本发明公开了一种工厂排水的水质检测装置,包括:通过支架架设在排水沟正上方的存水箱,底端浸入排水沟、顶端与存水箱顶部连接的抽水软管,设于抽水软管上的抽液泵,存水箱底部外接的竖置取样水管,与取样水管底端连接的四通管,与四通管另三端分别连接的水质磷酸盐检测装置、水质亚硝酸盐氮检测装置和水质丙烯腈检测装置,以及设于支架上的水质磷酸盐浓度超标报警器、水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标报警器和水质丙烯腈浓度超标报警器。本发明工厂排水的水质检测装置,其能对排水沟的水进行水质磷酸盐浓度、水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度和水质丙烯腈浓度的取样检测,且只要水质磷酸盐浓度、水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度和水质丙烯腈浓度中任一项超标,都可以报警。

工厂排水的水质检测装置 技术领域
本发明涉及工厂排水的水质检测装置。
背景技术
工厂常通过排水沟排水,排水沟中水的水质需要检测,而现有的水质检测装置不易同时进行水质磷酸盐检测、水质亚硝酸盐氮检测和水质丙烯腈检测。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工厂排水的水质检测装置,其能对排水沟的水进行水质磷酸盐浓度、水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度和水质丙烯腈浓度的取样检测,且只要水质磷酸盐浓度、水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度和水质丙烯腈浓度中任一项超标,都可以报警。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种工厂排水的水质检测装置,包括:
通过支架架设在排水沟正上方的存水箱,
底端浸入排水沟、顶端与存水箱顶部连接的抽水软管,
设于抽水软管上的抽液泵,
存水箱底部外接的竖置取样水管,
与取样水管底端连接的四通管,
与四通管另三端分别连接的水质磷酸盐检测装置、水质亚硝酸盐氮检测装置和水质丙烯腈检测装置,
以及设于支架上的水质磷酸盐浓度超标报警器、水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标报警器和水质丙烯腈浓度超标报警器;
所述水质磷酸盐检测装置,其对输入的液体进行水质磷酸盐检测,当检测到水质磷酸盐浓度超标时向外输出水质磷酸盐浓度超标信号;
所述水质亚硝酸盐氮检测装置,其对输入的液体进行水质亚硝酸盐氮检测,当检测到水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标时向外输出水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标信号;
所述水质丙烯腈检测装置,其对输入的液体进行水质丙烯腈检测,当检测到水质丙烯腈浓度超标时向外输出水质丙烯腈浓度超标信号;
所述水质磷酸盐浓度超标报警器由上述水质磷酸盐浓度超标信号触发报警;
所述水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标报警器由上述水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标信号触发报警;
所述水质丙烯腈浓度超标报警器由上述水质丙烯腈浓度超标信号触发报警。
优选的,所述取样水管上设有电磁阀。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种工厂排水的水质检测装置,其能对排水沟的水进行水质磷酸盐浓度、水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度和水质丙烯腈浓度的取样检测,且只要水质磷酸盐浓度、水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度和水质丙烯腈浓度中任一项超标,都可以报警。
抽水软管可将排水沟中的水抽入存水箱中,打开取样水管的电磁阀,从河道中取样的水可分别流入水质磷酸盐检测装置、水质亚硝酸盐氮检测装置和水质丙烯腈检测装置,水质磷酸盐检测装置检测到水质磷酸盐浓度超标时可触发水质磷酸盐浓度超标报警器报警,水质亚硝酸盐氮检测装置检测到水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标时可触发水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标报警器报警,水质丙烯腈检测装置检测到水质丙烯腈浓度超标时可触发水质丙烯腈浓度超标报警器报警,即只要水质磷酸盐浓度、水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度和水质丙烯腈浓度中任一项超标,都可以报警。

本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种工厂排水的水质检测装置,包括:
通过支架架设在排水沟正上方的存水箱,
底端浸入排水沟、顶端与存水箱顶部连接的抽水软管,
设于抽水软管上的抽液泵,
存水箱底部外接的竖置取样水管,
与取样水管底端连接的四通管,
与四通管另三端分别连接的水质磷酸盐检测装置、水质亚硝酸盐氮检测装置和水质丙烯腈检测装置,
以及设于支架上的水质磷酸盐浓度超标报警器、水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标报警器和水质丙烯腈浓度超标报警器;
所述水质磷酸盐检测装置,其对输入的液体进行水质磷酸盐检测,当检测到水质磷酸盐浓度超标时向外输出水质磷酸盐浓度超标信号;
所述水质亚硝酸盐氮检测装置,其对输入的液体进行水质亚硝酸盐氮检测,当检测到水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标时向外输出水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标信号;
所述水质丙烯腈检测装置,其对输入的液体进行水质丙烯腈检测,当检测到水质丙烯腈浓度 超标时向外输出水质丙烯腈浓度超标信号;
所述水质磷酸盐浓度超标报警器由上述水质磷酸盐浓度超标信号触发报警;
所述水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标报警器由上述水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标信号触发报警;
所述水质丙烯腈浓度超标报警器由上述水质丙烯腈浓度超标信号触发报警。
所述取样水管上设有电磁阀。
抽水软管可将排水沟中的水抽入存水箱中,打开取样水管的电磁阀,从河道中取样的水可分别流入水质磷酸盐检测装置、水质亚硝酸盐氮检测装置和水质丙烯腈检测装置,水质磷酸盐检测装置检测到水质磷酸盐浓度超标时可触发水质磷酸盐浓度超标报警器报警,水质亚硝酸盐氮检测装置检测到水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标时可触发水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标报警器报警,水质丙烯腈检测装置检测到水质丙烯腈浓度超标时可触发水质丙烯腈浓度超标报警器报警,即只要水质磷酸盐浓度、水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度和水质丙烯腈浓度中任一项超标,都可以报警。

    与取样水管底端连接的四通管,
    与四通管另三端分别连接的水质磷酸盐检测装置、水质亚硝酸盐氮检测装置和水质丙烯腈检测装置,
    以及设于支架上的水质磷酸盐浓度超标报警器、水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标报警器和水质丙烯腈浓度超标报警器;
    所述水质磷酸盐检测装置,其对输入的液体进行水质磷酸盐检测,当检测到水质磷酸盐浓度超标时向外输出水质磷酸盐浓度超标信号;
    所述水质亚硝酸盐氮检测装置,其对输入的液体进行水质亚硝酸盐氮检测,当检测到水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标时向外输出水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标信号;
    所述水质丙烯腈检测装置,其对输入的液体进行水质丙烯腈检测,当检测到水质丙烯腈浓度超标时向外输出水质丙烯腈浓度超标信号;
    所述水质磷酸盐浓度超标报警器由上述水质磷酸盐浓度超标信号触发报警;
    所述水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标报警器由上述水质亚硝酸盐氮浓度超标信号触发报警;
    所述水质丙烯腈浓度超标报警器由上述水质丙烯腈浓度超标信号触发报警。
