Description

一种雾化器及电子烟 技术领域
本发明属于电子烟领域,具体涉及一种雾化器及电子烟。
背景技术
目前已有的超声波高频雾化电子烟,其一般通过导油棉将油腔中的烟油传导至雾化片上,然后开设与雾化片的雾化表面相连通的进气通道和出气通道,通过高频振荡雾化烟油。但是现有的产品在实际应用过程中存在如下缺陷:
1.冷凝油珠及喷射出来的油珠会延着气道壁,顺着气流,进入使用者口中,造成用户体验差,甚至烫伤使用者舌头。
2.冷凝油珠无法顺利回流至雾化片表面进行二次雾化,造成气管堵塞,抽烟时产生咕噜声。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种可避免冷凝油珠吸入口中、并使冷凝烟油很好的回流至雾化片表面进行二次雾化的雾化器。
本发明解决问题的一种方案是:一种雾化器,包括雾化器本体、设置于雾化器本体内的出气通道,所述出气通道由不连续的至少两段气管组成,气管不连续的间隔处包裹有直径比气管大的气管外套,并且气管外套与气管的接口与气管管口不在同一水平位置上。
本发明解决问题的另一种技术方案是:一种雾化器,包括雾化器本体、设置于雾化器本体内的出气通道,所述出气通道由不连续的至少两段气管组成,相邻气管之间的间隔处包裹有直径比气管大的气管外套,并且气管外套两端分别与相邻两气管一一对应连接。由于气管之间不连续,中间是断开的,一般情况下气管壁上的冷凝油珠会随着气流的方向移动,但是由于气管中途断开而无法继续往上移动,所以冷凝油珠不会吸到嘴里。
具体的,所述雾化器本体包括壳体、位于壳体上部的进气口、安装在壳体顶部的吸嘴组件、设置于壳体内的油腔、设置于油腔中间的隔油腔、设置于隔油腔内的雾化片、可将油腔中的烟油导入雾化片表面的导油装置。
进一步的,所述出气通道设置于隔油腔内且与雾化片的上表面连通,出气通道包括从下往上依次连通设置于隔油腔内的第二气管、中空的气管外套、第一气管,所述第一气管下端从气管外套的顶部***气管外套的中空腔,第二气管上端从气管外套的底部***气管外套的中空腔,第一气管和第二气管之间留有第一间隙。
进一步的,第二气管和气管外套的外壁与隔油腔内壁之间均留有第二间隙,该第二间隙与进 气口连通,形成进气道,该进气道通至雾化片的上表面,以使雾化片超声雾化出来的烟雾被从进气道进来的气流带走。
更进一步的,气管外套的中空腔底部设有可将油珠引流至第二气管外壁下端的引流装置。
上述方案中,气流通过的第一气管和第二气管不连续,在中间是断开的,冷凝油珠会由于中途断开而无法继续延着第一气管壁往上移动,从而解决冷凝油珠吸到嘴里的问题。
引流装置将冷凝的油珠引流,最终油珠流向雾化片进行二次雾化。
具体的,所述引流装置包括固定于第二气管侧壁的中空座体,座体两端敞开,座体底部设有可将底部封盖的密封块,所述密封块套装在第二气管侧壁上,围绕密封块与第二气管侧壁接触部位设有导流孔;
在座体内腔、位于密封块上表面设有储油块。
上述方案中,气流带动冷凝油珠到第二气管的顶端,由于油珠无法继续往上爬,由于油珠的重力作用则会延着第二气管壁流下,位于第二气管外壁上端的油珠逐渐流入储油块中,进而从密封块的导流孔中流出,并贴附在第二气管外壁下移,最终掉入雾化片上的导油装置,从而保证冷凝的油可以回到雾化片后再次被雾化。
具体的,所述导油装置包括固定于隔油腔内且与雾化片的上表面抵接的雾化棉,该雾化棉为中空柱状结构;
隔油腔壁上对应雾化棉侧壁位置处开有过油孔,过油孔与油腔相连通,过油孔位置处设有储油棉,该储油棉将过油孔封盖住,且储油棉与雾化棉侧壁抵接;
所述第二气管下端***雾化棉的中空腔中,第二气管下端与雾化棉中空腔的底部之间留有第三间隙。
由于第二气管下端与雾化棉中空腔的底部之间留有第三间隙,所以雾化棉上的烟油不会随着气流方向沿着第二气管内壁往上爬,减少用户吸到烟油的可能性;当空气从进气口进入进气道,至雾化片进行雾化,雾化后的烟雾经过第三间隙依次进入第二气管、气管外套、第一气管到达使用者口腔,减少用户吸到烟油的可能性,提升用户吸烟口感。
所述隔油腔下部套接有弹簧,该弹簧下端与雾化棉底部内表面抵接,第二气管***弹簧的中心孔中。
储油棉的作用在于可以控制烟油传递速率,防止雾化棉吸油过多而产生积油。弹簧使得雾化棉与雾化片接触更紧密。
