외모에 관심을 두는 인구가 날로 증가되고 있으며, 화장품뿐만 아니라 피부과나 피부관리실 등을 다니면서 정기적으로 피부를 관리하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 다만 피부과나 피부관리실을 이용하기 위해서는 큰 비용이 들기 때문에 소비자의 부담이 커지고 있어, 보다 손쉽게 관리할 수 있도록 셀프 피부 케어 기기가 등장하고 있다.
종래에는 개인이 휴대 가능한 형태의 기기가 보급되지 않았으나, 최근에는 무선 통신의 개발, 부품의 소형화 등이 가능해짐에 따라 휴대형 케어 기기가 많이 상용화 되고 있다.
피부 미용을 위한 기기는 다양한 방식을 통해 구현된다. 피부는 미세한 자극을 받아 세포의 활동 등에 변화를 주게 되어 주름 개선, 미백 등의 피부 개선 효과를 가져올 수 있다. 또한 화장품을 피부에 도포하고 흡수를 보조하여 화장품의 성능을 극대화하는 피부 케어 기기는 피부에 진동을 가하여 피부세포 사이로 화장품이 침투되는 것을 촉진한다. 또한 초음파는 피부를 마사지하여 근육을 풀어주고 탄력을 증가 시키는 기능을 할 수 있다.
단순히 피부에 진동을 주는 것만으로는 화장품의 모든 성분이 잘 흡수되는 것이 아니므로, 화장품의 성분에 따라 흡수효율이 달라지는 문제가 있다.
전기적인 방식으로 전류를 인가하여 화장품의 흡수를 촉진하는 피부 케어 기기는 사용자의 몸에 전류를 흘리기 위해 사용자 본인이 손잡이에 위치하는 전극을 잡아야만 동작이 되기 때문에, 손잡이를 잡는 손의 위치가 제한되며 제3자가 관리를 위해 피부 케어 기기를 이용하기 어려운 문제가 있다.
본 발명은 다양한 성분을 포함하는 화장품의 흡수율을 높일 수 있는 피부 케어 기기를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
상기 또는 다른 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 사용자가 잡는 그립부와 상기 그립부의 단부에 위치하는 헤드부를 포함하는 바디; 상기 헤드부의 단부에 위치하는 복수개의 피부접촉판; 상기 각각의 피부접촉판에 진동을 제공하는 복수개의 진동자; 상기 피부접촉판에 전류를 공급하며 상기 진동자를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 제어부의 +극과 -극은 각각 다른 피부접촉판과 연결되는 피부 케어 기기를 제공한다.
상기 복수개의 진동자는 각각 다른 주파수의 진동을 제공할 수 있다.
상기 피부접촉판은 원형의 제1 피부접촉판 및 상기 제1 피부접촉판의 둘레에 위치하는 링형상의 제2 피부접촉판을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제2 피부접촉판의 배면에 소정거리 이격되어 위치하는 지지판;
상기 지지판과 상기 제2 피부접촉판을 연결하는 연결다리를 더 포함하고, 상기 진동자는, 상기 제1 피부접촉판의 배면에 결합하여 진동을 제공하는 제1 진동자; 및 상기 지지판에 안착되며 상기 제2 피부접촉판에 진동을 제공하는 제2 진동자를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 연결다리는 상기 링형상의 제2 피부접촉판과 복수개의 지점에서 연결되는 기둥형상을 가지며, 상기 연결다리 사이로 상기 제1 진동자 및 상기 제1 진동판과 상기 제어부를 연결하는 전선이 통과할 수 있다.
상기 복수개의 피부접촉판은 지름이 같은 부채꼴 형상을 이루며, 복수개의 피부접촉판은 원형을 이루며 배치될 수 있다.
상기 복수개의 피부접촉판은 각각 다른 각도로 기울어질 수 있다.
상기 피부접촉판 사이를 연결하며 형상이 가변하는 연결부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 피부접촉판은 전도성 물질을 포함하고, 상기 연결부는 절연물질을 포함하여 상기 복수개의 피부접촉판 사이를 전기적으로 구분할 수 있다.
상기 연결부는 연성재질로 이루어질 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 피부 케어 기기에 대해 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 실시 예들 중 적어도 하나에 의하면, 여러 성분이 혼합된 화장품의 흡수율을 높일 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시 예들 중 적어도 하나에 의하면, 사용자가 별도로 구비된 전극을 잡고 사용해야 하는 불편함을 해소할 수 있다.
