本实施例的胚料通常为多层材质,所有折痕通过压制或者刻画形成。该胚料包括七层材质,且这七层材质由外(形成包装容器后的包装容器外侧)到内(形成包装容器后的包装容器内侧)依次为:PE层、粘合层、纸层、PE层、粘合层、铝箔层、粘合层、PE层以 及PE改性层(注:用于插吸管的圆形标记区域或用于设置瓶盖的区域内的胚料所包含的材质层数通常少于七层)。本实施例不限制胚料所包含的材质的层数以及各层材质所采用的具体材料等。
参考图2,本实施例2所述的包装容器由图1所示的坯料形成,形成包装容器的过程可以为:坯料的上下两侧未设置密封折痕200时,由一侧坯料的内表面与另一侧坯料的外表面或内表面粘合形成密封缝,从而实现密封;若坯料的上下两侧设置有密封折痕200,则将一侧坯料的内表面与另一侧坯料的内表面粘合形成密封缝,从而实现密封,将下端面2密封好后,再对坯料两侧的密封折痕200进行密封形成密封缝,罐装液体可以在任意一侧密封缝未完成密封前进行罐装,也可以在任意一条密封缝预留罐装口,完成罐装后再将罐装口进行密封,罐装液体时机的选择对本发明的保护范围不起限制作用。接着对当前形状的包装盒进行笼形,分别对第一折叠区域1000的第一翻折区域1200和第二翻折区域1300,以及第三折叠区域5000的第五翻折区域5200和第六翻折区域5300进行翻折,使得第一下端面区域1100和第二下端面区域5100共同拼接形成下端面2,接着再对第二折叠区域3000的第三翻折区域3200和第四翻折区域3300进行翻折,使得上端面区域3100形成上端面2,为了美观,第一翻折区域1200、第二翻折区域1300、第五翻折区域5200和第六翻折区域5300按照设置其区域内的翻折折痕500进行折叠,并向下端面2翻折,而第三翻折区域3200和第四翻折区域3300按照设置其区域内的翻折折痕500进行折叠后,向第一侧壁区域2000和第二侧壁区域4000共同形成的侧壁翻折。如果未设置第一辅助折痕400时,侧壁自然形成圆鼓形,当设置了第一辅助折痕400和第二辅助折痕410时,则由于第一辅助折痕400和第二辅助折痕410的作用,侧壁形成如钻石型侧壁,使得外观更为美观大方,也便于包装容器批量生产后外形统一。
如上所述,对本发明的实施例进行了详细地说明,但是只要实质上没有脱离本发明的发明点及效果可以有很多的变形,这对本领域的技术人员来说是显而易见的。因此,这样的变形例也全部包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种用于制造液体包装容器的胚料,其特征在于,包括:
    包装材料,所述包装材料由四条水平折痕分成五个横向区域,即第一折叠区域、第一侧壁区域、第二折叠区域、第二侧壁区域和第三折叠区域自上而下依次设置;
    所述第一折叠区域设置有第一下端面区域、第一翻折区域和第二翻折区域,所述第一翻折区域和第二翻折区域分别设置在所述第一下端面区域的左右两侧;
    所述第二折叠区域设置有上端面区域、第三翻折区域和第四翻折区域,所述第三翻折区域和第四翻折区域分别设置在所述上端面区域的左右两侧;
    所述第三折叠区域设置有第二下端面区域、第五翻折区域和第六翻折区域,所述第五翻折区域和所述第六翻折区域分别设置在所述第二下端面区域的左右两侧;
    且所述第一下端面和所述第二下端面完成拼接后与所述上端面形状和大小均一致;
    所述包装材料的左右两侧设有用于形成密封缝的密封折痕;
    所述上端面区域用于形成上端面,所述第一下端面和所述第二下端面共同拼接组成下端面,所述第一侧壁区域和第二侧壁区域共同拼接成侧壁,以形成一密闭包装容器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的坯料,其特征在于:
    所述上端面区域、所述第一下端面和第二下端面均为矩形;
    且所述矩形的左右两边由竖直折痕分隔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的胚料,其特征在于:
    所述第一侧壁区域和所述第二侧壁区域内还设置有第一辅助折痕和第二辅助折痕;
    所述竖直折痕与所述水平折痕的交点为第一点,每个所述第一点延伸出两条所述第一辅助折痕,从所述上端区域内的第一点延伸出的第一辅助折痕的末端延伸出沿竖直方向设置的所述第二辅助折痕,并连接与之对应的从所述第一下端面区域和所述第二下端面区域的第一点延伸出来的第一辅助折痕。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的胚料,其特征在于:
    同一个所述第一点延伸出的两条所述第一辅助折痕沿与之对应的所述竖直折痕对称设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的胚料,其特征在于:
    所述第一翻折区域还设置有翻折折痕,所述第一翻折区域完成翻折后,位于所述第一翻折区域的所述水平折痕和所述竖直折痕重合;
    所述第二翻折区域、所述第三翻折区域、所述第四翻折区域、所述第五翻折区域和所述第六翻折区域内也对应设置有所述翻折折痕。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的胚料,其特征在于:
    所述第二折叠区域设置有用于插吸管的圆形标记或用于装瓶盖的瓶盖标记,且所述圆形标记或所述瓶盖标记区域的坯料厚度薄于其他区域。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的胚料,其特征在于:
    所述圆形标记或所述瓶盖标记设置在所述第二折叠区域的正中心。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的胚料,其特征在于:
    所述折痕通过压制或者刻画形成。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的胚料,其特征在于:
    所述包装材料由外到内依次包括:PE层、粘合层、纸层、PE层、粘合层、铝箔层、粘合层、PE层以及PE改性层。
  10. 一种用于盛装液体的包装容器,其特征在于:
    所述包装容器由所述权利要求1-9中任一权利要求所述的坯料制成。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的包装容器,其特征在于:
    所述包装容器的下端面由所述第一下端面区域或所述第二下端面区域的一侧坯料内表面与另一侧坯料外表面或内表面粘合。
