因此,针对目前现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,实有必要进行研究,以提供一种方案,解决现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种受力稳定、使用安全、更换便捷、工艺简单、承载力强的换跟装置。

本发明公开了一种多线螺纹式可换跟装置,多线螺纹式可换跟装置设置于鞋跟1与鞋底的对接处,包括设置于鞋跟1的多线螺栓101、及开设于鞋底与多线螺栓101相配合的多线螺母201,多线螺栓101与多线螺母201的线数相同,至少为两线以上,通过多线螺栓101与多线螺母201之间的旋转分离和旋转锁紧实现鞋跟的脱与接,多线n为三线至八线,多线螺栓101的旋转角度就是360/2n~360/n度,优选多线为四线,即旋转了45~90°。或者可以将多线螺母201贯穿设置于承接层2上,承接层2固定连接于鞋底;多线螺栓上平面105与鞋跟上平面104平行,当然也可以不平行,多线螺纹式可换跟装置还包括锁定装置,锁定装置包括设置于鞋底或承接层2上的锁定凸起与开设于多线螺栓上的锁定槽,锁定凸起卡接于锁定槽内,锁定凸起与锁定槽数量相同,至少为一个以上或两个以上,优选为两个以上,锁定凸起设置于拉杆3上,拉杆3位于鞋底或承接层2上开设的连通凹槽203内,连通凹槽203与多线螺母201连通,拉杆3一端的锁定凸起通过连通至多线螺母201的凹槽与锁定槽卡接,另一端延伸至高跟鞋鞋体的外表面,拉杆3通过固定于鞋底或承接层2上的限位螺钉4在连通凹槽 203内穿梭,用以锁定凸起脱离锁定槽,拉杆3侧边设置有至少一个以上的复位弹簧5,优选为两个以上,鞋跟多线螺栓101上平面设置有造型饰品6。
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步地说明:
本发明涉及一种旋转可换跟式高跟鞋,特别涉及一种紧密型的可更换鞋跟的鞋子,主要包括鞋跟1和承接层2及其附属的拉杆3、限位螺钉4和复位弹簧5组成,所述的鞋跟1的鞋跟上平面104设置有多线螺栓101,所述的多线螺栓可以是两线及以上,作为优选本实施例选择4线,受力更加合理,旋转更换更快捷,与鞋跟1多线螺栓101匹配设计的承接层2的内部设置有多线螺母201,多线螺母201的线数与多线螺栓101的线数相同,承接层2与高跟鞋的鞋底固定连接,可以通过螺栓连接,也可通过胶水粘接,作为优选选用螺栓连接。通过旋转鞋跟1使得多线螺栓101和多线螺母201实现锁紧和分离。
为了使得鞋跟1和承接层2锁定的更加牢固,防止松动,多线螺纹式可换跟装置还包括锁定装置,锁定装置包括设置于承接层2上的锁定凸起与开设于多线螺栓上的锁定槽,锁定凸起卡接于锁定槽内。本实施例中,在鞋跟1的多线螺栓上设置有第一锁定槽102和第二锁定槽103,这里也可是设置更多凹槽,作为优选选用两个凹槽。承接层2上还设置有拉杆3,所述的拉杆上设置有与鞋跟第一锁定槽102和第二锁定槽103匹配的第一锁定凸起301和第二锁定凸起302,同样,此处的凸起也可以是多个,数量小于等于鞋跟凹槽数均可,作为优选选用凸起的个数与鞋跟凹槽的个数相等。在承接层2的承接层上平面207上设置有与拉杆3外形匹配的连通凹槽203,拉杆3在外力作用下可以在该凹槽内运动,拉杆3上开设有凹槽303,用于限位螺钉4通过凹槽303将拉杆3活动连接于承接层2上,限位螺钉4通过安装孔204与承接层2连接,目的就是限制拉杆3只能在连通凹槽203内运动。拉杆3上还设置有安装复位弹簧5的凹槽,复位弹簧5安装在此凹槽内,可以安装一个,作为优选,对称布置两个,受力更加合理。复位弹簧5的一端与拉杆壁上开设的凹槽相连,另一端与承接层2连通凹槽203的壁面连接。当鞋跟1旋转向上运动时,采用多线螺栓101的外径圆弧面来保证同轴度,通过鞋跟上平面104对多线螺栓101进行限位。为了防止鞋跟1在使用过程中松动或脱跟。
想要更换其它喜爱的跟型时,只需要向后拉动拉杆3,然后在反向旋转鞋跟 1即可轻松实现鞋跟1的脱跟,再选定喜爱的跟型旋转到承接层2上,即可实现自动定位和锁定。
为了使得鞋跟1的外观更加美观,呈列展示更具有艺术感,在鞋跟1的多线螺栓上平面105上喷涂或者加工出各式各样的花型或者是签名,或者是其它具有美感的饰品6,为了使得花型更换或者安装方便,可以在多线螺栓上平面105的平面上开设鞋跟凹槽,可以将加工好的玫瑰花头,或者是其它具有美感的饰品6,如耳环、耳钉、钻石、花瓣、星星、图案、照片等等饰件粘贴在该凹槽内。使得该鞋跟更具有美感,即使单独摆放鞋跟时,也给人美的感受,使人心情愉悦。
以上所述仅为本发明的其中一个实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多线螺纹式可换跟装置,其特征在于,所述的多线螺纹式可换跟装置设置于鞋跟(1)与鞋底的对接处,包括设置于鞋跟(1)的多线螺栓(101)、及开设于鞋底与多线螺栓(101)相配合的多线螺母(201),所述的多线螺栓(101)与多线螺母(201)的线数相同,至少为两线以上,通过多线螺栓(101)与多线螺母(201)之间的旋转分离和旋转锁紧实现鞋跟的脱与接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多线螺纹式可换跟装置,其特征在于,所述的多线n为三线至八线,所述的多线螺栓(101)的旋转角度为360/2n~360/n度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多线螺纹式可换跟装置,其特征在于,所述的多线为四线。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多线螺纹式可换跟装置,其特征在于,所述的多线螺母(201)贯穿设置于承接层(2)上,所述的承接层(2)固定连接于鞋底。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所数的多线螺纹式可换跟装置,其特征在于,多线螺栓上平面(105)与鞋跟上平面(104)平行。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的多线螺纹式可换跟装置,其特征在于,还包括锁定装置,所述的锁定装置包括设置于鞋底或承接层(2)上的锁定凸起与开设于多线螺栓(101)上的锁定槽,所述的锁定凸起卡接于锁定槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多线螺纹式可换跟装置,其特征在于,所述的锁定凸起与锁定槽数量相同,至少为一个以上或两个以上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多线螺纹式可换跟装置,其特征在于,所述的锁定凸起设置于拉杆(3)上,所述的拉杆(3)位于鞋底或承接层(2)上开设的连通凹槽(203)内,所述的连通凹槽(203)与多线螺母(201)连通。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的多线螺纹式可换跟装置,其特征在于,所述拉杆(3)一端的锁定凸起通过连通至多线螺母(201)的凹槽与锁定槽卡接,另一端延伸至高跟鞋鞋体的外表面,所述的拉杆(3)通过活动连接于鞋底或承接层(2)上,从而在连通凹槽(203)内穿梭。
  10. 根据权利要求7或8或9所述的多线螺纹式可换跟装置,其特征在于,所述的拉杆(3)侧边设置有至少一个以上的复位弹簧(5),所述的鞋跟多线螺栓(101)上平面设置有造型饰品(6)。
