Abstract

The invention relates to a steering pillar having a wheel block with an electric motor and to an individual vehicle on the basis thereof, in particular an electric scooter. The steering pillar comprises a universal mounting module for attaching the pillar to individual wheeled vehicles, said universal mounting module being mounted on a supporting bar of the pillar so as to be capable of rotating about the axis thereof and comprising mounting means for removably attaching the pillar to a vehicle and at least two lockable hinged joints for collapsing the steering pillar and for adjusting the mounting means in height and offset relative to the wheel block, respectively. The steering pillar according to the invention makes it possible to convert a traditional individual wheeled vehicle into an electric vehicle by a simple and effective method, in particular to convert a skateboard into an electric scooter.
