目前市场上的洗衣机排水泵安装一般用螺钉固定,装配连接虽然比较可靠,但安装及售后维修拆卸极不方便,并且,洗衣机大多处于潮湿的使用环境中,尤其商用洗衣机放置的公用洗衣房内环境更恶劣,若采用螺钉安装固定方式,则可能因为螺钉的锈蚀导致排水泵脱落或水汽从螺钉孔渗入落在电器元件上,存在一定的安全隐患。
此外,市场上对大容量洗衣机需求越来越大,但是大容量的洗衣机由于洗涤脱水时振动比较大,采用传统的螺钉固定排水泵装置会使得排水泵的减震效果非常差,长期使用会造成排水泵性能下降。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种排水泵安装结构,其中排水泵和箱体采用具有减震作用的安装座相连,并且不采用螺钉安装,在保证排水泵与箱体的安装强度的前提下,改善了排水泵的减震效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明具体采用如下技术方案:

本发明的进一步方案为:所述安装座1包括减震垫11,减震垫11上设有供支架2插接的第一固定部;所述第二固定部包括设于减震垫11一端沿垂直方向延伸的卡柱,令安装座1经卡柱与排水泵支架2相卡接固定。
上述方案中,现有技术中在实现卡接结构时,常使用两端带有沟槽的卡柱实现分别与上下结构的卡接,在具有一定重量和机械振动洗衣机排水泵4上应用该类结构时,即使在排水泵4和洗衣机箱体间设置多个卡柱,也只能起到基本的连接作用,是因为卡柱截面积不大,使得排水泵4和洗衣机底座相连接的接触面积有限,无法起到稳固连接的作用。本发明提供的安装座1结构在垂直设置的卡柱中部设有向水平方向延伸的减震垫11,增大了排水泵4和洗衣机底座的连接接触面积,同时减震垫11设置有供支架2插接的结构,使得支架2同时通过两种安装方式与安装座1相连,提高了安装稳定性。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述减震垫11的一端设有与排水泵支架2相配合的插套111;优选的,所述减震垫11沿水平方向向洗衣机后侧延伸设置。

本发明的进一步方案为:所述减震垫11上与插套111相对的另一端设有向上延伸的第一卡柱12,所述第一卡柱12靠近顶端的径向面积小于其余部分的径向面积形成上卡槽(121),令第一卡柱12经上卡槽(121)与排水泵支架2的一侧相卡接配合。
上述方案中,除了与支架2相套装的插套111外,安装座1还设有向上延伸的卡柱结构,实现卡柱与支架2相互卡接,使得支架2与安装座1通过插套111和上卡槽121两个结构实现稳固的连接。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述减震垫11上与插套111相对的另一端设有向 下延伸的第二卡柱13,所述第二卡柱13底端设有沿水平方向延伸的卡头132,卡头132的延伸方向与插口112朝向同向设置,令卡头132与减震垫11下表面形成与洗衣机底座相配合的下卡槽131;优选的,卡头132向洗衣机前侧延伸。
上述方案中,向下延伸的第二卡柱13底端设有向单一方向延伸的卡头132,使得下卡槽131采用了不同于上卡槽121的结构,所述单一延伸方向与洗衣机底座的卡孔结构相对应,使得第二卡柱13与洗衣机底座的卡孔仅在一个水平方向上具有装卸自由度,提高了安装强度。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述排水泵支架2包括沿水平方向单侧开口212的卡接部21,以及沿水平方向凸出的凸起部22,所述凸起部22的凸出方向与卡接部21的开口212方向相对设置,令支架2相对的两侧分别与水平固定部和垂直固定部相连接。
上述方案中,所述排水泵4具有多个支架2,每个支架2的底端设置卡接部21和凸起部22,每个卡接部21的开口方向均相同设置;安装时,先将支架2的凸起部22伸入插套111的插口112,再将第一卡柱12的上卡槽121卡入卡接部21,使用双连接结构令安装座1与支架2卡接稳固。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述卡接部21为单侧开口212的片状结构,自开口212处向内凹陷形成与第一卡柱12的上卡槽121相配合的第一卡孔211,所述第一卡孔211直径大于开口212宽度设置;优选的,所述开口212宽度略小于第一卡柱12在上卡槽121处的直径。
