所述铰链还包括一对左侧连接臂3和一对右侧连接臂4,所述左侧连接臂3和右侧连接臂4分别转动连接在中间支撑结构100的左侧和右侧,左侧支撑结构和左侧连接臂3、右侧支撑结构和右侧连接臂4滑动连接并设置有滑动行程限位结构;行程限位结构可以采用长孔和销配合的结构。所述左侧连接臂3和所述右侧连接臂4分别处在左侧支撑结构、右侧支撑结构的里侧,在外壳11、21上从内侧设置螺丝孔13、23,在左侧连接臂3和右侧连接臂4上设置长孔31、41,螺丝14、24穿过长孔31、41与螺丝孔13、23连接。
左侧连接臂3和右侧连接臂4之间由传动机构连接而实现同步反向转动,也即实现了左侧支撑结构和右侧支撑结构的同步打开。所述传动机构可采用齿轮机构,所述齿轮机构可包括分别设置在左侧连接臂3和右侧连接臂4上的齿轮32、42,齿轮32、42的参数相同,齿轮的参数根据铰链打开的动作设计要求。齿轮32、42可如本实施例采用对称式的,也可采用 不对称式。
所述传动机构也可采用其它形式来实现左侧连接臂3和右侧连接臂4之间的反向转动,可以是同步反向转动,也可在铰链打开、合拢过程中的某一阶段,其中一个暂停。
在所述铰链的内侧,在左侧连接臂3之间和右侧连接臂4之间分别设置有左侧转动支撑件5和右侧转动支撑件6,所述左侧转动支撑件5和右侧转动支撑件6分别和中间支撑结构100的左侧和右侧上部通过转轴50、60转动连接,所述左侧连接臂3和左侧支撑结构间、所述右侧连接臂4和右侧支撑结构间有防止它们相对转动的结构35、45,所述防转结构可以是平面对平面的结构或键槽配合结构,所述左侧连接臂3和左侧支撑结构间、所述右侧连接臂4和右侧支撑结构间有压簧33、43,所述压簧安装在所述左侧连接臂3和所述右侧连接臂4的安装孔34、44中,所述左侧转动支撑件5和右侧转动支撑件6在铰链合拢时向下转至低位而留出容纳柔性屏弯折部位的空间200,在所述铰链转至对应柔性屏展平的状态时,所述左侧转动支撑件5和右侧转动支撑件6转至高位,所述左侧支撑结构和右侧支撑结构设置分别设置左侧转动支撑件和右侧转动支撑件的转动导向结构。从图中可以看出,在本发明中,左侧转动支撑件5和右侧转动支撑件6在向下转动时,左侧连接臂3及右侧连接臂4和中间支撑结构100之间的角度也发生变化,左侧转动支撑件5和右侧转动支撑件6在铰链闭合时,几乎是呈平的状态降至空间200的底部,最大限度地扩大了空间200。
所述左侧转动支撑件5和右侧转动支撑件6分别由多根指形结构连成一体构成,它们的转动导向结构包括排列成栅板状的导向板71并设置导向槽72,所述导向板71和指形结构的间隙配合。所述左侧转动支撑件5和右侧转动支撑件6分别设有与导向槽72配合的导向杆51、61,所述导向槽72的顶部设置有平槽720,并利用铰链转至对应柔性屏展平的状态时,由柔性屏长度的约束而所述左侧支撑结构和右侧支撑结构向中间回退的运动,使所述导向杆51、61进入所述平槽720而将铰链转至对应柔性屏展平的状态锁定。
所述栅板状导向板71可以由连接结构73连接成整体,然后安装在左侧支撑结构、右侧支撑结构中。所述左侧转动支撑件5和右侧转动支撑件6也可以是其它的转动部件,比如板、块等。
所述中间支撑结构和左侧连接臂之间以及和右侧连接臂之间设置有扭力机构,以提高操 作手感和提供随时停止随时定位功能。所述扭力机构包括一对簧管件8,所述簧管件8处在中间支撑结构100中,所述簧管件8具有分别对应左侧连接臂和右侧连接臂的簧管81、82,一个簧管件8与同一侧的左侧连接臂3和右侧连接臂4对应,并分别通过轴80连接,所述轴80穿过中间支撑结构、簧管和连接臂,其中,与连接臂固定连接,与中间支撑结构间隙配合,与簧管为被夹紧的关系。所述扭力机构也可设置在发生相对转动的其它部位间,
应用上述铰链的移动终端,以手机或电子书为例,所述柔性屏300铺设在所述铰链的内侧,并且和所述中间支撑结构之间,只和所述中间支撑结构100的中间部位101固定连接,所述柔性屏和左侧支撑结构、右侧支撑结构固定连接。所述中间支撑结构100、左侧转动支撑件3和右侧转动支撑件4、左侧支撑结构、右侧支撑结构共同构成柔性屏展平时的支撑结构。