优选的,所述第二气管顶部密封,第二气管上端侧壁上开有过气孔。顶部为密封的,气流从侧边的过气孔出来,喷射出来的油珠不会直接吸到使用者嘴中,延第二气管外壁下移。
所述吸嘴组件与第一气管一体成型。
进一步的,所述雾化器本体还包括安装在壳体底部的连接电极,所述雾化片与连接电极之间电连接。
优选的,所述连接电极为弹片电极,弹片电极的弹片与雾化片的下表面边沿处抵接。
采用弹片电极,相对传统的弹性电极中间接触,将接触点偏移至外侧,这样可以改善雾化片震动的力度,从而使烟雾量更加迅速的出烟雾。
相应的,本发明还提供一种电子烟,包括外部电源,以及上述雾化器,所述外部电源与雾化器的连接电极连接。
本发明的显著效果是:
1.由于在出气通道设置了间断结构,吸烟过程中可避免冷凝油珠进入人体口腔,用户体验好。
2.出气通道的间断结构与引流装置的配合,有利于油珠在重力的作用下很好的回流至雾化片表面进行二次雾化,回收了烟油,使得烟油利用率更高。

实施例1
如图1~4所示,一种雾化器,包括雾化器本体20,雾化器本体20包括壳体1、位于壳体1上部的进气口2、安装在壳体1顶部的吸嘴组件3、设置于壳体1内的油腔4、设置于油腔4中间的隔油腔19、设置于隔油腔19内的雾化片5、可将油腔4中的烟油导入雾化片5表面的导油装置、安装在壳体1底部的连接电极6。所述雾化片5与连接电极6之间电连接。
所述导油装置包括固定于隔油腔19内且与雾化片5的上表面抵接的雾化棉7。该雾化棉7为中空柱状结构。隔油腔19壁上对应雾化棉7侧壁位置处开有过油孔191。过油孔191与油腔4相连通。过油孔191位置处设有储油棉13。该储油棉13将过油孔191封盖住,且储油棉13与雾化棉7侧壁抵接。
隔油腔19内设有与雾化片5的上表面连通的出气通道。所述出气通道包括从下往上依次连通设置于隔油腔19内的第二气管12、中空的气管外套11、第一气管31。所述第一气管31下端从气管外套11的顶部***气管外套11的中空腔。第二气管12上端从气管外套11的底部***气管外套11的中空腔。气管外套11与第一、第二气管的接口与气管管口不在同一水平位置上。第一气管31和第二气管12之间留有第一间隙10。所述吸嘴组件3与第一气管31一体成型。
所述隔油腔19下部套接有弹簧8。该弹簧8下端与雾化棉7底部内表面抵接。第二气管12***弹簧8的中心孔中。第二气管12下端与雾化棉7中空腔的底部之间留有第三间隙。
气管外套11的中空腔底部设有可将油珠18引流至第二气管12外壁下端的引流装置。所述引流装置包括固定于第二气管12侧壁的中空座体14。座体14两端敞开。座体14底部设有可将底部封盖的密封块15。所述密封块15套装在第二气管12侧壁上。围绕密封块15与第二气管12侧壁接触部位设有导流孔16。在座体14内腔、位于密封块15上表面设有储油块17。
第二气管12和气管外套11的外壁与隔油腔19内壁之间均留有第二间隙,该第二间隙与进气口2连通,形成进气道9。该进气道9通至雾化片5的上表面。
相应的,本实施例还提供一种电子烟,包括外部电源,及上述雾化器。所述外部电源与雾化器的连接电极6连接。所述连接电极6为弹簧电极。
气流通过的第一气管31和第二气管12不连续,在中间是断开的。冷凝油珠18会由于中途断开而无法继续延着第一气管31壁往上移动。当气流带动冷凝油珠18到第二气管12的顶端,由于油珠18无法继续往上爬,则会延着第二气管12壁流下,位于第二气管12外壁上端的油珠18逐渐流入储油块17中,进而从密封块15的导流孔16中流出,并贴附在第二气管12外壁下移,最终掉入雾化片5上的雾化棉7,从而保证冷凝的油可以回到雾化片5后再次被雾化。

如图5所示,重复实施例1,所不同的是所述第二气管12顶部密封。第二气管12上端侧壁上开有过气孔121。第二气管12顶部为密封的,气流从侧边的过气孔121出来,喷射出来 的油珠更加不会直接吸到使用者嘴中,延第二气管12外壁下移。这种设计是为了进一步避免油珠被吸到使用者嘴中。
