Description

一种干湿式烟气除尘装置 技术领域
本发明涉及废气处理装置技术领域,特别是涉及一种干湿式烟气除尘装置。
背景技术
随着现代社会的发展,人们的需求越来越大,为满足人们的需求,各种工厂越来越多,电厂以及很多工厂的生产过程中需要使用锅炉,过滤在使用过程中会向大气排放烟气,然而在自然环境严重恶化的今天,烟气净化是一个不可或缺的环节,传统的水吸附式烟气净化装置不能满足现代人们对环境的要求,因此急需一种改进的技术来解决上述技术缺陷。
由于锅炉烟气中含有大量粉尘,因此需经过除尘及其他净化再排入大气,现有的除尘装置,多采用喷淋水的方式除尘,但是由于喷淋方式所限,喷出的雾状水和烟气接触不充分,导致除尘效果较差,并且喷出的水雾无法形成隔断膜,导致部分烟气未和雾状水接触而直接排入大气中,造成环境污染。
为了克服上述缺点,本领域技术人员积极创新研究,以期创设出一种新型的干湿式烟气除尘装置。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供了一种干湿式烟气除尘装置,能够对烟气进行湿式过滤,能充分溶解烟气中的可溶污染物,将烟气净化,而且能够对湿的烟气进行进一步干燥,然后净化烟气中不溶于水的杂质,设计合理。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种干湿式烟气除尘装置,包括水过滤除尘装置箱体和干燥除尘装置箱体,所述干燥除尘装置箱***于所述水过滤除尘装置箱体的右侧,所述水过滤除尘装置箱体与所述干燥除尘装置箱体之间设有引风机;
所述水过滤除尘装置箱体的外表面设有进水口、出水口、第一进烟口和第一排烟口,所述第一进烟口位于所述水过滤除尘装置箱体的下端,所述进 水口和所述出水口分别位于所述第一进烟口的左右两侧,所述第一排烟口位于所述水过滤除尘装置箱体的右上方且通过管路连接所述引风机;
所述水过滤除尘装置箱体内设有水位传感器和第一过滤网,所述水位传感器位于所述第一过滤网的下方,所述第一过滤网位于所述第一排烟口的下方;
所述干燥除尘装置箱体内设有烟气分散器、干燥器、温湿度传感器和第二过滤网,所述烟气分散器位于所述干燥除尘装置箱体的上端且与所述干燥除尘装置箱体可拆卸连接,所述干燥器通过管路与所述引风机连通,所述干燥器的右侧设有所述温湿度传感器,所述温湿度传感器的下方设有所述第二过滤网,所述干燥除尘装置箱体的下端还设有第二排烟口。
进一步地说,所述第一进烟口连接进烟管道,所述进烟管道设有流量调节阀。
进一步地说,所述第一滤网为活性炭过滤网,所述第一滤网的目数为3000-5000,所述第二滤网为银离子除臭过滤网,所述第二滤网的目数为4000-6000。
进一步地说,所述干燥除尘装置箱体的外表面还设有保温层,所述保温层的厚度为2-3cm,所述保温层为塑料海绵保温层或硅胶保温层。
进一步地说,所述水过滤除尘装置箱体为不锈钢水过滤除尘装置箱体,所述干燥除尘装置箱体为不锈钢干燥除尘装置箱体。
进一步地说,所述烟气分散器为叶轮式无动力分散器。
进一步地说所述引风机为离心引风机。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过水过滤除尘装置的进水口进水后,烟气从第一进烟口进入,由流量调节阀控制进烟流量,使得烟气在水中待够足够长的时间,而后经过第一滤网和引风机进入干燥除尘装置箱体,根据温湿度传感器和干燥对烟气进行干燥和加热,烟气分散器使得烟气通过第二滤网后由第二排烟口排除,整个过程既能够对烟气进行湿式过滤,能充分溶解烟气中的可溶污染物,将烟气净化,而且能够对湿的烟气进行进一步干燥,然后净化烟气中不溶于水的杂质, 设计合理,实用性强。

所述水过滤除尘装置箱体的外表面设有进水口13、出水口14、第一进烟口11和第一排烟口12,所述第一进烟口位于所述水过滤除尘装置箱体的下端,所述进水口和所述出水口分别位于所述第一进烟口的左右两侧,所述第一排烟口位于所述水过滤除尘装置箱体的右上方且通过管路连接所述引风机;
所述水过滤除尘装置箱体内设有水位传感器15和第一过滤网16,所述水位传感器位于所述第一过滤网的下方,所述第一过滤网位于所述第一排烟口的下方;

本发明的工作原理和工作过程如下:本发明在使用过程中,通过水过滤除尘装置的进水口进水后,烟气从第一进烟口进入,由流量调节阀控制进烟流量,使得烟气在水中待够足够长的时间,而后经过第一滤网和引风机进入干燥除尘装置箱体,根据温湿度传感器和干燥对烟气进行干燥和加热,烟气分散器使得烟气通过第二滤网后由第二排烟口排除,整个过程既能够对烟气进行湿式过滤,能充分溶解烟气中的可溶污染物,将烟气净化,而且能够对湿的烟气进行进一步干燥,然后净化烟气中不溶于水的杂质,设计合理,实用性强。

  1. 一种干湿式烟气除尘装置,其特征在于:包括水过滤除尘装置箱体(1)和干燥除尘装置箱体(2),所述干燥除尘装置箱***于所述水过滤除尘装置箱体的右侧,所述水过滤除尘装置箱体与所述干燥除尘装置箱体之间设有引风机(3);
    所述水过滤除尘装置箱体的外表面设有进水口(13)、出水口(14)、第一进烟口(11)和第一排烟口(12),所述第一进烟口位于所述水过滤除尘装置箱体的下端,所述进水口和所述出水口分别位于所述第一进烟口的左右两侧,所述第一排烟口位于所述水过滤除尘装置箱体的右上方且通过管路连接所述引风机;
    所述水过滤除尘装置箱体内设有水位传感器(15)和第一过滤网(16),所述水位传感器位于所述第一过滤网的下方,所述第一过滤网位于所述第一排烟口的下方;
    所述干燥除尘装置箱体内设有烟气分散器(22)、干燥器(21)、温湿度传感器(25)和第二过滤网(23),所述烟气分散器位于所述干燥除尘装置箱体的上端且与所述干燥除尘装置箱体可拆卸连接,所述干燥器通过管路与所述引风机连通,所述干燥器的右侧设有所述温湿度传感器,所述温湿度传感器的下方设有所述第二过滤网,所述干燥除尘装置箱体的下端还设有第二排烟口(24)。
