一种洗涤设备及出水方法,洗涤设备包括可转动的洗涤桶(2),洗涤时内部盛水,桶壁(21)上部设有出水口(8);出水引导部件(5),设于洗涤桶(2)桶壁(21)上,与出水口(8)相通,洗涤桶(2)内的水由上部出水口(8)甩出进入出水引导部件(5)内,出水引导部件(5)将水向下引导排出。该洗涤设备的出水引导部件直接与洗涤桶内部连通,将洗涤桶内部的水向下直接导出,提高了出水效率,能够避免洗涤水集中在洗涤桶的上端从而影响洗涤桶的转动平衡,使洗涤桶转动更加稳定,并且运行时噪音更低,使用寿命更长。

Description

一种洗涤设备及洗涤水出水方法 技术领域
本发明属于洗涤领域,具体地说,涉及一种洗涤设备及洗涤水出水方法。
背景技术
传统的全自动波轮洗衣机一般包括内桶、外桶、减振部件和动力***组成,在洗衣和脱水时,内桶相对外桶转动,使衣物与洗涤水产生作用,达到洗净衣物或脱水的目的,其中,外桶安装在内桶的外部,为内桶提供支撑,外桶作为盛水桶,内桶侧壁上均布着排水孔,使内外两桶相通。在洗衣的过程中,衣物放置在内桶中,两桶水位一样高,但外桶不与衣物接触,现有洗衣机的外桶相对内桶的体积较大,造成内外桶之间的洗涤水存量较多,两桶之间的洗涤液不能充分利用,既增加了洗衣的用水量,又降低了洗涤时洗涤液的浓度,而且也造成洗衣机整体的体积偏大。另外,使用一段时间后,外桶内壁和内桶外壁上会附着污垢,甚至会发霉,进而会污染所洗涤的衣物,且桶壁很难清洁。
针对该情况,有些厂商做出了改进,为了节省水资源,洗衣机越来越多的采用无孔内桶的方式,使内外桶分离,只用内桶储水,而外桶无水。在内桶侧壁靠上端开设有排水孔,这样,当洗衣机脱水时,水由于离心力的作用被甩在内桶内壁上,并沿内桶内壁向上移动,从内桶上端的排水孔排出,这样提高了洗衣机节水的效果,并节约了洗涤剂的用量。
但是,在上述方案中存在以下问题,由于洗衣机脱水时高速旋转,衣物中的水通过内桶侧壁上的排水孔甩出,直接打在外桶侧壁上,容易四处飞溅,外桶内壁上长期有水,还是容易滋生细菌,不利于环保。
申请号为CN99230455.5的中国专利公开了一种单桶式的节水型洗衣机,洗涤桶的桶口处设有一集水装置,集水装置的集水口沿洗涤桶围罩在其的桶口处,集水装置位于桶口处的集水腔与若干排水管相连,它们沿洗涤桶的外壁自上而下对称布置,甩干时,集水装置收集因高速旋转的离心水流并将其向下引导排掉,该结构虽然省去了外桶,但在其洗衣机脱水时,由于洗涤水都先进入集水装置,集水装置为一环形结构,内部填充的洗涤水向下排水速度不同,破坏洗涤桶高速旋转的平衡;另外,洗涤水进入集水装置后引导至洗涤桶下部向中心汇集排出,不利于排水,使得在离心力的作用下集中在集水腔内难以排出,造成洗涤水集中在洗涤桶的上端,增大洗涤桶上部的重量,更进一步破坏平衡,尤其是洗涤桶残余的水较多时, 大部分洗涤水集中在集水腔内不被排出,提高洗涤桶和外桶的总体重心,产生了极大的震动噪音,也增大了脱水电机的工作载荷,易于损坏电机。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能够相对扩大洗涤桶容积,在脱水时能够避免洗涤水集中在洗涤桶上方、提高出水效率的洗涤设备。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:一种洗涤设备,包括,
可转动的洗涤桶,洗涤时内部盛水,桶壁上部设有出水口;
出水引导部件,设于洗涤桶桶壁上,与出水口相通,洗涤桶内的水由上部出水口甩出进入出水引导部件内,出水引导部件将水向下引导排出。
进一步的,所述的洗涤设备还包括挡水部,挡水部设于出水口的上方,阻挡水向上爬升。
进一步的,所述挡水部由平衡环的下沿构成,或者由洗涤桶上部开口变径内缩的结构构成,再或者由安装在洗涤桶内壁的环形凸肋构成。
上述结构提高了洗涤水从出水口向外排出的速度,挡水部起到引导洗涤水变向从出水口排出的作用。
进一步的,所述出水引导部件设有自上向下的导水腔室,上部与出水口连通,所述导水腔室的径向宽度由上向下逐渐增大。
进一步的,所述出水引导部件设有自上向下的导水腔室,上部与出水口连通,所述导水腔室远离洗涤桶一侧的侧壁由上向下逐渐向远离洗涤桶的方向倾斜设置,优选的,倾斜设置的角度为0°~10°,更优选的,倾斜设置的角度为1°~3°。上述结构利于洗涤水向下排出的速度,防止离心力的作用使得洗涤水在导水腔室内不向下流动甚至反向向上聚集在出水口附近。
