本发明涉及家电领域,尤其是一种在机门上设置控制板总成的衣物处理设备。
背景技术
随身社会的发展,人们对家用电器的产品外观和使用舒适性要求越来越高。在竞争激烈的家电销售中,人们会挑选心目中喜欢的结构设计的家用电器。家电的结构设计影响到了家电的是否畅销。
随着生活质量的提高,人们越来越追求高品质的精致生活。干衣机走进了越来越多的普通家庭中,成为了高品质生活必不可少的家电之一。普通家庭中一般是将干衣机叠放在滚筒洗衣机上,如此形成一个简单叠加的整体,但是干衣机和洗衣机分别是独立的控制***,用户操作起来不方便,且干衣机的控制面板设置在其机门的上方,高度较高,不利于身高低的用户查看和操作。同时现有的衣物处理设备的前面板一般被设计为与地面垂直的平面结构,则当控制面板设置在前面板上时,不利于用户操作控制面板,尤其是现在高档的衣物处理设备均设置有触控显示屏,若将该触控显示屏设置在前面板上则显示屏是垂直安装的不利于用户查看该触控显示屏上显示的信息,也不利于用户输入控制指令,若为了实现在用户视角上查看该显示屏,则需要将触控显示屏倾斜设置,然而,现有技术中的设计方法是将控制板总成设置在衣物处理设备的顶盖上,用户可以俯视该控制板总成的显示屏,然而双子洗衣机高度较高,若将控制板总成设置在顶盖上则不利于普通用户查看控制板总成的显示屏也不利于普通的用户在该控制板总成上输入控制指令。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种衣物处理设备,根据双子衣物处理设备的特点,将控制板总成设置在较高的机门上,方便了用户视角进行查看控制板总成的屏幕同时也方便了用户由控制面板输入控制指令,该结构设计更加适合于双子衣物处理设备,用户体验佳。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案的基本构思是:

优选的,所述的第一机门或第二机门包括门体和安装在门体上中空位置的观察窗,所述门体上位于观察窗的上方设置安装空间,所述的控制板总成安装在所述的安装空间内,位置高于所述的观察窗。
在上述方案中,控制板总成的安装位置高于所述的观察窗,从而不影响用户查看衣物处理设备内部情况。

参见图1-图8所示,实施例二在实施例一的基础上进一步限定前面板10为覆盖第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒的整块的板状结构,所述第一机门50上设置有安装空间,所述的控制板总成2嵌在安装空间内并与第一机门50固定,所述控制板总成2外露第一机门50的表面与第一机门50表面平滑过渡。
在上述方案中,该控制板总成2外露第一机门50的外侧表面与第一机门50的外侧表面平滑过渡,控制板总成2外露第一机门50的内侧表面与第一机门50的内侧表面平滑过渡,通过该结构设计,则无论关闭还是打开该第一机门50,在视觉上,控制板总成2与第一机门50是一体的,外观精美,质感好。
本实施例中,所限定的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒可以为干衣筒也可以为洗衣筒,或其中一个为干衣筒另一个为洗衣筒,其中,前面板10被设计为整块的板状结构,从而使得衣物处理设备整机具有一体的外观效果。
优选的,前面板10上设置有衣物投放口,衣物投放口外周表面内凹形成机门安装空间,衣物处理设备的机门嵌在机门安装空间中并与所述前面板10连接,以打开/关闭衣物投放口;衣物处理设备的机门、控制面板以及所述前面板10形成衣物处理设备的光滑的前表面。
在上述方案中,所述的前面板10上对应第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒分别设置第一机门安装空间和第二机门安装空间,衣物处理设备包括第一机门50和第二机门60,第一机门50安装在第一机门安装空间内,第二机门60安装在第二机门安装空间内,所述的控制板总成2安装在第一机门50上。
