The fault signature library may also include fault information extracted from the image reported by the user. This may be that after the user reports that the fault is verified to be accurate, the fault feature extracted from the corresponding image is added to the fault signature database.
In step S4224, if the matching is successful, it is determined that the fault information is valid, otherwise the fault information is determined to be invalid.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the fault signature database may further store a fault type corresponding to each fault feature, so that in the case that the matching is successful, the fault type of the item 4000 may also be determined at the same time.
In an embodiment of the present invention, determining the validity of the fault information in the step S4200 may include:
Step S4231: Acquire a number of times of reporting the fault for the item within a set time period of the current time.
In step S4232, if the number of times is greater than or equal to the set number of times, it is determined that the fault information is valid.
The set number of times and the set time period can be determined and modified according to the operation conditions.
The set time period is, for example, 30 days, and the set number of times is, for example, 2 times.
In an embodiment of the present invention, determining the validity of the fault information in the step S4200 may include:
Step S4241, determining a current fault type according to the fault information.
Step S4242: Acquire a number of times that the fault type is reported as the fault type for the item within the set time period of the current time.
In step S4243, if the number of times is greater than or equal to the set number of times, it is determined that the fault information is valid.
In an embodiment of the present invention, determining the validity of the fault information in the step S4200 may include:
Step S4251: Acquire at least one detection item for determining validity.

If the fault information is not determined according to the lowest priority detection item, the fault information is invalid.
In an embodiment of the present invention, determining the validity of the fault information in the step S4200 may include:

1。In this embodiment of the invention, the sum of the weights of all the detected items is equal to one.
In step S4263, if the validity value is greater than or equal to the set value, it is determined that the fault information is valid.
0.5。This set value is set, for example, to be greater than or equal to 0.5.
For example, in this step S4200, three detection items need to be evaluated, and the weights of the three detection items are 0.5, 0.3, and 0.2, respectively, according to the detection result of the first detection item being invalid, and according to the second and third detections. If the detection structure of the item is valid, the corresponding validity value V=0.5×0+0.3×1+0.2×1=0.5. If 0.5 is greater than or equal to the set value, it is determined that the fault information is valid, otherwise the fault information is determined to be invalid.

0.2。The probability can be obtained by counting the failure report of all the items 4000.