以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例,但本发明的结构特征并不局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员在本发明的领域内,所作的变化或修饰皆涵盖在本发明的保护范围之中。

Claims (9)

  1. 内柔性屏移动终端的铰链,所述铰链包括左侧支撑结构、右侧支撑结构和中间支撑结构;其特征在于,所述铰链还包括一对左侧连接臂和一对右侧连接臂,所述左侧连接臂和右侧连接臂分别转动连接在中间支撑结构的左侧和右侧,左侧支撑结构和左侧连接臂、右侧支撑结构和右侧连接臂滑动连接并设置有滑动行程限位结构;
    在所述铰链的内侧,在左侧连接臂之间和右侧连接臂之间分别设置有左侧转动支撑件和右侧转动支撑件,所述左侧转动支撑件和右侧转动支撑件分别和中间支撑结构的左侧和右侧上部转动连接,所述左侧连接臂和左侧支撑结构间、所述右侧连接臂和右侧支撑结构间有防止它们相对转动的结构,所述左侧连接臂和左侧支撑结构间、所述右侧连接臂和右侧支撑结构间有压簧,所述左侧转动支撑件和右侧转动支撑件在铰链合拢时向下转至低位而留出容纳柔性屏弯折部位的空间,在所述铰链转至对应柔性屏展平的状态时,所述左侧转动支撑件和右侧转动支撑件转至高位,所述左侧支撑结构和右侧支撑结构设置分别设置左侧转动支撑件和右侧转动支撑件的转动导向结构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的内柔性屏移动终端的铰链,其特征在于,左侧连接臂和右侧连接臂之间由传动机构连接而实现同步反向转动。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的内柔性屏移动终端的铰链,其特征在于,所述中间支撑结构、左侧转动支撑件和右侧转动支撑件、左侧支撑结构、右侧支撑结构共同构成柔性屏展平时的支撑结构。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的内柔性屏移动终端的铰链,其特征在于,所述中间支撑结构和左侧连接臂之间以及和右侧连接臂之间设置有扭力机构。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的内柔性屏移动终端的铰链,其特征在于,所述左侧转动支撑件和右侧转动支撑件分别由多根指形结构连成一体构成,所述转动导向结构包括排列成栅板状的导向板并设置导向槽,所述导向板和指形结构的间隙配合。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的内柔性屏移动终端的铰链,其特征在于,转动导向结构设置有导向槽,所述左侧转动支撑件和右侧转动支撑件分别设有与导向槽配合的导向杆,所述导向槽的顶部设置有平槽,并利用铰链转至对应柔性屏展平的状态时,所述左侧支撑结构和右侧支撑结构向中间回退的运动,使所述导向杆进入所述平槽而将铰链转至对应柔性屏展平的状态 锁定。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的内柔性屏移动终端的铰链,其特征在于,所述扭力机构包括一对簧管件,所述簧管件处在中间支撑结构中,所述簧管件具有分别对应左侧连接臂和右侧连接臂的簧管,一个簧管件与同一侧的左侧连接臂和右侧连接臂对应,并分别通过轴连接,所述轴穿过中间支撑结构、簧管和连接臂,所述轴与连接臂固定连接,与中间支撑结构间隙配合,与簧管为被夹紧的关系。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的内柔性屏移动终端的铰链,其特征在于,所述左侧连接臂和所述右侧连接臂分别处在左侧支撑结构、右侧支撑结构的里侧,所述滑动行程限位结构采用长孔和销配合的结构。
  9. 一种内柔性屏移动终端,所述移动终端内侧设置柔性屏,其特征在于,所述移动终端中设置有如权利要求1-8任意所述的铰链,所述柔性屏铺设在所述铰链的内侧,并且和所述中间支撑结构之间,只和所述中间支撑结构的中间部位固定连接。
