Description

智能烤箱 技术领域
本发明涉及厨房烘烤装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能烤箱。
背景技术
烤箱是一种利用电热元件发热热辐射待烘烤食材的电器,利用烤箱可以烘烤各种肉类、蔬菜,以及制作面包、蛋糕等糕点。为保证烘烤质量,现有烤箱一般都设有控制烘烤食品的温度与时间的调节开关,制造商还会通过说明书或使用手册指导用户根据不同的食材选择不同的烘烤温度与时间,有的烤箱上还直接标有多种食材的烘烤温度及时间提示。
然而,由于食材种类繁多,而制造商提供的说明书、使用手册等不可能全面地标注出所有食材的烘烤方式,并且即使是同样的食材,由于其重量不同,其烘烤的时间与温度也各不相同,用户往往根据个人经验,手动选择食材烘烤的温度及时间。对一些经验不足的用户来说,往往会出现加热时间和温度不够导致食材没有熟透,或加热时间过长、温度过高导致食材烤焦的情况。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种可自动识别食材种类和重量的智能烤箱。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的,提供一种智能烤箱,包括箱体、位于所述箱体内的加热装置以及用于控制所述加热装置的控制***;所述箱体内具有烘烤室;所述控制***存储有不同食材种类的默认烘烤程序;所述箱体内设有对食材进行拍照及图像采集的图像采集装置、对采集图像进行识别判断的图像识别装置、以及对食材进行重量测量的称重装置;所述图像采集装置的输出端与所述图像识别装置的输入端连接,所述图像识别装置的输出端与所述控制***连接,所述称重装置与所述控制***连接。
有益效果
与现有技术相比较,上述智能烤箱的图像采集装置采集食材图像后,通过图像识别装置判断食材种类,而称重装置自动测量出食材重量,控制***通过图像识别装置及称重装置反馈的食材种类及重量信息,即可自动控制加热装置的加热温度及加热时间,从而不受用户个人经验的影响,保证烘烤质量。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1及图2所示,是本发明的一较佳实施例,该智能烤箱包括箱体1、加热装置2及控制***3。箱体1内具有烘烤室11,加热装置2位于箱体1内,控制***2用于控制加热装置2的加热温度及加热时间,其存储有不同食材种类、不同重量食材的默认烘烤程序。
箱体1内设有图像采集装置4、图像识别装置5及称重装置6。图像采集装置4用于对食材进行拍照,图像识别装置5用于对所采集到的图像进行识别判断。图像采集装置4的输出端与图像识别装置5的输入端连接,图像识别装置5的输出端与控制***3连接。称重装置6与控制***3连接,用于对食材进行重量测量。
上述智能烤箱在使用时,当烤箱内放置有食材并启动烤箱后,图像采集装置4采集食材图像,并将所采集到的图像传给图像识别装置5,图像识别装置5对食材种类进行识别和判断,并将判断结果反馈给控制***3;同时,称重装置6将食材重量反馈给控制***3;控制***3根据图像识别装置5及称重装置6反馈的食材种类及重量信息,输出控制信号给加热装置2,使加热装置2按照与食材种类、重量相对应的加热温度和时间来运行。
具体地,图像识别装置5内存储有食材种类分类信息,并且图像识别装置5内还存储有与食材种类、状态等相对应的参考图像。控制***3具有处理器31及存储器32,加热装置2、图像识别装置5、称重装置6、存储器32皆与处理器31连接,默认烘烤程序存储于存储器32中。处理器31根据图像识别装置5及称重装置6所反馈的信息与存储器32中的默认烘烤程序进行比较后,计算食材的烘烤温度及时间,进而控制加热装置2。
上述图像采集装置4可以是耐高温的摄像机,其摄像头位于烘烤室11内。可于烘烤室11内的多个不同位置(如上部及侧部等)分别设置摄像头,从多个视角采集食材图像,以更准确地采集到食材的图像。
此外,上述称重装置6可以是重量传感器,烘烤室11内设有用于承托待烘烤食材的托盘或托架12,称重装置6可位于托盘或托架12下方,当食材放置于托盘或托架12上时,称重装置6可自动感应到食材的重量。
上述智能烤箱的图像采集装置4采集到食材图像后,通过图像识别装置5判断食材种类,而称重装置6自动测量出食材重量,控制***3通过图像识别装置5及称重装置6反馈的食材种类及重量信息,即可自动控制加热装置2的加热温度及加热时间,从而不受用户个人经验的影响,保证烘烤质量。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种智能烤箱,包括箱体、位于所述箱体内的加热装置以及用于控制所述加热装置的控制***;所述箱体内具有烘烤室;其特征在于,所述控制***存储有不同食材种类的默认烘烤程序;所述箱体内设有对食材进行拍照及图像采集的图像采集装置、对采集图像进行识别判断的图像识别装置、以及对食材进行重量测量的称重装置;所述图像采集装置的输出端与所述图像识别装置的输入端连接,所述图像识别装置的输出端与所述控制***连接,所述称重装置与所述控制***连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能烤箱,其特征在于,所述控制***具有处理器及存储器,所述加热装置、图像识别装置、称重装置、存储器皆与所述处理器连接,所述默认烘烤程序存储于所述存储器中。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的智能烤箱,其特征在于,所述图像采集装置是耐高温的摄像机,其摄像头位于所述烘烤室内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的智能烤箱,其特征在于,所述烘烤室内于不同位置分别设有所述的摄像头。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的智能烤箱,其特征在于,所述烘烤室内设有用于承托食材的托盘或托架,所述称重装置位于所述托盘或托架下方。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的智能烤箱,其特征在于,所述称重装置是重量传感器。
