本发明涉及一种手臂耐力与阻力训练器材及制造方法。
背景技术:
一种手臂耐力与阻力训练器材主要训练的是我们的手部、腹部、背部及其它部分的肌肉。目前,一般的手臂耐力与阻力训练器材要求结构简单、外观简洁、工艺简单、使用安全,大多使用座板式直线轴承结构进行左右的拉动训练,锻炼方式单一,锻炼效果不明显,锻炼过程中易造成运动拉伤。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供了一种结构简单、使用安全、外观简洁、使用安全、工艺简单、节省空间、功能齐全的手臂耐力与阻力训练器材及制造方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种手臂耐力与阻力训练器材,包括底座,底座通过转动支座与转动架固定连接,形成器材主架,底座上设有四个橡胶脚套、两块铝花纹板、转动支座、板垫,转动架上端设有缓冲块、限位块、钢板、调节支架,钢板和调节支架形成支撑座固定右拉手和左拉手;转动架前端设有铃片杆,铃片杆设有铃片杆铝盖、铝隔套、铃片铝后盖,形成铃片放置架。
本发明的进一步改进在于:底座上设有四个橡胶脚套、两块铝花纹板、转动支座和板垫,两块铝花纹板安装在底座的后端两侧,板垫安装在底座的支撑架上。
本发明的进一步改进在于:钢板和调节支架固定在转动架上,右拉手和左拉手分别固定在支撑座上。
本发明的进一步改进在于:铃片杆通过铝隔套和铃片铝后盖固定在转动架上。
一种手臂耐力与阻力训练器材的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
A、将管材激光切割机调至电流150A—200A,脉宽1.0—2.5m/s,频率150—250Hz,速度15-25mm/s,整根切割部分管材及其余管材;
B、弯折激光管材至要求位置;
C、准备二氧化碳保护气体焊接,焊丝直径

D、将四个橡胶脚套、铝花纹板、转动支座、板垫连接固定在底座上;
E、将转动架、底座通过底座上的转动支座将转动架、底座连接;
F、将右拉手、左拉手通过钢板、调节支架固定在转动架上,转动架上设有缓冲块、限位块、钢板、右拉手、左拉手、调节支架;
G、将铃片杆通过铃片铝后盖、铝隔套安装在转动架。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:结构简单、使用安全、外观简洁、使用安全、工艺简单、节省空间、功能齐全。

如图1示出了本发明一种手臂耐力与阻力训练器材,包括底座1,底座1和转动架6连接,形成器材的主架,底座1上四角装有防滑的橡胶脚套2,铝花纹板3、转动支座4、板垫5安装在底,1上,使用者在训练时,双脚站立在铝花纹板3上,上半身紧贴板垫5保持身体平衡放松状态。转动架6与底座1相固定,转动架6上端装有左右拉手10、11,左右拉手10、11分别通过调节支架12、钢板9安装在转动架6上,转动架6上设有限位块8,使用者在训练时,双手紧握左右拉手10、11,拉动左右拉手10、11,使用者通过调节支架12,来调节左右拉手10、11的位置,转动架6上部的限位块8使左右拉手10、11的调节范围控制在可调节的范围,确保器材左右拉手10、11的稳定性,也确保使用者训练时的安全。转动架6的前端设有铃片杆16固定在转动架6上,铃片杆16上设有铃片铝后盖13和铝隔套14安装在转动架6上,使用者在铃片杆16上加置铃片,增加器材的前端铃片杆16的重量,增强锻炼效果。

使用者首先要选择适合自己训练的位置,双脚站立在铝花纹板上,上半身紧贴板垫,上半身挺直,腹部收腹;使用者在使用器材铃片重量,如果不知道自己该用多重的铃片重量,就从最轻的重量开始试起,选择好适合自己的重量后,站在训练器的铝花纹板上,上半身都要贴紧背板组,腰不可悬空;双手紧握左右拉手;双脚张开与肩同宽,双手发力,双臂均匀用力将左右拉手拉动,均匀用力前拉至双臂弯曲,稍停顿片刻,慢慢使两臂向两侧展开伸直。在整个动作过程中,必须严格按照动作的技术要求,使手臂、胸部、腹部、背部的肌肉有充分的伸展和收缩,增强锻炼效果。

  5. 一种手臂耐力与阻力训练器材的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    A、将管材激光切割机调至电流150A—200A,脉宽1.0—2.5m/s,频率150—250Hz,速度15-25mm/s,整根切割部分管材及其余管材;
    B、弯折激光管材至要求位置;
