Description

一种自动控制且能实现净化的通风机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动控制且能实现净化的通风机,属于自动化设备技术领域。
背景技术
自动化(Automation)是指机器设备、***或过程(生产、管理过程)在没有人或较少人的直接参与下,按照人的要求,经过自动检测、信息处理、分析判断、操纵控制,实现预期的目标的过程。自动化技术广泛用于工业、农业、军事、科学研究、交通运输、商业、医疗、服务和家庭等方面。采用自动化技术不仅可以把人从繁重的体力劳动、部分脑力劳动以及恶劣、危险的工作环境中解放出来,而且能扩展人的器官功能,极大地提高劳动生产率,增强人类认识世界和改造世界的能力。因此,自动化是工业、农业、国防和科学技术现代化的重要条件和显著标志。
自动化技术广泛用于工业、农业、军事、科学研究、交通运输、商业、医疗、服务和家庭等方面。采用自动化技术不仅可以把人从繁重的体力劳动、部分脑力劳动以及恶劣、危险的工作环境中解放出来,而且能扩展人的器官功能,极大地提高劳动生产率,增强人类认识世界和改造世界的能力。
现有的通风机在使用时不能实现空气的净化,且在使用时不方便,效率低。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种自动控制且能实现净化的通风机。
本发明的一种自动控制且能实现净化的通风机,它包含壳体、减震板簧、安装架、挡雨板、初过滤网、PP棉过滤芯、活性炭过滤网、恒温加热 丝、吸风风扇、挡尘网体、温度检测传感器、空气监控传感器、智能控制器、温度控制器;所述壳体外后侧的上下端均安装有减震板簧,所述减震板簧上安装有安装架,所述壳体的前上端安装有挡雨板,所述壳体的内部从前至后依次设置有初过滤网、PP棉过滤芯、活性炭过滤网、恒温加热丝、吸风风扇,所述吸风风扇的外侧安装有挡尘网体,所述壳体的后端分别安装有温度检测传感器、空气监控传感器,所述壳体的内部分别安装有智能控制器、温度控制器,所述温度检测传感器、空气监控传感器均通过导线与智能控制器的输入端电性连接,所述智能控制器的输出端分别与吸风风扇、温度控制器电性连接,所述温度控制器的输出端与恒温加热丝电性连接。
作为优选,所述挡雨板的上表面设置有导水槽。
作为优选,所述吸风风扇为涡轮式吸风风扇。
作为优选,所述安装架上设置有安装孔与定位柱。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:便于实现检测与自动控制,且能实现快速空气的净化,使用方便,操作简便。

如图1所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含壳体1、减震板簧2、安装架3、挡雨板4、初过滤网5、PP棉过滤芯6、活性炭过滤网7、恒温加热丝8、吸风风扇9、挡尘网体10、温度检测传感器11、空气监控传感器12、智能控制器13、温度控制器14;所述壳体1外后侧的上下端均安装有减震板簧2,所述减震板簧2上安装有安装架3,所述壳体1的前上端安装有挡雨板4,所述壳体1的内部从前至后依次设置有初过滤网5、PP棉过滤芯6、活性炭过滤网7、恒温加热丝8、吸风风扇9,所述吸风风扇9的外侧安装有挡尘网体10,所述壳体1的后端分别安装有温度检测传感器11、空气监控传感器12,所述壳体1的内部分别安装有智能控制器13、温度控制器14,所述温度检测传感器11、空气监控传感器12均通过导线与智能控制器13的输入端电性连接,所述智能控制器13的输出端分别与吸风风扇9、温度控制器14电性连接,所述温度控制器14的输出端与恒温加热丝8电性连接。
进一步的,所述挡雨板4的上表面设置有导水槽。
进一步的,所述吸风风扇9为涡轮式吸风风扇。
进一步的,所述安装架3上设置有安装孔与定位柱。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:在使用时,通过安装架3实现快速安装,且安装时壳体1的前端在外侧,能实现空气的对换,使用时,通过温度检测传感器11、空气监控传感器12实现空气的质量与温度的检测,当检测的温度过低时或者空气质量差时,通过智能控制器控制吸风风扇实现吸 风,且吸风时,依次通过初过滤网5、PP棉过滤芯6、活性炭过滤网7实现快速过滤,同时在使用时,启动加热丝实现加热,使得热空气进入室内,效率高,且挡雨板实现挡雨,能延长使用寿命。
在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。

  1. 一种自动控制且能实现净化的通风机,其特征在于:它包含壳体、减震板簧、安装架、挡雨板、初过滤网、PP棉过滤芯、活性炭过滤网、恒温加热丝、吸风风扇、挡尘网体、温度检测传感器、空气监控传感器、智能控制器、温度控制器;所述壳体外后侧的上下端均安装有减震板簧,所述减震板簧上安装有安装架,所述壳体的前上端安装有挡雨板,所述壳体的内部从前至后依次设置有初过滤网、PP棉过滤芯、活性炭过滤网、恒温加热丝、吸风风扇,所述吸风风扇的外侧安装有挡尘网体,所述壳体的后端分别安装有温度检测传感器、空气监控传感器,所述壳体的内部分别安装有智能控制器、温度控制器,所述温度检测传感器、空气监控传感器均通过导线与智能控制器的输入端电性连接,所述智能控制器的输出端分别与吸风风扇、温度控制器电性连接,所述温度控制器的输出端与恒温加热丝电性连接。
