一种一体化设计的骨传导驱动器,涉及到骨传导扬声器技术耳机的技术领域。解决现在的骨传导扬声器工艺复杂,佩戴时舒适性差的技术不足,包括有振动板(1)、音圈(2)、弹片(5)、磁铁(3)、华司片(6)和杯座(4),音圈(2)的出线端固定在振动板(1)内侧面;振动板(1)与杯座(4)之间通过弹片(5)弹性支撑连接;弹片(5)包括有内圆环部(51),与内圆环部(51)同圆心且间隙配合的两段以上的外圆弧部(52),以及连接各外圆弧部(52)尾端与内圆环部(51)的两个以上的连接部(53);音圈(2)与振动板(1)内侧面一体结合,同时振动板(1)与杯座(4)之间无需多余弹片(5)和支架相互支撑固定音圈(2),具有工艺简易,部件少组合简单。不但减轻了重量,而且还提高了灵敏度和动能,形状特殊而美观。

[0001] 本发明涉及到骨传导扬声器技术耳机的技术领域。
背景技术
[0002] 骨传导是一种声音传导方式, 即将声音转化为不同频率的机械振动, 通过人的 颅骨、 骨迷路、 内耳淋巴液传递、 螺旋器、 听神经、 听觉中枢来传递声波。 目 前的骨传导扬声器一般都是利用面部颊骨直接传导声音, 相对于通过振膜产生 声波的经典声音传导方式, 骨传导省去了许多声波传递的步骤, 能在嘈杂的环 境中实现清晰的声音还原, 而且声波也不会因为在空气中扩散而影响到他人, 还可以幵放双耳, 不伤害鼓膜。
[0003] 但现有的骨传导扬声器存在工艺复杂, 体积较大, 较厚, 笨重, 佩戴吋舒适性 差的技术不足。

[0008] 所述的振动板与杯座之间通过弹片弹性支撑连接; 所述的弹片包括有内圆环部 , 与内圆环部同圆心且间隙配合的两段以上的外圆弧部, 以及连接各外圆弧部 尾端与内圆环部的两个以上的连接部; 所述的外圆弧部的前端和内圆环部分别 连接振动板和杯座; [0009] 所述磁铁固定于杯座内部中心位置, 华司片粘胶固定在磁铁上, 华司片与磁铁 同轴心, 华司片置于音圈内腔中, 与音圈均匀间隙配合。
[0010] 所述的振动板包括有与杯座的杯口相同直径的板主体, 板主体的侧边设有两块 以上的分别与各外圆弧部的前端固定连接的固定脚; 所述的内圆环部与杯座的 杯口贴合固定连接, 杯座为磁路的组成部分。

发明的有益效果
有益效果
[0013] (1) 、 本发明音圈与振板内侧面一体结合, 同吋振动板与杯座之间通过特有 的弹性支撑结构连接, 从而使得工艺简易, 组合简单, 无需多余弹片和支架相 互支撑固定音圈, 具有工艺简易, 部件少组合简单。
[0014] (2) 、 大幅度减薄了骨传导驱动头整体厚度, 不但减轻了重量, 而且还提高 了灵敏度和动能, 形状特殊而美观。
[0015] (3) 、 传统骨传导驱动器为无骨架音圈, 装配复杂, 易造成损耗, 承受功率 不高, 使用寿命不长; 本发明带有骨架的音圈不但简化了工艺, 而且增强了音 圈的耐疲劳、 耐高温等特性, 大大提升骨传导驱动器的使用寿命。
[0016] (4) 、 本发明的弹片非传统式弹片, 使其中心位置需去固定音圈, 或者特殊 支架, 打破了传统的固定方式, 为分边圆弧独立式单片, 圆弧片既是固定也是 上下运动的位置, 弹力足, 顺序佳。

[0029] 为了便于弹片 5连接振动板 1和杯座 4, 振动板 1包括有与杯座 4的杯口 41相同直 径的板主体 11, 板主体 11的侧边设有三块分别与三段外圆弧部 52的前端固定连 接的固定脚 12; 所述的内圆环部 51与杯座 4的杯口 41贴合固定连接。 杯座 4的外 侧壁上设有与各连接部 53对应支撑的座支撑块 42。 在具体实施过程中, 根据需 要也可以将所述的外圆弧部 52的前端连接杯座 4, 内圆环部 51连接振动板 1。 杯 座 4为三脚架杯座, 杯座不仅是组成磁路部分之一, 还是固定弹片的重要部分。

所述的振动板与杯座之间通过弹片弹性支撑连接; 所述的弹片包括有 内圆环部, 与内圆环部同圆心且间隙配合的两段以上的外圆弧部, 以 及连接各外圆弧部尾端与内圆环部的两个以上的连接部; 所述的外圆 弧部的前端和内圆环部分别连接振动板和杯座;
