本发明实施例中提供了一种墙面组件100,所述墙面组件包括:框架本体110、墙面板120、卡接模块130、设置于框架本体上的第一挂接部140和设置于墙板卡件背面的第二挂接部150。
框架本体110可以由方管、方管连接件等部件搭接形成,通过方管与方管连接件搭建成的独立的空间体系。框架本体110用于为墙面板120、卡接模块130等部件提供安装基础构件,而不依托于原始建筑墙面,因此具有自成体系、运用范围灵活的优势。
墙面板120可以是复合墙板或木质墙板,复合墙板可以由多种材料层叠复合而成,例如可以是木质背板和瓷砖面板复合形成复合墙板。墙面板120的背面需要连接第二挂接部150,墙面板120的背面需要适于进行钻孔、螺接、焊接、粘结等操作,因此墙面板120的背面以木质或金属制成。
所述卡接模块130设置在框架本体110上,卡接模块130上具有卡接墙面板120的卡接部。
在本发明的实施例中,卡接模块130可以包括以下部件中的至少一种:用于卡接墙面板下端的底部卡件131、用于卡接相邻墙板的墙板卡件132。卡接模块130用于作为直接承托、卡接墙面板120的部 件,卡接模块130一端与框架本体110连接,另一端与墙面板120卡接。卡接模块130可以由金属通过铸造、钣金或其他机械加工方式制成。卡接模块130可以有多种实现形式,在本发明的实施例中,卡接模块130可以为用于卡接墙面板下端的底部卡件131或用于卡接相邻墙板的墙板卡件132。其中,底部卡件131安装在框架本体110下方,用于承托最下侧的一块墙面板120,如图所示,底部卡件131具有向上弯折的卡接部,用于承托或卡接墙面板120的下方边缘。墙板卡件132用于安装在框架本体110中部,是为安装在中间的相邻两块墙面板120直接提供承托或卡接的部件。例如,安装在下方的墙面板为第一墙面板;与第一墙面板相邻且安装在其上方的墙面板为第二墙面板,则墙板卡件132具有两个卡接部,第一卡接部1321用于卡接第二墙面板的下边缘,第一卡接部1322用于卡接第一墙面板的上边缘。卡接模块130同时也限定了安装深度,所述安装深度是指墙面板120所在平面与框架本体110的距离。如图所示,底部卡件131或墙板卡件132均具有保持墙面板120所在平面与框架本体110之间距离的结构。
第一挂接部140安装在框架本体110上,作为一个“挂钩”来承托第二挂接部150的部件,同时,第一挂接部140的一个侧面1401与墙面板120的背面接触。在本发明的实施例中,为了避免对墙面板120造成损伤,第一挂接部140与墙面板120的背面的接触部分设置有柔性垫,如图所示,第一挂接部具有第一凹槽141,第一凹槽141中即可镶嵌柔性垫1411。所述柔性垫可以由橡胶或其他柔性材料制成。
作为与第一挂接部140钩接的部件,第二挂接部150安装在墙面板120的背面。在本发明的实施例中,第二挂接部150包括还包括用于调节对应墙面板竖直位置的第二调节部件。所述第二调节部件为设置在第二挂接部150上的调节螺栓151,所述调节螺栓151与第二挂接部竖直方向的螺孔152配合,当需要对墙面板120进行微调时,则螺旋转动所述调节螺栓151,通过带动第二挂接部150,使得所在的墙面板120移动,进而可以方便地调整墙面板的安装水平度。所述安装水平度是指安装墙面板的整个平面的平面度。每个第二挂接部150上可以配置两副调节螺栓151和调节螺栓152,以便更加对称、均衡地对墙面板的安装水平度进行调节。如图所示,为了进一步减轻第二挂接部150的重量,第二挂接部150由具有空腔153的型材制成。
如图所示,第一挂接部140、第二挂接部150均通过自攻螺钉分别与框架本体110及墙面板120连接。第一挂接部140、第二挂接部150均可以由金属制成。
在对墙面组件100安装时,所述墙面板120通过第二挂接部150与框架本体110上的第一挂接部140挂接,并且所述墙面板120的上边沿和下边沿承托在所述底部卡件131或墙板卡件132的卡接部内。
在本发明的实施例中,所述墙面组件100还包括用于限定安装深度的板块支撑件160,所述板块支撑件160由具有弹性的材料制成,例如PVC材料制成,利用弹性卡接在框架本体110上,而且,板块支 撑件160的一个侧面与墙面板的背面贴合地接触,为了避免由于对墙面板120直接接触造成损伤,在所述板块支撑件160上与墙面板的背面贴合接触的侧面上设置有柔性垫161。设置板块支撑件160是为了给墙面板120更好的支撑。因为在很多情况下,通常墙面板120的面积或长度较大,如果仅仅依靠卡接模块130、第一挂接部140、第二挂接部150的卡接来固定墙面板120,由于墙面板较大,卡接模块130、第一挂接部140、第二挂接部150的支撑点之间的板面就很容易发生弯曲,产生一定的挠度,很容易影响墙面的使用寿命和质量,因此在这些支撑点之间设置板块支撑件160可以更好地为墙面板120的板面提供支撑,避免板面的变形,提高产品质量和使用寿命。
