作为优选,所述收卷装置包括穿设滑移于连接杆上的基座、设置于基座上的收卷电机、设置于收卷电机上且用于固定布料筒的弹性卡件。
采用上述方案,基座可以在连接杆上滑移,从而使收卷电机可以在基座的带动下,进行运动,弹性卡件的设置,将布料筒进行固定,从而使收卷电机在进行运动时,可以带动布料筒对已经印染好的布料进行收集。
作为优选,所述基座上还设置有用于压紧连接杆以实现固定基座的梅花把手。
采用上述方案,梅花把手设置在基座上,当需要对基座进行滑移时,可以将梅花把手进行拧松,从而使基座与连接杆可以进行滑移,当滑移结束后,可以将梅花把手进行拧紧,从而将基座与连接杆进行固定,实用性强。
作为优选,所述弹性卡件包括固定连接于收卷电机上的卡接柱、一体设置于卡接柱上的底盘、套设于卡接柱上的卡接套、位于卡接套与底盘之间且分别固定卡接套与底盘的压簧,所述卡接柱上还设置有定位块,所述卡接套上设置有供定位块与卡接柱穿设的穿设槽,且所述卡接套上还设置有供压簧安装的安装槽。
采用上述方案,卡接柱套设固定于收卷电机上的转动轴上,从而带动卡接柱进行同步旋转,且底板配合卡接套上的压簧,带动卡接套进行固定,从而提高了对收卷通过的固定效果,并且用过定位块的设置与穿设槽的使用,使卡接柱在旋转时,可以带动卡接套一起进行运动,从而带动布料筒进行旋转收集。
作为优选,所述卡接套上还枢接有卡接头,所述卡接头呈锥形设置,且所述卡接头远离与卡接套枢接的一侧设置有支耳,所述卡接套上设置有与支耳对应固定的底板,且所述卡接套上还设置有用于限制卡接柱于穿设槽的盖板。
采用上述方案,卡接头呈锥形的设置,使布料筒的大小不同时,还可以适应多数直径不同的布料筒,实用性强,且支耳和底板的设置,将配合螺栓进行固定,从而进行固定,且盖板的设置,将限制了卡接套与卡接柱之间的滑动最大位置,防止压簧将卡接头完全的弹出,实用性强。
作为优选,所述底盘上设置有用于固定压簧的扣环,所述卡接套上还设置有供压簧卡接的卡接片。
采用上述方案,扣环的设置,提高了压簧与底盘之间的固定程度,且配合卡接片的设置,将提高了压簧与卡接套之间的固定能力,使压簧安装的更加牢固。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、加温装置对出墨头进行加热,从而提高了对墨水的温度,使墨水温度更加均匀,减少图像断线的情况;
2、通过收卷装置和放置装置的设置,将布料进行收卷,减少对布料的二次污染。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本实施例公开的一种数码印花机,包括主控终端1、与主控终端1连接的印花机本体2、设置于印花机本体2上的出墨头3、设置于印花机本体2上且位于出墨头3下方用于供布料35放置的工作台4。
如图1所示,印花机本体2上还设置有支架13,支架13上还设置有制动滑轮14,制动滑轮14采用具有刹车功能的滑轮,可以在平面上进行自由的移动,同时还可以通过刹车对位置进行锁定。
如图1所示,主控终端1与印花机本体2进行控制,即控制印花机本体2的打印图案, 打印图案的控制为本领域技术人员公知的常识,在此不做赘述,同时主控终端1为计算机,主控终端1可以控制多个印花机本体2的同时进行印染。
如图1、2所示,印花机本体2的一端用于将布料35进入,另一端将布料35送出,并在印花机本体2中完成图案的印染,且未印染的布料35通过放置装置34进行放置,已经印染好的布料35通过收卷装置16进行收集,且布料35通过布料筒36进行收卷,布料筒36分别安装于收集装置和收卷装置16上,并对布料35进行收集。
如图3所示,印花机本体2的一侧设置有预热装置8,预热装置8分别设置于布料35的进入口的上下两侧,且预热装置8为具有加热功能的电热片,预热装置8的中间还设置有用于检测布料35是否进入的布料35检测装置9,为红外线检测传感器,当布料35进入时,红外线检测装置被隔断从而控制预热装置8对布料35进行加热。
如图4所示,印花机本体2上靠近工作台4的一侧的出墨头3,出墨头3上设置有用于加热的加温装置5,加温装置5为加热丝,加热丝缠绕至出墨头3上,并通过主控终端1的对加温装置5的温度进行控制,且热照明装置6设置于工作台4上,并对工作台4上的布料35进行照明和加热,热照明装置6可以为白炽灯。
如图4所示,干燥装置7包括加热片12、出风扇11、置于印花机本体2汽而用于盖合加热片12和出风扇11的壳体10。出风扇11安装于壳体10上,且用于将加热片12上已经加热的空气进行排出,从流速和温度上对已经印染好的布料35进行烘干。
