优选地,所述连接板51为软胶材质,如图2和图3所示,所述导孔511为由多个连通的圆孔形成长条状结构或者其它曲线结构,所述圆孔连接处的宽度均小于圆孔直径和凸杆直径,使用时通过推拉骨传导耳机4使凸杆通过圆孔连接处而进入不同的圆孔内以调节骨传导耳机4伸出连接槽的长短,圆孔处能够固定住骨传导耳机4,使骨传导耳机4的位置不会因较小的力而发生移动。
优选地,如图2和图3所示,所述导孔511为两个,且相互平行,与所述导孔511配合的凸杆也为两根,用于进一步固定骨传导耳机4。
优选地,所述导孔511的每个圆孔向偏离长条状结构的方向延伸出若干个连通的圆孔,所述圆孔连接处的宽度均小于圆孔直径和凸杆直径,使得骨传导耳机4可以向不同方向灵活地调节以贴合脸颊的不同部位。
优选地,所述镜腿3内还设置有用于与智能设备进行通信的无线通信单元,所述无线通信单元为具有WIFI通信功能和/或蓝牙功能的无线通信模块,从而使用户在接打电话或听音乐时,不需要再通过连接随身携带的手机或音频设备的耳机线,从而方便了用户的使用。
优选地,如图1和图2所示,所述镜腿3的上方还设置有开关31、音量加键32和音量减键33,所述开关31用于打开或关闭骨传导耳机4,所述音量加键32和音量减键33用于调节骨传导耳机4的音量大小。
优选地,所述骨传导耳机4包括骨传导振子及其骨传导振子固定结构41,用于根据音频信号产生机械振动,并将所述机械振动通过头骨传到内耳使用户听到声音。
优选地,如图4所示,所述骨传导振子固定结构41包括相互粘接在一起的前盖411和后盖412;
所述后盖412包括向着前盖411方向开口的后盖筒体4121,设置在所述后盖筒体4121的筒壁上与所述后盖筒体4121的筒壁垂直的连接部4122以及位于连接部4122外侧与所述连接部4122的底部端面平齐的外沿部4123,所述外沿部4123用于与前盖411粘接;
所述后盖筒体4121的筒壁包含外径相同的靠近后盖筒体4121的开口方向的薄壁部和远离后盖筒体4121的开口方向的厚壁部,所述薄壁部的内径比厚壁部的内径大;
所述前盖411包括向着后盖412方向开口的与后盖筒体4121的厚壁部内径相同的前盖内筒体4111,位于前盖内筒体4111外侧的前盖外筒体4112,前盖外筒体4112具有与外沿部4123粘接的外缘;
骨传导振子粘结在所述前盖内筒体4112和后盖筒体4121之间,前盖内筒体4112的筒壁伸入到后盖筒体4121内并与后盖筒体4121的薄壁部相互粘接,所述前盖内筒体4112伸入后盖筒体4121内的长度小于后盖筒体4121的薄壁部的高度。
优选地,所述连接板51通过外沿部4123和前盖外筒体4113的外缘固定于骨传导耳机上。
优选地,所述骨传导振子固定结构41为采用软胶材质制成的封闭结构,软胶材质的维氏硬度为35-65,优选软胶材质为硅胶,也可以为橡胶、矽胶或TPU,进一步提高了骨传导振子安装的稳固性,能够防水防尘,且佩戴舒适。
优选地,所述前盖内筒体4112底壁的厚度为0.2-0.3mm,优选为0.2mm、0.25mm、0.3mm,该厚度既可以保证骨传导振子的振动能够有效传到耳神经,减少声音的低频损失,又可以保证骨传导耳机4与接触脸颊的舒适性。
优选地,所述连接部4122的高度a为0.4-0.6mm,优选为0.4mm、0.5mm、0.6mm;所述连接部4122的径向宽度b为2.7-3.1mm,优选为2.7mm、2.9mm、3.1mm。
优选地,所述后盖筒体4121的高度e为5.5-6mm,优选为5.5mm、5.7mm、6mm。
优选地,所述后盖筒体4121的厚壁部的高度d为2.3-2.7mm,优选为2.3mm、2.5mm、2.7mm。
优选地,所述后盖筒体4122的底壁的直径g为14.2-15mm,优选为14.2mm、14.6mm、15mm。
优选地,所述连接部4122和外沿部4123的底部端面与后盖筒体4122底壁的底部端面之间的距离为f为1.6-2mm,优选为1.6mm、1.8mm、2mm。
优选地,所述外沿部4123的高度c为1.3-1.7mm,优选为1.3mm、1.5mm、1.7mm。
优选地,所述骨传导振子固定结构41与振子过盈配合,过盈量为0.03-0.05mm,以使骨传导振子牢固安装于骨传导振子固定结构41中。
本实施例的骨传导振子稳固地粘接于骨传导振子固定结构41的前盖内筒体4111和后盖筒体4121之间,整体的骨传导振子固定结构41使得骨传导耳机4在100HZ-250HZ低频段、450HZ-4KHZ段以及5KHZ-13KHZ的高频段整体音效好,另外,通过骨传导振子固定结构41的前盖内筒体4111、后盖筒体4121、连接部4122和外沿部4123形成的空腔避免了骨传导振子的震动产生的能量传递到相邻的固态物体上,使声音外漏。