优选的,所述前面板10从上至下的截面型线为由曲线逐渐过渡为直线段的平滑线,机门表面与其周侧的前面板10平滑过渡,所述的控制板总成2的控制面板与第一机门50的表面平滑过渡。
在上述方案中,通过该前面板10上部设置为曲面倾斜结构,从而有利于用户观察和操作该衣物处理设备,且在前面板10设计曲面结构,使得衣物处理设备更具现代感及设计感。
在上述方中,所述的控制面板为触控显示屏包括触控显示屏本体22和覆盖在触控显示屏本体22表面的触控膜21,所述的触控膜21与第一机门50的表面平滑过渡。
优选的,至少第一机门50局部被设置为向衣物处理设备背侧弯曲的曲面结构13或向衣物处理设备背侧倾斜的平面结构;所述的控制板总成2为第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒所共用,设置在所述的曲面结构13或平面结构上;
优选的,所述第一机门50上的曲面结构13位于机门的上方,第一机门50上位于曲面结构13的下方为平面结构或曲面结构,所述控制板总成2设置在第一机门50上方的曲面结构13上,其表面与其周侧的第一机门50表面曲度相同或倾斜角度相同。
在上述方案中,曲面结构13设置在第一机门50的上方,而控制板总成2设置在该曲面结构13上,其控制面板与曲面结构表面曲度相同或倾斜角度相同,从而构成控制面板向衣物处理设备的背部倾斜,方便了用户视角进行查看、操控控制面板。
优选的,所述前面板10由最顶端往下依次包括第一组合面15、第二组合面16和第三组合面17;所述的第三组合面17垂直方向的截面型线为直线段或曲率为a的弧线,所述的第二组合面16垂直方向的截面型线为直线段或曲率大于a的弧线,所述的第一组合面15为由第二组合面16顶部通过圆角过渡至台面40的曲面;
优选的,所述的第一组合面15与第二组合面16平滑连接,所述的第二组合面16与第三组合面17平滑连接;
优选的,所述的a为0或接近于0。
优选的,所述的第二组合面16沿水平方向上的截面型线为中部外凸两侧分别向侧板20平滑过渡的弧线;
优选的,所述的第一组合面15沿水平方向上的截面型线也为中部外凸两侧分别向侧板20平滑过渡的弧线,所述的第三组合面17沿水平方向上的截面型线也为中部外凸两侧分别向侧板20平滑过渡的弧线。
优选的,所述的第三组合面17与水平面垂直设置或成一定夹角设置,所述的第二组合面16为倾斜度大于第三组合面17的曲面结构,所述的第一机门50设置在第二组合面16和第三组合面17之间,其上部表面与第二组合面16曲度相匹配,其下部表面与第三组合面17曲度相匹配;
优选的,所述的第三组合面17与水平面垂直设置。
优选的,所述第一机门50的上部表面和下部表面之间平滑过渡形成有过渡线,所述的过渡线高于第一机门50的中心位置,控制板总成2设置在第一机门50上位于所述过渡线的上方,其控制面板高于所述的过渡线。
实施例三
实施例三是对实施例一和二的进一步限定,在实施例三中,衣物处理设备同样包括上下设置的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒,该衣物处理设备内还设置有烘干模块,用于向衣 物处理筒提供烘干空气,以烘干衣物。
进一步的,该烘干模块为冷凝器烘干模块包括底座、设置在底座上的冷凝器以及设置在底座上用于冷却冷凝器的冷却风道,所述的冷凝器与衣物处理设备的烘干风道连接,洗衣机箱体的侧板20或后盖板上开设有用于向冷却风道进风的空气入口;通过将冷却风道的空气入口设置在衣物处理设备的侧板20或后盖板上,保留整机前面板10一体结构,使得前面板10具有整体性,有利于前面板10的美观,于改善衣物处理设备的美观性方面起到了明显提高作用,同时将空气入口设置在侧板20或后盖板上有利于增强前面板10的结构强度。
优选的,所述的冷却风道包括蜗壳,所述的蜗壳安装在底座上靠近箱体设有空气入口的侧板20,其进风口相对所述的空气入口设置。其中,空气入口的形状可以是圆形也可以是正方形,所述的蜗壳的进风口与空气入口同轴心,从而提高了空气入口的进风效率。
优选的,所述的冷却风道还包括有风道上壳体,所述的风道上壳体安装在在底座上与底座之间形成了连通的蜗壳出风口至冷凝器的风道。