본 발명의 적용 가능성의 추가적인 범위는 이하의 상세한 설명으로부터 명백해질 것이다. 그러나 본 발명의 사상 및 범위 내에서 다양한 변경 및 수정은 해당 기술 분야의 통상의 기술자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있으므로, 상세한 설명 및 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예와 같은 특정 실시 예는 단지 예시로 주어진 것으로 이해되어야 한다.
도 1은 본 발명과 관련된 인체 피부의 심부 및 표면에 작용하는 피부 케어 기기의 사시도이다.
도 2는 본 발명과 관련된 피부 케어 기기의 헤드부 내부의 일 실시예를 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명과 관련된 피부 케어 기기의 헤드부의 일 실시예를 도시한 단면도이다.

피부 미용을 위한 기기는 다양한 방식을 통해 구현된다. 피부는 미세한 자극을 받아 세포의 활동 등에 변화를 주게 되어 주름 개선, 미백 등의 피부 개선 효과를 가져올 수 있다.
그 중 대표적인 형태로 전기적인 자극을 피부에 주는 방식의 비침습 방식, 물리적인 자극을 주는 방식의 침습 방식의 형태가 있다.
종래에는 개인이 휴대 가능한 형태의 기기가 보급되지 않았으나, 최근에는 무선 통신의 개발, 부품의 소형화 등이 가능해짐에 따라 휴대형 케어 기기가 많이 상용화 되고 있다.
도 1은 본 발명과 관련된 인체 피부의 심부 및 표면에 작용하는 피부 케어 기기(100)의 사시도이다. 본 발명의 피부 케어 기기(100)는 사용자가 손으로 잡는 그립부(110)와 그립부(110)의 단부에 위치하여 사용자의 피부와 접촉하는 피부접촉판(121)을 포함하는 헤드부(120)로 구성된다. 그립부(110)와 헤드부(120)는 사용자가 피부접촉판(121)을 얼굴에 닿도록 힘을 가하는 경우 편하도록 90°이상 180° 이하의 각도를 이룰 수 있다.
그립부(110)는 내부에 전원공급부로서 배터리(190)와 제어부로서 인쇄회로기판(180)이 수용되는 공간을 포함할 수 있으며, 외측에는 전원을 온/오프하고 조작을 위한 조작부가 구비될 수 있다. 추가적으로 현재 동작상태를 표시하는 표시부를 포함할 수 있다. 표시부는 단순히 램프의 색으로 표시하는 방식 또는 액정과 같이 문자나 기호로 표시하는 방식 중 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
그립부(110)에 외부 전원이 연결되기 위한 전원연결부를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 전원연결부는 배터리(190)가 없는 경우 상시 전원을 공급하는 방식을 채택할 수 있고, 배터리(190)를 구비한 경우는 배터리(190)를 충전하는 역할을 한다. 충전은 외부전원을 공급받는 충전기와 단자를 통해 연결하여 전원을 공급할 수 있고, 또는 무선충전방식으로 충전할 수도 있다.
헤드부(120)는 사용자의 피부와 직접 닿기 때문에 내부로 이물질이 유입되지 않도록 방수구조를 갖춰야 한다. 헤드부(120)는 사용자의 피부와 접촉하는 피부접촉판(121)을 구비하고 본 발명의 피부 케어 기기(100)는 피부접촉판(121)이 복수개를 구비한 것을 특징으로 한다.
종래에는 하나의 피부접촉판(121)을 이용하여 단일파장의 초음파를 공급하였으나, 화장품의 성분에 따라 흡수율이 좋은 파장이 차이가 있어 본 발명의 피부 케어 기기(100)는 다양한 초음파 대역의 진동을 제공하는 헤드부(120)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 한다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 제1 피부접촉판(121a)과 그 둘레에 링 형상으로 위치하는 제2 피부접촉판(121b)을 구비할 수 있으며, 제2 피부접촉판(121b)의 둘레에 링 형상으로 위치하는 제3 피부접촉판(121c)을 구비할 수 있다. 2개 이상의 피부접촉판(121)을 구비할 수 있다. 각 피부접촉판(121)은 다른 파장으로 진동하는 진동자에 의해 각각 다른 주파수 대역의 초음파를 사용자의 피부에 인가할 수 있다. 예를 들면 제1 진동자는 280kHz의 초음파, 제2 진동자는 350kHz의 초음파 및 제3 진동자는 1MHz의 초음파로 진동할 수 있다.