在本发明的实施例中,所述框架本体110具有用于调节框架本体的垂直度及水平度的第一调节部件。第一调节部件包括设置在框架本体竖梁上用于调节安装水平度的拉铆螺母111及调节脚112。拉卯螺母111可以固定于构成框架本体110的竖向方管上,调节脚112安装在拉卯螺母111上,通过调节所述调节脚112,可以调整框架本体110与基础墙面的距离,从而调整墙面板120的安装水平度。对调节脚112的调节,可以借助水平仪来进行。而且调节脚112给框架本体110提供支撑,从而使框架本体110形成稳定的空间结构。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种墙面安装方法,所述方法包括:
步骤210,设置框架本体110。按照设计要求,用方管、方管连接件等部件搭建框架本体。框架本体110可以包括顶部框架、底部框架及支撑框架,从而构成三维立体的支撑空间。
步骤220,在所述框架本体110上安装卡接模块130和第一挂接部140。其中,卡接模块130上具有卡接墙面板120的卡接部。
步骤230,在墙面板120上安装第二挂接部150。第二挂接部150用于与第一挂接部140挂接。
步骤240,将墙面板120***卡接模块130的卡接部,并将第二挂接部150与第一挂接部140挂接,从而完成墙面组件的快速安装。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,提供了一种墙面安装方法:
步骤310,设置框架本体。按照设计要求,用方管、方管连接件等部件搭建三维立体的框架本体。
步骤320,按照安装深度,将板块支撑件160卡入框架本体110上。对调节脚112进行调节,使框架本体110处于水平、竖直,并固定调节脚112使其框架本体110趋于稳定。所述板块支撑件160卡接在框架本体110上,板块支撑件160的一个侧面用于与墙面板120的背面贴合接触。
步骤330,在所述框架本体上安装底部卡件131。通过自攻螺丝将底部卡件与框架本体的底部连接,并检查底部卡件131的水平。
步骤340,开始安装第一块墙板。具体地,在所述框架本体上安装第一挂接部140。
步骤350,在第一墙面板上安装第二挂接部150。
步骤360,将所述第一墙面板的下端***底部卡件131的卡槽中,并将第一墙面板的第二挂接部150与第一挂接部140挂接。
步骤370,转动第二挂接部150上的调节螺栓151调节,借助水平仪微调墙面板120的安装水平度。所述调节螺栓151与第二挂接部竖直方向的螺孔152配合,通过螺旋转动所述调节螺栓151带动第二挂接部150所在的墙面板120移动,以实现对墙面板120安装水平度的微调。
步骤380,水平调节完成后,将墙板卡片132中的突起卡入墙面板120上边缘的卡槽121内,即,使得第二墙面板120***所述墙板卡件132的第一卡接部1321,并通过自攻螺丝将墙板卡片132与框架本体110连接。至此,第一块墙面板的安装结束。
步骤390,在所述框架本体上再安装第一挂接部140。从该步骤开始,准备安装第二块墙面板,因此所述第一挂接部140位于第一块墙面板上方,用于挂接第二块墙面板。
步骤400,在第二墙面板上安装第二挂接部。所述第二墙面板为安装在第一墙面板上方相邻位置的墙面板。在第二墙面板上安装第二挂接部与之前的过程类似。
步骤410,将第二墙面板***所述墙板卡件的第二卡接部;并且将第二墙面板的第二挂接部与所述第一挂接部挂接。
后续对第二墙面板的安装、调节过程与之前类似,在此不再赘述。后续按照从下向上安装的方式依次挂装墙面板,直至最后安装完成。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种墙面组件,其特征在于,所述墙面组件包括:框架本体、墙面板、卡接模块、设置于框架本体上的第一挂接部和设置于墙板卡件背面的第二挂接部,其中:
    所述卡接模块设置在框架本体上,卡接模块上具有卡接墙面板的卡接部;
