本申请基于申请号为201710823988.5、申请日为2017年9月13日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及信息技术领域,尤其涉及一种报警方法、移动终端及计算机存储介质。
背景技术
人们在生活或工作等产所,可能会遭遇突发状况,需要进行紧急报警。一般报警流程均是:用户拨打报警电话,通过语音通话报警。
这种报警方式存在以下问题:
若用户处于陌生的环境中,不能精确描述当前所在位置,导致接受到报警的一方,由于无法获得精确的位置从而不能及时到达事故现场进行紧急处理;从而导致报警的效果大打折扣。
在还有一些情况下,例如,抢劫或用户被施加暴力的情况下,用户无法使用常规语音报警。且在这些场景中,若需要进行语音报警,会引起抢劫犯或施暴者更进一步的暴力,导致报警用户更大的人身安全问题,故如何实现安全隐蔽报警,也是现有技术亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例期望提供一种报警方法、移动终端及计算机 存储介质,至少部分解决上述问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案实现如下:
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种报警方法,应用于移动终端中,包括:
检测一个报警操作;
基于所述报警操作,获取所述移动终端当前所在的地理位置的位置信息;
基于所述报警操作,启动采集模组以采集多媒体信息,其中,所述采集模组至少包括:音频采集模组;所述多媒体信息至少包括:音频信息;
发送携带所述位置信息及所述多媒体信息的报警信息。
第二方面,本发明实施例还提供一种移动终端,包括:
检测单元,配置为检测一个报警操作;
获取单元,配置为基于所述报警操作,获取所述移动终端当前所在的地理位置的位置信息;
启动单元,配置为基于所述报警操作,启动采集模组以采集多媒体信息,其中,所述采集模组至少包括:音频采集模组;所述多媒体信息至少包括:音频信息;
发送单元,配置为发送携带所述位置信息及所述多媒体信息的报警信息。
第三方面,本发明实施例还提供一种移动终端,包括:收发器、存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并由处理器运行的计算机程序;
所述处理器分别与所述存储器及收发器连接,配置为通过执行所述计算机程序执行上述前述一个或多个技术方案提供的报警方法。
第四方面,本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有计算机程序;所述计算机程序被执行后,能够实前述一个或 多个技术方案提供的报警方法。
本发明实施例提供的报警方法、移动终端及计算机存储介质,在检测到一个报警操作之后,会自动获取移动终端当前所在地理位置信息并启动多媒体信息的采集模组,以采集报警现场的多媒体信息。将采集的多媒体信息及位置信息作为报警信息的信息内容发送给接收方。这里的接收方可为公共报警平台或者是用户的紧急联系人等。这样的话,第一方面,用户只需要执行一个操作,就会触发移动终端执行位置信息的获取及多媒体信息的采集,并发送给接收方,减少了用户操作,在紧急报警的情况下,无需用户多个操作,就可以一键操作的安全及迅速报警。第二方面,报警信息中自动携带有位置信息,从而解决了报警用户在陌生环境下无法精确获知报警现场的位置的状况,第三方面,通过至少为音频信息的多媒体信息的采集和发送,方便接收方根据多媒体信息精确了解报警现场的状况,从而采集有针对性的紧急处理。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图及具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细阐述。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种报警方法,应用于移动终端中,包括:
步骤S110:检测一个报警操作;
步骤S120:基于所述报警操作,获取所述移动终端当前所在的地理位置的位置信息;
步骤S130:基于所述报警操作,启动采集模组以采集多媒体信息,其中,所述采集模组至少包括:音频采集模组;所述多媒体信息至少包括:音频信息;
步骤S140:发送携带所述位置信息及所述多媒体信息的报警信息。
在本实施例中所述报警方法可为应用于移动终端中,该移动终端可为手机、平板电脑或可穿戴式设备等可移动的电子设备。
所述移动终端中可安装有报警应用,该报警应用可为任意形式具有连接到特定报警号码的应用。该报警应用可为安装在电子设备中的第三方应用,也可以是操作***自带的应用。