优选的,所述的底座上成型有冷凝器安装槽和由蜗壳的出风口逐渐扩展延伸至冷凝器安装槽的凹槽,所述的风道上壳体安装在所述的凹槽和冷凝器安装槽的顶部形成所述冷却风道。
在上述方案中,在底座上设置凹槽有利于降低冷凝器的安装高度,减小了底座冷凝器占用衣物处理设备的内部空间。
优选的,所述的风道上壳体包括覆盖在冷凝器上的第一壳体和与第一壳体连接覆盖设置在所述凹槽顶部用于连通蜗壳出风口与冷凝器的第二壳体;
在上述方案中,通过将风道上壳体设置为相互连接的第一壳体和第二壳体,使得风道的结构简单,第一壳体被设置被设计为利于冷却风扩散至整个冷凝器的外扩结构,而第二壳体被设计为沿着冷凝器长度方向设置的盒体结构,该第一壳体的连接蜗壳的一端为小口端,而连接的第二壳体的一端为外扩的广口端,从而有利于冷却风全面的冷却冷凝器,提高对湿热空气的干燥效果。
所述第一壳体与冷凝器的结构相匹配,所述第二壳体与所述凹槽的结构相匹配。
在上述方案中,第一壳体被设计为沿冷凝器长度方向设置的盒体结构,而凹槽被设计为风道逐渐扩大的梯形结构,第二壳体则被设计为与凹槽形状匹配的梯形的壳体结构,安装在凹槽的顶部。
优选的,所述蜗壳还包括出风口,蜗壳的出风口与蜗壳的进风口反向设置,所述第二壳体沿蜗壳的出风口方向延伸设置。
在上述方案中,蜗壳被设计为进风口朝向衣物处理设备的侧板20,而出风口被设计为与进风口相反的方向,即蜗壳的出风口朝向衣物处理设备的另一侧板20设置。所述第二壳体的进风端与蜗壳的出风口连接,并沿着蜗壳的出风口的方向延伸设置,从而减小了冷却风流动的阻力,提高了对冷凝器的冷却效率。
优选的,所述的侧板20或后盖板上正对所述冷凝器开设有用于将与冷凝器进行热交换后的空气排出冷却风道的空气出口,或冷却风道的空气出口设置在壳体内部,将换热后的空气直接排放在壳体与衣物处理筒之间的空间内。
在上述方案中,设置空气出口与冷凝器位置相对应,从而减小了冷却风流动的阻力,提高了对冷凝器的冷却效率,同时也有利于降低蜗壳风机的能耗,优选的,在壳体上不设置冷却风道的空气出口,从而有利于增强壳体的结构强度。
优选的,所述的空气入口设在壳体一侧的侧板20上,所述空气出口设置在壳体另一侧的侧板20上。
优选的,所述的空气入口和/或空气出口上设置有风向调节过滤装置;
优选的,所述的进风调节过滤装置为百叶窗结构。
优选的,所述的底座安装在第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间;
在上述方案中,根据双子洗衣机的特点将底座设置在第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间节约了衣物处理设备的内部空间,根现有技术中将底座设置在干衣筒的底部相比,将底座设置在第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间提升了冷凝器的安装高度,方便了对冷凝器安装和拆卸。
更进一步的,该衣物处理设备,包括后支撑,所述衣物处理筒的后端安装在后支撑上,衣物处理筒与冷凝式烘干模块相连通;所述的后支撑上开设用于冷凝器***安装在底座上的开口,本实施例中通过将开口设置在衣物处理设备的背侧,保留整机前面板10一体结构,使得前面板10具有整体性,有利于前面板10的美观,于改善衣物处理设备的美观性方面起到了明显提高作用,同时将开口设置在后支撑上有利于增强前面板10的结构强度。
优选的,所述的开口上设置有冷凝器固定座,所述的冷凝器固定座在冷凝器***安装在底座上时,固定所述的冷凝器。
在上述方案中,冷凝器固定座的形状与冷凝器对应端匹配设置,在冷凝器安装在底座上时,冷凝器固定座和冷凝器对应的一端密封连接,从而防止了烘干风由该处漏出。
优选的,所述的冷凝器固定座为一独立件,通过紧固件固定在后支撑的开口处。
优选的,所述冷凝器上设置有卡接件,所述的冷凝器的固定座上设置有卡槽,冷凝器***安装在底座上时,所述的卡接件与卡槽卡接固定。