如图5所示,支架13上设置有安装片37,放置装置34包括穿设于布料筒36上的收集杆38、设置于收集杆38一端且穿设于安装片37的固定头39、设置于收集杆38的另一端的弹簧40、伸缩头41,安装片37通过螺栓固定于支架13上,且安装片37供伸缩头41和固定头39进行穿设固定,且弹簧40的一端安装于收集杆38的收集槽42中并通过环氧树脂进行黏合,弹簧40的另一端通过环氧树脂与伸缩杆黏合,且伸缩头41上还设置有限位杆43,收集槽42供限位杆43和伸缩头41进行滑移,且限位杆43在使用时,具有带动伸缩头41向 收集槽42中运动的作用,还具有与安装片37进行抵触限位的作用。
如图6、8所示,支架13上远离收集装置的一侧还设置有收卷装置16,收卷装置16配合收集装置,减少了布料35接触到地面的情况,减少了布料35的二次污染,且收卷装置16设置有2个,并对布料筒36进行压紧固定,同时进行旋转收卷。
如图7、9所示,收卷装置16包括卡接柱21、底盘22、卡接套23、压簧24,支架13上还设置有两根连接杆15,连接杆15通过安装板44进行固定,安装板44与支架13之间通过螺栓进行固定,连接杆15与安装板44之间通过螺栓进行安装固定。
如图7、9所示,连接杆15上滑移连接有基座17,基座17上固定有收卷电机18,且基座17上通过梅花把手20进行螺纹配合,当梅花把手20拧紧时,向连接杆15进行抵触压紧,从而实现对基座17的固定。
如图7、9所示,收卷电机18的输出轴上还固定有卡接柱21,卡接柱21上还一体设置有供收卷电机18的输出轴穿设的底盘22,且底盘22上设置有压簧24,压簧24通过扣环32进行固定,扣环32设置有4个,且呈U形设置,并通过螺栓将扣环32与底盘22进行固定。
如图7、9所示,卡接柱21上还一体设置有定位块25,定位块25设置有2块,且呈互相对称设置,卡接套23上设置有供定位块25和卡接柱21穿设的穿设槽26,且卡接柱21上还设置与卡接套23滑移连接且限制卡接柱21于卡接套23中的盖板31,盖板31使位于压簧24两侧的卡接套23和卡接柱21进行滑移并两者不能脱离,且卡接套23中还设置有供压簧24安装的安装槽27,安装槽27中设置有与压簧24相互卡接的卡接片33,卡接片33呈圆环形设置。
如图7、9所示,卡接套23远离底盘22的一侧还枢接有卡接头28,卡接头28呈圆锥形设置,且卡接头28上设置有支耳29,且卡接套23上还设置有与支耳29互相对应的底板30,底板30与支耳29通过螺栓进行固定。
如图10所示,主控终端1与收卷电机18连接,主控终端1也与布料35检测装置9、预热装置8、热照明装置6、加温装置5、干燥装置7连接,布料35检测装置9检测到布料35时,就会通过主控终端1控制预热装置8、热照明装置6、加温装置5和干燥装置7启动,主控终端1还控制收卷电机18进行启动,对布料35进行收集。
定义:
加温装置5的初始温度为Q;
加温装置5的出墨温度为W;
加温装置5的暂停温度为E;
且Q<E<W,本实施例中Q优选为15℃,W为35℃,E为25℃。
当布料35检测装置9检测到布料35时,主控终端1控制加热装置升温,即从Q至W;当布料35检测装置9没有检测到布料35时,主控终端1控制加热装置降温,即从W至E。温度具有3个阶段,加热装置在启动的时候,就会开始发热,防止墨水温度过低而结冰的情况,一旦加热装置需要对墨水进行加热时,就会进行升温,当出墨头3工作完毕后,需要进行更换布料35等情况时,加热装置就会处于保温,方便后期的加热,减少加热时间,充分利用加热温度。
工作过程:
1、通过掰动限位杆43将收集杆38取出,并将布料筒36套入收集杆38中,通过伸缩头41和固定头39安装至安装片37上;
2、将布料35从收集杆38中向印花机本体2中送入,通过布料35检测装置9,并启动预热装置8、热照明装置6、加温装置5、干燥装置7,根据主控终端1中的图案设置,进行印染,从而从工作台4处输出;
3、通过梅花把手20将收卷装置16调节至合适的位置,并将另一个布料筒36放置到收卷装置16上,通过压簧24的弹力,将布料筒36进行固定,并通过主控终端1控制收卷电机18 进行间歇性的收卷;
4、当布料35印染完毕后,将布料筒36和布料35从收卷装置16上取下。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种数码印花机,包括主控终端(1)、与主控终端(1)连接的印花机本体(2)、设置于印花机本体(2)上的出墨头(3)、设置于印花机本体(2)上且位于出墨头(3)下方用于供布料(35)放置的工作台(4),其特征是:所述出墨头(3)上还设置有与主控终端(1)连接的加温装置(5),所述印花机本体(2)上还设置有与主控终端(1)连接且用于照明并进行加热的热照明装置(6),所述印花机本体(2)上还设置有与主控终端(1)连接且用于吹干布料(35)上的墨水的干燥装置(7);
