Description

管理定时器、传输信息的方法、终端设备和网络设备 技术领域
本申请实施例涉及通信领域,并且更具体地,涉及重传数据的方法、终端设备和网络设备。
背景技术
在新空口(New Radio,NR)中,定义了一个半静态调度(Semi-Persistent Scheduling,SPS)定时器。具体地,定义有:
1.当一个重传数据/新传数据在半静态资源/或者基于半静态无线网络临时标识(Radio Network Temporary Identifier,RNTI)调度的动态资源上发送时,该定时器启动;
2.当该定时器在运行时,如果用户在当前时间有半静态资源,用户不做任何传输;
3.当该定时器在运行时,用户收到基于半静态RNTI调度的动态资源,该定时器停止或启动,并基于上述1,重新启动该定时器。
但是,该定时器获取基于小区无线网络临时标识(Cell Radio Network Temporary Identifier,C-RNTI)调度的动态资源后,并没有涉及SPS定时器的相关规定,与现有的***框架兼容性较弱。
发明内容
提供了一种管理定时器、传输信息的方法、终端设备和网络设备。能够有效提高SPS定时器与现有的***框架的兼容性。
第一方面,提供了一种管理定时器的方法,应用于终端设备,所述终端设备具有半静态调度SPS定时器;

如图1所示,通信***100可以包括终端设备110和网络设备120。网络设备120可以通过空口与终端设备110通信。终端设备110和网络设备120之间支持多业务传输。
应理解,本申请实施例仅以通信***100进行示例性说明,但本申请实施例不限定于此。也就是说,本申请实施例的技术方案可以应用于各种通信***,例如:长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)***、LTE时分双工(Time Division Duplex,TDD)、通用移动通信***(Universal Mobile Telecommunication System,UMTS)等。为便于描述,下文中,本申请实施例以第五代移动通信技术(5-Generation,5G)新空口(New Radio NR)通信***为例进行说明。
本申请结合网络设备和终端设备描述了各个实施例。
其中,网络设备120可以指网络侧的任一种用来发送或接收信号的实体。例如,可以是机器类通信(MTC)的用户设备、LTE中的演进型基站(Evolutional Node B,eNB或eNodeB)、5G网络中的基站设备等。
此外,终端设备110可以是任意终端设备。具体地,终端设备110可以经无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)与一个或多个核心网(Core  Network)进行通信,也可称为接入终端、用户设备(User Equipment,UE)、用户单元、用户站、移动站、移动台、远方站、远程终端、移动设备、用户终端、终端、无线通信设备、用户代理或用户装置。例如,可以是蜂窝电话、无绳电话、会话启动协议(Session Initiation Protocol,SIP)电话、无线本地环路(Wireless Local Loop,WLL)站、个人数字处理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、具有无线通信功能的手持设备、计算设备或连接到无线调制解调器的其它处理设备、车载设备、可穿戴设备以及5G网络中的终端设备等。
在新空口(New Radio,NR)中,定义了一个半静态调度(Semi-Persistent Scheduling,SPS)定时器。具体地,定义有:
1.当一个重传数据/新传数据在半静态资源/或者基于半静态无线网络临时标识(Radio Network Temporary Identifier,RNTI)调度的动态资源上发送时,该定时器启动;
2.当该定时器在运行时,如果用户在当前时间有半静态资源,用户不做任何传输;
3.当该定时器在运行时,用户收到基于半静态RNTI调度的动态资源,该定时器停止或启动,并基于上述1,重新启动该定时器。
但是,该定时器不会随着基于小区无线网络临时标识(Cell Radio Network Temporary Identifier,C-RNTI)调度的动态资源而启动或停止或启动,与现有的***框架兼容性较弱。
由此,本申请实施例中,提出了一种管理定时器的方法,能够有效提高SPS定时器与现有的***框架的兼容性。
图2是本申请实施例的管理定时器的方法的示意性流程图。
如图2所示,该方法包括:
210,终端设备接收到的使用C-RNTI加扰的第一物理下行链路控制信道(Physical Downlink Control Channel,PDCCH)。
220,该终端设备确定是否停止或启动终端设备的SPS定时器。
应理解,本申请实施例中,网络设备与终端设备建立连接后(connected),终端设备通过C-RNTI或SPS-RNTI对PDCCH进行解扰,获得调度信息。进而根据调度信息确定物理下行共享信道(Physical Downlink Shared Channel,PDSCH)的资源位置,并在该PDSCH资源位置上,获取下行数据。
还应理解,终端设备通过C-RNTI对PDCCH进行解扰,获得调度信息进而获取的资源为动态调度资源,终端设备通过SPS-RNTI对PDCCH进行解扰,获得调度信息进而获取的资源可以为半静态调度SPS资源(例如,激活SPS后的资源),也可以为动态资源(例如,用于重传的资源)。
现有技术中,当SPS定时器在运行时,该终端设备收到基于半静态RNTI调度的动态资源,定时器先停止然后重新启动。该SPS定时器收到基于小区无线网络临时标识(Cell Radio Network Temporary Identifier,C-RNTI)调度的动态资源后,并没有涉及SPS定时器的相关规定。
本申请实施例中,终端设备接收到该第一PDCCH后,使得该SPS定时器能够随着基于C-RNTI调度的动态资源而启动或停止或启动,进而有效提高SPS定时器与现有的***框架的兼容性。
下面对终端设备接收到该第一PDCCH后,该SPS定时器停止或启动的实现方式进行说明:
在一个实施例中,该终端设备满足预设条件时,确定停止或启动该SPS定时器,该第预设条件为该终端设备获取该第一PDCCH后用于判断是否停止或启动该SPS定时器的准则。
下面对终端设备接收到该第一PDCCH后,该SPS定时器停止的实现方式进行示例性说明:
可选地,该终端设备满足第一条件时,确定停止该SPS定时器,该第一条件为该终端设备获取该第一PDCCH后用于判断是否停止该SPS定时器的准则。
例如,该终端设备确定该第一PDCCH所对应的混合自动重传请求HARQ进程在使用该第一PDCCH调度的资源之前,使用的是SPS RNTI加扰的PDCCH调度的资源进行的上行数据的发送时,停止该SPS定时器。

