를 제조하였다.
비교예
4 내지 6: 점착 시트의 제조
제2 광흡수 염료를 단독으로 사용하여 실시예 1과 동일한 과정으로 점착 시트를 제조하였다.
실시예 및 비교예에서 광흡수 염료와 바인더 수지의 함량의 비율은 아래 표 3의 조성으로 점착 시트를 제조하였다.

광투과도
,
색온도
변화량 및 점착력 측정
비교예 1 내지 6에서 제조된 점착 시트와 실시예 1 내지 5에서 제조된 점착 시트에 대해서, 405 내지 550nm 파장 영역의 광에 대한 투과도, 색온도 변화량 및 점착량을 측정하였다.
점착 시트의 색온도 변화량은 제조된 점착 시트를 온도 85℃, 태양광 조사(Xenon lamp 사용) 조건에서 8시간 노출 후, 태양광 차단 조건에서 8시간 노출하는 과정을 45회 반복하는 실험을 실시하고, 태양광을 조사한 전 대비 태양광 조사 후의 변화량을 측정하였다.
점착 시트의 점착력은 표준 사이즈의 시편을 PET Film에 라미네이션 한 후 30min 이 경과된 뒤에 만능인장시험기(UTM)로 박리력을 측정(박리속도 300mm/분, 박리각도 180°)하였다.
실험 결과는, 하기 표 4에 도시하였다.

표 4를 참조하면, 비교예 1에 따른 점착 시트는, 410 nm 파장의 광에 대한 투과도가 29.1%, 비교예 2에 따른 점착 시트는, 410nm 파장의 광에 대한 투과도가 6.9%로, 제1 광흡수 염료의 함량이 증가할수록 405 내지 420nm 의 파장 영역의 광에 대한 투과도가 낮아지고 색온도 변화량이 감소하는 것을 확인하였다. 그러나 비교예 3에 따른 점착 시트는 백탁현상이 발생하여 405 내지 550 nm 파장 영역의 광에 대한 투과도를 측정할 수 없었다.
아울러, 비교예 4 내지 6 에 따른 점착 시트는, 제2 광흡수 염료의 함량이 증가할수록 405 내지 420nm 의 파장 영역의 광에 대한 투과도가 낮아지고 색온도 변화량이 감소하는 것을 확인하였다.
그러나, 염료의 함량이 증가할수록, 즉, 비교예 4 내지 6에서 저온 및 열충격 신뢰성 시험에서 제2 광흡수 염료가 결정화되는 문제와 점착력이 저하되는 것을 확인하였다.
아울러, 실시예 1 내지 5 에 따른 점착 시트는, 제2 광흡수 염료의 함량이 증가할수록 405 내지 420nm 의 파장 영역의 광에 대한 투과도는 낮아지고, 색온도 변화량이 감소해 자외선 차단에 효과적인 것을 알 수 있다. 그러나, 비교예4, 5와 같은 이유로 점착력이 저하되는 것을 확인하였다. 제1 광흡수 염료의 함량이 증가할수록 405 내지 420nm 영역을 효과적으로 차단하며, 점착력이 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 한편, 실시예 1에 따른 점착 시트는 백탁현상이 발생하여 405 내지 550 nm 파장 영역의 광에 대한 투과도를 측정할 수 없었다.
참고로, 비교예 3과 실시예 1에서 백탁현상이 나타난 이유는 바인더 수지 내에 함유하는 광흡수 염료의 함량이 많아져서 바인더와 광흡수 염료와의 상용성문제로 백탁현상이 나타난 것으로 판단된다.
아울러, 실시예 2 내지 5에서 제조된 점착 시트를 405 내지 430 nm 파장 영역에서 광투과도가 20%인 지점의 파장값(T20%)을 측정하고, 405 내지 430 nm 파장 영역에서 광투과도가 10%인 지점의 파장값(T10%)을 측정하였다.
그 결과, 파장값의 차이(|T20% - T10%|)는 5nm 이하인 것을 확인하였다. 구체적으로, 1 내지 3nm 의 차이가 있었다.
Claims (15)
- 점착성 바인더 수지 내에 제1 및 제2 광흡수 염료가 분산된 구조이며,점착성 바인더 수지 100 중량부 기준으로, 제1 및 제2 광흡수 염료의 합산 함량은 90 중량부 이하이며,상기 제1 광흡수 염료는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되고, 상기 제2 광흡수 염료는 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 점착 시트:[화학식 1]화학식 1에서,A1, A2 및 A3는 각각 독립적으로, 페닐기 또는 화학식 1-a이고,A1, A2 및 A3 중 어느 하나 이상은 하기 화학식 1-a이며,[화학식 1-a]화학식 1-a에서,B1 내지 B5는 각각 독립적으로, 수소, 히드록시기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 20의 사이클로알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알콕시기, 탄소수 7 내지 20의 아랄킬기, 탄소수 6 내지 18의 아릴기 또는 화학식 1-b이고,[화학식 1-b]화학식 1-b에서,R1은 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬렌이고, R2는 수소, 히드록시기, 탄소수 1 내지 16의 알콕시기, 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬아민기이며,상기 화학식 1의 A1, A2 및 A3의 하나 이상의 수소는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알케닐기, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알콕시기, 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기, 탄소수 2 내지 20의 헤테로아릴기, 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴옥시기, 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴티오기, 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알콕시카르보닐기, 할로겐기, 시아노기, 니트로기, 하이드록시기 및 카르복시기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나로 치환되거나 비치환되고,[화학식 2]화학식 2에서,R1 내지 R3은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 시아노기 또는 하기 화학식 2-a로 나타내며,[화학식 2-a]화학식 2-a에서,a1 내지 a5는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 20의 사이클로알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알콕시기, 탄소수 7 내지 20의 아랄킬기 또는 탄소수 6 내지 18의 아릴기이고,R4는 수소, 시아노기 또는 하기 화학식 2-b이며,[화학식 2-b]화학식 2-b에서,a6는 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 18의 알킬기이고,상기 화학식 2의 R1 내지 R4의 하나 이상의 수소는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알케닐기, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알콕시기, 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기, 탄소수 2 내지 20의 헤테로아릴기, 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴옥시기, 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴티오기, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알콕시카르보닐기, 할로겐기, 시아노기, 니트로기, 하이드록시기 및 카르복시기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나로 치환되거나 비치환된다.
- 제1항에 있어서,하기 조건 1 및 2를 만족하는 점착 시트:[조건 1]405 nm 파장에 대한 광투과도는 5% 이하;410 nm 파장에 대한 광투과도는 10% 이하; 및420 nm 파장에 대한 광투과도는 60% 이하,[조건 2]430 nm 파장에 대한 광투과도는 75% 이상.
- 제1항에 있어서,하기 조건 3을 만족하는 점착 시트[조건 3]|T20% - T10%| < 5 (nm)T20%은 405 내지 430 nm 파장 영역에서 광투과도가 20%인 지점의 파장값을 나타내고,T10%은 405 내지 430 nm 파장 영역에서 광투과도가 10%인 지점의 파장값을 나타낸다.

- 제 11 항에 있어서,입자상 성분은,금속 산화물, 금속 질화물 및 금속 산질화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속 입자;실리콘 및 아크릴 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 유기 입자; 및상기 금속 입자를 구성하는 성분 및 유기 입자를 구성하는 성분을 함유하는 유-무기 입자중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 점착 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,입자상 성분의 평균 입경은 0.1 내지 5 ㎛ 범위인 점착 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,입자상 성분과 바인더 수지의 굴절률 차이는 0.05 이상인 점착 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 따른 점착 조성물로 형성된 점착층을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치.