    所述印花机本体(2)远离工作台(4)的一侧还设置有用于加热布料(35)的预热装置(8),所述印花机远离工作台(4)的一侧还设置有用于检测是否有布料(35)进入印花机本体(2)的布料(35)检测装置(9),所述布料(35)检测装置(9)检测到布料(35)并输出布料(35)检测信号至主控终端(1),所述主控终端(1)控制预热装置(8)、热照明装置(6)、加温装置(5)、干燥装置(7)启动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种数码印花机,其特征是:
    定义:所述加温装置(5)的初始温度为Q;
    所述加温装置(5)的出墨温度为W;
    所述加温装置(5)的暂停温度为E;
    且Q<E<W,
    当所述布料(35)检测装置(9)检测到布料(35)时,所述主控终端(1)控制加热装置升温,即从Q至W;当所述布料(35)检测装置(9)没有检测到布料(35)时,所述主控终端(1)控制加热装置降温,即从W至E。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种数码印花机,其特征是:所述干燥装置(7)包括设置于印花机本体(2)上的壳体(10)、安装于壳体(10)内的若干出风扇(11)、设置于出风扇(11)上的加热片(12)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种数码印花机,其特征是:所述印花机本体(2)上还设置有支架(13),所述支架(13)上还设置有制动滑轮(14),所述支架(13)上远离工作台(4)的一侧还设置有用于放置布料(35)的放置装置(34)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种数码印花机,其特征是:所述支架(13)上还设置还设置有连接杆(15),所述连接杆(15)上靠近工作台(4)的一侧还设置有与主控终端(1)连接且用于对布料(35)进行收集的收卷装置(16)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种数码印花机,其特征是:所述收卷装置(16)包括穿设滑移于连接杆(15)上的基座(17)、设置于基座(17)上的收卷电机(18)、设置于收卷电机(18)上且用于固定布料(35)筒的弹性卡件(19)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种数码印花机,其特征是:所述基座(17)上还设置有用于压紧连接杆(15)以实现固定基座(17)的梅花把手(20)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种数码印花机,其特征是:所述弹性卡件(19)包括固定连接于收卷电机(18)上的卡接柱(21)、一体设置于卡接柱(21)上的底盘(22)、套设于卡接柱(21)上的卡接套(23)、位于卡接套(23)与底盘(22)之间且分别固定卡接套(23)与底盘(22)的压簧(24),所述卡接柱(21)上还设置有定位块(25),所述卡接套(23)上设置有供定位块(25)与卡接柱(21)穿设的穿设槽(26),且所述卡接套(23)上还设置有供压簧(24)安装的安装槽(27)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种数码印花机,其特征是:所述卡接套(23)上还枢接有卡接头(28),所述卡接头(28)呈锥形设置,且所述卡接头(28)远离与卡接套(23)枢接的一侧设置有支耳(29),所述卡接套(23)上设置有与支耳(29)对应固定的底板(30),且所述卡接套(23)上还设置有用于限制卡接柱(21)于穿设槽(26)的盖板(31)。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种数码印花机,其特征是:所述底盘(22)上设置有用于固定压簧(24)的扣环(32),所述卡接套(23)上还设置有供压簧(24)卡接的卡接片(33)。