在本实施例步骤S110中检测一个报警操作,该一个报警操作可为用户输入的一个告警操作。例如,作用于报警应用界面的点击操作或滑动操作等。所述点击操作可为单击操作、双击操作或多指点击操作等。所述滑动操作可为从一个位置滑动到另一个位置形成有滑动轨迹的操作。
在一些实施例中,所述报警操作可为一次操作,例如,用户的一个报警操作,例如,作用于报警控件的一次操作即可,以实现用户的简便、快捷及安全报警。
在步骤S120中若检测到一个报警操作,则会根据一个报警操作,获取移动终端当前所在地理位置的位置信息。例如,启动移动终端的全球定位***(Global Position System,GPS)模组进行GPS定位,获得GPS数据。这里的GPS数据为上述位置信息的一种,可包括:移动终端当前所在位置的经纬度信息。总之,这里的位置信息可以精确反映当前移动终端的所在地理位置,例如,所述位置信息还可为:基于基站的辅助定位的位置信息, 或者,是基于北斗***定位得到的位置信息。
如图2所示,移动终端在显示有其当前所在的地理位置的地图上,标注出其自身所在的位置,并显示报警提示。在图2中显示的报警提示包括文字“点击报警”,电子设备一旦检测到点击报警,就触发了移动终端内的一个报警操作,触发报警应用自动执行步骤S120至步骤S140,实现自动报警。
在步骤S130中还会开启采集模组,该采集模组至少包括音频采集模组。该音频采集模组至少可以采集移动终端所在位置的音频信息。
在本实施例中为了确保采集效果,在开启所述音频采集模组,按照预定采集参数进行多媒体信息的采集。例如按照预定图像采集模式采集音频。
所述音频采集模组的采集模式包括:第一模式和第二模式;其中,当所述音频采集模组工作在第一模式时,所述音频采集模组的音频采集范围为第一范围;当所述音频模组工作在第二模式时,所述音频采集模组的音频采集范围第二范围;所述第二范围小于所述第一范围;所述步骤S130可至少包括:基于所述报警操作,采用所述第一模式启动所述音频采集模组。
例如,若所述移动终端为手机,手机中包括麦克风;麦克风包括有两种采集模式,分别是免提模式和非免提模式。这里的免提模式对应于所述第一模式,非免提模式对应于第二模式。在非免提模式下,麦克风仅能够采集比较靠近麦克风的声音,而在免提模式下,可以采集比较远距离的声音。即所述第一范围大于所述第二范围。
在本实施例中为了实现更好的报警,在步骤S130中会采用以第一模式的启动所述采集模组,使得所述采集模组采集更大范围内的音频。
在一些实施例中,所述第一模式和第二模式的区别还体现在采集功率,采集功率越大,则可采集的采集范围越大,故在本实施例中,可以在第一 模式下,所述采集模组的采集功率大于所述第二模式下的采集功率。
在一些实施例中,利用预设采集参数采集所述多媒体信息可包括:利用最大采集功率采集所述多媒体信息。
所述采集模组除了所述音频模组之外,还可包括:图像采集模组,配置为采集图像。利用预设参数采集图像信息,可包括:利用自动对焦模式进行图像采集,以确保获得清晰的采集图像。
如,所述采集模组还包括:图像采集模组;所述图像采集模组可工作在预定图像采集模式;在所述预定图像采集模式下,所述图像采集模组执行以下至少其中之一:禁止闪光灯的开启及禁止采集声音的输出;所述基于所述报警操作,启动采集模组以采集多媒体信息,至少包括:基于所述报警操作,采用所述预定图像采集模式启动所述图像采集模组。
通过闪光灯的禁止开启及采集声音的禁止输出,可以减少因为闪光灯或采集完成等声音的问题,导致报警引起施暴者或抢劫者的注意的问题,从而提升报警者的报警安全。
在一些实施例中,所述采集模组除了音频采集模组和/或图像采集模组之外,还可包括:红外检测模组;红外检测模组,可配置为在可视环境差的情况下,通过红外采集,采集报警现场的状况信息,例如,当抢劫犯利用烟雾弹等视线干扰扰乱现场时,采集抢劫现场的抢劫犯的红外采集获得凶徒的状况信息,例如,身高及体型等信息,作为报警信息发送给警方,从而方便警方判断当前报警现场所需的警力等。
在步骤S140中可以通过短信、即时通信消息等各种形式将所述报警消息发送给报警接收方。该报警接收方可为公共的报警平台,或者,所述移动终端内运行的通信标识绑定的紧急联系人的通信终端。
可选地,所述方法还包括:检测作用于报警应用的应用图标的启动操作;
基于所述启动操作,在所述报警应用的应用界面显示地图;
在所述地图上显示当前所在的地理位置的标识信息;
所述检测一个报警操作,包括:检测作用于所述标识信息的一个报警操作。
在实施例中所述移动终端可显示有报警应用的应用图标,首先采集启动所述报警应用的启动操作,在所述报警应用的启动之后,会进入所述报警应用的应用界面,在本实施例中所诉报警应用的应用界面会显示地图,在地图上显示标识信息。这样方便用户根据当前地图的位置,自行判断终端的定位是否准确,若不准确,用户可以触发移动终端再次定位,若准确可以直接在地图显示的标识信息上输出所述报警操作,以触发报警信息的发送。