进一步的,所述出水引导部件包括外侧壳体,外侧壳体安装在对应出水口位置的洗涤桶桶壁外侧,与洗涤桶桶壁之间具有一定的间隙形成向下导水的导水腔室,洗涤桶桶壁的出水口构成导水腔室的进水口,导水腔室下部设有排水口。
或者,所述出水引导部件包括壳体,壳体安装在洗涤桶桶壁外侧,壳体内设有向下导水的导水腔室,壳体与洗涤桶相邻的一侧对应出水口设有进水口,导水腔室通过进水口与出水 口连通,下部设有排水口。
再或者,所述洗涤桶具有内、外双层桶壁,双层桶壁上端密封,下端具有开口,内层桶壁上部具有所述出水口,两层桶壁之间的间隙构成出水引导部件的导水腔室。
还或者,所述出水引导部件包括由洗涤桶桶壁通过折弯压型工艺制成的中空导水腔室,导水腔室对应洗涤桶的一侧的上部设有进水口,下部设有排水口。
进一步的,所述出水口的朝向沿洗涤桶的径向设置。该结构利于洗涤水的排出,相对于向上排出洗涤桶内部的结构更能够增大洗涤水甩出的速度。
进一步的,所述洗涤桶出水口以下的桶壁和/或桶底设有可开闭的出水机构,在洗涤过程中处于封闭状态。该结构可以先排出洗涤桶内的部分水,另一部分洗涤物中的水利用洗涤桶转动的离心力从出水口导出,加快排脱水的速度。
进一步的,所述洗涤桶出水口以下的桶壁和桶底均密封设置。
进一步的,所述洗涤桶桶壁内表面由下向上逐渐向远离洗涤桶中心轴的方向倾斜设置,优选的,倾斜设置的角度为0°~15°,更优选的,倾斜设置的角度为1°~10°。该结构提高了洗涤桶内的水沿桶壁向上爬升的速度。
进一步的,所述出水引导部件上部直接与出水口连通,下部延伸至低于洗涤桶底所在的水平面,优选的,出水引导部件下部的排水口排水方向向下或朝向远离洗涤桶中心轴的方向倾斜向下设置。
上述结构利于洗涤水从出水引导部件下部排出,能够避免洗涤水聚集在出水引导部件内,从而导致洗涤桶重心提高产生较大的振动噪音和驱动洗涤桶转动的输出负荷。
进一步的,所述出水引导部件内部设有换向导水结构,将出水口径向甩出的水换向向下导出;优选的,换向导水结构具有至少一与出水口对应设置的向下倾斜面或者弧形面。
上述结构能够起到引导洗涤水平稳换向的作用,防止洗涤水在出水引导部件内产生反射、飞溅的现象,避免影响出水引导部件向下导水的速度。
进一步的,还包括安装在洗涤桶下部用于收集洗涤桶排出水的集水部,洗涤桶相对集水部可转动设置,集水部包括底壁和集水槽,出水引导部件下端延伸至该集水槽内,集水部还设有将集水槽内的水排出的排水机构。
进一步的,所述集水部还包括设于底壁上方围成一周的侧壁,底壁和侧壁密封形成一集 水槽。
进一步的,所述侧壁的最低高度满足:洗涤桶转动排水时,进入集水槽内的水不会溢出,优选的,侧壁的上端不高于洗涤桶自下向上的1/3洗涤桶高度,更优选的,侧壁的上端不高于洗涤桶自下向上的1/5洗涤桶高度。
上述结构避免洗涤桶高速转动,上部偏心产生的打桶现象,从而能相对增大洗涤桶的容积。
进一步的,所述集水部为桶体结构,底壁为桶底,侧壁为周壁,通过减振部件与洗涤设备的箱体连接,优选的,桶底上设有一环形的凹槽,出水引导部件下端延伸至该凹槽内,凹槽最低处设有排水口。
上述结构防止洗涤水导出时的溅水,利于洗涤水从集水部快速排出。
或者,所述集水槽为底壁上设有的环形凹槽。
进一步的,所述出水引导部件至少为两个,各自独立地沿洗涤桶周向均匀分布在桶壁上。
本发明还提供一种提高出水效率的洗涤水出水方法,洗涤桶旋转过程中,内部的洗涤水沿洗涤桶内壁上升经其上部的出水口到达洗涤桶外部,直接由洗涤桶上的出水引导部件向下引导排出。
本发明洗涤设备包括波轮洗衣机、滚筒机、洗干一体机、洗碗机等其它需要通过离心力排出洗涤水的设备。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明的洗涤设备洗涤桶直接作为盛水桶,可以提高洗涤水的利用率,并降低洗涤水的使用量,相对减少洗涤液的用量,同时,省去了外桶包围洗涤桶上半部的结构,洗涤桶的体积可以设置的更大,可以使得洗涤物的量也随之增加,达到了洗涤设备扩容的目的,另一方面,出水引导部件直接与洗涤桶内部连通,将洗涤桶内部的水向下直接导出,提高了出水效率,能够避免洗涤水集中在洗涤桶的上端从而影响洗涤桶的转动平衡,使洗涤桶转动更加稳定,并且运行时噪音更低,使用寿命更长。