각 피부접촉판(121) 사이는 연성재질의 연결부(122)로 연결할 수 있으며, 연결부(122)와 피부접촉판(121) 사이로 물 등이 유입되지 않도록 방수기능을 할 수 있다. 피부접촉판(121)은 힌지와 같은 구조를 이용하여 연결할 수 있으며, 이 경우 피부접촉판(121) 사이를 방수처리를 할 필요가 있다.
도 2는 본 발명과 관련된 피부 케어 기기(100)의 헤드부(120) 내부의 일 실시예를 도시한 도면이고, 도 3은 본 발명과 관련된 피부 케어 기기(100)의 헤드부(120)의 일 실시예를 도시한 단면도이다. 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 동심원 형태로 배치된 피부접촉판(121)은 가운데에 위치하는 제1 피부접촉판(121a)을 제외하고 제2 피부접촉판(121b)과 제3 피부접촉판(121c)은 진동자가 결합할 공간이 충분하지 않은 바, 도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 제2 수직방향으로 제2 진동자와 제3 진동자를 배치할 수 있다.
제2 피부접촉판(121b)과 연결다리(132)를 통해 연결되는 제1 지지판(131a), 제3 피부접촉판(121c)과 연결다리(132)를 통해 연결되는 제2 지지판(131b)을 포함하며, 제1 지지판(131a)은 제2 지지판(131b)보다 크기가 작아 제2 지지판(131b)과 제3 피부접촉판(121c)을 연결하는 연결다리(132)의 내측에 위치할 수 있다. 제1 지지판(131a)에 제2 피부접촉판(121b)에 진동을 가하는 제2 진동자가 안착되고 제2 지지판(131b)에 제3 피부접촉판(121c)에 진동을 가하는 제3 진동자가 안착될 수 있다. 연결다리(132)는 원통형상으로 형성하지 않고 복수개가 연결된 형태를 이용하여 연결다리(132) 사이로 진동자와 피부접촉판(121)과 인쇄회로기판(180)을 연결하는 전선이 배치될 수 있다.
각 지지판(131a, 131b)은 안정적으로 고정되도록 헤드부(120)의 외관을 형성하는 케이스 사이에 연성재질의 고정부를 포함할 수 있다. 피부접촉판(121) 사이에 위치하는 연결부(122)나 고정부는 연성재질로 이루어지기 때문에 각 진동자가 생성하는 진동이 다른 피부접촉판(121)에 미치는 영향을 줄일 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명과 관련된 피부 케어 기기(100)의 헤드부(120)의 다른 실시예를 도시한 도면이고, 도 5는 본 발명과 관련된 피부 케어 기기(100)의 헤드부(120)의 다른 실시 예를 도시한 정면도이다.
도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 피부케어 기기의 피부접촉판(121)은 원형을 분할한 부채꼴형상을 가질 수 있다. 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 삼등분으로 나눠질 수도 있고 그 이상의 개수로 나누어질 수도 있다. 또는 원형의 피부접촉판(121)이 나란히 배치되는 형태도 가능하다. 본 실시예는 전술한 실시예와 달리 하나의 피부접촉판(121)의 두께가 진동자가 안착되기 충분한 크기로 형성할 수 있으며, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 진동자가 피부접촉판(121)에 직접 안착될 수 있다. 전술한 실시예는 헤드부(120)의 크기를 작게 할 수 있는 반면 두께가 두꺼워지나 본 실시예는 헤드부(120)의 두께를 작게 형성할 수 있다.
전술한 실시예와 같이 각 피부접촉판(121) 사이는 연성재질의 연결부(122)로 연결되어 각 피부접촉판(121)이 다른 주파수의 초음파로 진동할 수 있다. 연결부(122)는 복수개의 피부접촉판(121) 사이뿐만 아니라 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 헤드부(120)의 외관을 형성하는 케이스와 피부접촉판(121) 사이에도 구비될 수 있다.
연결부(122)는 탄성이 있어 각 피부접촉판(121)에 인가되는 진동 간에 간섭을 줄일 수 있고, 각 피부접촉판(121)이 개별적으로 움직일 수 있다. 각 피부접촉판(121)이 개별적으로 움직이면 얼굴을 곡면을 따라 다른 각도로 기울어질 수 있어, 피부접촉판(121)과 사용자 피부의 밀착효과를 높일 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명과 관련된 피부 케어 기기(100)의 일 실시 예의 팁 헤드 분해 사시도이다. 본 발명의 피부접촉판(121)은 전도성 물질로 이루어지며, 제어부(180)와 하나의 극이 연결된다. 즉, 제1 피부접촉판(121a)은 +극과 연결되고 제2 피부접촉판(121b)은 -극과 연결된다. 피부접촉판(121)이 4개이상인 경우 각각의 피부접촉판(121)은 하나의 극과 연결된다.
