请参阅图1-3,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种处理垃圾的设备,包括底座1、支撑架2、碾压箱3、切割箱9和水箱33,底座1的顶部安装有支撑架2,支撑架2顶部的一侧安装有支撑板7,且支撑架2顶部的另一侧安装有冷凝箱31,支撑板7与冷凝箱31之间的支撑架2上安装有碾压箱3,支撑板7上安装有辊筒8,支撑板7下方的支撑架2上安装有第一电机4,此处第一电机4可为Y90S-2电机,第一电机4的输出端安装有第一转轴5,且第一转轴5通过皮带轮机构6与辊筒8连接,支撑板7的顶部安装有切割箱9,且切割箱9的顶部均匀安装有气压缸10,气压缸10的输出端安装有压板11,且压板11的底部均匀安装有切割刀片12,碾压箱3的顶部安装有进料斗14,支撑板7靠近碾压箱3的一侧通过导料板13与进料斗14连通,碾压箱3内部的两侧皆安装有第二加热板25,且碾压箱3外侧正对第二加热板25位置处安装有第二加热器27,第二加热器27的输出端与第二加热板25连接,碾压箱3内部一端的底部安装有两组第三电机37,此处第三电机37可为Y90S-2电机,且第三电机37的输出端皆安装有第三转轴36,第三转轴36上皆安装有碾压辊29,且碾压辊29的外侧皆均匀安装有碾压刀片35,碾压箱3下方的底座1上安装有发酵箱23,发酵箱23的顶部通过出料管19与碾压箱3连通,发酵箱23顶部靠近支撑板7的一侧均匀设置有气孔18,且发酵箱23顶部远离支撑板7的一侧安装有进液管22,发酵箱23内部靠近支撑板7的一侧安装有第一加热板17,且发酵箱23靠近支撑板7的一侧安装有第一加热器16,第一加热器16的输出端与第一加热板17连接,发酵箱23远离第一加热器16的一侧安装有第二电机24,此处第二电机24可为Y90S-2电机,第二电机24的输出端安装有第二转轴21,第二转轴21穿过发酵箱23并延伸至发酵箱23的内部,且第二转轴21上均匀安装有搅拌叶片20,冷凝箱31的内部安装有冷凝管30,冷凝箱31下方的支撑架2上安装有水箱33,冷凝管30的底部通过出水管32与水箱33连通,冷凝箱31的顶部安装有抽气泵26,此处抽气泵26可为VCH1028抽气泵,抽气泵26的输出端通过出气管28与冷凝管30连通,且抽气泵26的输入端通过进气管15与碾压箱3连通。
在本实施中:发酵箱23远离第三电机37的一端安装有舱门34,且舱门34上设置有可视窗口,便于进行观察,水箱33远离第三电机37的一端设置有出水口,且出水口上安装有密封盖,可防止水漏出,水箱33远离第三电机37的一端设置有透明窗口,且透明窗口上刻有刻度线,便于观察剩余的水量,碾压辊29上方的碾压箱3的内部均匀设置有分料板,可使生活废弃物下落的更加均匀,避免生活废弃物堵塞碾压箱3,气压缸10设置有三组,且相邻气压缸10之间的距离相同,使切割的力度更加均匀。
工作原理:使用时,先将装置接通电源,将需要处理的生活废弃物放置在辊筒8上,第一电机4通过皮带轮机构6带动辊筒8转动对生活废弃物进行传送,然后使气压缸10反复伸缩,从而带动压板11和切割刀片12将体积较大的生活废弃物切碎,切碎后的生活废弃物通过导料板13进入碾压箱3内,启动第三电机37、抽气泵26和第二加热器27,第三电机37通过第三转轴36带动碾压辊29旋转,通过碾压刀片35将生活废弃物碾压的更加细碎,同时,第二加热器27将生活废弃物中的水分烘干成水蒸气,抽气泵26将水蒸气抽入冷凝管30内冷凝成液态水,并储存在水箱33内,碾碎后的生活废弃物通过出料管19进入发酵箱23内,通过进液管22向发酵箱23内加入适量的发酵液,启动第一加热器16和第二电机24,第一加热器16通过第一加热板17进行加热,提供发酵所需的温度,第二电机24通过第二转轴21带动搅拌叶片20旋转,使生活废弃物与发酵液接触的更加均匀,发酵产生的气体由气孔18排出,同时,发酵所需的氧气也通过气孔18进入发酵箱23内,发酵结束后,打开舱门34,将发酵后可使用的肥料不可继续使用的废弃物取出。
尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种处理垃圾的设备,包括底座(1)、支撑架(2)、碾压箱(3)、切割箱(9)和水箱(33),其特征在于:所述底座(1)的顶部安装有支撑架(2),所述支撑架(2)顶部的一侧安装有支撑板(7),且支撑架(2)顶部的另一侧安装有冷凝箱(31),所述支撑板(7)与冷凝箱(31)之间的支撑架(2)上安装有碾压箱(3),所述支撑板(7)上安装有辊筒(8),所述支撑板(7)下方的支撑架(2)上安装有第一电机(4),所述第一电机(4)的输出端安装有第一转轴(5),且第一转轴(5)通过皮带轮机构(6)与辊筒(8)连接,所述支撑板(7)的顶部安装有切割箱(9),且切割箱(9)的顶部均匀安装有气压缸(10),所述气压缸(10)的输出端安装有压板(11),且压板(11)的底部均匀安装有切割刀片(12),所述碾压箱(3)的顶部安装有进料斗(14),所述支撑板(7)靠近碾压箱(3)的一侧通过导料板(13)与进料斗(14)连通,所述碾压箱(3)内部的两侧皆安装有第二加热板(25),且碾压箱(3)外侧正对第二加热板(25)位置处安装有第二加热器(27),所述第二加热器(27)的输出端与第二加热板(25)连接,所述碾压箱(3)内部一端的底部安装有两组第三电机(37),且第三电机(37)的输出端皆安装有第三转轴(36),所述第三转轴(36)上皆安装有碾压辊(29),且碾压辊(29)的外侧皆均匀安装有碾压刀片(35),所述碾压箱(3)下方的底座(1)上安装有发酵箱(23),所述发酵箱(23)的顶部通过出料管(19)与碾压箱(3)连通,所述发酵箱(23)顶部靠近支撑板(7)的一侧均匀设置有气孔(18),且发酵箱(23)顶部远离支撑板(7)的一侧安装有进液管(22),所述发酵箱(23)内部靠近支撑板(7)的一侧安装有第一加热板(17),且发酵箱(23)靠近支撑板(7)的一侧安装有第一加热器(16),所述第一加热器(16)的输出端与第一加热板(17)连接,所述发酵箱(23)远离第一加热器(16)的一侧安装有第二电机(24),所述第二电机(24)的输出端安装有第二转轴(21),所述第二转轴(21)穿过发酵箱(23)并延伸至发酵箱(23)的内部,且第二转轴(21)上均匀安装有搅拌叶片(20),所述冷凝箱(31)的内部安装有冷凝管(30),所述冷凝箱(31)下方的支撑架(2)上安装有水箱(33),所述冷凝管(30)的底部通过出水管(32)与水箱(33)连通,所述冷凝箱(31)的顶部安装有抽气泵(26),所述抽气泵(26)的输出端通过出气管(28)与冷凝管(30)连通,且抽气泵(26)的输入端通过进气管(15)与碾压箱(3)连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种处理垃圾的设备,其特征在于:所述发酵箱(23)远离第三电机(37)的一端安装有舱门(34),且舱门(34)上设置有可视窗口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种处理垃圾的设备,其特征在于:所述水箱(33)远离第三电机(37)的一端设置有出水口,且出水口上安装有密封盖。
  4. 根据权利要求1 所述的一种处理垃圾的设备,其特征在于:所述水箱(33 )远离第三电机(37 )的一端设置有透明窗口,且透明窗口上刻有刻度线
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种处理垃圾的设备,其特征在于:所述碾压辊(29)上方的碾压箱(3)的内部均匀设置有分料板。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种处理垃圾的设备,其特征在于:所述气压缸(10)设置有三组,且相邻气压缸(10)之间的距离相同。