所述连接电极6为弹片电极。弹片电极的弹片61与雾化片5的下表面边沿处抵接。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种雾化器,包括雾化器本体(20)、设置于雾化器本体(20)内的出气通道,其特征在于:所述出气通道由不连续的至少两段气管组成,相邻气管之间的间隔处包裹有直径比气管大的中空的气管外套(11),并且气管外套(11)两端分别与相邻两气管一一对应连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器本体包括壳体(1)、位于壳体(1)上部的进气口(2)、安装在壳体(1)顶部的吸嘴组件(3)、设置于壳体(1)内的油腔(4)、设置于油腔(4)中间的隔油腔(19)、设置于隔油腔(19)内的雾化片(5)、可将油腔(4)中的烟油导入雾化片(5)表面的导油装置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述出气通道设置于隔油腔(19)内且与雾化片(5)的上表面连通,出气通道包括从下往上依次连通设置于隔油腔(19)内的第二气管(12)、中空的气管外套(11)、第一气管(31),所述第一气管(31)下端从气管外套(11)的顶部***气管外套(11)的中空腔,第二气管(12)上端从气管外套(11)的底部***气管外套(11)的中空腔,第一气管(31)和第二气管(12)之间留有第一间隙(10)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:第二气管(12)和气管外套(11)的外壁与隔油腔(19)内壁之间均留有第二间隙,该第二间隙与进气口(2)连通,形成进气道(9),该进气道(9)通至雾化片(5)的上表面。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:气管外套(11)的中空腔底部设有可将油珠引流至第二气管(12)外壁下端的引流装置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述引流装置包括固定于第二气管(12)侧壁的中空座体(14),座体(14)两端敞开,座体(14)底部设有可将底部封盖的密封块(15),所述密封块(15)套装在第二气管(12)侧壁上,围绕密封块(15)与第二气管(12)侧壁接触部位设有导流孔(16);
    在座体(14)内腔、位于密封块(15)上表面设有储油块(17)。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述导油装置包括固定于隔油腔(19)内且与雾化片(5)的上表面抵接的雾化棉(7),该雾化棉(7)为中空柱状结构;
    隔油腔(19)壁上对应雾化棉(7)侧壁位置处开有过油孔(191),过油孔(191)与油腔(4)相连通,过油孔(191)位置处设有储油棉(13),该储油棉(13)将过油孔(191)封盖住,且储油棉(13)与雾化棉(7)侧壁抵接;
    所述第二气管(12)下端***雾化棉(7)的中空腔中,第二气管(12)下端与雾化棉(7)中空腔的底部之间留有第三间隙。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述隔油腔(19)下部套接有弹簧(8),该弹簧(8)下端与雾化棉(7)底部内表面抵接,第二气管(12)***弹簧(8)的中心孔中。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述第二气管(12)顶部密封,第二气管(12)上端侧壁上开有过气孔(121)。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述吸嘴组件(3)与第一气管(31)一体成型。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器本体还包括安装在壳体(1)底部的连接电极(6),所述雾化片(5)与连接电极(6)之间电连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接电极(6)为弹片电极,弹片电极的弹片(61)与雾化片(5)的下表面边沿处抵接。
  13. 一种电子烟,包括外部电源,其特征在于:还包括上述权利要求1~12任一项所述的雾化器,所述外部电源与雾化器的连接电极(6)连接。