사용자의 피부에 미세전류를 인가하면 전류를 따라 비타민과 같이 극성을 가지는 분자의 피부 침투효과가 좋아져 표피층(11)를 지나 진피층(12)까지 화장품성분이 전달될 수 있다. 하나의 전극에 +와 -전극을 연결하면 전류가 사용자의 몸을 통과하지 않고 다시 반대 극방향으로 흘러 들어가기 때문에 +극과 -극은 분리된 도체에 연결되어야 한다.
종래의 피부접촉판(121)은 하나의 도체로 이루어져 그립부(110)에 전극부를 노출시켜 손으로 잡으면 전류가 피부를 통과하며 흐르게 되는 원리를 이용하였다. 그러나 본 발명은 피부접촉부가 복수 개이므로 각각 다른 극을 연결하면 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 전류는 제1 피부접촉판(121a)에서 피부 속을 통과하여 다시 제2 피부접촉판(121b)으로 흐르게 된다.
본 발명의 피부 케어 기기(100)는 그립부(110)에 별도의 전극부를 구비할 필요가 없고, 전류가 접촉된 피부에 인접한 부분만 통과하므로 불필요하게 전류가 몸을 통과하지 않고도 화장품성분이 피부에 침투될 수 있다.
이상에 살펴본 바와 같이 본 발명의 실시 예들 중 적어도 하나에 의하면, 여러 성분이 혼합된 화장품의 흡수율을 높일 수 있다. 또한, 사용자가 별도로 구비된 전극을 잡고 사용해야 하는 불편함을 해소할 수 있다.
본 발명은 본 발명의 정신 및 필수적 특징을 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다른 특정한 형태로 구체화될 수 있음은 해당 기술 분야의 통상의 기술자에게 자명하다.
상기의 상세한 설명은 모든 면에서 제한적으로 해석되어서는 아니되고 예시적인 것으로 고려되어야 한다. 본 발명의 범위는 첨부된 청구항의 합리적 해석에 의해 결정되어야 하고, 본 발명의 등가적 범위 내에서의 모든 변경은 본 발명의 범위에 포함된다.

Claims (10)

  1. 사용자가 잡는 그립부와 상기 그립부의 단부에 위치하는 헤드부를 포함하는 바디;
    상기 헤드부의 단부에 위치하는 복수개의 피부접촉판;
    상기 각각의 피부접촉판에 진동을 제공하는 복수개의 진동자;
    상기 피부접촉판에 전류를 공급하며 상기 진동자를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고,
    상기 제어부의 +극과 -극은 각각 다른 피부접촉판과 연결되는 피부 케어 기기.
  2. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 복수개의 진동자는 각각 다른 주파수의 진동을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 케어 기기.
  3. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 피부접촉판은
    원형의 제1 피부접촉판 및 상기 제1 피부접촉판의 둘레에 위치하는 링형상의 제2 피부접촉판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 케어 기기.
  4. 제3 항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 피부접촉판의 배면에 소정거리 이격되어 위치하는 지지판;
    상기 지지판과 상기 제2 피부접촉판을 연결하는 연결다리를 더 포함하고,
    상기 진동자는,
    상기 제1 피부접촉판의 배면에 결합하여 진동을 제공하는 제1 진동자;
    상기 지지판에 안착되며 상기 제2 피부접촉판에 진동을 제공하는 제2 진동자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 케어 기기.
  5. 제4 항에 있어서,
    상기 연결다리는 상기 링형상의 제2 피부접촉판과 복수개의 지점에서 연결되는 기둥형상을 가지며,
    상기 연결다리 사이로 상기 제1 진동자 및 상기 제1 진동판과 상기 제어부를 연결하는 전선이 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 케어 기기.
  6. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 복수개의 피부접촉판은 지름이 같은 부채꼴 형상을 이루며, 복수개의 피부접촉판은 원형을 이루며 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 케어 기기.
  7. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 복수개의 피부접촉판은 각각 다른 각도로 기울어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 케어 기기.
  8. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 피부접촉판 사이를 연결하며 형상이 가변하는 연결부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 케어 기기.
  9. 제8 항에 있어서,
    상기 피부접촉판은 전도성 물질을 포함하고,
    상기 연결부는 절연물질을 포함하여 상기 복수개의 피부접촉판 사이를 전기적으로 구분하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 케어 기기.
  10. 제8 항에 있어서,
    상기 연결부는 연성재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 케어 기기.