如图1所示,本发明洗涤设备,包括箱体1、可转动的洗涤桶2、出水引导部件5和驱动 洗涤桶2转动的动力装置3,洗涤桶2内部盛水和洗涤物,桶壁上部设有出水口8,洗涤桶出水口8下部在洗涤过程中处于封闭无孔状态,或者,所述洗涤桶出水口8以下的桶壁和桶底均密封设置。出水引导部件5设于洗涤桶2的桶壁上,与出水口8相通,洗涤桶2内的水由上部出水口8甩出进入出水引导部件5内,出水引导部件5将水向下引导排出。
进一步的,所述的洗涤设备还包括设于出水口8的上方的挡水部,能够阻挡水继续向上爬升,使得水由出水口流出。所述挡水部由安装在洗涤桶上部开口内的平衡环7的下沿构成(参阅图1),或者挡水部由洗涤桶上部开口变径内缩的结构构成(参阅图2),再或者由安装在洗涤桶内壁的环形凸肋构成(图中未示出)。
实施例一
如图2和图5所示,本实施例所述出水引导部件5设有自上向下的导水腔室51,上部与出水口8连通,所述导水腔室51的径向宽度由上向下逐渐增大。
实施例二
如图2所示,本实施例所述出水引导部件5设有自上向下的导水腔室51,上部与出水口8连通,所述导水腔室51远离洗涤桶2一侧的侧壁由上向下逐渐向远离洗涤桶2的方向倾斜设置,倾斜角度e为3°。上述结构利于洗涤水向下排出的速度,能够防止洗涤桶离心力的作用使得洗涤水在导水腔室内不向下流动甚至反向向上聚集在出水口附近。
实施例三
如图3所示,本实施例所述出水口8的朝向沿洗涤桶2的径向设置。该结构利于洗涤水的排出,利用洗涤桶转动的离心力作用,出水口8的径向朝向相对于向上排出洗涤桶的出水结构更能够增大洗涤水甩出的速度。
实施例四
如图6所示,本实施例所述出水引导部件5包括外侧壳体52,外侧壳体52安装在对应出水口8位置的洗涤桶桶壁21外侧,与洗涤桶桶壁21之间具有一定的间隙形成向下导水的导水腔室51,洗涤桶桶壁21上的出水口8构成导水腔室51的进水口,导水腔室51下部设有排水口53。
实施例五
如图7所示,本实施例所述出水引导部件5包括壳体54,壳体54安装在洗涤桶桶壁21外侧,壳体54内设有向下导水的导水腔室51,壳体54与洗涤桶2相邻的一侧对应出水口设 有进水口55,导水腔室51通过进水口55与出水口8连通,下部设有排水口53。
实施例六
如图8所示,本实施例所述洗涤桶2具有内层桶壁22和外层桶壁23,双层桶壁上端密封,下端具有开口24,内层桶壁22上部具有所述出水口8,两层桶壁之间的间隙构成出水引导部件的导水腔室51。
实施例七
本实施例所述出水引导部件包括由洗涤桶桶壁通过折弯压型工艺制成的中空导水腔室,参阅图7中的导水腔室51结构,导水腔室对应洗涤桶的一侧的上部设有进水口,下部设有排水口。
实施例八
如图1所示,本实施例所述出水引导部件5上部直接与出水口8连通,下部延伸至低于洗涤桶底所在的水平面,优选的,出水引导部件5下部的排水口53排水方向向下或朝向远离洗涤桶2中心轴的方向倾斜向下设置(参阅图2)。该结构利于洗涤水从出水引导部件下部排出,能够避免洗涤水聚集在出水引导部件内,从而导致洗涤桶重心提高产生较大的振动噪音和驱动洗涤桶转动的输出负荷。
实施例九
本实施例所述出水引导部件5内部设有换向导水结构(图中未示出),将出水口8径向甩出的水换向向下导出;优选的,换向导水结构具有至少一与出水口对应设置的向下倾斜面或者弧形面。
上述结构能够起到引导洗涤水平稳换向的作用,防止洗涤水在出水引导部件内产生反射、飞溅的现象,避免影响出水引导部件向下导水的速度。
实施例十
如图1、图4和图8所示,本发明洗涤设备还包括安装在洗涤桶2下部用于收集洗涤桶2排出水的集水部4,洗涤桶2相对集水部4可转动设置,集水部4用于支撑洗涤桶2,且集水部4通过减振部件与箱体1可活动地连接,在洗涤或脱水时,洗涤桶2和集水部4会产生振动,该振动被减振部件吸收。集水部4包括底壁41和集水槽42,出水引导部件5下端延伸至该集水槽42内,集水部4还设有将集水槽42内的水排出的排水机构6。
实施例十一