应理解,本申请实施例中对该SPS定时器运行(即启动)的实现方式不做具体限定。例如,该终端设备确定是否停止或启动该SPS定时器之前,该 终端设备可以在SPS资源上向网络设备发送新数据,或者在使用SPS无线网络临时标识加扰的第二PDCCH调度的资源上向网络设备发送重传数据;由此,该终端设备启动该SPS定时器。
下面对终端设备接收到该第一PDCCH后,该SPS定时器停止的实现方式进行示例性说明:

在实现过程中,本申请实施例中的方法实施例的各步骤可以通过处理器中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。更具体地,结合本申请实施例公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件译码处理器执行完成,或者用译码处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域的成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储器,处理器读取存储器中的信息,结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。

此外,本申请实施例中提及的存储器可以是易失性存储器或非易失性存储器,或可包括易失性和非易失性存储器两者。其中,非易失性存储器可以是只读存储器(read-only memory,ROM)、可编程只读存储器(programmable ROM,PROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(erasable PROM,EPROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(electrically EPROM,EEPROM)或闪存。易失性存储器可以是随机存取存储器(random access memory,RAM),其用作外部高速缓存。应理解,上述存储器为示例性但不是限制性说明,例如,本申请实施例中的存储器还可以是静态随机存取存储器(static RAM,SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(dynamic RAM,DRAM)、同步动态随机存取存储器(synchronous DRAM,SDRAM)、双倍数据速率同步动态随机存取存储器 (double data rate SDRAM,DDR SDRAM)、增强型同步动态随机存取存储器(enhanced SDRAM,ESDRAM)、同步连接动态随机存取存储器(synch link DRAM,SLDRAM)以及直接内存总线随机存取存储器(Direct Rambus RAM,DR RAM)等等。也就是说,本文描述的***和方法的存储器旨在包括但不限于这些和任意其它适合类型的存储器。
最后,需要注意的是,在本申请实施例和所附权利要求书中使用的术语是仅仅出于描述特定实施例的目的,而非旨在限制本申请实施例。