    所述墙面板通过第二挂接部与框架本体上的第一挂接部挂接,并且所述墙面板的上边沿和下边沿承托在所述卡接部内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的墙面组件,其特征在于,卡接模块包括以下部件中的至少一种:用于卡接墙面板下端的底部卡件、用于卡接相邻墙面板的墙板卡件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的墙面组件,其特征在于,所述墙面组件还包括用于限定安装深度的板块支撑件,所述板块支撑件卡接在框架本体上,板块支撑件的一个侧面与墙面板的背面贴合接触。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的墙面组件,其特征在于,在所述板块支撑件上与墙面板的背面贴合接触的侧面上具有柔性垫。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的墙面组件,其特征在于,所述第一挂接部和第二挂接部挂接在一起,第一挂接部与墙面板背面的接触部分设置有柔性垫。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的墙面组件,其特征在于,所述框架本体具有用于调节框架本体的垂直度及水平度的第一调节部件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的墙面组件,其特征在于,第一调节部件包括设置在框架本体竖梁上用于调节安装水平度的拉铆螺母及调节脚。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的墙面组件,其特征在于,所述第二挂接部还包括用于调节对应墙面板竖直位置的第二调节部件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的墙面组件,其特征在于,所述第二调节部件为设置在第二挂接部上的调节螺栓,所述调节螺栓与第二挂接部竖直方向的螺孔配合,以通过螺旋转动所述调节螺栓带动第二挂接部所在的墙面板移动。
  10. 一种墙面安装方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    设置框架本体;
    在所述框架本体上安装卡接模块和第一挂接部;
    在墙面板上安装第二挂接部;
    将墙面板***卡接模块并将第二挂接部与第一挂接部挂接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的墙面安装方法,其特征在于,卡接模块包括以下部件中的至少一种:用于卡接墙面板下端的底部卡件、用于卡接相邻墙板的墙板卡件,在所述框架本体上安装卡接模块和第一挂接部包括:
    在所述框架本体上安装底部卡件;
    在所述框架本体上安装第一挂接部;
    在第一墙面板上安装第二挂接部;
    将所述第一墙面板的下端***底部卡件并将第一墙面板的第二挂接部与第一挂接部挂接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的墙面安装方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述墙板卡件的第一卡接部卡接第二墙面板的上边缘,以及将墙板卡件安装到所述框架本体上。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的墙面安装方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述框架本体上安装第一挂接部;
    在第二墙面板上安装第二挂接部;
    将第二墙面板***所述墙板卡件的第二卡接部;并且将第二墙面板的第二挂接部与所述第一挂接部挂接。
  14. 根据权利要求10-13中任何一项所述的墙面安装方法,其特征在于,设置框架本体包括:在框架本体上安装用于限定安装深度的板块支撑件,所述板块支撑件卡接在框架本体上,板块支撑件的一个侧面用于与墙面板的背面贴合接触。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的墙面安装方法,其特征在于,设置框架本体包括:调节设置在框架本体竖梁上的拉铆螺母和调节脚,以调节安装水平度。
  16. 根据权利要求10-13中任何一项所述的墙面安装方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    调节设置在第二挂接部上的调节螺栓,所述调节螺栓与第二挂接部竖直方向的螺孔配合,通过螺旋转动所述调节螺栓带动第二挂接部所在的墙面板移动。
