背景技术
为了使普通纸具有防水的效果,会在纸上涂附隔水涂层,形成涂层纸。当前主要涂层可分为以下两类:
①石油基:传统塑料:PE(聚乙烯),PP(聚丙烯),PS(聚苯乙烯),PC(聚碳酸酯),PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯),ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯),PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯),尼龙等;
②淀粉与PE混合基:Bio-PE(生物聚乙烯)Bio-PP(生物聚丙烯)Bio-PA(生物聚酰胺)PTT(聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯)。石油机材料综合性能优良,是人们生产和生活中的主要材料。
目前市场主流涂层淋膜纸主要为PE涂层纸,其涂层主要为高/低密度聚乙烯(H/LDPE),其材料分子结构非常稳定,很难被自然界的光和热降解,常规环境下约需要200年。若加速其分解,则需要高温焚烧等方式(>240℃)其降解为乙烯(常温气态),同时也伴有各种有害氧化产物。但是当前生产和生活中PE涂层纸生产及使用量巨大,PE合成高分子材料使用废弃后较难降解,造成生态环境污染,且污染呈现扩大趋势。
此类污染可归结为白色污染,白色污染是指对废塑料污染环境现象的一种形象称谓,具体是指用聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯等高分子化合物制成的包装袋、农用地膜、一次性餐具、塑料瓶等塑料制品使用后被弃置成为固体废物,由于随意乱丢乱扔,难于降解处理,给生态环境和景观造成不可逆的污染。其主要以①视觉污染:在城市、旅游区、水体和道路旁散落的废旧塑料包装物给 人们的视觉带来不良刺激,影响城市、风景点的整体美感,破坏市容、景色;②潜在危害:侵占土地过多、污染空气、污染水体、火灾隐患、很难降解,造成长期深层次生态环境问题。
面对日益严重的白色污染问题,人们希望寻找一种能替代现行PE涂层涂层纸,又不造成白色污染的塑料替代品。目前国内外研发出的可降解涂层涂层主要包括:PBAT(聚己二酸),PCL(聚己内酯)、PHA(聚羟基脂肪酸酯)、PLA(聚乳酸);其中较常用的是PLA,PLA是利用来自于谷物或其它有机物的发酵糖产生的乳酸,乳酸再通过聚合反应得到线形脂肪族聚酯--聚乳酸(PLA)。PLA的降解分为两个阶段,第一阶段是它的酯基团逐步水解成为乳酸和其它小分子,然后这些小分子被环境中的微生物所分解,因为降解分步进行,降解速度慢。PLA经常和淀粉共混以增强其可降解性能并降低成本。一些生产者也经常使用一些别的可降解聚酯与PLA共混来;但是这种共混产物硬脆,可塑性差,因此还要加入一些增塑剂如甘油和山梨糖醇使其变得柔软一些。
另外,现有的涂层纸的基材一般都是单层纸,刚性差,应用范围窄。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于生物可降解涂层纸及其生产设备,以解决现有技术中存在的涂层纸刚性较差的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:一种生物可降解涂层纸,包括基材以及涂布在所述基材的表面上的生物可降解材料的涂层,所述基材包括涂层承载层和支撑加固层,涂布于所述涂层承载层的一侧表面的生物可降解材料形成所述涂层,所述支撑加固层设置在所述涂层承载层的另一侧表面且所述支撑加固层能支撑或加固所述涂层承载层。

优选的,所述放卷装置包括第一卷轴和第二卷轴,所述一卷轴和第二卷轴其中之一为工作卷轴,其中另一为备用卷轴,所述工作卷轴和备用卷轴均与所述涂层承载层输送***连接,当所述工作卷轴上的基材纸被输送后,所述备用卷轴上的基材纸被继续输送。
优选的,所述淋膜机还包括电晕机构,所述电晕机构设置在所述放卷装置与所述复合***之间且能够提高使所述涂层承载层表面的附着性,所述涂层承载层通过所述输送***从所述放卷装置依次输送至所述电晕机构和所述复合***。
本发明产出合格的生物可降解涂层纸。因为生物可降解涂层纸具有低碳环保、生态循环、可持续发展等优良特性,可应用于容器、包装、农业、汽车、消费品等方面,将其投放于国内外市场,其优势明显,市场潜力巨大、前景广阔,逐步替代PE涂层等不可降解类型的涂层纸将成为一种必然趋势。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