上述方案中,第一卡柱12在靠近顶端的一段高度上具有较小的径向截面积,形成的上卡槽121与卡接部21的第一卡孔211相对应,卡接部21的开口212与第一卡柱12对应上卡槽121的部分过盈配合,令上卡槽121卡入第一卡孔211实现稳固连接。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述凸起部22沿卡接部21一侧的边缘向外凸出设置,凸起部22经插口112伸入减震垫11上的插套111,令支架2与安装座1相固定连接。
上述方案中,由于卡接部21的一侧设有开口212,因此不在开口侧设置具有连接作用的凸起部22,将凸起部22设在卡接部21其他未设开口的侧边上,提高了凸起部22与插套111连接的稳定性。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述支架2自上而下设有卡接部21和凸起部22,卡接部21和凸起部22之间在垂直方向上还设有与第一卡柱12相抵的限位部23,令相卡接的支架2与安装座1紧密相连。
上述方案中,所述限位部23与第一卡柱12相抵部分的形状相互配合设置。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述缓冲垫11和插套111可以是软质结构,令嵌入插套111的支架2与安装座1间有一定的活动余量,便于将第一卡柱12与卡接部21相卡接。所述安装座1可以采用强度足够的非金属结构,进一步避免了锈蚀。
本发明还提供了一种洗衣机,包括箱体,所述箱体底面3设有至少三个第二卡孔31供连接有安装座1的排水泵安装,所述第二卡孔31沿第二卡柱13的卡头132延伸方向面积缩小,下卡槽131卡入第二卡孔31面积较小的一端,令与排水泵支架2相连的安装座1与箱体底面3相卡接,同时减震垫11覆盖第二卡孔31设置。
上述方案中,将安装座1与支架2相互卡接后,再经第二卡柱13将连接有排水泵4的安装座1通过第二卡孔31与箱体底面3相连,安装座1仅在一个水平方向上具有装卸自由度,提高了安装强度,但是由于采用卡接结构,会导致卡接后的第二卡孔31在面积较大的一端露出孔洞部分,设置减震垫11的延伸方向,使得减震垫11覆盖安装座1与箱体底面3卡接后露出的孔洞,防止地面水汽进入箱体内。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明提供了分别与排水泵支架和箱体底面相卡接的安装座结构,避免使用现有技术中常采用的螺钉连接,避免了螺钉锈蚀带来的安装不牢固等问题;
2.本发明提供的连接安装座设有减震垫,可以提高使用中的排水泵的减震效果;
3.本发明提供的安装座除了与支架相卡接外,还设有与支架相插接的插套,令安装更加稳固;
4.本发明提供的插套结构还可以保护支架,避免受潮腐蚀;
5.本发明的提供的减震垫覆盖箱体底面的第二卡孔设置,进一步避免地面的水汽进入箱体内。

具体实施方式
为使本发明解决的技术问题、采用的技术方案和达到的技术效果更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明的实施方式作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例中,如图1所示,提供一种排水泵安装结构,包括排水泵,箱体和连接排水泵与箱体的安装座1,所述安装座1设有沿箱体底面3水平方向延伸的减震垫11,所述减震垫11的一端沿垂直于箱体底面3的方向分别向上和向下延伸设有两个卡柱,令安装座1先后与排水泵底部的支架2和箱体底面3相卡接。
本实施例中,现有技术中在实现卡接结构时,常使用两端带有沟槽的卡柱实现分别与上下结构的卡接,在具有一定重量和机械振动洗衣机排水泵4上应用该类结构时,即使在排水泵4和洗衣机箱体间设置多个卡柱,也只能起到基本的连接作用,是因为卡柱截面积不大,使得排水泵4和箱体底面相连接的接触面积有限,无法起到稳固连接的作用。本实施例中,如图5和图6所示,提供的安装座1结构在垂直设置的卡柱中部设有向水平方向延伸的减震垫11,增大了排水泵4和箱体底面3的连接接触面积,提高了安装稳定性。
本实施例中,所述减震垫11沿水平方向向除箱体前侧的任一方向延伸设置,减震垫11的延伸端设有与排水泵4支架2相配合的插套111;优选的,如图3所述,所述减震垫11沿水平方向向箱体后侧延伸设置。