如图1所示,本实施例所述底壁41上设有一侧壁43,所述侧壁43以包围洗涤桶2底部的趋势向洗涤桶2方向延伸,并围成一集水槽42,集水槽42用于汇集洗涤水,集水槽42的底部设有排水机构6。所述洗涤桶2的外侧设有至少两个出水引导部件5,出水引导部件5各自独立地沿洗涤桶2周向均匀分布在桶壁上。所述出水引导部件5竖向设置,其下端沿着洗涤桶2的桶壁向下延伸至洗涤桶2的底部,并在该端设有排水口53,所述排水口53位于集水槽42内,从排水口53流出的水将落入集水槽42内,并由排水机构6排出至箱体1外部。
实施例十二
本实施例所述侧壁43的最低高度满足:洗涤桶2转动排水时,进入集水槽42内的水不会溢出,优选的,侧壁43的上端不高于洗涤桶2自下向上的1/3洗涤桶高度,更优选的,侧壁43的上端不高于洗涤桶自下向上的1/5洗涤桶高度。
上述结构避免洗涤桶高速转动,上部偏心产生的打桶现象,从而能相对增大洗涤桶的容积。
实施例十三
如图4和图8所示,本实施例所述集水部4为桶体结构,底壁41为桶底,侧壁43为周壁,通过减振部件9与洗涤设备的箱体1连接。优选的,桶底上设有一环形的凹槽(图中未示出),出水引导部件下端延伸至该凹槽内,凹槽最低处设有排水口。上述结构防止洗涤水导出时的溅水,利于洗涤水从集水部快速排出。
实施例十四
如图2和图5所示,本实施例为了能够提高了洗涤桶内的水沿桶壁向上爬升的速度,将洗涤桶桶壁21内表面由下向上逐渐向远离洗涤桶2中心轴的方向倾斜设置,优选的,倾斜设置的角度为3°~10°,更优选的,倾斜设置的角度为5°。
实施例十五
如图1所示,本实施例所述洗涤桶出水口以下的桶壁和/或桶底设有可开闭的出水机构,在洗涤过程中处于封闭状态。该结构可以先排出洗涤桶内的部分水,另一部分洗涤物中的水利用洗涤桶转动的离心力从出水口导出,加快排脱水的速度。
具体的,所述洗涤桶2的底部设有一内排水口,该内排水口位于集水槽42内,并在集水部4安装有一控制该内排水口打开或关闭的阀塞11,在洗涤阶段,阀塞11处于关闭状态, 在脱水阶段,阀塞11处于打开状态,当阀塞11打开后,洗涤桶2中的洗涤水由内排水口排水流入集水槽42内,并由排水机构6排至洗涤设备外。
进一步的,在所述底壁41上还设有一锁止机构10,所述锁止机构10位于洗涤桶2的底部,并与洗涤桶2配合,以限制洗涤桶2转动,所述锁止机构10可以锁住洗涤桶2,防止洗涤桶2转动,在洗涤阶段,锁止机构10锁住洗涤桶2,使其不能转动,在脱水阶段,锁止机构10解锁,使得洗涤桶2可以转动。
实施例十六
本发明洗涤设备包括波轮洗衣机、滚筒机、洗干一体机、洗碗机等其它需要通过离心力排出洗涤水的设备,滚筒机中洗涤桶为水平或倾斜设置,其出水口所在的上部是相对于桶底而言。

  1. 一种洗涤设备,其特征在于:包括,
    可转动的洗涤桶,洗涤时内部盛水,桶壁上部设有出水口;
    出水引导部件,设于洗涤桶桶壁上,与出水口相通,洗涤桶内的水由上部出水口甩出进入出水引导部件内,出水引导部件将水向下引导排出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:还包括挡水部,挡水部设于出水口的上方,阻挡水向上爬升。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述挡水部由平衡环的下沿构成,或者由洗涤桶上部开口变径内缩的结构构成,再或者由安装在洗涤桶内壁的环形凸肋构成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述出水引导部件设有自上向下的导水腔室,上部与出水口连通,所述导水腔室的径向宽度由上向下逐渐增大。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述出水引导部件设有自上向下的导水腔室,上部与出水口连通,所述导水腔室远离洗涤桶一侧的侧壁由上向下逐渐向远离洗涤桶的方向倾斜设置,优选的,倾斜设置的角度为0°~10°,更优选的,倾斜设置的角度为1°~3°。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述出水引导部件包括外侧壳体,外侧壳体安装在对应出水口位置的洗涤桶桶壁外侧,与洗涤桶桶壁之间具有一定的间隙形成向下导水的导水腔室,洗涤桶桶壁的出水口构成导水腔室的进水口,导水腔室下部设有排水口。