La présente invention comprend : un boîtier disposé sur une dent artificielle et ayant un passage formé sur une surface circonférentielle externe de celui-ci; une partie de fixation située dans le passage et mobile dans et hors du boîtier, la partie de fixation étant en contact étroit avec une structure externe formée à l'extérieur du boîtier pour fixer le boîtier à la structure externe lorsqu'elle est positionnée à l'extérieur du boîtier, et la partie de fixation est séparée de la structure externe pour libérer la force de fixation du boîtier lorsqu'elle est positionnée à l'intérieur du boîtier; et une partie d'actionnement installée dans le boîtier et pour presser ou libérer la partie de fixation au moyen d'une rotation pour permettre à la partie de fixation de se déplacer dans et hors du boîtier.