本实施例中,排水泵4安装在箱体内部底面上,地面的水分蒸发会令箱体底面3变得潮湿,或者洗衣机内部水路***飞溅的水分也会滴落在箱体底面3上,造成排水泵4与箱体底面3的连接变得锈蚀,从而影响安装的稳定。本发明提供的减震垫11设有可单侧开插口112的插套111,用于与排水泵4的金属制支架2相连,在实现排水泵4与安装座1稳固连接的同时,将金属支架置于插套111中,防止金属直接暴露于较为潮湿的箱体底面3上,提高了安全系数。
本实施例中,如图7所示,所述插套111设于减震垫11延伸端的上表面,在朝向安装座1卡槽的一端设有水平方向的一个插口112,令***插口112的排水泵4的支架2与安装座1相固定。
本实施例中,所述插套111与减震垫11一体成型,使得插口112方向固定地设置在减震垫11上。
本实施例中,如图7所示,与减震垫11延伸端相对的另一端设有向上延伸的第一卡柱12,所述第一卡柱12靠近顶端的径向面积小于其余部分的径向面积,令第一卡柱12表面形成与排水泵4支架2相配合的上卡槽121。
本实施例中,除了与支架2相套装的插套111外,安装座1还设有向上延伸的卡柱结构,实现卡柱与支架2相互卡接,使得支架2与安装座1通过插套111和上卡槽121两个结构实现稳固的连接。
本实施例中,如图7所示,与减震垫11延伸端相对的另一端设有向下延伸的第二卡柱13,所述第二卡柱13底端设有沿水平方向延伸的卡头132,卡头132的延伸方向与减震垫11的延伸方向相反设置,令卡头132与减震垫11下表面形成与箱体底面3相配合的下卡槽131;优选的,如图4~6所示,卡头132向箱体前侧延伸。
本实施例中,向下延伸的第二卡柱13底端设有向单一方向延伸的卡头132,使得下卡槽131采用了不同于上卡槽121的结构,所述单一延伸方向与箱体底面3的卡孔结构相对应,使得第二卡柱13与箱体底面3的卡孔仅在一个水平方向上具有装卸自由度,提高了安装强度。
本实施例中,如图2和图8所示,所述排水泵4支架2包括自上而下设置的沿水平方向单侧开口212的卡接部21,以及沿水平方向凸出的凸起部22,所述凸起部22沿卡接部21一侧的边缘向外凸出设置。
本实施例中,如图2所示,所述排水泵4具有多个支架2,每个支架2的底端设置卡接部21和凸起部22,每个卡接部21的开口方向均相同设置;安装时,先将支架2的凸起部22伸入插套111的插口112,再将第一卡柱12的上卡槽121卡入卡接部21,使用双连接结构令安装座1与支架2卡接稳固。
本实施例中,如图8所示,所述卡接部21为单侧开口212的片状结构,自开口212处向内凹陷形成与第一卡柱12的上卡槽121相配合的第一卡孔211,所述第一卡孔211直径大于开口212宽度设置;优选的,所述开口212宽度略小于第一卡柱12在上卡槽121处的直径。
本实施例中,第一卡柱12在靠近顶端的一段高度上具有较小的径向截面积,形成的上卡槽121与卡接部21的第一卡孔211相对应,卡接部21的开口212与第一卡柱12对应上卡槽121的部分过盈配合,令上卡槽121卡入第一卡孔211实现稳固连接。
本实施例中,如图8所示,所述凸起部22的凸出方向与卡接部21的开口212方向相反设置,凸起部22经插口112伸入减震垫11上的插套111,令支架2与安装座1相固定连接。
本实施例中,由于卡接部21的一侧设有开口212,因此不在开口侧设置具有连接作用的凸起部22,将凸起部设在卡接部21其他未设开口的侧边上,提高了凸起部22与插套111连接的稳定性。
本实施例中,如图8所示,所述卡接部21与凸起部22之间在垂直方向上还设有与第一卡柱12相抵的限位部23,令相卡接的支架2与安装座1紧密相连。所述限位部23与第一卡柱12相抵部分的形状相互配合设置。
本实施例中,所述缓冲垫11和插套111是软质结构,令嵌入插套111的支架2与安装座1间有一定的活动余量,便于将第一卡柱12与卡接部21相卡接。所述安装座1可以采用强度足够的非金属结构,进一步避免了锈蚀。
本实施例还提供了一种洗衣机,如图4所示,包括箱体,所述洗衣机箱体底面3设有与垂直固定部对应的第二卡孔31,所述第二卡孔31沿第二卡柱13的 卡头132延伸方向面积缩小,下卡槽131卡入第二卡孔31面积较小的一端,令与排水泵支架2相连的安装座1与箱体底面3相卡接,同时减震垫11覆盖第二卡孔31设置。
本实施例中,将安装座1与支架2相互卡接后,再经第二卡柱13将连接有排水泵4的安装座1通过第二卡孔31与箱体底面3相连,安装座1仅在一个水平方向上具有装卸自由度,提高了安装强度,但是由于采用卡接结构,会导致卡接后的第二卡孔31在面积较大的一端露出孔洞部分,设置减震垫11的延伸方向,使得减震垫11覆盖安装座1与箱体底面3卡接后露出的孔洞,防止地面水汽进入箱体内。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