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述出水引导部件包括壳体,壳体安装在洗涤桶桶壁外侧,壳体内设有向下导水的导水腔室,壳体与洗涤桶相邻的一侧对应出水口设有进水口,导水腔室通过进水口与出水口连通,下部设有排水口。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述洗涤桶具有内、外双层桶壁,双层桶壁上端密封,下端具有开口,内层桶壁上部具有所述出水口,两层桶壁之间的间隙构成出水引导部件的导水腔室。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述出水引导部件包括由洗涤桶桶壁通过折弯压型工艺制成的中空导水腔室,导水腔室对应洗涤桶的一侧的上部设有进水口,下部设有排水口。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述出水口的朝向沿洗涤桶的径向设置。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述洗涤桶出水口以下的桶壁和/或桶底设有可开闭的出水机构,在洗涤过程中处于封闭状态。
  12. 根据权利要求1-10任一所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述洗涤桶出水口以下的桶壁和桶底均密封设置。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述洗涤桶桶壁内表面由下向上逐渐向远离洗涤桶中心轴的方向倾斜设置,优选的,倾斜设置的角度为0°~15°,更优选的,倾斜设置的角度为1°~10°。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述出水引导部件上部直接与出水口连通,下部延伸至低于洗涤桶底所在的水平面,优选的,出水引导部件下部的排水口排水方向向下或朝向远离洗涤桶中心轴的方向倾斜向下设置。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14任一所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述出水引导部件内部设有换向导水结构,将出水口径向甩出的水换向向下导出;优选的,换向导水结构具有至少一与出水口对应设置的向下倾斜面或者弧形面。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:还包括安装在洗涤桶下部用于收集洗涤桶排出水的集水部,洗涤桶相对集水部可转动设置,集水部包括底壁和集水槽,出水引导部件下端延伸至该集水槽内,集水部还设有将集水槽内的水排出的排水机构。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述集水部还包括设于底壁上方围成一周的侧壁,底壁和侧壁密封形成一集水槽。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述侧壁的最低高度满足:洗涤桶转动排水时,进入集水槽内的水不会溢出,优选的,侧壁的上端不高于洗涤桶自下向上的1/3洗涤桶高度,更优选的,侧壁的上端不高于洗涤桶自下向上的1/5洗涤桶高度。
  19. 根据权利要求16-18任一所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述集水部为桶体结构,底壁为桶底,侧壁为周壁,通过减振部件与洗涤设备的箱体连接,优选的,桶底上设有一环形的凹槽,出水引导部件下端延伸至该凹槽内,凹槽最低处设有排水口。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述集水槽为底壁上设有的环形凹槽。
  21. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述出水引导部件至少为两个,各自独立地沿洗涤桶周向均匀分布在桶壁上。
  22. 一种洗涤水出水方法,其特征在于:洗涤桶旋转过程中,内部的洗涤水沿洗涤桶内壁上升经其上部的出水口到达洗涤桶外部,直接由洗涤桶上的出水引导部件向下引导排出。