在本实施例中报警信息的接收端可为公共报警平台,也可以为该用户的紧急联系人。所述公共报警平台可为110或120或119等报警的处理平台。所述紧急联系人可为用户自身设置的紧急联系人,或者,与移动终端根据历史通话记录,选择包括当前时间的时间段内联系频次最高的联系人。
可选地,所述方法还包括:获取多媒体信息的采集状态信息;其中,所述采集状况信息至少包括:采集进度信息;
所述步骤S140可包括:当所述采集状况信息满足第一预设条件时,自动发送所述报警信息。
例如,多媒体信息的采集可以是基于采集时间窗进行的,在本实施例中,获取多媒体信息的采集状况信息,可为在一个采集时间窗内已采集的持续时间。例如,给采集时间窗为60秒,则所述采集进度信息可为当前采集时间窗对应的60秒中已经持续采集的时间长度,例如,已采集30秒。在本实施例中,所述采集进度信息可为采集进度的绝对值,例如,30秒、25秒或50秒等持续时间的绝对时长。所述相对值可为已采集时长与整个采 集时间窗对应的时长的比值。
在一些实施例中,所述报警信息可以是基于用户收到操作发送的,也可以是自动发送的。在本实施例中会结合所述采集进度信息,当判断出所述采集进度信息满足所述第一预设条件时,自动发送所述报警信息。一般情况下,所述满足第一预设条件可包括:
基于当前采集进度信息,可以确定出当前采集的多媒体信息可达到最少数据量,或,达到最小采集时长,这样的话,方便接收方根据报警信息中携带的多媒体信息,确定出是否报警现场确实发生了需要紧急救援的事件以及紧急程度等。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:
判断采集的所述多媒体信息中是否包括:一个或多个预设信息;
所述发送携带所述位置信息及所述多媒体信息的报警信息,包括:
当所述多媒体信息中包括所述预设信息时,自动发送所述报警信息。
所述预设信息可为:预定响声,例如,枪声、撞击声以及恐吓声等预定音频信息中的一种或多种。所述预定信息还可包括:暴力图像等预定图形信息。
移动终端一边采集多媒体信息,一边自行解析所述多媒体信息,通过信息匹配等,若判断出采集的多媒体信息中携带有所述一个或多个预定信息,可认为当前报警现场出现了确实需要报警的事件,则自动发送所述报警信息。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:
接收用户输入的报警触发条件的设置操作,所述设置操作可包括:设置报警时间的设置操作;
启动报警计时;
所述报警计时表明达到了报警时间时未检测到用户输入的报警取消操 作时,启动采集模组以采集多媒体信息;
采集的多媒体信息发送给报警平台,或者,紧急联系人等报警信息接收方。
在另一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:
定位所述移动终端的当前位置信息;
结合所述移动终端的历史位置信息及所述当前位置信息,确定所述当前位置信息是否包括在所述移动终端预定历史时间内出现过的历史位置信息中,若当前位置信息不包括在所述历史位置信息中,则显示设置操作的设置提示,以提示用户进行自动报警的提示。
所述报警时间的时长可为1个小时、2个小时、3个小时或8个小时等任意用户设置的时长。在一些实施例中,所述移动终端还可以根据统计数据,在显示界面输出推荐的报警时间。
在一些实施例中,为了维护报警用户的安全,避免发现导致报警的施暴者发现报警用户的报警,对报警用户进行打击报复。在本发明实施例中所述方法还包括以下至少其中之一:
第一种:
当所述多媒体信息中包括一个或多个预定信息时,退出报警应用。当然已经完成了报警,自动退出报警应用,相当于会自动退出报警界面,这样即便报警用户的手机等移动终端被施暴者拿到,也不会发现报警用户已经报警了。
第二种:
当所述多媒体信息中包括一个或多个预定信息时,在所述移动终端中隐藏报警应用。在本实施例中所述报警应用可以运行在移动终端的后台,在移动终端的前台,例如,桌面或***消息栏等位置处,是不会显示有关于报警应用的相关信息的。这样的话,显然也可以避免报警用户被施暴者 看到,提高报警用户的人身安全。
第三种:
当所述多媒体信息中包括一个或多个预定信息时,退出报警应用界面并按照预定时间间隔定位所述移动终端的地理位置,并向自动发送所述位置信息。
在本实施例中报警现场可能会发生转移,一方面为了确保报警用户的人身安全,另一方面,确保报警跟踪。所述移动终端在完成首次或前预定次数的报警之后,会推出报警应用界面,并按照预定时间间隔更新移动终端的位置信息,方便公共报警平台的跟踪。
在本实施例中多媒体信息中一个或多个预定信息的包括判断,一方面可以实现精确报警,避免报警信息的误发,另一方面,基于预定信息的包括判断,还可以自动发送报警信息,减少报警用户的操作,提升报警成功率,降低报警用户被施暴者发现的可能性。