本发明提供了一种生物可降解涂层纸,包括基材以及涂布在所述基材的表面上的生物可降解材料的涂层12,所述基材包括涂层承载层11和支撑加固层,涂布于所述涂层承载层11的一侧表面的生物可降解材料形成所述涂层12,所述支撑加固层设置在所述涂层承载层11的另一侧表面且所述支撑加固层能支撑或加固所述涂层承载层11。
作为可选的实施方式,所述支撑加固层为瓦楞纸、中空纸或白卡纸。
如图1所示,所述中空纸包括中空纸纸张本体13,所述中空纸纸张本体13的位置相对的两个边沿均朝内折边且折边部位的外表面附着在所述涂层承载层11的所述另一侧表面上,所述中空纸纸张本体13的两个边沿之间的区域与所述涂层承载层11之间存在中空腔室;如图2所示,所述中空纸纸张本体13的外表面可以涂布所述生物可降解材料的涂层12;如图3所示,如图所述中空纸纸张本体13的外表面可以附着在双面涂布所述生物可降解材料的涂层12的所述涂层承载层11。
如图4所示,所述瓦楞纸包括瓦楞底纸14和瓦楞纸外层15,其中:所述瓦楞底纸14附着在所述涂层承载层11的所述另一侧表面上,所述瓦楞纸外层15附着在所述瓦楞底纸14背离所述涂层承载层11的一侧表面上,且所述瓦楞纸外层15呈褶皱状。
如图5所示,所述生物可降解涂层纸还包括双层涂层纸,所述双层图纸包括由白卡纸作为基材,白卡纸两侧面均涂布有生物可降解材料的涂层12。
不同类型涂层纸的特点和适用范围:单涂层适合普通单层容器;双面涂层适合容器内外层温差较大的冷饮、冰淇淋容器;瓦楞纸:适用于隔热、防滑、挺度大、质感要求高等特性的容器;中空纸:适用于隔热、质感要求较高等特性的容器;
作为可选的实施方式,所述生物降解材料包括聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(简称PBS)。所述聚丁二酸丁二醇酯由丁二酸琥珀酸和1.4丁二醇经酯化缩聚而得。
作为可选的实施方式,所述生物降解材料还包括聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、抗氧化剂和脱模剂,共同构成所述生物可降解材料(简称Bio-PBS粒子)。
所述Bio-PBS粒子包括以下特性:
①FZ71PM注塑,附合度更优,更适用于亚洲客户,
②FZ91PM挤出,加工稳定性更优,更适用于欧洲客户
③MZ7A0101抗氧化剂,与FZ71PM熔融抗氧化效果更佳
④MB92AM抗氧化剂,与FZ91PM熔融抗氧化效果更佳
⑤MB71BM脱模剂~防止粘连冷却缸
⑥MZ7C0201脱模剂~防止粘连冷却缸
如图6-10所示,本发明提供了一种淋膜机,包括挤出***和压合***3,所述挤出***能够将所述生物可降解材料挤出至所述基材纸的表面,所述压合***3能采用施压的方式使所述生物可降解材料与所述涂层承载层11复合。
作为可选的实施方式,所述挤出***包括储料装置7和出料装置2,所述出料装置2的物料出口与所述出料装置2的入口连通,所述出料装置2能将所述储料装置7中储存的所述生物可降解材料通过相互连通的螺杆螺筒25、模头26以及模头26上的模唇24挤出至所述基材纸的表面,所述出料装置2内部设有调压装置22和漏斗阀23,所述调压装置22内设有滤网21。螺杆螺筒25的结构适用于Bio-PBS粒子流变特性;螺杆螺筒25前段增加调压装置26,且连接流道上安装漏斗阀,保证挤出塑化更均匀;
模头和模唇保证Bio-PBS粒子挤出的更均匀且可控。解决了传统淋膜机流延性不佳、淋膜涂层不均匀、温度不匹配、塑化不充分的一系列问题。
作为可选的实施方式,所述复合***包括复合滚筒3,所述复合滚筒3的外表面具有喷砂和电镀铁氟龙,解决了涂层频繁粘缸的问题。
作为可选的实施方式,所述淋膜机还包括卷纸***和输送***,所述卷纸***包括放卷装置4和收卷装置6,成卷状的所述涂层承载层11通过所述放卷装置4解卷,并通过所述输送***以单层的形式输送至所述挤出***和复合***3进行复合的位置;经过所述挤出***和复合***3制成的淋膜纸通过所述输送***送至所述收卷装置6进行收卷。
作为可选的实施方式,所述放卷装置4包括第一卷轴41和第二卷轴42,所述一卷轴41和第二卷轴42其中之一为工作卷轴,其中另一为备用卷轴,所述工作卷轴和备用卷轴均与所述涂层承载层11输送***连接,当所述工作卷轴上的基材纸被输送后,所述备用卷轴上的基材纸被继续输送。
作为可选的实施方式,所述淋膜机还包括电晕机构5,所述电晕机构5设置在所述放卷装置4与所述复合***3之间且能够提高使所述涂层承载层11表面的附着性,所述涂层承载层11通过所述输送***从所述放卷装置4依次输送至所述电晕机构5和所述复合***3。

