Description

钛管的切割工装 技术领域
本发明涉及钛管的切割工装。
背景技术
钛管质量轻,强度高,机械性能优越,广泛应用于热交换设备,如列管式换热器、盘管式换热器、蛇形管式换热器、冷凝器、蒸发器和输送管道等。
一些应用场所,需要将单根钛管切割成两段,但钛管切割缺乏专用工装,切割不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种钛管的切割工装,其便于单根钛管的切割。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种钛管的切割工装,包括平置底板,底板顶面设有直条型滑槽;
所述滑槽装配有沿滑槽延伸方向依次设置三个滑座:第一滑座、第二滑座和第三滑座;
所述第一滑座上设有第一支架,第一支架顶端设有用于固定钛管一端的第一管夹;
所述第三滑座上设有第三支架,第三支架顶端设有用于固定钛管另一端的第二管夹;
所述第二滑座上设有第二支架,第二支架顶端设有用于支撑钛管中部的支撑块,支撑块顶面设有避刀槽。
优选的,所述第二支架为升降支架。
优选的,所述第一滑座配有将其与滑槽固定的第一定位机构;第二滑座配有将其与滑槽固定的第二定位机构;第三滑座配有将其与滑槽固定的第三定位机构。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种钛管的切割工装,其便于单根钛管的切割。
调整第一滑座和第三滑座的间距,使第一滑座和第三滑座的间距与钛管的长度匹配;将钛管的一端由第一管夹固定,钛管的另一端由第二管夹固定,调整第二滑座的位置,使支撑块位于钛管中部下方,第二支架为升降支架,可相应调整支撑块的高度,使支撑块顶面贴靠钛管;可由钛管中部上方对钛管进行切割,支撑块可对钛管中部进行支撑,防止切割时下压钛管而使钛管弯曲变形;支撑块顶面设有避刀槽,可避免与切割刀具碰撞。

本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
如图1所示,一种钛管的切割工装,包括平置底板1,底板1顶面设有直条型滑槽;
所述滑槽装配有沿滑槽延伸方向依次设置三个滑座:第一滑座21、第二滑座22和第三滑座23;
所述第一滑座21上设有第一支架31,第一支架31顶端设有用于固定钛管一端的第一管夹41;
所述第三滑座23上设有第三支架33,第三支架33顶端设有用于固定钛管另一端的第二管夹42;
所述第二滑座22上设有第二支架32,第二支架32顶端设有用于支撑钛管中部的支撑块5,支撑块5顶面设有避刀槽51。
所述第二支架32为升降支架。
所述第一滑座21配有将其与滑槽固定的第一定位机构;第二滑座22配有将其与滑槽固定的第二定位机构;第三滑座23配有将其与滑槽固定的第三定位机构。
调整第一滑座21和第三滑座23的间距,使第一滑座21和第三滑座23的间距与钛管6的长度匹配;将钛管的一端由第一管夹41固定,钛管的另一端由第二管夹42固定,调整第二滑座22的位置,使支撑块5位于钛管中部下方,第二支架32为升降支架,可相应调整支撑块5的高度,使支撑块5顶面贴靠钛管;可由钛管中部上方对钛管进行切割,支撑块5可对钛管中部进行支撑,防止切割时下压钛管而使钛管弯曲变形;支撑块5顶面设有避刀槽51,可避免与切割刀具碰撞。

    所述滑槽装配有沿滑槽延伸方向依次设置三个滑座:第一滑座、第二滑座和第三滑座;
    所述第一滑座上设有第一支架,第一支架顶端设有用于固定钛管一端的第一管夹;
    所述第三滑座上设有第三支架,第三支架顶端设有用于固定钛管另一端的第二管夹;
    所述第二滑座上设有第二支架,第二支架顶端设有用于支撑钛管中部的支撑块,支撑块顶面设有避刀槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的钛管的切割工装,其特征在于,所述第二支架为升降支架。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的钛管的切割工装,其特征在于,所述第一滑座配有将其与滑槽固定的第一定位机构;第二滑座配有将其与滑槽固定的第二定位机构;第三滑座配有将其与滑槽固定的第三定位机构。