可选地,所述方法还包括以下至少之一:
当启动所述采集模组之后,关闭所述移动终端的显示;
当启动所述采集模组之后,在所述移动终端的显示界面隐藏报警应用的应用信息;
当处于第一报警模式时,屏蔽采集模组的状态指示信息的呈现;
当处于第一报警模式时,屏蔽报警状态信息的呈现。
在本实施例中所述方法还包括:当所述采集模组启动之后,关闭移动终端的显示,例如,立即使所述移动终端进入到黑屏模式,以免处于亮屏模式被施暴者发现报警用户当前正在报警。
在一些实施例中,还包括启动采集模组之后,在移动终端的显示界面隐藏报警应用的应用信息,这里的应用信息可包括:报警应用的应用界面,报警应用的提升信息等,减少被施暴者发现的报警用户正在报警或者已经 报警的可能。
在另一些实施例中,若报警应用处于第一报警模式时,屏蔽采集模组的状态指示信息的呈现。例如,在一些情况下,若开启了音频模组或视频模组,则可能开启对应的指示灯,例如,亮起采集指示灯表示当前处于采集状况,这样的话,有可能引起施暴者的注意。
在处于第一报警模式时,还可以屏蔽报警状态信息的呈现。在有一些报警状况下,报警用户自身不是有来自施暴者的人身安全问题,例如,在火灾现场等报警现场,则此时报警应用可以处于第二报警模式,可以通过状态指示信息和/或报警状态信息的呈现,这里的呈现可包括:文字和/或图标的显示、指示灯等指示呈现等。而在第一报警模式下,为了确保报警用户的安全会屏蔽这些信息的成像。
所述报警应用可以根据所述多媒体信息中是否包括一个或多个预定信息的判断,自动进入到所述第一报警模式,在一些实施例中也可以是基于用户的切换指令进入所述第一报警模式。
在一些实施例中所述报警操作可为直接作用于报警应用的应用图标的操作,若检测到达到预定时长的作用于所述报警应用的应用图标的操作,则可以认为当前产生了报警事件,移动终端自动开始后台运行或者前台运行,执行前述的步骤S110至步骤S140。
可选地,如图3所示,所述方法还包括:
步骤S150:检测报警取消操作;
步骤S160:基于所述报警取消操作,取消所述报警信息的发送和/或获取。
在有一些情况下,可能会产生误触或者是不再需要报警的情况下,故在本实施例中还引入了报警取消操作,若检测到报警取消操作,则取消报警信息的发送及获取。
在一些实施例中,所述步骤S110可包括:
检测作用于预定位置的操作,获取该操作的力度参数;所述力度参数可为按压操作的按压压力或者压强等;或者,检测作用于预定位置的操作,获取该操作的作用时长参数,当作用时长参数大于预设时长时,确定检测到一个报警操作。
当所述力度参数大于预定值时,确定检测到所述报警操作。该预定值大于非报警应用的被触发的操作力度。或者,当作用时长参数大于预设时长阈值时,确定该操作为一个报警操作。这样的话,避免用户一不小心轻轻碰一下报警应用,就产生不必要的报警。
所述预定位置可为移动终端显示的虚拟按键,也可以是移动终端的实体按键,例如,home键或者音量调节键等。可以通过移动终端显示的虚拟按键一键触发报警,也可以基于实体按键进行一键触发报警,同时确保报警用户的安全性。
可选地,在一些情况下,报警用户可能正在报警,但是抢劫者或者施暴者此时正好靠近,为了减少施暴者或者抢劫者的保护,在本实施例中所述方法还包括:
检测报警隐藏操作;
当检测到所述报警隐藏操作时,关闭所述移动终端的显示;和/或,当检测到所述报警隐藏操作时,在所述移动终端的显示界面隐藏报警应用的应用信息;和/或,当检测到所述报警隐藏操作时,屏蔽采集模组的状态指示信息的呈现;和/或,当检测到所述报警隐藏操作时,屏蔽报警状态信息的呈现。
通过这种方式可以隐藏报警用户的报警操作和/或报警意图。
所述报警隐藏操作可为作用于报警图标的预定方向滑动操作。例如,作用于报警应用的应用界面的向上或向左滑动的滑动操作。例如,作用于 home键的返回桌面的操作等,这些操作都可以被视为报警隐藏操作的一种,从而实现报警操作及报警意图的隐藏。
如图4所示,本实施例提供一种移动终端,包括:
检测单元110,配置为检测一个报警操作;
获取单元120,配置为基于所述报警操作,获取所述移动终端当前所在的地理位置的位置信息;
启动单元130,配置为基于所述报警操作,启动采集模组以采集多媒体信息,其中,所述采集模组至少包括:音频采集模组;所述多媒体信息至少包括:音频信息;
发送单元140,配置为发送携带所述位置信息及所述多媒体信息的报警信息。
在本实施例中所述检测单元110可对应于各种人机交互接口,例如,触摸屏或实体按键等,可以检测用户操作的物理结构。
所述获取单元120可以对应于GPS芯片或者基站辅助定位芯片等进行移动终端定位的电路和/或电子结构。
所述启动单元130,可对应于处理器或处理电路,可以配置为启动采集模组,可以至少通过音频采集模组的启动,采集报警现场的音频信息,从而向公共报警平台或紧急联系人发送报警信息。报警信息包括位置信息采集的多媒体信息,位置信息可以方便接收方进行报警现场的定位,而多媒体信息的发送,可以方便接收方了解当前报警现场的状况信息,从而采取有针对性的紧急处理。