在本实施例中,所述带有骨传导耳机的太阳眼镜不仅不会影响太阳眼镜本身 的基本功能,而且可以通过骨传导耳机灵活地接打电话和收听音乐等,无需遮盖耳朵就能使用户听到耳机的声音,还能使用户直接听清外部声音,不仅能够帮助那些耳聋、耳背的用户清晰地听到声音,还能保证开车或户外运动时的安全性,更重要的是,该骨传导耳机的音效好,佩戴舒适。
以上述依据本申请的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关工作人员完全可以在不偏离本项申请技术思想的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项申请的技术性范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带有骨传导耳机的太阳眼镜,包括左、右两个镜片(1),固定两个镜片(1)的镜片夹(2),活动安装于镜片夹(2)左、右两端的左、右两个镜腿(3)以及连接于镜腿(3)上的骨传导耳机(4),其特征在于,所述骨传导耳机(4)包括骨传导振子和骨传导振子固定结构(41),所述骨传导振子固定结构(41)包括相互粘接在一起的前盖(411)和后盖(412);
    所述后盖(412)包括向着前盖(411)方向开口的后盖筒体(4121),设置在所述后盖筒体(4121)的筒壁上与所述后盖筒体(4121)的筒壁垂直的连接部(4122)以及位于连接部(4122)外侧与所述连接部(4122)的底部端面平齐的外沿部(4123),所述外沿部(4123)用于与前盖(411)粘接;
    所述后盖筒体(4121)的筒壁包含外径相同的靠近后盖筒体(4121)的开口方向的薄壁部和远离后盖筒体(4121)的开口方向的厚壁部,所述薄壁部的内径比厚壁部的内径大;
    所述前盖(411)包括向着后盖(412)方向开口的与后盖筒体(4121)的厚壁部内径相同的前盖内筒体(4111),位于前盖内筒体(4111)外侧的前盖外筒体(4112),前盖外筒体(4112)具有与外沿部(4123)粘接的外缘;
    骨传导振子粘结在所述前盖内筒体(4112)和后盖筒体(4121)之间,前盖内筒体(4112)的筒壁伸入到后盖筒体(4121)内并与后盖筒体(4121)的薄壁部相互粘接,所述前盖内筒体(4112)伸入后盖筒体(4121)内的长度小于后盖筒体(4121)的薄壁部的高度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带有骨传导耳机的太阳眼镜,其特征在于,所述骨传导振子固定结构(41)为软胶材质,所述骨传导振子固定结构(41)与骨传导振子过盈配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带有骨传导耳机的太阳眼镜,其特征在于,所述前盖内筒体(4111)底壁的厚度为0.2-0.3mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的带有骨传导耳机和心率测量装置的太阳眼镜,其特征在于,所述连接部(4122)的高度a为0.4-0.6mm,径向宽度b为2.7-3.1mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的带有骨传导耳机和心率测量装置的太阳眼镜,其特征在于,所述后盖筒体(4121)的高度e为5.5-6mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的带有骨传导耳机和心率测量装置的太阳眼镜,其特征在于,所述后盖筒体(4121)的厚壁部的高度d为2.3-2.7mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的带有骨传导耳机和心率测量装置的太阳眼镜,其特征在于,所述后盖筒体(4122)的底壁的直径g为14.2-15mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的带有骨传导耳机和心率测量装置的太阳眼镜,其特征在于,所述连接部(4122)和外沿部(4123)的底部端面与后盖筒体(4122)底壁的底部端面之间的距离为f为1.6-2mm。
  9. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的带有骨传导耳机和心率测量装置的太阳眼镜,其特征在于,所述外沿部(4123)的高度c为1.3-1.7mm。
  10. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的带有骨传导耳机的太阳眼镜,其特征在于,所述镜腿(3)内还设置有用于与智能设备进行通信的无线通信单元;所述镜腿(3)的上方还设置有开关(31)、音量加键(32)和音量减键(33),所述开关(31)用于打开或关闭骨传导耳机(4),所述音量加键(32)和音量减键(33)用于调节骨传导耳机(4)的音量大小。
