本发明涉及搪玻璃搅拌器。
搪玻璃搅拌器是常用的化工设备,搪玻璃搅拌器的搅拌杆和搅拌叶外壁一般覆盖有搪玻璃底釉,搪玻璃底釉的性能直接影响了搪玻璃搅拌器的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种搪玻璃搅拌器,其搅拌杆和搅拌叶的外壁覆盖了特殊的搪玻璃底釉,具有耐腐蚀、耐磨擦、抗氧化的性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种搪玻璃搅拌器,包括搅拌杆和搅拌叶;所述搅拌杆和搅拌叶的外壁分别覆盖有搪玻璃底釉;所述搪玻璃底釉由以下组分组成:三氧化二铝,二氧化硅,羟基乙叉二膦酸,四甲基溴化铵,亚磷酸二正丁酯盐,碱式钼酸钙锌,磷铬酸锌,纳米碳化硅,偶氮二异丁腈,煅烧钙铬榴石,N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,正丁基萘磺酸钠。
优选的,所述搪玻璃底釉按重量份计由以下组分组成:
15份三氧化二铝,
40份二氧化硅,
2~3份羟基乙叉二膦酸,
3~5份四甲基溴化铵,
1~3份亚磷酸二正丁酯盐,
2~3份碱式钼酸钙锌,
1~3份磷铬酸锌,
2~4份纳米碳化硅,
1~2份偶氮二异丁腈,
1~3份煅烧钙铬榴石,
2~4份N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,
4~6份正丁基萘磺酸钠。
优选的,所述搪玻璃底釉按重量份计由以下组分组成:
15份三氧化二铝,
40份二氧化硅,
2.3份羟基乙叉二膦酸,
3.5份四甲基溴化铵,
1.3份亚磷酸二正丁酯盐,

一种搪玻璃搅拌器,包括搅拌杆和搅拌叶;所述搅拌杆和搅拌叶的外壁分别覆盖有搪玻璃底釉;所述搪玻璃底釉由以下组分组成:三氧化二铝,二氧化硅,羟基乙叉二膦酸,四甲基溴化铵,亚磷酸二正丁酯盐,碱式钼酸钙锌,磷铬酸锌,纳米碳化硅,偶氮二异丁腈,煅烧钙铬榴石,N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,正丁基萘磺酸钠。
优选的,所述搪玻璃底釉按重量份计由以下组分组成:
15份三氧化二铝,

- 根据权利要求1所述的搪玻璃搅拌器,其特征在于,所述搪玻璃底釉按重量份计由以下组分组成:15份三氧化二铝,40份二氧化硅,2~3份羟基乙叉二膦酸,3~5份四甲基溴化铵,1~3份亚磷酸二正丁酯盐,2~3份碱式钼酸钙锌,1~3份磷铬酸锌,2~4份纳米碳化硅,1~2份偶氮二异丁腈,1~3份煅烧钙铬榴石,2~4份N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,4~6份正丁基萘磺酸钠。
- 根据权利要求2所述的搪玻璃搅拌器,其特征在于,所述搪玻璃底釉按重量份计由以下组分组成:15份三氧化二铝,40份二氧化硅,2.3份羟基乙叉二膦酸,3.5份四甲基溴化铵,1.3份亚磷酸二正丁酯盐,2.3份碱式钼酸钙锌,1.3份磷铬酸锌,2.4份纳米碳化硅,1.2份偶氮二异丁腈,1.3份煅烧钙铬榴石,2.4份N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,4.6份正丁基萘磺酸钠。