所述处理器可为中央处理器(CPU)、微处理器(MCU)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、应用处理器(AP)、可编程阵列(PLC)、专用集成电路(ASIC)等各种具有信息处理功能的电子结构。
所述发送单元140可对应于通信接口,可配置为报警信息的发送。所 述通信接口可为各种类型的发送天线,例如,配置为与基站通信的移动天线,或通过WiFi进行通信的WiFi天线等。
所述检测单元110,还配置为检测作用于报警应用的应用图标的启动操作;所述移动终端还包括:显示单元,配置为基于所述启动操作,在所述报警应用的应用界面显示地图;及在所述地图上显示当前所在的地理位置的标识信息;所述检测单元110,配置为检测作用于所述标识信息的一个报警操作。
所述显示单元可对应于各种显示屏,例如,液晶显示屏、电子墨水显示频该、投影显示屏,或者是有机发光二级管(OLED)显示屏等。
可选地,所述音频采集模组的采集模式包括:第一模式和第二模式;其中,当所述音频采集模组工作在第一模式时,所述音频采集模组的音频采集范围为第一范围;当所述音频模组工作在第二模式时,所述音频采集模组的音频采集范围第二范围;所述第二范围小于所述第一范围;所述基于所述报警操作,启动采集模组以采集多媒体信息,至少包括:基于所述报警操作,采用所述第一模式启动所述音频采集模组。
这里的音频模组可为麦克风等可以采集音频信息的电子结构。
所述采集模组还包括:图像采集模组;所述图像采集模组包括:预定图像采集模式;在所述预定图像采集模式下,所述图像采集模组执行以下至少其中之一:禁止闪光灯的开启及禁止采集声音的输出;所述基于所述报警操作,启动采集模组以采集多媒体信息,至少包括:基于所述报警操作,采用所述预定图像采集模式启动所述图像采集模组。
所述图像采集模组可为照相机或者摄像机等包括摄像头的电子器件等。
可选地,所述移动终端的获取单元120,还可配置为获取多媒体信息的采集状态信息;其中,所述采集状况信息至少包括:采集进度信息;
所述发送单元140,可配置为当所述采集状况信息满足第一预设条件时,自动发送所述报警信息。
在一些实施例中,所述移动终端可包括:
判断单元,配置为判断采集的所述多媒体信息中是否包括:一个或多个预设信息;所述发送单元140,可配置为当所述多媒体信息中包括所述预设信息时,自动发送所述报警信息。
在还有一些实施例中,所述移动终端还可包括:
控制单元,配置为当所述多媒体信息中包括一个或多个预定信息时,退出报警应用;和/或,当所述多媒体信息中包括一个或多个预定信息时,在所述移动终端中隐藏报警应用;和/或,当所述多媒体信息中包括一个或多个预定信息时,退出报警应用界面并按照预定时间间隔定位所述移动终端的地理位置,并向自动发送所述位置信息。
在一些实施例中,所述控制单元,还可配置为执行以下至少之一:
当启动所述采集模组之后,关闭所述移动终端的显示;
当启动所述采集模组之后,在所述移动终端的显示界面隐藏报警应用的应用信息;
当处于第一报警模式时,屏蔽采集模组的状态指示信息的呈现;
当处于第一报警模式时,屏蔽报警状态信息的呈现。
所述检测单元110,还配置为检测报警取消操作;
所述控制单元,还配置为基于所述报警取消操作,取消所述报警信息的发送和/或获取。
在一些实施例中,所述检测单元110,还配置为检测报警隐藏操作;
所述控制单元,还配置为当检测到所述报警隐藏操作时,关闭所述移动终端的显示;和/或,当检测到所述报警隐藏操作时,在所述移动终端的显示界面隐藏报警应用的应用信息;和/或,当检测到所述报警隐藏操作时, 屏蔽采集模组的状态指示信息的呈现;和/或,当检测到所述报警隐藏操作时,屏蔽报警状态信息的呈现。
以下结合上述任意一个实施例提供两个示例:
示例1:
本示例提出了一种基于手机应用(Application,APP)的一键报警方法,用于解决现在报警APP的不足和缺失,***结构图如图5所示。
该***由终端、数据传输网络、网络服务器及接警中心等组成。终端包括报警的移动终端和接收报警的终端。该接收报警的终端可为警察的通信终端。报警的移动终端内运行报警App。所述报警APP可包括以下几个模块:配置为定位的定位模块、配置为地图显示和标记的地图显示模块、配置为采集语音等音频数据的音频采集模块,在一示例中还可包括:配置为图像采集的拍照模块,以形成音视频数据、配置为加密的加密模块及进行网络连接的网络模块。数据传输网络包括数据传输网络中的2G、3G、4G和Wifi网络;接警中心部署运行报警后台服务的服务器,后台的网络服务器主要包括以下模块:解密模块及地图模块,地图模块配置为地图显示和/或移动终端的位置更新,解密模块配置为对移动终端发送的加密后的数据进行解密处理。接警中心基于网络服务器的数据信息,调度出警人员,并发送报警信息内容给接收报警的终端。在一些实施例中,报警的移动终端发送的网络消息,则网络服务器会分别将报警信息分发给紧急联系人和接收报警的警察终端。