优选的,所述的冷凝器固定座包括有本体,本体的中心设置有安装口,本体外周设置有螺钉座通过螺钉固定在后支撑上,所述冷凝器的一端通过所述安装口***安装在底座上,另一端设置有若干可转动的卡接件,所述的安装口的侧壁上对应各卡接件开设有卡槽,调节卡接件的位置,实现卡接件与卡槽的卡接固定;
优选的,所述的冷凝器为长方体结构,长方体结构的一端端面的四角上分别设置有所述的卡接件,所述的安装口的侧壁上对应各卡接件的位置分别设置有卡槽,每一卡槽至少具有一个朝向安装口中心的槽口,用于卡接件转动至该卡槽内时,卡接固定所述的冷凝器。
在上述方案中,所述的卡接件的卡接部通过转动可卡入卡槽内或通过转动可脱离所述的卡槽,通过在长方体结构一端端面的四角分别设置所述的卡接件,可实现稳定固定冷凝器。
优选的,所述后支撑上可拆卸安装有后盖板,所述的后盖板遮蔽所述后支撑的外表面。
在上述方案中,因为所述的开口设置在了后支撑上,从而影响了衣物处理设备后部的外观,因此本实用新型中进一步在后支撑上可拆卸的设置了后盖板,该后盖板遮蔽住所述的开口,从而使得整机外观一体化,有利于对衣物处理设备进行全方位一体设计。
根据双子洗衣机的特点将底座设置在第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间节约了衣物处理设备的内部空间,根现有技术中将底座设置在干衣筒的底部相比,将底座设置在第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间提升了冷凝器的安装高度,方便了对冷凝器安装和拆卸。
优选的,所述的衣物处理设备的背部对应所述的第一衣物处理筒设置有第一后支撑,所述的衣物处理设备的背部对应所述的第二衣物处理筒设置有第二后支撑,其中,所述的开口设置在所述的第一后支撑上。
在上述方案中,开口设置在第一后支撑上,提升了开口的高度,方便了用户安装拆卸冷凝器。
优选的,所述的衣物处理设备上对应所述第一后支撑和第二后支撑分别设置有第一后盖板和第二后盖板,所述的第一后盖板遮蔽所述第一后支撑的外表面,所述的第二后盖板遮蔽所述的第二后支撑的外表面。
在上述方案中,第一后盖板遮蔽第一后支撑,也遮蔽了第一后支撑上的开口,而第二后盖板遮蔽第二后支撑,该第一后盖板和第二后盖板配合可遮蔽整个衣物处理设备的背部。衣物处理设备的背面一般朝向墙面设置,因此对其外观要求较小。
另一方面,本实用新型中,设置第一后盖板和第二后盖板与只设置一个盖板相比,更加有利于用户安装拆卸冷凝器,在实际的拆卸过程中,用户只需要拆卸下第一后盖板进行更换冷凝器,而不需要拆下第二后盖板,因此大幅度降低了更换冷凝器的难度。
优选的,所述的开口设置在后支撑一侧边沿上,所述底座上对应该开口设置有冷凝器安装腔,冷凝器安装腔的安装开口开设在底座的后侧且正对开口设置;
在上述方案中,通过将所述的开口设置在后支撑一侧的边沿上,则冷凝器被安装在第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间靠近衣物处理设备的左侧或右侧边沿位置,根据第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒的结构可知,衣物处理设备内第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间靠近左右两侧边沿的位置空隙最大,在后支撑的一侧边沿上设置所述的开口则恰好将冷凝器安装在了该位置处,从而充分利用了双子衣物处理设备的结构特点,节约了双子衣物处理设备内部空间。
优选的,所述的冷凝器为长方体结构,与两衣物处理筒轴心平行设置。
在上述方案中,该冷凝器被设计为长方体结构,并与两衣物处理筒轴心平行设置进一步节约了衣物处理设备的内部空间。
优选的,所述的底座上还设置有冷凝器冷却风道,所述的冷凝器冷却风道的进风口设置在衣物处理设备的侧面或背面;
