Description

一种装饰涂料及其喷涂方法 技术领域
本发明涉及建筑,家装,厨电,家具,汽车,各工业产品加工领域,具体涉及一种装饰涂料及其喷涂方法。
背景技术
装饰板尤其是金属装饰板,既具备特有的光泽和强度,又具有很强的耐腐蚀性能。因此,装饰板从20世纪70年代问世以来,在建材、化工、汽车、电子工业以及工艺美术等领域得到了广泛的应用。
目前为了给金属装饰板上色,尤其是使用传统油漆上色,需要经过一定的预处理,包括以下步骤:脱脂、化学清洗、洗白、水洗、风干以及烘烤,其中,洗白工艺多采用高浓度(约40%-60%)硝酸,危险系数较高,对人体和环境危害大,且洗白后的基材多为灰白色并常伴有消光不良;在洗白后常常会因其钝化层被破坏而耐蚀性下降,且用手触摸很容易在基材的表面留下痕迹。
中国发明专利CN104742435A公开了一种“防滑耐酸防腐蚀不锈钢板”,包括不锈钢板本体,不锈钢板本体上设置有复数个相互交错的防滑条纹,不锈钢板本体上表面具有酸洗层,酸洗层外涂覆有氟碳漆防腐层,防腐层表面包覆有PVC(聚氯乙烯)保护膜,不锈钢板本体下表面设置有抛光层。该不锈钢板能够起到良好的耐酸防腐蚀以及防滑效果,并且对不锈钢管内表面进行抛光处理,用于工业建筑时效果更好。但这种不锈钢板只有银白色,颜色比较单一,不能够满足现代人追求的多元化颜色的追求,降低了整体品质跟现代感,而且,对环境的破坏比较严重。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有的装饰板尤其是金属装饰板不易上色,颜色比较单一,不能够满足现代人追求的多元化颜色的追求,降低了整体品质跟现代感的,而且对环境的破坏比较严重的问题,。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是提供了一种装饰涂料,所述装饰涂料包括以下重量份数的原料:水11~21份,丙烯酸树脂60~70份,消泡剂1~2份,增稠剂1~2份,甘油3~4份,色浆1~5份,胺水1~2份。
在上述方案中,还包括:乙二醇丁醚1~2份,丙二醇或丙二醇***或两者的混合物2~3份,乙醇胺0.05~0.2份。
在上述方案中,还包括:二丙二醇甲醚3~5份,二甲基乙醇胺0.05~0.2份。
在上述方案中,水11份,丙烯酸树脂70份,乙二醇丁醚2份,丙二醇或丙二醇***或两者的混合物2.9份,乙醇胺0.1份,消泡剂2份,增稠剂2份,甘油3份,色浆5份,胺水2份。
在上述方案中,水21份,丙烯酸树脂60份,乙二醇丁醚1.98份,丙二醇或丙二醇***或两者的混合物3份,乙醇胺0.18份,消泡剂1份,增稠剂1.98份,甘油3.9份,色浆4.98份,胺水1.98份。

本发明还公开了一种装饰涂料的喷涂方法,采用上述的装饰涂料,对对装饰板表面进行均匀的喷涂处理,并放置在烤箱或烘道进行烘烤,最后进行保温。
在上述方案中,当所述装饰板为金属制品时,喷涂时间为5分钟,烘烤温度为150~200℃,常温固化60分钟。
在上述方案中,当所述装饰板为包括木料或者塑料在内的材料时,喷涂时间为5分钟,烘烤温度为50~60℃,常温固化120分钟。

当装饰板为包括木料或者塑料在内的材料时,该装饰涂料还包括以下重量份数的原料:二丙二醇甲醚3~5份,二甲基乙醇胺0.05~0.2份。

水18.05份,丙烯酸树脂68份,二丙二醇甲醚3份,二甲基乙醇胺0.05份,消泡剂1份,增稠剂1.9份,甘油3份,色浆4份,胺水1份。
实施例八
当装饰板为包括木料或者塑料在内的材料时,该装饰涂料包括以下重量份数的原料:
水19份,丙烯酸树脂67份,二丙二醇甲醚4.8份,二甲基乙醇胺0.16份,消泡剂1.8份,增稠剂1份,甘油3.34份,色浆1份,胺水1.9份。
其中实施例一和实施例五为较为理想的最佳实施例,各组分的配比较为均衡,也可根据需要对比例进行调整。
本发明还提供了一种装饰涂料的喷涂方法,采用上述的装饰涂料,对 钢铁,不锈钢,铜,铝合金,锌合金,木料,塑料等装饰板表面进行均匀的喷涂处理,并放置在防爆烤箱或烘道进行烘烤,最后进行保温。
当装饰板为钢铁,不锈钢,铜,铝合金,锌合金等金属制品时,喷涂时间为5分钟,烘烤温度为150~200℃,常温固化60分钟。具体的,钢铁、不锈钢和铜的烘烤温度为200℃,铝合金的烘烤温度为150-160℃,锌合金的烘烤温度为150-160℃。
当所述装饰板为包括木料或者塑料在内的材料时,喷涂时间为5分钟,烘烤温度为50~60℃,常温固化120分钟。本发明,与较传统的装饰涂料相比,在对装饰板进行喷涂处理时,不同材质的装饰板采用不同组分的装饰涂料,而且不同材质的装饰板的喷涂时间和固化温度也不相同,本发明在提高装饰板的耐磨、耐酸碱性能的同时,使装饰板具有耐油、耐水、耐盐雾、耐酸、耐碱、耐冲击、耐摩擦以及防火等特点,能够满足现代人的多元化颜色的追求,提高家装,厨电,家具,汽车,各工业产品的整体品质跟现代感,而且减轻了对环境的破坏,更加环保。