本实施例中,与排水泵4其中一个支架2相卡接的安装座1不设有向下延伸的第二卡柱13。
本实施例中的其他实施方式同实施例1。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种排水泵安装结构,包括设有支架(2)的排水泵,以及与排水泵支架(2)相连的安装座(1),其特征在于,所述安装座(1)包括与排水泵支架(2)分别相连的第一固定部和第二固定部,令排水泵在垂直和水平方向上均固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的排水泵安装结构,其特征在于,所述安装座(1)包括减震垫(11),减震垫(11)上设有供支架(2)插接的第一固定部;所述第二固定部包括设于减震垫(11)一端沿垂直方向延伸的卡柱,令安装座(1)经卡柱与排水泵支架(2)相卡接固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的排水泵安装结构,其特征在于,所述减震垫(11)一端设有与排水泵支架(2)相配合的插套(111);优选的,所述减震垫(11)沿水平方向向洗衣机后侧延伸设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任意一项所述的排水泵安装结构,其特征在于,所述插套(111)设于减震垫(11)的上表面,至少在朝向安装座(1)卡柱的一端设有水平方向的插口(112),排水泵的支架(2)的一侧***插口(112),令支架(2)与安装座(1)相插接固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的排水泵安装结构,其特征在于,所述减震垫(11)上与插套(111)相对的另一端设有向上延伸的第一卡柱(12),所述第一卡柱(12)靠近顶端的径向面积小于其余部分的径向面积形成上卡槽(121),令第一卡柱(12)经上卡槽(121)与排水泵支架(2)的一侧相卡接配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的排水泵安装结构,其特征在于,所述减震垫(11)上与插套(111)相对的另一端设有向下延伸的第二卡柱(13),所述第二卡柱(13)底端设有沿水平方向延伸的卡头(132),卡头(132)的延伸方向与插口(112)朝向同向设置,令卡头(132)与减震垫(11)下表面形成与洗衣机底座相配合的下卡槽(131);优选的,卡头(132)向洗衣机前侧延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6任意一项所述的排水泵安装结构,其特征在于,所述支架(2)包括沿水平方向单侧开口(212)的卡接部(21),以及沿水平方向凸出的凸起部(22),所述凸起部(22)的凸出方向与卡接部(21)的开口(212)方向相对设置,令支架(2)相对的两侧分别与水平固定部和垂直固定部相连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1~7任意一项所述的排水泵安装结构,其特征在于,所述卡接 部(21)为单侧开口(212)的片状结构,自开口(212)处向内凹陷形成与第一卡柱(12)的上卡槽(121)相配合的第一卡孔(211),所述第一卡孔(211)直径大于开口(212)宽度设置;优选的,所述开口(212)宽度略小于第一卡柱(12)在上卡槽(121)处的直径。
  9. 根据权利要求1~8任意一项所述的排水泵安装结构,其特征在于,所述凸起部(22)沿卡接部(21)一侧的边缘向外凸出设置,凸起部(22)经插口(112)伸入减震垫(11)上的插套(111),令支架(2)与安装座(1)相固定连接。
  10. 一种应用如权利要求1~9任意一项所述排水泵安装结构的洗衣机,包括箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体底面(3)设有至少三个第二卡孔(31),供连接有安装座(1)的排水泵安装,所述第二卡孔(31)沿第二卡柱(13)的卡头(132)延伸方向面积缩小,下卡槽(131)卡入第二卡孔(31)面积较小的一端,令与排水泵支架(2)相连的安装座(1)与箱体底面(3)相卡接,同时减震垫(11)覆盖第二卡孔(31)设置。
