目前常用的智能平板根据触控类型大致可分为红外屏智能平板及电容屏智能平板。红外屏(Infrared Touch Screen Technology)由触摸屏及装在触摸屏外框上的红外线发射与接收感测元件构成,红外线发射与接收感测元件在屏幕表面上形成红外线探测网,任何触摸物体可改变触点上的红外线而实现触摸屏操作。电容屏则是利用人体的电流感应进行工作的。红外触摸屏的优点是价格便宜,且不受电流、电压和静电干扰,适宜恶劣的环境条件,缺点是分辨率低,且由于增加了外框,导致整机厚度的增加。电容屏的优点是书写体验流畅,分辨率高,且能做到整机轻薄,但电容屏的缺点是容易受外界环境的干扰产生漂移,导致触摸不准或无法触摸书写。例如,当环境温度、湿度改变时,都会引起电容屏的漂移,造成触控不准确。电容屏的漂移原因属于技术上的先天不足,环境电势面(包括用户的身体)虽然与电容触摸屏离得较远,却比手指头面积大的多,这些因素都直接影响触摸位置的确定。
实用新型内容

所述供电开关单元102包括第一开关管Q1、第一电阻R1和第二开关管Q2;需要说明的是,供电输入给所述主机控制单元100的端口为第一电源输入端5V-M;所述主机控制单元100输出所述供电开关信号给所述供电开关单元102的端口为供电开关控制端,所述供电开关单元提供的与该供电开关控制端对接 的端口为供电开关受控端CTL,其还包括有电源输出端5V-TOUCH和第二电源输入端,则所述供电开关单元102的连接关系如下:
所述第一开关管Q1的控制端与所述供电开关受控端CTL连接,所述第一开关管Q1输入端通过所述第一电阻R1与所述第一电源输入端5V-M连接;所述第一开关管Q1的输出端接地;所述第一开关管Q1的输入端还与所述第二开关管Q2的控制端连接,所述第二开关管Q2的输入端与所述供电开关单元的第电源输入端5V-M连接,且该第一电源输入端5V-M与所述第一电源输入端5V-M连接,所述第二开关管Q2的输出端与所述供电开关单元的电源输出端连接,即实现与触摸屏控制单元103的第三电源输入端5V-TOUCH连接。
优选地,所述第一开关管Q1为NPN型三极管,所述第一开关管Q1的控制端为NPN型三极管的基极,所述第一开关管Q1的输入端为NPN型三极管的集电极,所述第一开关管Q1的输出端为NPN型三极管的发射极。以及,所述第二开关管Q2为P型MOS管,所述第二开关管Q2的控制端为P型MOS管的栅极,所述第二开关管Q2的输入端为P型MOS管的源极,所述第二开关管Q2的输出端为P型MOS管的漏极。
所述供电开关单元102的信号传递过程如下:
所述第一开关管Q1的控制端接收所述供电开关信号,并在接收到所述供电开关信号时使所述第一开关管Q1导通;所述第一开关管Q1的输入端在所述第一开关管Q1导通时,通过所述第一电阻R1接收供电输入给所述主机控制单元100的电流,所述第一开关管Q1的输出端接地;所述第一开关管Q1的输入端与所述第二开关管Q2的控制端连接,在所述第一开关管Q1导通时,提供低电平给所述第二开关管Q2的控制端,使所述第二开关管Q2导通;所述第二开关管Q2的输入端接收供电输入给所述主机控制单元100的电流,所述第二开关管Q2输出端在所述第二开关管Q2导通时输出供电输入给所述主机控制单元100的电流;从而提供电流给触摸屏控制单元103上电,使得触摸屏105启动工作。
如图3所示,是本实用新型提供的触摸显示***的供电开关单元的另一个实施例的结构示意图;本实施例提供的供电开关单元102在上一个供电开关单 元102的基础上,还包括第二电阻R2、第三电阻R3、第四电阻R4、第五电阻R5、第一电容C1和第二电容C2;
所述第二电阻R2连接在所述第一开关管Q1的控制端和所述供电开关信号输出端CTL之间,所述第三电阻R3连接在所述第一开关管Q1的控制端与地之间;所述第四电阻R4连接在所述第一开关管Q1的输入端与所述第二开关管Q2的控制端之间;所述第五电阻R5连接在所述供电开关受控端CTL2与所述第一电源输入端5V-M之间;所述第一电容C1连接在所述第二开关管Q2的控制端与所述第二开关管Q2的输入端之间;所述第二电容C2连接在所述第二开关管Q2的控制端与所述第二开关管Q2的输出端之间。