Claims (30)

  1. 一种管理定时器的方法,其特征在于,应用于终端设备,所述终端设备具有半静态调度SPS定时器;
    所述方法包括:
    所述终端设备接收到的使用小区无线网络临时标识C-RNTI加扰的第一物理下行链路控制信道PDCCH后,确定是否停止或启动所述SPS定时器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定是否停止或启动所述SPS定时器,包括:
    所述终端设备满足第一条件时,确定停止所述SPS定时器,所述第一条件为所述终端设备获取所述第一PDCCH后用于判断是否停止所述SPS定时器的准则。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备满足第一条件时,确定停止所述SPS定时器,包括:
    所述终端设备确定所述第一PDCCH所对应的混合自动重传请求HARQ进程在使用所述第一PDCCH调度的资源之前,使用的是SPS RNTI加扰的PDCCH调度的资源进行的上行数据的发送时,停止所述SPS定时器。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备满足第一条件时,确定停止所述SPS定时器,包括:
    所述终端设备确定所述终端设备的所述第一PDCCH所对应的混合自动重传请求HARQ进程在使用所述第一PDCCH调度的资源之前,使用的是SPS资源进行的上行数据发送时,停止所述SPS定时器。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备满足第一条件时,确定停止所述SPS定时器,包括:
    所述终端设备确定所述SPS定时器正在运行时,停止所述SPS定时器。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定是否停止或启动所述SPS定时器,包括:
    所述终端设备满足第二条件时,确定启动或重新启动所述SPS定时器,所述第二条件为所述终端设备获取所述第一PDCCH后用于判断是否启动所述SPS定时器的准则。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备满足第二条 件时,确定启动或重新启动所述SPS定时器,包括:
    所述终端设备确定配置有SPS资源时,启动或重新启动所述SPS定时器。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备确定配置有SPS资源时,启动或重新启动所述SPS定时器,包括:
    所述终端设备确定配置有SPS资源且所述终端设备的所述SPS资源被激活时,启动或重新启动所述SPS定时器。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定是否停止或启动所述SPS定时器之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备接收所述网络设备发送的配置信息,所述配置信息用于所述终端设备获取所述第一PDCCH后确定是否停止或启动所述SPS定时器;
    其中,所述确定是否停止或启动所述SPS定时器,包括:
    所述终端设备根据所述配置信息,确定是否停止或启动所述SPS定时器。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备接收所述网络设备发送的配置信息,包括:
    所述终端设备接收所述网络设备发送的无线资源控制RRC信令,所述RRC信令包括所述配置信息。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定是否停止或启动所述SPS定时器之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备在SPS资源上向网络设备发送新数据,或者在使用SPS无线网络临时标识加扰的第二PDCCH调度的资源上向网络设备发送重传数据;
    所述终端设备启动所述SPS定时器。
  12. 一种传输信息的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    网络设备向所述终端设备发送使用小区无线网络临时标识C-RNTI加扰的第一物理下行链路控制信道PDCCH。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络设备向所述终端设备发送使用小区无线网络临时标识C-RNTI加扰的第一物理下行链路控制信道PDCCH之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络设备向所述终端设备发送配置信息,所述配置信息用于所述终 端设备获取所述第一PDCCH指示的资源后确定是否停止或启动所述终端设备的半静态调度SPS定时器。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络设备向所述终端设备发送配置信息,包括:
    所述网络设备向所述终端设备发送无线资源控制RRC信令,所述RRC信令包括所述配置信息。