在上述方案中,通过将冷却风道的进风口设置在了衣物处理设备的侧面或背面,同样保留整机前面板10一体结构,使得前面板10具有整体性,有利于前面板10的美观,于改善衣物处理设备的美观性方面起到了明显提高作用,同时有利于增强前面板10的结构强度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,包括上下设置的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒,位于两衣物处理筒前部覆盖两衣物处理筒的前面板,所述的前面板上下设置有第一机门和第二机门,至少其中一个机门上设置有控制板总成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的第一机门或第二机门包括门体和安装在门体上中空位置的观察窗,所述门体上位于观察窗的上方设置安装空间,所述的控制板总成安装在所述的安装空间内,位置高于所述的观察窗。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的门体包括外框和内框,所述的外框和内框安装一体构成机门的主框架,所述的外框和内框的中心位置开设有用于安装及避让观察窗的避让口,外框和内框上位于避让口的上方对应开设孔槽形成用于安装控制板总成的安装空间。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述门体还包括覆盖在外框表面并遮蔽整个机门外表面的窗屏,所述窗屏上部对应外框上的孔槽设置开口,所述的控制板总成包括控制面板,所述的控制面板安装在该开口上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述控制板总成包括一面开口的壳体、设置在壳体开口端的控制面板以及安装在壳体内的电脑板,所述控制面板由内框上的孔槽伸入所述安装空间并安装固定在窗屏上的开口上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的壳体与控制面板相对的一端表面向周侧凸出形成固定部,所述内框表面上孔槽周侧表面内陷形成容纳并固定所述固定部的安装部,所述的固定部贴合在所述的安装部内并通过紧固件固定在所述的安装部上;
    优选的,所述的固定部为片状结构,所述固定部的厚度与安装部内陷的深度相匹配,构成固定部安装在所述的安装部时,控制板总成外露外框的表面与外框表面平滑过渡。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的前面板为覆盖第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒的整块的板状结构,所述第一机门上设置有安装空间,所述的控制板总成嵌在安装空间内并与第一机门固定,所述控制板总成外露第一机门的表面与第一机门表面平滑过渡。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,前面板上设置有衣物投放口,衣物投放口外周表面内凹形成机门安装空间,衣物处理设备的机门嵌在机门安装空间中并与所述前面板连接,以打开/关闭衣物投放口;衣物处理设备的机门、控制面板以及所述前面板形成衣物处理设备的光滑的前表面。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述前面板从上至下的截面型线为由曲线逐渐过渡为直线段的平滑线,机门表面与其周侧的前面板平滑过渡,所述的控制板总成的表面与第一机门的表面平滑过渡。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,至少第一机门局部被设置为向衣物处理设备背侧弯曲的曲面结构或向衣物处理设备背侧倾斜的平面结构;所述的控制板总成为第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒所共用,设置在所述的曲面结构或平面结构上;
    优选的,所述第一机门上的曲面结构位于机门的上方,第一机门上位于曲面结构的下方为平面结构或曲面结构,所述控制板总成设置在第一机门上方的曲面结构上,其控制面板与其周侧的第一机门表面曲度相同或倾斜角度相同。