①淋膜层涂覆均匀、厚薄一致,无缺膜、脱膜、缩膜、分层等不良现象;
②卷筒纸端面平整,无严重的翘曲、凹凸,整卷纸接头≤1个,接头有明显的标记;
③卷筒纸两边Bio-PBS涂层膜:切边整齐、无毛边、缺口;
④原纸与Bio-PBS涂层复合面无皱褶。
(2)规格尺寸
参照PE涂层纸的克重规定,淋膜克重偏差不超过±2g/m2,PE涂层克重范围可参照下表标准:而生物可降解涂层纸由于复合特性,针对230g/m2与280g/m2规格原纸,将制程设备预设涂层克重设置为20g/m2,以保证其复合强度,此次试产得到的生物可降解涂层纸定量与剥离强度检测结果如下表:

Claims (10)

  1. 一种生物可降解涂层纸,其特征在于,包括基材以及涂布在所述基材的表面上的生物可降解材料的涂层(12),所述基材包括涂层承载层(11)和支撑加固层,涂布于所述涂层承载层(11)的一侧表面的生物可降解材料形成所述涂层(12),所述支撑加固层设置在所述涂层承载层(11)的另一侧表面且所述支撑加固层能支撑或加固所述涂层承载层(11)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的生物可降解涂层纸,其特征在于,所述支撑加固层为瓦楞纸、中空纸或白卡纸。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的生物可降解涂层纸,其特征在于,所述中空纸包括中空纸纸张本体(13),所述中空纸纸张本体(13)的位置相对的两个边沿均朝内折边且折边部位的外表面附着在所述涂层承载层(11)的所述另一侧表面上,所述中空纸纸张本体(13)的两个边沿之间的区域与所述涂层承载层(11)之间存在中空腔室。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的生物可降解涂层纸,其特征在于,所述瓦楞纸包括瓦楞底纸(14)和瓦楞纸外层(15),其中:
    所述瓦楞底纸(14)附着在所述涂层承载层(11)的所述另一侧表面上,所述瓦楞纸外层(15)附着在所述瓦楞底纸(14)背离所述涂层承载层(11)的一侧表面上,且所述瓦楞纸外层(15)呈褶皱状。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的生物可降解涂层纸,其特征在于,所述生物降解材料包括聚丁二酸丁二醇酯。
  6. 一种用于生产权利要求1-5任一所述生物可降解涂层纸的淋膜机,其特征在于,所述淋膜机包括挤出***和压合***(3),所述挤出***能够将所述生物可降解材料挤出至所述基材纸的表面,所述压合***(3)能采用施压的方式使所述生物可降解材料与所述涂层承载层(11)复合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的淋膜机,其特征在于,所述挤出***包括储料装 置(7)和出料装置(2),所述出料装置(2)的物料出口与所述出料装置(2)的入口连通,所述出料装置(2)能将所述储料装置(7)中储存的所述生物可降解材料通过相互连通的螺杆螺筒(25)、模头26以及模头26上的模唇(24)挤出至所述基材纸的表面,所述出料装置(2)内部设有调压装置(22)和漏斗阀(23),所述调压装置(22)内设有滤网(21)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的淋膜机,其特征在于,所述复合***包括复合滚筒(3),所述复合滚筒(3)的外表面具有喷砂和电镀铁氟龙。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的淋膜机,其特征在于,所述淋膜机还包括卷纸***和输送***,所述卷纸***包括放卷装置(4)和收卷装置(6),成卷状的所述涂层承载层(11)通过所述放卷装置(4)解卷,并通过所述输送***以单层的形式输送至所述挤出***和复合***(3)进行复合的位置;经过所述挤出***和复合***(3)制成的涂层(12)纸通过所述输送***送至所述收卷装置(6)进行收卷。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的淋膜机,其特征在于,所述淋膜机还包括电晕机构(5),所述电晕机构(5)设置在所述放卷装置(4)与所述复合***(3)之间且能够提高使所述涂层承载层(11)表面的附着性,所述涂层承载层(11)通过所述输送***从所述放卷装置(4)依次输送至所述电晕机构(5)和所述复合***(3)。