  15. 根据权利要求12至14中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络设备向所述终端设备发送使用小区无线网络临时标识C-RNTI加扰的第一物理下行链路控制信道PDCCH之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络设备在半静态调度SPS资源上接收网络设备发送的新数据,或者在使用SPS无线网络临时标识加扰的第一PDCCH调度的资源上,接收所述终端设备发送的重传数据。
  16. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备具有半静态调度SPS定时器;
    所述终端设备包括:
    收发单元,用于接收到的使用小区无线网络临时标识C-RNTI加扰的第一物理下行链路控制信道PDCCH;
    处理单元,用于确定是否停止或启动所述SPS定时器。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于:
    满足第一条件时,确定停止所述SPS定时器,所述第一条件为所述终端设备获取所述第一PDCCH后用于判断是否停止所述SPS定时器的准则。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元更具体用于:
    确定所述第一PDCCH所对应的混合自动重传请求HARQ进程在使用所述第一PDCCH调度的资源之前,使用的是SPS RNTI加扰的PDCCH调度的资源进行的上行数据的发送时,停止所述SPS定时器。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元更具体用于:
    确定所述终端设备的所述第一PDCCH所对应的混合自动重传请求HARQ进程在使用所述第一PDCCH调度的资源之前,使用的是SPS资源进 行的上行数据发送时,停止所述SPS定时器。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元更具体用于:
    确定所述SPS定时器正在运行时,停止所述SPS定时器。
  21. 根据权利要求16至20中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元更具体用于:
    满足第二条件时,确定启动或重新启动所述SPS定时器,所述第二条件为所述终端设备获取所述第一PDCCH后用于判断是否启动所述SPS定时器的准则。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元更具体用于:
    确定配置有SPS资源时,启动或重新启动所述SPS定时器。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元更具体用于:
    配置有SPS资源且所述终端设备的所述SPS资源被激活时,启动或重新启动所述SPS定时器。
  24. 根据权利要求16所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述收发单元还用于:
    确定是否停止或启动所述SPS定时器之前,接收所述网络设备发送的配置信息,所述配置信息用于所述终端设备获取所述第一PDCCH后确定是否停止或启动所述SPS定时器;
    其中,所述处理单元更具体用于:
    根据所述配置信息,确定是否停止或启动所述SPS定时器。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述收发单元具体用于:
    接收所述网络设备发送的无线资源控制RRC信令,所述RRC信令包括所述配置信息。
  26. 根据权利要求16至25中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述收发单元还用于:
    所述处理单元确定是否停止或启动所述SPS定时器之前,在SPS资源上向网络设备发送新数据,或者在使用SPS无线网络临时标识加扰的第二 PDCCH调度的资源上向网络设备发送重传数据;
    所述处理单元还用于启动所述SPS定时器。
  27. 一种网络设备,其特征在于,包括:
    收发单元,用于向所述终端设备发送使用小区无线网络临时标识C-RNTI加扰的第一物理下行链路控制信道PDCCH。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述收发单元还用于:
    向所述终端设备发送使用小区无线网络临时标识C-RNTI加扰的第一物理下行链路控制信道PDCCH之前,向所述终端设备发送配置信息,所述配置信息用于所述终端设备获取所述第一PDCCH指示的资源后确定是否停止或启动所述终端设备的半静态调度SPS定时器。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述收发单元具体用于:
    向所述终端设备发送无线资源控制RRC信令,所述RRC信令包括所述配置信息。
  30. 根据权利要求27至29中任一项所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述收发单元还用于:
    向所述终端设备发送使用小区无线网络临时标识C-RNTI加扰的第一物理下行链路控制信道PDCCH之前,在半静态调度SPS资源上接收网络设备发送的新数据,或者在使用SPS无线网络临时标识加扰的第一PDCCH调度的资源上,接收所述终端设备发送的重传数据。
