一种汽车配件打磨装置 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车生产设备领域,本发明涉及一种汽车配件打磨装置。
背景技术
汽车配件的种类繁多,现如今汽车的品牌越来越多,汽车的类型也越来越多。汽车可以分为乘用车与商用车两种,其中乘用车指的是车辆座位少于九坐(含驾驶员位),以载客为主要目的的车辆。具体来说,乘用车又分为基本乘用车即轿车,MPV车型,SUV车型以及其他车型比如皮卡等。商用车指车辆座位大于九座(含驾驶员位)或者以载货为主要目的的车辆。具体又分为:客车、载货车、半挂车、客车非完整车、载货非完整车。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对汽车的消费也越来越多,汽车配件的这个市场变得也越来越大。近些年来汽车配件制造厂也在飞速的发展。
目前我国在汽车配件进行打磨时,只能够一次对一个配件进行打磨,在现代化加工行业,工作效率较为低下,同时在打磨时产生大量的粉尘,工人工作环境较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种汽车配件打磨装置。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种汽车配件打磨装置,包括底部支腿、伺服变频电机、电机固定杆、电机轴承、打磨室、打磨盘本体、驱动主轴,所述底部支腿上方设置有所述伺服变频电机,所述伺服变频电机上方设置有所述电机固定杆,所述电机固定杆上方设置有所述电机轴承,所述电机轴承上方安装有装置主支撑台,所述装置主支撑台上方安装有所述打磨室,所述打磨室上方安装有所述打磨盘本体,所述 打磨盘本体上方安装有所述驱动主轴,所述驱动主轴下方安装有配件固定器,所述配件固定器下方安装有粉尘吸收室,所述粉尘吸收室下方安装有高度调节器,所述高度调节器下方安装有操作控制箱,所述打磨室上方安装有打磨室把手方安装有打磨室把手。
本实施例中,所述配件固定器包含定向滑轨、固定器主体、轴承、交叉穿槽、限制凸台、定位插板、防滑凹槽,所述定向滑轨下方安装有所述固定器主体,所述固定器主体下方安装有所述轴承,所述轴承下方安装有所述交叉穿槽,所述交叉穿槽一侧安装有所述限制凸台,所述限制凸台一侧安装有所述定位插板,所述定位插板一侧安装有所述防滑凹槽。
本实施例中,所述粉尘吸收室包含粉尘进入管、小型抽风机、风速调节器、粉尘盛放箱、粉尘流出管,所述粉尘进入管下方安装有小型抽风机,所述小型抽风机下方安装有所述风速调节器,所述风速调节器下方安装有所述粉尘盛放箱,所述粉尘盛放箱下方安装有所述粉尘流出管。
本实施例中,所述底部支腿与所述伺服变频电机连接,所述电机固定杆与所述电机轴承连接。
本实施例中,所述装置主支撑台与所述打磨室连接,所述打磨盘本体与所述驱动主轴连接。
本实施例中,所述配件固定器与所述粉尘吸收室连接,所述高度调节器与所打磨盘本体连接。
本实施例中,所述打磨室由有机玻璃材料压制而成,表面进行抛光处理,厚度为1cm。