需要说明的是,设置第二电阻R2和第四电阻R4是为了限流,设置第三电阻R3是为了提供偏置电压给第一开关管Q1,设置第一电容C1和第二电容C2是为了排除电容干扰。
实施本实用新型实施例,具有如下有益效果:
本实用新型实施例提供的一种触摸显示***,首先主控制单元正常控制显示屏进入开机状态,并开始计时,当达到计时阈值时,再提供一个供电开关信号给供电开关单元,让供电开关单元导通,使得触摸屏控制单元能够上电,控制触摸屏启动工作,从而通过控制显示屏与触摸屏之间的工作时间差来避开开机过程中的干扰,使得触摸屏启动工作所获得的基准信号资料不受开机过程干扰,提高了基准信号资料的稳定性,进而在根据基准信号资料对从所述触摸屏中接收到的信号所进行的校准更为准确,提高了触摸显示***工作的稳定性。
以上所述是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种触摸显示***,其特征在于,包括:显示屏、触摸屏、主机控制单元、供电开关单元和触摸屏控制单元;
    所述主机控制单元具有第一电源输入端、显示控制端、第一通信端和用于在所述电源输入端具有电流输入时开始计时并在计时值在到计时阈值时输出供电开关信号给供电开关单元的供电开关控制端;所述供电开关单元具有第二电源输入端、电源输出端和供电开关受控端;所述触摸屏控制单元具有第三电源输入端、触摸控制端和第二通信端;
    所述显示控制端与所述显示屏连接,所述供电开关控制端与所述供电开关受控端连接,所述第一通信端与所述第二通信端连接;
    所述电源输出端与所述第三电源输入端连接,所述触摸控制端与所述触摸屏连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的触摸显示***,其特征在于,所述供电开关单元包括第一开关管、第一电阻和第二开关管;
    所述第一开关管的控制端与所述供电开关受控端连接,用于在接收到所述供电开关信号时使所述第一开关管导通;
    所述第一开关管的输入端用于在所述第一开关管导通时,通过所述第一电阻接收供电输入给所述主机控制单元的电流,所述第一开关管的输出端接地;
    所述第一开关管的输入端与所述第二开关管的控制端连接,用于在所述第一开关管导通时,提供低电平给所述第二开关管的控制端,使所述第二开关管导通;
    所述第二开关管的输入端与所述第二电源输入端连接,用于接收电流输入,所述第二开关管输出端与所述电源输出端连接,用于在所述第二开关管导通时输出电流给所述电源输出端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的触摸显示***,其特征在于,所述供电开关单元还包括第二电阻、第三电阻、第四电阻、第五电阻、第一电容和第二电容;
    所述第二电阻连接在所述第一开关管的控制端和所述供电开关受控端之间,所述第三电阻连接在所述第一开关管的控制端与地之间;所述第四电阻连接在所述第一开关管的输入端与所述第二开关管的控制端之间;所述第五电阻连接在所述供电开关受控端与所述第二电源输入端之间;所述第一电容连接在所述第二开关管的控制端与所述第二开关管的输入端之间;所述第二电容连接在所述第二开关管的控制端与所述第二开关管的输出端之间。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的触摸显示***,其特征在于,所述第一通信端与所述第二通信端的连接为USB连接。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的触摸显示***,其特征在于,所述计时阈值为30秒。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的触摸显示***,其特征在于,所述触摸屏为电容触摸屏。