本示例提出的滑动移动报警方法基于上述***架构实现,所采用的技术方案是:使用安卓开发工具(Android Studio)及Xcode(一种开发工具)开发移动终端App软件。移动端报警App的应用界面可如图2所示。
报警App的操作过程如下:
点击手机APP图标,进入报警应用界面;
报警应用界面的显示地图,获取通过各种定位方式定位得到的位置信息后,将当时所处位置标注在地图上,在地图页底部有一个圆角矩形的滑动按钮,按钮内写有滑动一键报警。这里的定位方式包括但不限于以下任意一种:全球定位***定位(Global Position System,GPS)定位、俄罗斯Glonass定位***,中国北斗定位***,基于基站辅助定位。
按住底部的滑动按钮从左至右滑倒最右端,会弹出一键报警开始提示框,此时App已打开麦克风开始录音,此时用户可以录制犯罪现场声音,或语音描述犯罪现场内容。提示框向上滑动可以立即结束录音并发送报警消息,向下滑动可以取消报警。如果不做任何操作,则在60秒之后,自动上传报警语音和GPS位置数据到警方报警后台。
接警中心处理报警内容,地图上显示用户实时位置,并点击播放发送到语音内容,根据报警内容,调度警察处理事件。
本示例上述步骤所涉及的实现方法如下:
1)通过Xcode开发工具,在应用图标项内传入设计好的不同尺寸的应用图标,以适配不同分辨率的ios***设备;通过Android Studio建立图像集合(Image Asset)文件,选择设计好的不同尺寸的应用图标,以适配不同分辨率的安卓设备。
2)调用获取GPS数据应用程序接口(API),获取实时GPS数据,加载地图软件开发包(sdk),将转化后的GPS坐标初始化网络地图,配置为显示用户当时所处的实时位置;制作圆角矩形滑动按钮,并监听该滑动操作,滑动至屏幕最右端位置时,调用录音API接口;中途中断时,滑动槽返回最左侧,样式见图2。
3)App需要获取定位模块(包括但不仅限于GPS***,亦可是俄罗斯Glonass***或中国北斗***等)权限。android***需要开启定位模块位置权限,在AndroidManifest.xml文件中需要配置 android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION(第一精度定位权限)和
android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION(第二精度定位权限)两种权限。其中,所述第一精度定位权限的定位精度低于所述第二精度定位权限的定位精度。这里所述AndroidManifest.xml文件为存储权限的文件中的一种,实现时不局限于该文件。
在ios***在Xcode在Info.plist中设置NSLocationUsageDescription说明定位的目的(Privacy-Location Usage Description)为获取报警位置信息。
录音(即音频采集)需要获取录音权限,需要在AndroidManifest.xml文件中需要配置
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO"/>,调用录音接口录音,并存储在本地文件中。录音接口开始启用后,会启动定时器,该定时器在60秒后,会通过在安全套接字层上的超文本传输协议(Https)协议发送语音及GPS位置数据至警方后台服务器。
4)警方后台服务器接收到用户发送的报警请求,获取用户实时GPS数据,并在地图上显示位置标注。同时显示收到的语音信息,点击语音播放按钮,使用HTML5音频(audio)标签加载音频文件。警方根据用户报警内容调度警力救援。
示例2:
本示例提供一种报警方法,包括:
步骤1:用户张三在北京市东城区XX街道A珠宝店,遇到持枪抢劫,张三打开报警APP软件,软件自动获取GPS位置坐标,软件界面下方显示“一键报警”滑动按钮。
步骤2:在这种情况下,张三因畏惧劫匪发现,无法公开拍摄劫匪的视频内容。张三滑动软件界面底部一键按钮,弹出提示框,显示“正在录音中, 60秒自动发送语音消息”
步骤3:软件开启录音功能,录制现场声音,张三告知现在正遭遇抢劫,劫匪持枪的情况,60秒后,自动发送至报警中心。
步骤4:接警中心接警员李警官在接警后台收到张三报警消息,点击播放张三的录音,判断需要数名警力及救护人员前往现场,调度中选择警力前往GPS定位的地点前往救援。
如图6所示,本实施例还提供一种电子设备,收发器330、存储器310、处理器320及存储在存储器310上并由处理器330运行的计算机程序340;
所述处理器320分别与所述存储器310及收发器330连接,配置为通过执行所述计算机程序执行上述任意一个或多个技术方案提供的报警方法。
本实施例中所述收发器330可对应于网络接口,所述网络接口可为电缆接口、可以配置为其他网元进行数据交互。
所述存储器310可包括:各种类型的存储介质,可以配置为数据存储。在本实施例中,所述存储器310包括的存储介质至少部分为非易失性存储介质,可以配置为存储所述计算机程序340。
所述处理器320可包括:中央处理器、微处理器、数字信号处理器、应用处理器、专用集成电路或可编程阵列等,可以配置为通过计算机程序340的执行实现PNF信息包的形成。
在本实施例中,所述处理器320可通过集成电路总线等设备内总线,与所述收发器330及存储器310连接。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行后,并执行前述一个或多个技术方案提供的报警方法。
本发明实施例提供的计算机存储介质包括:移动存储设备、只读存储 器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。可选为,所述计算机存储介质可为非瞬间存储介质。这里的非瞬间存储介质又可以称为非易失性存储介质。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的设备和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。以上所描述的设备实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,如:多个单元或组件可以结合,或可以集成到另一个***,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另外,所显示或讨论的各组成部分相互之间的耦合、或直接耦合、或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,设备或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性的、机械的或其它形式的。
上述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是、或也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是、或也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,也可以分布到多个网络单元上;可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各实施例中的各功能单元可以全部集成在一个处理模组中,也可以是各单元分别单独作为一个单元,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中;上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的报警方法、移动终端及计算机存储介质,当移动终端检测到一个报警操作时,就会自动执行位置信息的获取、多媒体信息的采集及报警信息的发送,减少了用户操作,在紧急报警的情况下,无需用户多个操作,就可以一键操作的安全及迅速报警。且报警信息中自动携带有位置信息,从而解决了报警用户在陌生环境下无法精确获知报警现场的位置的状况,且还通过至少为音频信息的多媒体信息的采集和发送,方便接收方根据多媒体信息精确了解报警现场的状况,从而采集有针对性的紧急处理。故本发明实施例提供的技术方案具有积极的工业效果。在具体实现时,所述移动终端可以通过计算机程序等代码的执行,简便实现上述操作,故可实现性强,在工业上的可推广性强。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种报警方法,应用于移动终端中,包括:
    检测一个报警操作;
    基于所述报警操作,获取所述移动终端当前所在的地理位置的位置信息;
    基于所述报警操作,启动采集模组以采集多媒体信息,其中,所述采集模组至少包括:音频采集模组;所述多媒体信息至少包括:音频信息;
    发送携带所述位置信息及所述多媒体信息的报警信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    检测作用于报警应用的应用图标的启动操作;
    基于所述启动操作,在所述报警应用的应用界面显示地图;
    在所述地图上显示当前所在的地理位置的标识信息;
    所述检测一个报警操作,包括:
    检测作用于所述标识信息的一个报警操作。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,
    所述音频采集模组的采集模式包括:第一模式和第二模式;其中,当所述音频采集模组工作在第一模式时,所述音频采集模组的音频采集范围为第一范围;当所述音频模组工作在第二模式时,所述音频采集模组的音频采集范围第二范围;所述第二范围小于所述第一范围;所述基于所述报警操作,启动采集模组以采集多媒体信息,至少包括:基于所述报警操作,采用所述第一模式启动所述音频采集模组;
    和/或,
    所述采集模组还包括:图像采集模组;所述图像采集模组包括:预定图像采集模式;在所述预定图像采集模式下,所述图像采集模组执行 以下至少其中之一:禁止闪光灯的开启及禁止采集声音的输出;所述基于所述报警操作,启动采集模组以采集多媒体信息,至少包括:基于所述报警操作,采用所述预定图像采集模式启动所述图像采集模组。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    获取多媒体信息的采集状态信息;其中,所述采集状况信息至少包括:采集进度信息;
    所述发送携带所述位置信息及所述多媒体信息的报警信息,包括:
    当所述采集状况信息满足第一预设条件时,自动发送所述报警信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    判断采集的所述多媒体信息中是否包括:一个或多个预设信息;
    所述发送携带所述位置信息及所述多媒体信息的报警信息,包括:
    当所述多媒体信息中包括所述预设信息时,自动发送所述报警信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括以下至少其中之一:
    当所述多媒体信息中包括一个或多个预定信息时,退出报警应用;
    当所述多媒体信息中包括一个或多个预定信息时,在所述移动终端中隐藏报警应用;
    当所述多媒体信息中包括一个或多个预定信息时,退出报警应用界面并按照预定时间间隔定位所述移动终端的地理位置,并向自动发送所述位置信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括以下至少之一:
    当启动所述采集模组之后,关闭所述移动终端的显示;
    当启动所述采集模组之后,在所述移动终端的显示界面隐藏报警应用的应用信息;
    当处于第一报警模式时,屏蔽采集模组的状态指示信息的呈现;
    当处于第一报警模式时,屏蔽报警状态信息的呈现。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    检测报警取消操作;
    基于所述报警取消操作,取消所述报警信息的发送和/或获取。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    检测报警隐藏操作;
    当检测到所述报警隐藏操作时,关闭所述移动终端的显示;和/或,当检测到所述报警隐藏操作时,在所述移动终端的显示界面隐藏报警应用的应用信息;和/或,当检测到所述报警隐藏操作时,屏蔽采集模组的状态指示信息的呈现;和/或,当检测到所述报警隐藏操作时,屏蔽报警状态信息的呈现。
  10. 一种移动终端,包括:
    检测单元,配置为检测一个报警操作;
    获取单元,配置为基于所述报警操作,获取所述移动终端当前所在的地理位置的位置信息;
    启动单元,配置为基于所述报警操作,启动采集模组以采集多媒体信息,其中,所述采集模组至少包括:音频采集模组;所述多媒体信息至少包括:音频信息;
    发送单元,配置为发送携带所述位置信息及所述多媒体信息的报警信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述检测单元,还配置为检测作用于报警应用的应用图标的启动操作;
    所述移动终端还包括:
    显示单元,配置为基于所述启动操作,在所述报警应用的应用界面显示地图;及在所述地图上显示当前所在的地理位置的标识信息;
    所述检测单元,配置为检测作用于所述标识信息的一个报警操作。
  12. 一种移动终端,包括:收发器、存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并由处理器运行的计算机程序;
    所述处理器分别与所述存储器及收发器连接,配置为通过执行所述计算机程序执行上述权利要求1至9任一项提供的报警方法。
  13. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有计算机程序;所述计算机程序被执行后,能够实现上述权利要求1至9任一项提供的报警方法。
